| 2 | 高压输电线路雷击闪络的实验室研究(英文)显示文摘This paper presents an investigation on the attractive width of high voltage transmission lines to lightning strikes.In order to design the optimal lightning protection,the estimated number of lightning flashes on the line, which is based on its attractive width,needs to be determined.The investigation was performed using experiments with model tests at the Mississippi State University High Voltage Laboratory.For laboratory experiments,a total of 2,100 negative and positive switching impulse voltages were applied to transmission line models from a conducting rod,which represented a lightning downward leader.Different tested models of transmission lines on a scale of 1:100 were used.The effects of overhead ground wires,phase conductors,tower structures,and the magnitude and polarity of lightning strokes were also studied.The attractive width increased gradually with the height of overhead ground wires and towers as well as the magnitude of the lightning stroke current.Impulse polarity had an impact on the attractive width,and the attractive width for negative polarity was larger than that for positive polarity.The taller tower had more effect on flash distribution to transmission lines than the shorter one.The experimental results agree with the actual transmission line observations published in literature.The new expressions for the attractive width of transmission lines,based on the experimental results,were established.The accurate estimation of the attractive width can help electric power utilities plan transmission systems reliably and economically.The detailed description of the background problem,proposed method,experimental results,and analysis are presented in this paper. | Thongchai Disyadej Stanislaw Grzybowski | 2011 | 高电压技术2011,37,11: | 3 |
| 3 | Electrical Aging Phenomena of Power Cables Aged by Switching Impulses显示文摘Due to the insufficient information regarding the aging phenomenon of cables caused by switching impulses, we aged 15 kV XLPE and EPR cable samples by 10 000 switching impulses in experiments and tested them. Plus in order to compare the aging phenome- non under multi-stress conditions, additional EPR cable samples were aged by rated AC voltage and current with switching impulses superimposed. We used measurements of partial discharge parameters to monitor the cables’ conditions during their aging process, and the AC breakdown voltages measurement to evaluate the cables after aging. Moreover, the Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy measurements revealed the changes of insulation materials after aging. The measurement results confirm that the accelerated aging of cable samples had taken place. The impacts of each individual aging factor are shown through the selected measurements and comparison. | 4 | Drug-eluting intraocular lens with sustained bromfenac release for conquering posterior capsular opacification显示文摘Cataract is the leading cause of visual impairment,and posterior capsular opacification(PCO)is the most common long-term complication of modern cataract surgery,which can cause severe visual impairment after surgery.The proliferation,migration,and epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)of residual lens epithelial cells(LECs)stimulated by growth factors and cytokines,are the key pathological mechanisms involved in the development of PCO.This study demonstrated that non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug(NSAID),bromfenac,was capable of effectively inhibiting cell migration,overexpression of EMT markers,such as fibronectin(FN),matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP2),α-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA),and transcription factor Snail,and extracellular signal-regulated kinase(ERK)/glycogen synthase kinase-3β(GSK-3β)signaling induced by transforming growth factor-β2(TGF-β2)in vitro.The inhibitory effect of bromfenac on TGF-β2-induced EMT was also verified on a primary lens epithelial cell model using human anterior capsules.Furthermore,based on ultrasonic spray technology,we developed a drug-eluting intraocular lens(IOL)using poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)(PLGA)with sustained bromfenac release ability for the prevention of PCO development.In the rabbit models of cataract surgery,bromfenac-eluting IOL exhibited remarkable PCO prevention and inflammation suppression effects with excellent biocompatibility.In conclusion,bromfenac can inhibit TGF-β2-induced cell migration and the EMT of LECs via ERK/GSK-3β/Snail signaling.The present study offers a novel approach for preventing PCO through PLGA-based drug sustained-release IOLs. | Xiaobo Zhang Kairan Lai Su Li Jing Wang Jiayong Li Wei Wang Shuang Ni Bing Lu Andrzej Grzybowski Jian Ji Haijie Han Ke Yao | 2022 | Bioactive Materials2022,7,3: | 2 |

| 7 | Effectiveness of Lightning Protection Devices显示文摘In addition to the conventional Franklin Rod,many non-conventional air terminals are being used as lightning protection devices.As cited in previous works,these non-conventional devices emit space charge in the vicinity of the terminals during the process of lightning stroke.A number of factors affect the performance of these lightning protection devices,among them are geometry and dimension of the devices,location of the device above the ground,height of the cloud above the ground,and polarity of the lightning stroke.The performance of these lightning protection devices has been a topic of discussion by researchers for many years.Some studies focused on the magnitude of emission current from these devices as a criterion to evaluate their performances.The critical flashover voltage(CFO)between the devices and a metal screen simulating cloud can also be used as another criterion to evaluate the performance of the devices.Laboratory measurements were conducted in controlled conditions on different types of lightning protection devices to compare their performance.Four different types of devices were used in the present study:Franklin Rod,TerraStat models TS 100,TS 400,and Spline Ball Ionizer.The study focused on the CFO voltage of the air gap between devices and the metal screen.The CFO voltage was evaluated using standard switching and lightning impulses.The measurements were recorded for positive as well as negative polarity.The air gap between the devices and metal screen was selected at 2 m and 3 m.The results obtained provide a better understanding of the electrical performance of lightning protection devices. | S. | 10 | Long-term follow-up of cataract surgery in eyes filled with silicone oil显示文摘AIM:To evaluate the refractive and long-term outcome of eyes filled with silicone oil(SO)undergoing phacoemulsification cataract surgery(PCS).METHODS:This retrospective study evaluated patients with SO tamponade who were scheduled for PCS.RESULTS:Subjects(n=26)were followed for 29.5±13.9 mo after cataract surgery.The median spherical equivalent refraction(SER)was+5.3 D[interquartile range(IQR)+2.9 to+6.7]before PCS,and+3.4 D(IQR+2.0 to+4.4)after PCS.Within the follow-up period retinal reattachment after SO removal was achieved in 15 out of 26 eyes(57.7%).In 13 eyes assessment of refraction after SO-removal was possible,and showed a myopic shift of-4.6 D(IQR-2.9 to-7.3)in the SER.After SO removal,5 of the 13 eyes(38.5%)were within±1.0 D of the target refraction,while 9 out of the 13 eyes(69.2%)were within±2.0 D.CONCLUSION:In our study,the refraction after PCS for eyes filled with SO manifested low predictability,as did the myopic shift following SO removal.A significant percentage of the eyes that underwent SO administration required a long-term tamponade. | Piotr Kanclerz Christoph Leisser Andrzej Grzybowski Pawel Lipowski | 2021 | International Journal of Ophthalmology(English edition)2021,14,1: | 1 |
