1Influencing factors of the neurodevelopment of high-risk infants显示文摘Background High-risk infants refer to newborns exposed to high-risk factors in the prenatal, natal or postnatal period. High-risk infants are at high risk of developmental retardation, and early identification of developmental abnormalities plays a vital role in improving high-risk infants' quality of life.Aims To describe the neurodevelopment of high-risk infants aged less than 1 year old, and to analyse the incidences and influencing factors of neurodevelopmental abnormalities in order to provide a basis for neurodevelopment monitoring and management of highrisk infants.Methods High-risk infants born between January 2016 and December 2016 in the maternity and infant health hospitals of three districts in Shanghai were followed up.The Gesell Developmental Scale was used to assess the neurodevelopmental level at the time of recruitment(0-2 months) and at 9 months. Univariate and multivariate analyses of the influencing factors were conducted.Results 484 high-risk infants(male 51 %, female 49%)with an average gestation age of 36.5±2.2 weeks were recruited. At the time of recruitment, the average age was2.1(0.8) months, and the developmental quotient(DQ)scores of full-term high-risk infants in motor(t=3.542,p=0.001), cognitive(t=3.125, p=0.002), language(t=3.189, p=0.002) and social(t=3.316, p=0.001) areas were higher than those of preterm infants. The incidences of developmental abnormalities of full-term high-risk infants in motor(χ~2 =9.452, p=0.002), cognitive(χ~2=6.258, p=0.012), language(χ~2 =12.319, p =0.001) and social(χ~2 =6.811, p=0.009) areas were lower than the preterm infants. At 9 months, there was no difference in the DQ scores and incidences of developmental abnormalities in four areas between full-term and preterm high-risk infants, and the incidence of developmental abnormalities was around 10%.Conclusion The incidence of neurodevelopmental abnormalities in high-risk infants aged less than 1 year old is high. 2CO_2 sensing properties and mechanism of PrFeO_3 and NdFeO_3 thick film sensor显示文摘The CO_2 sensing of PrFeO_3 and NdFeO_3 sensors were investigated. Experimental results show that the resistances for PrFeO_3 and NdFeO_3 in CO_2 gas are larger than those in air and the responses for PrFeO_3and NdFeO_3 sensors increase with an increase in room-temperature relative humidity. When exposed to1000 ppm CO_2, the response of PrFeO_3 thick film based on nano-powders annealed at 700℃can reach8.44 at 160℃for the background of wet air with 58%of room-temperature relative humidity (RH),which is much larger than the corresponding value (3.03) in wet air with 25%RH. The sensing response S of NdFeO_3 thick-film sensor based on nano-powders annealed at 600℃to 3000 ppm CO_2 at the operating temperature 200℃can reach 2.36 for the background of wet air with 72%RH, which is larger than the corresponding value (1.83) in the air with 25%RH. 3Reconstruction of Emission Coefficients for a Non-axisymmetric Coupling Arc Based on MALDONADO's Method显示文摘The reconstruction of emission coefficient is a key factor for the calculation of temperature field.However,most of the researches for determining arc plasmas are based on axisymmetric sources,little has been done to study non-axisymmetric arc plasmas.In order to reveal temperatures of a non-axisymmetric coupling arc,the distribution of emission coefficients must be reconstructed in advance.In this paper,the argon atomic line intensities of the coupling arc are obtained by using the imaging system that involves a high speed camera in conjunction with a neutral and a narrow-band filter.The converted programme between emission coefficients and emitted intensities is programmed based on MALDONADO's method.A displaced Gaussian model is used for evaluating the validity of the converted programme.Then,the emission coefficients of a free burning arc are reconstructed by MALDONADO's method and an Abel inversion,respectively,and good agreement is obtained.Finally,the emission coefficient profiles of the coupling arc are achieved.The results show that the distribution of emission coefficient for the coupling arc is non-axisymmetric.The emission coefficient profile is similar to an ellipse,and the short axis of the ellipse is in the direction that the two electrodes are arranged along.The peak temperature of the coupling arc is in the middle of both electrodes.There is a strong interaction between both arcs within the coupling arc.The proposed research solves difficulties for determining asymmetric arcs and enlarges the application scope of spectroscopic techniques.XIONG Jun ZHANG Guangjun HU Yutang WU Lin 2012Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2012,25,4:1

