1^11C-PIBPET和^18F-FDGPET显像诊断阿尔茨海默病与遗忘型轻度认知损害的临床价值显示文摘目的应用11C-PIB PET和18F-FDG PET显像研究阿尔茨海默病和遗忘型轻度认知损害患者β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)沉积与葡萄糖代谢之间的关系,联合载脂蛋白E(ApoE)基因型进一步探讨遗忘型轻度认知损害与阿尔茨海默病的相关性。方法利用PET显像对阿尔茨海默病(14例)、遗忘型轻度认知损害(10例)和正常对照者(5例)脑组织Aβ沉积和葡萄糖代谢变化进行分析,采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性方法对ApoE基因型进行分析。结果阿尔茨海默病组患者11C-PIB标准化摄取比值在下顶叶、颞叶外侧、额叶、后扣带回皮质和楔前叶、枕叶和纹状体均高于正常对照组(P<0.05);遗忘型轻度认知损害组患者脑组织11C-PIB结合水平呈双峰形。11C-PIB+aMCI亚组与阿尔茨海默病组、11C-PIB-aMCI亚组与正常对照组之间11C-PIB标准化摄取比值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。18F-FDG PET显像显示,3/5例11C-PIB+aMCI亚组患者双侧顶叶、颞叶和楔前叶代谢减低,其中2例ApoEε4等位基因携带者随访期间进展至阿尔茨海默病;3/5例11C-PIB-aMCI亚组患者双侧额叶和前扣带回代谢减低。结论11C-PIB PET显像是筛查具有阿尔茨海默病病理特点的遗忘型轻度认知损害患者的有效工具。具有阿尔茨海默病病理特征的遗忘型轻度认知损害患者可伴有顶叶、颞叶外侧皮质和楔前叶代谢减低,其中ApoEε4等位基因携带者更易进展至阿尔茨海默病痴呆。Shi Zhihong Wang Ying Liu Shuai Liu Shuling Z hou Yuying Wang Jinhuan Cai Li Gao Shuo Ji Yong 2014中国现代神经疾病杂志2014,14,3:8

3Application of spline wavelet transform in differential of electroanalytical signal显示文摘Investigating characteristics of spline wavelet, we found that if the two-order spline function, the derivative function of the three-order B spline function, is used as the wavelet base function, the spline wavelet transform has both the property of denoising and that of differential. As a result, the relation between the spline wavelet transform and the differential was studied in theory. Experimental results show that the spline wavelet transform can well be applied to the differential of the electroanalytical signal. Compared with other kinds of wavelet transform, the spline wavelet transform has a characteristic of differential. Compared with the digital differentia] and simulative differential with electronic circuit, the spline wavelet transform not only can carry out denoising and differential for a signal, but also has the advantages of simple operation and small quantity of calculation, because step length, RC constant and other kinds of parameters need not be selected. 4Methane Adsorption Capacity Reduction Process of Water-Bearing Shale Samples and Its Influencing Factors: One Example of Silurian Longmaxi Formation Shale from the Southern Sichuan Basin in China显示文摘Due to the existence of water content in shale reservoir,it is quite meaningful to clarify the effect of water content on the methane adsorption capacity(MAC)of shale.However,the role of spatial configuration relationship between organic matter(OM)and clay minerals in the MAC reduction process is still unclear.The Silurian Longmaxi Formation shale samples from the Southern Sichuan Basin in China were prepared at five relative humidity(RH)conditions(0%,16%,41%,76%,99%)and the methane adsorption experiments were conducted on these water-bearing shale samples to clarify the MAC reduction process considering the spatial configuration relationship between clay minerals and OM and establish the empirical model to fit the stages.Total organic carbon(TOC)content and mineral compositions were analyzed and the pore structures of these shale samples were characterized by field-emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM),N2 adsorption and high-pressure mercury intrusion porosimetry(HPMIP).The results showed that the MAC reduction of clay minerals in OM occurred at different RH conditions from that of clay minerals outside OM.Furthermore,the amount of MAC reduction of shale samples prepared at the same RH condition was negatively related with clay content,which indicated the protection role of clay minerals for the MAC of water-bearing shale samples.The MAC reduction process was generally divided into three stages for siliceous and clayey shale samples.And the MAC of OM started to decline during stage(1)for calcareous shale sample mainly because water could enter OM pores more smoothly through hydrophobic pathway provided by carbonate minerals than through hydrophilic clay mineral pores.Overall,this study will contribute to improving the evaluation method of shale gas reserve.Zhiye Gao Shuling Xiong 2021Journal of Earth Science2021,32,4:3
5Fracture and Tensile Properties of Polyvinyl Alcohol Fiber Reinforced Cementitous Composites显示文摘Experiments were carried out to design polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)fiber reinforced cementitous composites(PVA-FRCCs)holding high ductility and energy consumption ability.Besides,the properties of each ingredients in composites,mixing method and technology for fresh mixture were described in detail. Then,the pseudo-strain-hardening(PSH)behavior was investigated in uniaxial tension test.As a result,the maximum ultimate tensile strain can reach 0.7 percent.On the other hand,the single edge notch(SEN)thin sheet specimens were employed to gain the normal tensile load via crack mouth opening displacement(CMOD) curves,which can show obvious PSH behavior.In addition,the curves can be divided into four zones whose fracture toughness calculation methods were discussed.The wedge splitting(WS)test method can be applied to discuss the fracture toughness.Moreover,fracture energy of SEN and WS specimens were both approximately evaluated.徐世烺 GAO Shuling 2008Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2008,23,1:2
