1Characteristics Prediction Method of Electro-hydraulic Servo Valve Based on Rough Set and Adaptive Neuro-fuzzy Inference System显示文摘Synthesis characteristics of the electro-hydraulic servo valve are key factors to determine eligibility of the hydraulic production.Testing all synthesis characteristics of the electro-hydraulic servo valve after assembling leads to high repair rate and reject rate,so accurate prediction for the synthesis characteristics in the industrial production is particular important in decreasing the repair rate and the reject rate of the product.However,the research in forecasting synthesis characteristics of the electro-hydraulic servo valve is rare.In this work,a hybrid prediction method was proposed based on rough set(RS) and adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system(ANFIS) in order to predict synthesis characteristics of electro-hydraulic servo valve.Since the geometric factors affecting the synthesis characteristics of the electro-hydraulic servo valve are from workers' experience,the inputs of the prediction method are uncertain.RS-based attributes reduction was used as the preprocessor,and then the exact geometric factors affecting the synthesis characteristics of the electro-hydraulic servo valve were obtained.On the basis of the exact geometric factors,ANFIS was used to build the final prediction model.A typical electro-hydraulic servo valve production was used to demonstrate the proposed prediction method.The prediction results showed that the proposed prediction method was more applicable than the artificial neural networks(ANN) in predicting the synthesis characteristics of electro-hydraulic servo valve,and the proposed prediction method was a powerful tool to predict synthesis characteristics of the electro-hydraulic servo valve.Moreover,with the use of the advantages of RS and ANFIS,the highly effective forecasting framework in this study can also be applied to other problems involving synthesis characteristics forecasting.JIA Zhenyuan MA Jianwei WANG Fuji LIU Wei 2010Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2010,23,2:11

3Buoyance-driven hydrocarbon accumulation depth and its implication for unconventional resource prediction显示文摘The discovery of unconventional hydrocarbon resources since the late 20th century changed geologists’understanding of hydrocarbon migration and accumulations and provides a solution to energy shortage.In 2016,unconventional oil production in the USA accounted for 41%of the total oil production;and unconventional natural gas production in China accounted for 35%of total gas production,showing strong growth momentum of unconventional hydrocarbons explorations.Unconventional hydrocarbons generally coexist with conventional petroleum resources;they sometimes distribute in a separate system,not coexisting with a conventional system.Identification and prediction of unconventional resources and their potentials are prominent challenges for geologists.This study analyzed the results of 12,237 drilling wells in six representative petroliferous basins in China and studied the correlations and differences between conventional and unconventional hydrocarbons by comparing their geological features.Migration and accumulation of conventional hydrocarbon are caused dominantly by buoyance.Wepropose a concept of buoyance-driven hydrocarbon accumulation depth to describe the deepest hydrocarbon accumulation depth driven dominantly by buoyance;beyond this depth the buoyance becomes unimportant for hydrocarbon accumulation.We found that the buoyance-driven hydrocarbon accumulation depth in petroliferous basins controls the different oil/gas reservoirs distribution and resource potentials.Hydrocarbon migration and accumulations above this depth is dominated by buoyancy,forming conventional reservoirs in traps with high porosity and permeability,while hydrocarbon migration and accumulation below this depth is dominated by non-buoyancy forces(mainly refers to capillary force,hydrocarbon volumeexpansion force,etc.),forming unconventional reservoirs in tight layers.The buoyance-driven hydrocarbon accumulation depths in six basins in China range from 1200mto 4200 m,which become shallowerwith increasing geothermal gradient,decreasing particle size of sandstone reservoir layers,or an uplift in the whole petroliferous basin.The predicted unconventional resource potential belowthe buoyance-driven hydrocarbon accumulation depth in six basins in China is more than 15.71×10^(9) t oil equivalent,among them 4.71×10^(9) t reserves have been proved.Worldwide,94%of 52,926 oil and gas reservoirs in 1186 basins are conventional reservoirs and only 6%of them are unconventional reservoirs.These 94%conventional reservoirs show promising exploration prospects in the deep area below buoyance-driven hydrocarbon accumulation depth.Xiongqi Pang Chengzao Jia Wenyang Wang Zhangxin Chen Maowen Li Fujie Jiang Tao Hu Ke Wang Yingxun Wang 2021Geoscience Frontiers2021,12,4:9