7Mitochondrial temperature-responsive drug delivery reverses drug resistance in lung cancer显示文摘Reversal of cancer drug resistance remains a critical challenge in chemotherapy.Mitochondria-targeted drug delivery has been suggested to mitigate drug resistance in cancer.To overcome the intrinsic limitations in conventional mitochondrial targeting strategies,we develop mitochondrial temperature-responsive drug delivery to reverse doxorubicin(DOX)resistance in lung cancer.Results demonstrate that the thermoresponsive nanocarrier can prevent DOX efflux and facilitate DOX accumulation and mitochondrial targeting in DOX-resistant tumors.As a consequence,thermoresponsive nanocarrier enhances the cytotoxicity of DOX and reverses the drug resistance in tumor-bearing mice.This work represents the first example of mitochondrial temperature-responsive drug delivery for reversing cancer drug resistance.Lifo Ruan Jun Chen Chuanchao Du Huiru Lu Jiayu Zhang Xiaomeng Cai Rui Dou Wenchu Lin Zhifang Chai Guangjun Nie Yi Hu 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,7:1

11Coverage Probability and Average Rate of Uplink Cellular Networks Based on a 3-D Model显示文摘Uplink cellular networks are usually modeled using simple Wyner-type cellular models where interference is simplified as a single random variable, or via 2-D Poisson point process(PPP) theory, with mobile users either scattered randomly or placed deterministically. These models are insufficient to evaluate performance in dense urban environments where a large number of small cells are installed. We take a fresh look at this problem using tools from 3-D PPP, and we develop a new general model based on 3-D space for uplink cellular networks. The main idea is modeling mobile users and small cells as two separate spatial PPPs. Under general assumptions, the uplink coverage probability can be easily evaluated through fast integral calculation. 20Effects of Microbial Fertilizers in Improving Acidic Tobacco-planting Soil and Tobacco Leaf Quality显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to improve acidic soil and enhance the quality of tobacco leaves.[Methods]The effects of different microbial fertilizers on improving acidic tobacco-planting soil and tobacco leaf quality were investigated through plot experiments.[Results]The application of microbial fertilizers could improve the pH value of acidic soil,and composite microbial agent A showed the best application effect.The application of bio-organic fertilizer was beneficial to improving the contents of available phosphorus and available boron in acidic soil.The application of composite microbial agent A was beneficial to improving the contents of available phosphorus and available potassium in acidic soil,and could promote the growth of tobacco plants and improve the economic traits of flue-cured tobacco and the coordination of chemical components in tobacco leaves.The application of composite microbial agent B led to a downward trend in the content of available boron in acidic soil.The application of composite microbial agent B could promote the absorption of nutrients by tobacco plants,and improve their disease resistance and the quality of tobacco leaves.Due to the differences in functional microorganisms contained,the application effects of different microbial fertilizers in improving acidic tobacco-planting soil and improving tobacco leaf quality varied.Overall,the application of microbial fertilizers could increase soil pH,activate soil nutrients,promote tobacco growth,enhance disease resistance,increase tobacco output value,and improve tobacco quality.Microbial fertilizers have good application prospects in improving acidic soil and improving tobacco quality.[Conclusions]The application of microbial fertilizers to improve acidic tobacco-planting soil can ensure the normal growth and development of tobacco plants and the improvement of tobacco leaf quality,achieving high-quality and sustainable development of Zhaotong tobacco.Xia NI Shungang SHEN Xianyi ZENG Dewen LI Yeming FU Min CHEN Chaokai YU Libing QI Ying-guo RUAN Changchong ZI Haohan GONG Guangjun HU Mengsheng ZHANG Xu ZHANG Shu PENG Hongbing LI 2023Agricultural Biotechnology2023,12,2:0
