| 1 | Corrosion mechanism investigation of TiN/Ti coating and TC4 alloy for aircraft compressor application显示文摘It is imperative to develop multifunctional erosion and corrosion resistant coatings for compressor blades of aircraft engines in harsh environment.PVD(Physical Vapor Deposition)technology has the advances in processing erosion-resistant coatings;however,the performance of PVD coatings to combat corrosion depends on various coating defects.Determining and comparing the corrosion performances of PVD TiN/Ti coating and uncoated TC4 alloy was the main objective of present work.The 960 h salt spray corrosion and 116 h hot corrosion tests were conducted to simulate the grounding and working environments of the aircraft compressors.The corrosion mechanisms due to the coating defects such as pinhole,columnar boundary and large grain were analyzed based on the OM,Confocal microscope,electrochemical measurements,SEM,XRD and EDS results.Owing to the disordered state associated with the columnar boundary and the coating defect,nitrogen could be easily replaced by oxygen in the hot corrosion process,these structures were channels for fast diffusion of oxygen.Moreover,the Gibbs energy changes of Ti oxidation and TiN oxidation were thermodynamically calculated according to the working condition of aircraft compressors,and considerable research effort was focused on mapping out the phase diagram of Ti,TiN and high pressure gases.The findings of this research can provide insights into developing multifunctional coatings for future aircraft engines. | Zhiping SUN Guangyu HE Qingjie MENG Yuqin LI Xiaodong TIAN | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,6: | 11 |
| 2 | Nitrogen application and intercropping change microbial community diversity and physicochemical characteristics in mulberry and alfalfa rhizosphere soil显示文摘Intercropping of mulberry(Morus alba L.)and alfalfa(Medicago sativa L.)is a new forestry-grass compound model in China,which can provide high forage yields with high protein.Nitrogen application is one of the important factors determining the production and quality of this system.To elucidate the advantages of intercropping and nitrogen application,we analyzed the changes of physicochemical properties,enzyme activities,and microbial communities in the rhizosphere soil.We used principal components analysis(PCA)and redundancy discriminators analysis to clarify the relationships among treatments and between treatments and environmental factors,respectively.The results showed that nitrogen application significantly increased pH value,available nitrogen content,soil water content(SWC),and urea(URE)activity in rhizosphere soil of monoculture mulberry.In contrast,intercropping and intercropping+N significantly decreased pH and SWC in mulberry treatments.Nitrogen,intercropping and intercropping+N sharply reduced soil organic matter content and SWC in alfalfa treatments.Nitrogen,intercropping,and intercropping+N increased the values of McIntosh diversity(U),Simpson diversity(D),and Shannon-Weaver diversity(H’)in mulberry treatments.However,PC A scatter plots showed clustering of monoculture mulberry with nitrogen(MNE)and intercropping mulberry without nitrogen(M0).Intercropping reduced both H’and D but nitrogen application showed no effect on diversity of microbial communities in alfalfa.There were obvious differences in using the six types of carbon sources between mulberry and alfalfa treatments.Nitrogen and intercropping increased the numbers of sole carbon substrate in mulberry treatments where the relative use rate exceeded 4%.While the numbers declined in alfalfa with nitrogen and intercropping.RDA indicated that URE was positive when intercropping mulberry was treated with nitrogen,but was negative in monoculture alfalfa treated with nitrogen.Soil pH and SWC were positive with mulberry treatments but were negative with alfalfa treatments.Intercropping with alfalfa benefited mulberry in the absence of nitrogen application.Intercropping with alfalfa and nitrogen application could improve the microbial community function and diversity in rhizosphere soil of mulberry.The microbial community in rhizosphere soil of mulberry and alfalfa is strategically complementary in terms of using carbon sources. | Xiuli Zhang Zhiyuan Teng Huihui Zhang Dunjiang Cai Jingyun Zhang Fanjuan Meng Guangyu Sun | 2021 | Journal of Forestry Research2021,32,5: | 5 |
