11Label distribution learning for scene text detection显示文摘Recently,segmentation-based scene text detection has drawn a wide research interest due to its flexibility in describing scene text instance of arbitrary shapes such as curved texts.However,existing methods usually need complex post-processing stages to process ambiguous labels,i.e.,the labels of the pixels near the text boundary,which may belong to the text or background.In this paper,we present a framework for segmentation-based scene text detection by learning from ambiguous labels.We use the label distribution learning method to process the label ambiguity of text annotation,which achieves a good performance without using additional post-processing stage.Experiments on benchmark datasets demonstrate that our method produces better results than state-of-the-art methods for segmentation-based scene text detection.Haoyu MA Ningning LU Junjun MEI Tao GUAN Yu ZHANG Xin GENG 2023Frontiers of Computer Science2023,17,6:0
12Strong coupling between a plasmon mode and multiple different exciton states显示文摘Strong coupling between plasmons and multiple different exciton states(MESs)enables the creation of multiple hybrid polariton states under ambient conditions.These hybrid states possess unique optical properties different from those of their separate identities,making them ideal candidates for exploiting room-temperature multimode hybridization and multiqubit operation.In this study,we revealed the static spectral response properties of plasmon-MES strong coupling via a fully quantum mechanics approach.These theoretical predictions were experimentally demonstrated in plasmonic nanocavities containing two and three different exciton species.Additionally,the dynamical absorption processes of such strong coupling systems were investigated,and results indicated that the damping of the hybrid polariton states induced by the strong coupling could be markedly modulated by the acoustic oscillations from the plasmonic nanocavities.Our findings contribute a theoretical approach for accurately describing the plasmon-MES interactions and a platform for developing the high-speed active plasmonic devices based on multiqubit strong coupling.Junjun Ye Yatao Pan Guanghui Liu Wei Li Renming Liu Ming Geng Zhixiang Liu Zhen Chi Xia Ran Yanmin Kuang Yulu He Lijun Guo 2023Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2023,66,4:0
