| 2 | Superabsorbent Fibers for Comfortable Disposable Medical Protective Clothing显示文摘Disposable medical protective clothing for 2019-nCoV mainly consists of stacked layers with nanopore films,polymer coated nonwoven fabrics and melt-blown nonwoven fabrics against anti-microbial and anti-liquid penetration.However,such structures lack moisture permeability and breathability leading to an uncomfortable,stuffy wearing experience.Here,we propose a novel medical protective clothing material with a superabsorbent layer to enhance moisture absorption.Poly(acrylic acid-co-acrylamide)/polyvinyl alcohol superabsorbent fibers(PAAAM/PVA fibers)were prepared via wet spinning.And the superabsorbent composite layer was stacked from PAAAM/PVA fibers,bamboo pulp fibers(BPF)and ethylene-propyl-ene side by side fibers(ESF).The novel disposable medical protective composite fabric was obtained through gluing the superabsorbent layer to the inner surface of strong antistatic polypropylene nonwoven fabric.The resultant composite fabric possesses excellent absorption and retention capacity for sweat,up to 12.3 g/g and 63.8%,and a maximum hygroscopic rate of 1.04 g/h,higher than that of the conventional material(only 0.53 g/h).The moisture permeability of the novel material reached 12,638.5 g/(m^(2) d),which was 307.6%of the conventional material.The novel material can effectively reduce the humidity inside the protective clothing and significantly improve the comfort of medical staff. | Lin Yang Hong Liu Shuai Ding Jiawei Wu Yan Zhang Zhongzhen Wang Lili Wei Mingwei Tian Guangming Tao | 2020 | Advanced Fiber Materials2020,2,3: | 11 |
| 3 | Preparation and biodistribution of ^(99)Tc^m-PIDP as bone imaging agent显示文摘A novel zoledronic acid derivative,1-hydroxy-2-(2-propyl-1H-imidazol-1-yl)ethane-1,1-diyldiphosphonic acid (PIDP), was synthesized by three-step reactions from 2-propyl-1H-imidazole. It was labeled with 99Tcm in conditions of 0.1 mg SnCl2.2H2O at pH 6.0 and 99TcmO4? in aqueous solution for 20 min at room temperature. The labeling yield and radiochemical purity of 99Tcm-PIDP are both higher than 95%. The biodistribution results show that the bone uptake is up to 8.47% ID/g which is the maximum of bone uptake at 30 min after injection of 99Tcm-PIDP in mice. The pharmacokinetic parameters can be estimated from the exponential equation of C=59.565e-11.307t+2.069e-1.211t. The clear bone image of rabbit was obtained at 120 min after injection of 99Tcm-PIDP. | 4 | Time-frequency analysis of wheel-rail shock in the presence of wheel flat显示文摘Against the deficiencies of traditional time domain and frequency domain analysis in detecting wheel-rail(W-R) system hidden risks which wheel flats generate,the time-frequency characteristics of W-R shock caused by wheel flat are analyzed and the vehicle-rail dynamic model with wheel flat is investigated.The 10 degrees of freedom(DOF) vehicle model is built up.90-DOF rail model is constructed.The wheel flat excitation model is built up.The vehicle-track coupling dynamic model including wheel flat excitation is set up through nonlinear Hertzian contact theory.The vertical accelerations of axle box are calculated at different speeds and flat sizes based on the vehicle-track coupling dynamic model with wheel flat.Frequency slice wavelet transform(FSWT) is employed to analyze timefrequency characteristics of axle box accelerations to detect the W-R noncontact risks,which the traditional time domain or frequency domain method does not analyze.The results show that the small flat size and high running speed lead to high frequency W-R impact.Large flat size and high running speed result in momentary loss of W-R contact,and there exist security risks between wheel and rail.The conclusion that the phase of axle box accelerations is same to W-R forces lays a theoretical foundation of monitoring W-R contact safety from axle box acceleration instead of traditional W-R force detection. | Jianming Ding Jianhui Lin Guangming Wang Jie Zhao | 2014 | Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering(English Edition)2014,1,6: | 4 |

