| 1 | 主观疲劳量表与体重流失在足球训练负荷控制中的运用显示文摘对'主观疲劳量表'进行改进,使其便于获得足球运动员的'训练前自觉疲劳程度',从而能获得'训练累积自觉疲劳程度';并引入运动员的'体重流失'和'体重流失比'来对运动员训练负荷进行监控。研究假设为'运动员在训练中的‘体重流失比’和‘累积自觉疲劳程度’比‘体重流失’和‘训练后自觉疲劳程度’能更准确地反映运动员的训练负荷'。18名职业足球运动员(年龄23±3岁,身高177.2±6.2cm,体重72.9±7.2kg,BMI指数23.2±1.7)被选取为实验对象,对研究假设进行实验验证。结果显示,运动员在训练中的体重流失与训练后自觉疲劳程度不存在相关性(P>0.05),而与训练累积自觉疲劳程度呈现中度相关(P<0.05,R=0.49)。体重流失比与训练后自觉疲劳程度呈现低度相关(P<0.05,R=0.39),且与训练累积自觉疲劳程度呈现中度相关(P<0.01,R=0.52)。该结果证实了本研究的研究假设。 | 刘鸿优 Jesus-Vicente Gimenez Andres Alcolea Leon | 2015 | 体育科学2015，35，5： | 16 |