4Statistical Description of Debris Particle Size Distribution in Electrical Discharge Machining显示文摘Gap debris as discharge product is closely related to machining process in electrical discharge machining(EDM). A lot of recent researches have focused on the relationship among debris size, surfaces texture, remove rate, and machining stability. The study on statistical distribution of debris size contributes to the research, but it is still superficial currently. In order to obtain the distribution law of the debris particle size, laser particle size analyzer(LPSA) combined with scanning electron microscope(SEM) is used to analyze the EDM debris size. Firstly, the heating dried method is applied to obtain the debris particles. Secondly, the measuring range of LPSA is determined as 0.5-100 μm by SEM observation, and the frequency distribution histogram and the cumulative frequency distribution scattergram of debris size are obtained by using LPSA. Thirdly, according to the distribution characteristic of the frequency distribution histogram, the statistical distribution functions of lognormal, exponentially modified Gaussian(EMG), Gamma and Weibull are chosen to achieve curve fitting of the histogram. At last, the distribute law of the debris size is obtained by fitting results. Experiments with different discharge parameters are carried out on an EDM machine designed by the authors themselves, and the machining conditions are tool electrode of red-copper material, workpiece of ANSI 1045 material and working fluid of de-ionized water. The experimental results indicate that the debris sizes of all experiment sample truly obey the Weibull distribution. 5Hierarchical sulfur and nitrogen co-doped carbon nanocages as efficient bifunctional oxygen electrocatalysts for rechargeable Zn-air battery显示文摘Exploring inexpensive and efficient bifunctional electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) and oxygen evolution reaction(OER) is critical for rechargeable metal-air batteries. Herein, we report a new 3D hierarchical sulfur and nitrogen co-doped carbon nanocages(hSNCNC) as a promising bifunctional oxygen electrocatalyst by an in-situ MgO template method with pyridine and thiophene as the mixed precursor. The as-prepared h SNCNC exhibits a positive half-wave potential of 0.792 V(vs. reversible hydrogen electrode, RHE) for ORR, and a low operating potential of 1.640 V at a 10 mA cm-2 current density for OER. The reversible oxygen electrode index is 0.847 V, far superior to commercial Pt/C and IrO2,which reaches the top level of the reported bifunctional catalysts. Consequently, the hSNCNC as air cathodes in an assembled Zn-air battery features low charge/discharge overpotential and long lifetime. The remarkable properties arises from the introduced multiple heteroatom dopants and stable 3D hierarchical structure with multi-scale pores, which provides the abundant uniform high-active S and N species and efficient charge transfer as well as mass transportation. 6Semi-Automatic Complex Emotion Categorization and Ontology Construction from Chinese Knowledge显示文摘In order to recognize one's intention from the communication,both the meaning and the emotion are necessary to be interpreted correctly.But until now the study of fine-grained theory of emotion is still full of challenges.This paper analyzes emotion category according to the statistics of Affective Word(AW) hierarchy and describes an emotion ontology from Chinese knowledge resource semi-automatically created for human machine interaction.The emotion hierarchy is called complex emotion.Firstly,over 7 000 AWs have been annotated and their detailed explanations had been collected for an affective lexicon and then the consistent relationships are automatically parsed and a serial of emotion hierarchical structures are built up.More than 50 affective categories are extracted by a lexical clustering algorithm and about 5 000 nouns and adjectives and 2 000 verbs are categorized into the predicate hierarchy.The results have been evaluated to be valid by two metrics.Jiang Peilin Wang Fei Ren Fuji 2012China Communications2012,9,3:2
7Explicit Correlation Model of Multi-source Constraints for Re-design Parts with Complex Curved Surface显示文摘In precision machining of complex curved surface parts with high performance, geometry accuracy is not the only constraint, but the performance should also be met. Performance of this kind of parts is closely related to the geometrical and physical parameters, so the final actual size and shape are affected by multiple source constraints, such as geometry, physics, and performance. These parts are rather difficult to be manufactured and new manufacturing method according to performance requirement is urgently needed. Based on performance and manufacturing requirements for complex curved surface parts, a new classification method is proposed, which divided the complex curved surface parts into two categories: surface re-design complex curved surface parts with multi-source constraints(PRCS) and surface unique complex curved surface parts with pure geometric constraints(PUCS). A correlation model is constructed between the performance and multi-source constraints for PRCS, which reveals the correlation between the performance and multi-source constraints. A re-design method is also developed. Through solving the correlation model of the typical part's performance-associated surface, the mapping relation between the performance-associated surface and the related removal amount is obtained. The explicit correlation model and the method for the corresponding related removal amount of the performance-associated surface are built based on the classification of surface re-design complex curved surface parts with multi-source constraints. 