| 7 | Determination of optimal dietary selenium levels by full expression of selenoproteins in various tissues of broilers from 1 to 21 d of age显示文摘The current NRC dietary selenium(Se)requirement(0.15 mg/kg)of broilers is primarily based on growth performance data reported in 1986.Our study aimed to determine optimal dietary Se levels of broilers fed a practical corn-soybean meal diet for the full expression of selenoproteins in various tissues.A total of 384 one-d-old male broilers(n=8 replicates/diet)were fed a basal corn-soybean meal diet or the basal diet supplemented with 0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4 or 0.5 mg Se/kg in the form of Na_(2)SeO_(3) for 21 d.Regression analysis was conducted to evaluate the optimal dietary Se levels using broken-line,quadratic or asymptotic models.The activity of glutathione peroxidase(GPX)in the plasma,liver,kidney and pancreas,iodothyronine deiodinase(DIO)in the plasma,liver and pancreas,and thioredoxin reductase(Txnrd)in the liver and pancreas,the mRNA levels of Gpx1,Gpx4,Dio1,selenoprotein(Seleno)h,Selenop and Selenou in the liver,Gpx4,Dio1,Txnrd1,Txnrd2,Selenoh,Selenop and Selenou in the kidney,and Gpx1,Gpx4,Selenoh and Selenou in the pancreas,and the protein levels of GPX4 in the liver and kidney of broilers were influenced(P<0.05)by added Se levels,and increased quadratically(P<0.05)with the increase of added Se levels.The estimates of optimal dietary Se levels were 0.07 to 0.36 mg/kg based on the fitted broken-line,quadratic or asymptotic models(P<0.001)of the aforementioned selenoprotein expression in the plasma,liver and kidney,and 0.09 to 0.46 mg/kg based on the fitted broken-line models(P<0.001)of the aforementioned selenoprotein expression in the pancreas.The results indicate that the optimal dietary Se levels would be 0.36 mg/kg to support the full expression of selenoproteins in the plasma,liver and kidney,and 0.46 mg/kg to support the full expression of selenoproteins in the pancreas of broilers fed a practical corn-soybean meal diet from 1 to 21 d of age. | Xiudong Liao Guoqing Liu Guangming Sun Xiaoming Sun Tao Liu Lin Lu Liyang Zhang Minhong Zhang Yanli Guo Xugang Luo | 2021 | Animal Nutrition2021,,4: | 2 |
| 8 | Application of Seismic Anisotropy Caused by Fissures in Coal Seams to the Detection of Coal-bed Methane Reservoirs显示文摘Coal-bed methane is accumulated in micro-fissures and cracks in coal seams. The coal seam is the source terrace and reservoir bed of the coal-bed methane (Qian et al., 1996). Anisotropy of coal seams is caused by the existence of fissures. | 15 | Astrocyte reactivity in related brain regions in a mouse model of MPTP-induced Parkinson's disease显示文摘BACKGROUND:Severe injury to dopaminergic neuronal cell bodies and their axon terminals in the substantia nigra pars compacta(SNC) has been observed in both Parkinson's disease(PD) patients or in 1-methy-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyrindine(MPTP)-induced PD animal models, but only slight injury occurs in the adjacent ventral tegmental area(VTA).The mechanisms underlying this selective injury remain poorly understood. OBJECTIVE:To comparatively observe astrocyte reactivity in the SNC,caudate putamen(CPu), VTA,and frontal association cortex(FrA). DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:A cellular and molecular biology,randomized,controlled experiment was performed at the Institute of Neurobiology,Department of Human Anatomy, Medical School of Nantong University,between December 2006 and September 2008. MATERIALS:A total of 80 healthy adult male C57BL/6 mice were included in this study.MPTP was purchased from Sigma,USA. METHODS:Mice were randomly divided into a model group(n=64) and a sham-operated group (n=16).PD was induced in the mice from the model group by intraperitoneal injection of 20 mg/kg MPTP,once every three hours,for a total of 4 times. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Tyrosine hydroxylase(TH)-immunoreactive neurons and glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP)-immunoreactive astrocytes were examined by dual immunofluorescence labeling.GFAP-immunoreactive astrocytes in the CPu and FrA were determined by immunofluorescent staining.GFAP mRNA expression in the SNC,CPu,VTA,and FrA was detected using real-time polymerase chain reaction.TH protein levels in the TH-immunoreactive axon terminals of the CPu and FrA were detected by Western blotting. RESULTS:Numbers of TH-immunoreactive neurons in the SNC,and TH protein level in the CPu, markedly decreased(by approximately 68%) 1 day after MPTP injection,and gradually increased at 3 days.Simultaneously,astrocyte reactivity was strengthened,in particular at 7 days.However, after MPTP injection,decreases in the numbers of TH-immunoreactive neurons in the VTA,and TH protein levels in the FrA,were less apparent(approximately 15%).Also,no obvious astrocyte reactivity was observed.