6Particulate flow modelling in a spiral separator by using the Eulerian multi-fluid VOF approach显示文摘The Euler-Euler model is less effective in capturing the free surface of flow film in the spiral separator,and thus a Eulerian multi-fluid volume of fluid(VOF)model was first proposed to describe the particulate flow in spiral separators.In order to improve the applicability of the model in the high solid concentration system,the Bagnold effect was incorporated into the modelling framework.The capability of the proposed model in terms of predicting the flow film shape in a LD9 spiral separator was evaluated via comparison with measured flow film thicknesses reported in literature.Results showed that sharp air–water and air-pulp interfaces can be obtained using the proposed model,and the shapes of the predicted flow films before and after particle addition were reasonably consistent with the observations reported in literature.Furthermore,the experimental and numerical simulation of the separation of quartz and hematite were performed in a laboratory-scale spiral separator.When the Bagnold lift force model was considered,predictions of the grade of iron and solid concentration by mass for different trough lengths were more consistent with experimental data.In the initial development stage,the quartz particles at the bottom of the flow layer were more possible to be lifted due to the Bagnold force.Thus,a better predicted vertical stratification between quartz and hematite particles was obtained,which provided favorable conditions for subsequent radial segregation.Lingguo Meng Shuling Gao Dezhou Wei Qiang Zhao Baoyu Cui Yanbai Shen Zhenguo Song 2023International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2023,33,2:2
7Facet-dependent electrochemiluminescence spectrum of nanostructured ZnO显示文摘A facet-dependent electrochemiluminescence (ECL) behavior was found for nanostructured ZnO with different dominant exposing planes.The ECL spectrum of nanostructured ZnO was recorded by the emission scan mode with a fluorescence spectrometer and applied to investigate the difference of surface state for different crystal planes.Electronic structure calculations based on density functional theory were used to study the effect of crystal plane on the band structure and density of states.It revealed that the ECL emission was originated primarily from the recombination of electrons from Zn 4s and the hole from O 2p,which could be utilized to study the physical and chemical properties of surface structures of as-prepared nanostructured ZnO.A physical model was suggested to elucidate the differences of ECL spectra.A concept was proposed that the energy released as photons during ECL process of nanocrystalline semiconductor materials will be correlated with the energy level of active sites located at different crystal planes.WANG Lei YUE QiaoLi LI HaiBo XU ShuLing GUO LianShun ZHANG XianXi WANG HuaiSheng GAO XueXi WANG WenJun LIU JiFeng LIU Peng 2013Science China Chemistry2013,56,1:2
8Vertical Profiles of Volatile Organic Compounds in Suburban Shanghai显示文摘As Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs)are one of the precursors of ozone,their distribution and variable concentrations are highly related to local ozone pollution control.In this study,we obtained vertical profiles of VOCs in Shanghai’s Jinshan district on 8 September and 9 September in 2016 to investigate their distribution and impact on local atmospheric oxidation in the near surface layer.Vertical samples were collected from heights between 50 m and 400 m by summa canisters using an unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV).Concentrations of VOCs(VOCs refers to the 52 species measured in this study)varied minimally below 200 m,and decreased by 21.2%from 100 m to 400 m.The concentrations of VOCs above 200 m decreased significantly in comparison to those below 200 m.The proportions of alkanes and aromatics increased from 55.2%and 30.5%to 57.3%and 33.0%,respectively.Additionally,the proportion of alkenes decreased from 13.2%to 8.4%.Toluene and m/p-xylene were the key species in the formation of SOA and ozone.Principal component analysis(PCA)revealed that the VOCs measured in this study mainly originated from industrial emissions.Yuhan LIU Hongli WANG Shengao JING Ming ZHOU Shenrong LOU Kun QU Wanyi QIU Qian WANG Shule LI Yaqin GAO Yusi LIU Xiaobing LI Zhong-Ren PENG Junhui CHEN Keding LU 2021Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2021,38,7:1

13Neoadjuvant chemotherapy with pingyangmycin can inhibit the amplification and metastasis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the short-term effects of neoadjuvant chemotherapy with pingyangmycin(PYM)in the treat-ment of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods:24 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma were treated with PYM before the operation,and the surgeries were undergone within one week after neoadjuvant chemotherapy.PCNA,p53,Bcl-2 and CD44v6 were detected in the specimens of tumor,retreated tumor and normal tissue using immunohistochemical methods.Results:Apoptosis could be detected more often in specimens with tumor and retreated tumor after chemotherapy than that before.The expression of PCNA,p53,Bcl-2 and CD44v6 in tumor tissue after neoadjuvant chemotherapy with PYM was weaker than that before the chemotherapy.There was significant difference in the positive ratio of PCNA,p53,Bcl-2 and CD44v6 be-tween retreated tumor and tumor.Conclusion:After neoadjuvant chemotherapy with PYM,a large number of tumor cells died.The amplification and metastasis of tumor were suppressed by neoadjuvant chemotherapy with PYM.Xiaolong Li Ming Gao Haifeng Yu Benyi Xu Zhengjin Ge Yang Yu Songfeng Wei Shuling Li 2006The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2006,5,6:1

