| 1 | 米非司酮与米索前列醇用于催经的研究显示文摘目的 评估应用米非司酮联合米索前列醇催经的效果及副反应。 方法 在全国 8个研究中心共接收了 72 0名妇女 ,平均预期月经延迟 ( 4.9± 1 .7) d。接纳当天给予 1 50 mg米非司酮 ,3 6~ 48h后门诊阴道放置 40 0μg米索前列醇 ,并留院观察 1 h。嘱服药后 1 0 d内随诊。观察指标主要为妊娠、月经来潮。测定血清雌二醇 ( E2 )及孕酮 ( P) ,以分析月经延迟时的周期时相。 结果 在 72 0名妇女中失访 1人。在 71 9名妇女中 ,就诊时已经妊娠 492人 ,其中完全和不完全流产 46 7例 ( 95.0 % ) ;妊娠继续 2 4例 ( 4.9% ) ;异位妊娠 1例 ,作进一步处理。月经延迟 2 2 7名妇女 ,其中月经来潮 2 2 2例 ( 97.8% ) ;月经延迟>45d或停经者 5例 ( 2 .2 % )。服药后副反应中有恶心 9%、呕吐 3 .1 %。血清 E2 与 P显示 ,月经延迟者有 6 0 %仍处于卵泡期水平 ,仅 3 0 %处于黄体期 ;在妊娠组 ,6 0 %血清 P和E2 的水平相当于黄体期水平 ,说明已有极早期妊娠。 结论 米非司酮与米索前列醇联合应用是有效和安全的催经止孕方法 ,对解决妇女担忧非意愿妊娠有利 。 | 肖碧莲 赵珩 吴尚纯 Helena von Hertzen Gilda Piaggio 翁梨驹 经小平 程利南 任芳明 贺昌海 桂幼伦 雷贞武 朱明辉 曹小明 汪蓉芬 丁婉华 梅庆明 | 2003 | 生殖医学杂志2003，12，3： | 17 |
| 2 | Cytomegalovirus frequency in neonatal intrahepatic cholestasis determined by serology, histology, immunohistochemistry and PCR显示文摘AIM: To determine cytomegalovirus (CMV) frequency in neonatal intrahepatic cholestasis by serology, histological revision (searching for cytomegalic cells), immunohistochemistry, and polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and to verify the relationships among these methods.METHODS: The study comprised 101 non-consecutive infants submitted for hepatic biopsy between March 1982 and December 2005. Serological results were obtained from the patient's f iles and the other methods were performed on paraffin-embedded liver samples from hepatic biopsies. The following statistical measures were calculated: frequency, sensibility, specif ic positive predictive value, negative predictive value, and accuracy.RESULTS: The frequencies of positive results were as follows: serology, 7/64 (11%); histological revision, 0/84; immunohistochemistry, 1/44 (2%), and PCR, 6/77 (8%). Only one patient had positive immunohistochemical fi ndings and a positive PCR. The following statistical measures were calculated between PCR and serology: sensitivity, 33.3%; specificity, 88.89%; positive predictive value, 28.57%; negative predictive value, 90.91%; and accuracy, 82.35%. CONCLUSION: The frequency of positive CMV varied among the tests. Serology presented the highest positive frequency. | 6 | Minimally invasive surgical treatment of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma:A systematic review显示文摘BACKGROUND Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC)is the second most common primary liver cancer and is characterized by an aggressive behavior and a dismal prognosis.Radical surgical resection represents the only potentially curative treatment.Despite the increasing acceptance of laparoscopic liver resection for surgical treatment of malignant liver diseases,its use for ICC is not commonly performed.In fact,to achieve surgical free margins a major resection and/or vascular and/or biliary reconstructions is often needed,as well as an associated lymph node dissection.AIM To review and summarize the current evidences on the minimally invasive resection of ICC.METHODS A systematic review of the literature based on the criteria predetermined by the investigators was performed from the 1st of January 2009 up to the 1st of January2021 in 4 databases(PubMed,Scopus,Google Scholar,and Cochrane databases).All retrospective and prospective studies reporting on the comparative outcomes of open vs minimally invasive treatment of ICC were included.An evaluation of manuscripts quality was achieved using Methodological Index for Non-Randomized Studies criteria and Newcastle-Ottawa Scale.RESULTS After a systematic search 9 studies fulfilled the inclusion criteria.Among the all 3012 included patients,2450 were operated by an open approach and 562 by a minimally invasive(laparoscopic)approach.Baseline characteristics,tumor characteristics,surgical outcomes and oncological outcomes were collected and analyzed,highlighting values with a statistical significant difference between patients treated with open or laparoscopic approach.Shorter hospital stay and lower intraoperative blood losses were reported by some Authors in minimally invasive surgery,on the contrary,in the open group there was a higher number of lymphadenectomies and a higher percentage of major hepatectomies.CONCLUSION Minimally invasive resection of ICC has some short-term benefits and it is safe and feasible only in selected centers with a high experience in laparoscopic approach for liver surgery.Minimally invasive surgery,actually,was considered mainly in patients with a tumor with a diameter<5 cm,without invasion of main biliary duct or main vessel and no vascular or biliary reconstructions were planned.Further studies are needed to elucidate its impact on long term oncologic outcomes. | Renato Patrone Francesco Izzo Raffaele Palaia Vincenza Granata Guglielmo Nasti Alessandro Ottaiano Gilda Pasta Andrea Belli | 2021 | World Journal of Gastrointestinal Oncology2021，13，12： | 3 |

The reuse of these wastes as raw materials for the production of advanced materials is a viable way both to overcome the environmental impact and to reduce the disposal costs,proposing new technologically advanced materials. This work aims to simulate these interesting glassceramics by using glass cullet coming from recycled municipal waste and high amount of iron(III) oxide(from 25 wt% to 50 wt%), the prevalent component of steel waste. The oxide was mixed with glass cullet and vitrified. The samples composition and the microstructure were investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), and X-ray diffraction(XRD) was used to evaluate the nature of the crystalline phases.The chemical stability of the materials, in terms of ionic release into saline solution, was assessed. The electrical behavior of the samples was also investigated by varying the iron ions content and controlling the crystallization process.
