| 3 | Rockburst mechanism in soft coal seam within deep coal mines显示文摘A number of rockburst accidents occurring in soft coal seams have shown that the rockburst mechanism involved in soft coal seams is significantly different from that involved in hard coal seams. Therefore, the method used to evaluate rockburst in hard coal seams is not applicable to soft coal seams. This paper established an energy integral model for the rockburst-inducing area and a friction work calculation model for the plastic area. If the remaining energy after the coal seam is broken in the rockburstinducing area is greater than the friction work required for the coal to burst out, then a rockburst accident will occur. | 9 | Dynamical Solidification Behaviors and Metal Flow during Continuous Semisolid Extrusion Process of AZ31 Alloy显示文摘In this paper, a novel near-net-shape forming process, continuous semisolid extrusion process (CSEP) of AZ31 alloy was proposed, and the dynamical solidification behaviors and metal flow during the process were firstly investigated. During casting AZ31 alloy by this process, non-uniform microstructure distributions and non-equilibrium solidification region near the roll surface were found in the roll-shoe gap. Microstructural evolution from dendrite to rosette and spherical grains was observed during the casting by CSEP. Casting temperature, roll-shoe gap width and cooling ability have great effect on casting process and metal flow, so these factors should be carefully controlled, a proper casting temperature of 710-750℃ is suggested. | 12 | Width design for gobs and isolated coal pillars based on overall burst-instability prevention in coal mines显示文摘An investigation was conducted on the overall burst-instability of isolated coal pillars by means of the possibility index diagnosis method(PIDM). First, the abutment pressure calculation model of the gob in side direction was established to derive the abutment pressure distribution curve of the isolated coal pillar. Second, the overall burst-instability ratio of the isolated coal pillars was defined. Finally, the PIDM was utilized to judge the possibility of overall burst-instability and recoverability of isolated coal pillars.The results show that an overall burst-instability may occur due to a large gob width or a small pillar width. If the width of the isolated coal pillar is not large enough, the shallow coal seam will be damaged at first, and then the high abutment pressure will be transferred to the deep coal seam, which may cause an overall burst-instability accident. | 19 | Effect of titanium and rare earth microalloying on microsegregation,eutectic carbides of M2 high speed steel during ESR process显示文摘The effects of RE and Ti microalloying during electroslag remelting(ESR)process on the microsegregation and morphology of eutectic M2C carbides in M2 high speed steel were investigated.The results show that the addition of 0.2 wt%RE can alleviate the segregation of C,W,Mo,V and Cr,while the morphology of eutectic M2C carbides hardly changes.The microalloying with the addition of 0.5 wt%Ti has the lowest degree of microsegregation due to the improvement of primary dendrites by the effective heterogeneous nucleating agent of(Ti,V)(C,N)particles.The addition of Ti makes the mo rphology of M2C carbides change from rod-like or maze-like shape into a coarse feathery shape,exhibiting anisotropic facet growth characteristics.For the microalloying of 0.2 wt%RE and 0.5 wt%Ti,the segregation of the main metal alloying elements is slightly more severe than that of the addition of only RE or Ti.Under the combined action of RE and Ti,the feathery eutectic M2C becomes thinner and shorter and tends to be isolated or distributed in a discontinuous network. | Fuxing Yin Lu Wang Zhixia Xiao Jianhang Feng Lin Zhao | 2020 | Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,9: | 5 |