8Viral vectors as a novel tool for clinical and neuropsychiatric research applications显示文摘Background A viral vector is a genetically modified vector produced by genetic engineering. As pathogenic genes in the virus are completely or largely eliminated, it is safe to be widely used in multidisciplinary research fields for expressing genes, such as neuroscience, metabolism, oncology and so on. Neuroscience and psychiatry are the most closely related disciplines in either basic research or clinical research, but the application of viral vectors in neuropsychiatry has not received much attention or not been widely accepted.Aim This article will focus on the application of viral vectors in basic and clinical neuropsychiatric research.Methods By using viral vectors, scientists can perform neurological labelling, gene expression regulation and physiological manipulation for investigating phenomenon from molecular mechanisms to behaviours. At the same time, to treat mental or neurological disorders, viral vectors can be designed for gene therapy, which alter gene expression levels or repair mutated genes in the brains of patients.Perspective Viral vectors play an important role in basic research and clinical applications. 9Cryptococcus neoformans,a global threat to human health显示文摘Background Emerging fungal pathogens pose important threats to global public health. The World Health Organization has responded to the rising threat of traditionally neglected fungal infections by developing a Fungal Priority Pathogens List (FPPL). Taking the highest-ranked fungal pathogen in the FPPL,Cryptococcus neoformans, as a paradigm, we review progress made over the past two decades on its global burden, its clinical manifestation and management of cryptococcal infection, and its antifungal resistance. The purpose of this review is to drive research efforts to improve future diagnoses, therapies, and interventions associated with fungal infections.Methods We first reviewed trends in the global burden of HIV-associated cryptococcal infection, mainly based on a series of systematic studies. We next conducted scoping reviews in accordance with the guidelines described in the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses extension for Scoping Reviews using PubMed and ScienceDirect with the keywordCryptococcus neoformans to identify case reports of cryptococcal infections published since 2000. We then reviewed recent updates on the diagnosis and antifungal treatment of cryptococcal infections. Finally, we summarized knowledge regarding the resistance and tolerance ofC. neoformans to approved antifungal drugs.Results There has been a general reduction in the estimated global burden of HIV-associated cryptococcal meningitis since 2009, probably due to improvements in highly active antiretroviral therapies. However, cryptococcal meningitis still accounts for 19% of AIDS-related deaths annually. The incidences of CM in Europe and North America and the Latin America region have increased by approximately two-fold since 2009, while other regions showed either reduced or stable numbers of cases. Unfortunately, diagnostic and treatment options for cryptococcal infections are limited, and emerging antifungal resistance exacerbates the public health burden.Conclusions The rising threat ofC. neoformans is compounded by accumulating evidence for its ability to infect immunocompetent individuals and the emergence of antifungal-resistant variants. Emphasis should be placed on further understanding the mechanisms of pathogenicity and of antifungal resistance and tolerance. 17Emotion and Cognitive Reappraisal Based on GSRWearable Sensor显示文摘Various wearable equipment enables us to measure people behavior by physiological signals.In our research,we present one galvanic skin reaction(GSR)wearable sensor which can analyze human emotions based on cognition reappraisal.First,We research the factors of emotional state transition in Arousal-Valence-Stance(AVS)emotional space.Second,the influence of the cognition on emotional state transition is considered,and the reappraisal factor based on Gross regulation theory is established to correct the effectiveness from cognitive reappraisal ability to emotional state transition.Third,based on the previous work,we establish a GSR emotion sensing system for predicting emotional state transition and considering the correlation between GSR signals and emotions.Finally,an overall wearable sensor layout is built.In the experiment part,we invited 30 college students to wear our GSR sensors and watch 14 kinds of affective videos.We recorded their GSR signals while asking them to record their emotional states synchronously.The experiment results show different reappraisal factors can predict subjects’emotional state transition well and indirectly confirm the feasibility of the Gross regulation theory.LI Minjia XIE Lun WANG Zhiliang REN Fuji 2017ZTE Communications2017,15,B12:1