| 3 | Microstructural evolution and mechanical behavior of metastable β-type Ti-25Nb-2Mo-4Sn alloy with high strength and low modulus显示文摘This paper presents a systematic study of newly developed metastable β-type Ti-25Nb-2Mo-4Sn (wt%) alloy with high strength and low elastic modulus, with focus on the microstructural evolution and mechanical behavior associated with aging. The pre-treatment (solution treatment or cold rolling) prior to aging exerts substantial influence on the subsequent aging response including microstructural evolution and mechanical behavior. Even under the same aging treatment, the aging products could be (β+ω), or alternatively (β+α), depending on the pre-treatments. This interesting aging response was discussed on the basis of the mechanism for ω formation. High-density dislocation tangles and grain boundaries induced by severe cold rolling play a key role in hindering the transition from β to isothermal ω, favoring the precipitation of α phase on aging. By aging cold-rolled specimen for short time, superior mechanical properties, i.e. high ultimate strength of ~1113 MPa and low elastic modulus of ~65 GPa, achieved in Ti-25Nb-2Mo-4Sn alloy. The characterization of microstructural evolution and compositional change indicated that the precipitation of fine α does not cause the enrichment of β-stabilizers in β matrix upon a short-time aging, guaranteeing low elastic modulus of the short-time aged specimen. | 5 | Moisture-resistant,stretchable NO_(x)gas sensors based on laser-induced graphene for environmental monitoring and breath analysis显示文摘The accurate,continuous analysis of healthcare-relevant gases such as nitrogen oxides(NOx)in a humid environment remains elusive for low-cost,stretchable gas sensing devices.This study presents the design and demonstration of a moisture-resistant,stretchable NO_(x)gas sensor based on laser-induced graphene(LIG).Sandwiched between a soft elastomeric substrate and a moisture-resistant semipermeable encapsulant,the LIG sensing and electrode layer is first optimized by tuning laser processing parameters such as power,image density,and defocus distance.The gas sensor,using a needlelike LIG prepared with optimal laser processing parameters,exhibits a large response of 4.18%o ppm^(-1)to NO and 6.66%o ppm^(-1)to NO_(2),an ultralow detection limit of 8.3 ppb to NO and 4.0 ppb to NO_(2),fast response/recovery,and excellent selectivity.The design of a stretchable serpentine structure in the LIG electrode and strain isolation from the stiff island allows the gas sensor to be stretched by 30%.Combined with a moisture-resistant property against a relative humidity of 90%,the reported gas sensor has further been demonstrated to monitor the personal local environment during dfferent times of the day and analyze human breath samples to classify patients with respiratory diseases from healthy volunteers.Moisture-resistant,stretchable NO_(x)gas sensors can expand the capability of wearable devices to detect biomarkers from humans and exposed environments for early disease diagnostics. | Li Yang Guanghao Zheng Yaoqian Cao Chuizhou Meng Yuhang Li Huadong Ji Xue Chen Guangyu Niu Jiayi Yan Ye Xue Huanyu Cheng | 2022 | Microsystems & Nanoengineering2022,8,4: | 2 |

Different biocontrol strains were screened with the pathogen as the target. A total of 210 strains of bacteria and fungi preserved in the laboratory were preliminarily and secondarily screened by plate confrontation culture. The 17 strains of bacteria and 36 strains of fungi with good bicontrol effect were screened. Eventually, the best fungal strain and the best bacterial strain were obtained. The ITS fragments of fungi were amplified by PCR, and the target band of 571 bp was obtained. The 16 S gene frag-ments of bacteria were amplified by PCR, and the target band of 1 455 bp was obtained. Through morphological observation, the screened strains were identified. | 14 | Bioaccumulation and Elimination Rule of Prometryn inHard Clam Meretrix meretrix显示文摘The bioaccumulation and elimination rule of prometryn in hard clam Meretrix meretrix were studied under semi-static conditions. When the water temperature was(12±1) ℃, M. meretrix were exposed to the seawater containing 1, 10, and 100 μg/L prometryn. The content of prometryn in M. meretrix increased with the increase of exposed concentration, and both had significant positive correlation. The accumulation of prometryn in M. meretrix first increased then decreased, and finally fluctuated at a certain level. The maximum accumulation content was observed in M. meretrix when exposed to prometryn for 10, 14 and 18 d, and the maximum bioaccumulation factors(BCFs) were 22.9, 8.3 and 4.3, respectively. At the forth day of the elimination test, the content of prometryn in M. meretrix of each group were decreased above 50%. At the 22 ndday of the elimination test,the content of prometryn in M. meretrix were decreased to 8.7%, 5.6% and 2.6% of the initial content in the elimination test, respectively.