16For more and purer hydrogen-the progress and challenges in water gas shift reaction显示文摘The water gas shift(WGS) reaction is a standard reaction that is widely used in industrial hydrogen production and removal of carbon monoxide. The improved catalytic performance of WGS reaction also contributes to ammonia synthesis and other reactions. Advanced catalysts have been developed for both high and low-temperature reactions and are widely used in industry. In recent years, supported metal nanoparticle catalysts have been researched due to their high metal utilization. Low-temperature catalysts have shown promising results, including high selectivity, high shift rates, and higher activity potential. Additionally, significant progress has been made in removing trace CO through the redox reaction in electrolytic cell. This paper reviews the development of WGS reaction catalysts, including the reaction mechanism, catalyst design, and innovative research methods. The catalyst plays a crucial role in the WGS reaction, and this paper provides an instant of catalyst design under different conditions. The progress of catalysts is closely related to the development of advanced characterization techniques.Furthermore, modifying the catalyst surface to enhance activity and significantly increase reaction kinetics is a current research direction. 19Excision of Head and Neck Tumors Combined with Carotid Artery Resection without Arterial Blood Vessel Reconstruction显示文摘OBJECTIVE To summarize our clinical experience in treating31 patients with neck masses undergoing carotid artery resectionwithout arterial anastomosis(vascular reconstruction)in TianjinCancer Hospital during a period from 1979 to 2002.METHODS Preoperatively,patients were instructed to applypressure to the carotid artery.Tumor excision combined withcarotid artery resection(TECCAR)was conducted after anaccurate testing of valid cerebral blood supply and compensation.RESULTS Among the study patients,17 were male and 14female,with the age ranging from 14 to 58 years.Of the 31 cases,23 were carotid body tumors(8 malignant),2 vagal body tumors(1 malignant),4 carotid aneurysms,and 2 were metastatic tumorsfrom the cervix involving carotid artery.Of the patients,a subtotalresection of the head and neck masses was conducted in 22 cases.Intraoperative death did not occur,and postoperative CNS orcerebrovascular complications(CVC)were not found.CONCLUSION TECCAR without arterial anastomosis is asafe and feasible procedure.In addition,this method of surgeryhas more advantages in comparison to an arterial anastomosis:i)Tumor resection was more complete.ii)Complications such asthrombus,infection,and lethal hemorrhage etc.,were rare aftersurgery;iii)Postoperative radiotherapy,if needed,would be safeand acceptable;iv)It was a more simplified operational procedure.Yan Zhang Ming Gao Shuling Li 2009Clinical oncology and cancer resexreh2009,6,4:0
20Synthesis and in-situ noble metal modification of WO3·0.33H2O nanorods from a tungsten-containing mineral for enhancing NH3 sensing performance显示文摘Ag-and Pt-doped WO3-0.33 H2O nanorods with high response and selectivity to NH3 were synthesized from a tungsten-containing mine ral of scheelite concentrate by a simple combined process,namely by a high pressure leaching method to obtain tungstate ions-containing leaching solution and followed by a hydrothermal method to prepare corresponding nanorods.The microstructure and NH3 sensing perfo rmance of the final products were investigated systematically.The microstructure characte rization showed that the as-prepared WO3-0.33 H2 O nanorods had a hexagonal crystal structure,and Ag and Pt nanoparticles were uniformly distributed in the WO3-0.33 H2O nano rods.Gas sensing measurements indicated that Ag and Pt nanopa rticles not only could obviously enhance NH3 sensing properties in terms of response,selectivity as well as response/recovery time,but also could reduce the optimal operating temperature at which the highest response was achieved.The highest responses of 22.4 and 47.6 for Agand Pt-doped WO3-0.33 H2O nanorods to 1000 ppm NH3 were obtained at 225 and 175℃,respectively,which were about four and eight folds higher than that of pure one at 250℃.The superior NH3 sensing properties are mainly ascribed to the catalytic activities of noble metals and the different work functions between noble metals and WO3-0.33 H2 O.Tingting Li Yanbai Shen Sikai Zhao Pengfei Zhou Xiangxi Zhong Shuling Gao Dezhou Wei Fanli Meng 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,8:0
