6Stability of coal pillar in gob-side entry driving under unstable overlying strata and its coupling support control technique显示文摘Considering the situation that it is difficult to control the stability of narrow coal pillar in gob-side entry driving under unstable overlying strata, the finite difference numerical simulation method was adopted to analyze the inner stress distribution and its evolution regularity, as well as the deformation characteristics of narrow coal pillar in gob-side entry driving, in the whole process from entry driving of last working face to the present working face mining. A new method of narrow coal pillar control based on the triune coupling support technique (TCST), which includes that high-strength prestressed thread steel bolt is used to strain the coal on the goaf side, and that short bolt to control the integrity of global displacement zone in coal pillar on the entry side, and that long grouting cable to fix anchor point to constrain the bed separation between global displacement zone and fixed zone, is thereby generated and applied to the field production. The result indicates that after entry excavating along the gob under unstable overlying strata, the supporting structure left on the gob side of narrow coal pillar is basically invalid to maintain the coal-pillar stability, and the large deformation of the pillar on the gob side is evident. Except for the significant dynamic pressure appearing in the coal mining of last working face and overlying strata stabilizing process, the stress variation inside the coal pillar in other stages are rather steady, however, the stress expansion is obvious and the coal pillar continues to deform. Once the gob-side entry driving is completed, a global displacement zone on the entry side appears in the shallow part of the pillar, whereas, a relatively steady fixed zone staying almost still in gob-side entry driving and present working face mining is found in the deep part of the pillar. 7Comparing the efficiencies of different detect strategies in the ping-pong protocol显示文摘The way to compare the efficiencies of different detect strategies (DSs) in the 'ping-pong' protocol is studied. The trade-off between information gain and dis- turbance is calculated and compared for different DSs. The comparison result primely tallies with our intuitional analysis. 8Quantum asymmetric cryptography with symmetric keys显示文摘Based on quantum encryption,we present a new idea for quantum public-key cryptography (QPKC) and construct a whole theoretical framework of a QPKC system. We show that the quantum-mechanical nature renders it feasible and reasonable to use symmetric keys in such a scheme,which is quite different from that in conventional public-key cryptography. The security of our scheme is analyzed and some features are discussed. 10Quantum communications with an anonymous receiver显示文摘A new protocol for the anonymous communication of quantum information is proposed. 12Microstructure and magnetic properties of(SmCo+FeCo)/NdFeB multicomponent nanocomposite magnets fabricated by HPTC with change in heating temperature and composition显示文摘We report the fabrication of bulk anisotropic(SmCo+FeCo)/NdFeB multicomponent nanocomposite magnets using high-pressure thermal compression(HPTC).The correlations among microstructure,magnetic properties,heating temperature and composition of the HPTC nanocomposite magnets were studied.The HPTC magnet made under variable temperatures(VT),with 19 wt% of FeCo phase,exhibits a maximum energy product of 32 MGOe,which is much higher than that(14 MGOe) for the HPTC magnet made under a constant temperature(CT).When the FeCo content increases to^23 wt%,the HPTC magnet made under VT still remains a high energy product of about 25 MGOe.With increasing NdFeB content,the(SmCo+FeCo)/NdFeB multicomponent nanocomposite magnets exhibit an enhanced magnetic anisotropy and coercivity.This work is beneficial to fabricating high-performance and low-cost permanent magnets for practical applications.Guangwei Huang Li Lou Wenpeng Song Ming Li Fuchen Hou Xiaohong Li 2020Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,7:4
13ASB3 knockdown promotes mitochondrial apoptosis via activating the interdependent cleavage of Beclin1 and caspase-8 in hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘Apoptosis and autophagy are distinct cellular processes that can be highly interconnected. The cross talk between the two processes is indispensable in determining the overall cell fate. Although the apoptosis-promoting effect of caspases has been demonstrated, the roles of autophagy-related proteins and even autophagy itself in regulating apoptosis remain poorly understood. In our present study, we found that downregulation of ubiquitin E3 ligase ASB3 led to enhanced mitochondrial apoptosis as well as autophagy, which synergistically promoted cell death in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). We observed the activation of caspase-8 and decrease of autophagy protein Beclin1 in apoptotic cells that were depleted of ASB3. Beclin1 was mainly cleaved by activated caspase-8 and active Beclin1 initiated mitochondrial apoptosis via locating its C-terminal fragment to mitochondria. In addition, knocking down of Beclin1 markedly blocked the apoptosis, indicating its essential role in the process.Notably, our study indicated that enhanced autophagy level might be involved in the activation of caspase-8 and promote the apoptosis. Taken together, our results demonstrated that ASB3 can regulate mitochondrial pathway of apoptosis by controlling caspase-8 mediated cleavage of Beclin1 in HCC. 14Isolation and Characterization of a Cinnamoyl CoA Reductase Gene(CCR) in Pear(Pyrus pyrifolia)显示文摘Pear is a popular and commercially important fresh fruit, and its texture is related to the presence of sclereid formatted by parenchyma cell with lignification in vascular plants. Previous studies have demonstrated that content of lignin may be regulated by cinnamoyl CoA reductase(CCR) in various plants. However, the function of CCR in pears remains very limited. In the present study, we isolated a cDNA encoding CCR(PpCCR, GenBank accession No. KF999958) and its promoter(proPpCCR) from Whangkeumbae pear to investigate the function of CCR in lignin biosynthesis. PpCCR-GFP expressed in rice mesophyll protoplast demonstrated that PpCCR-GFP was localized in the cytoplasm, indicating that CCR may function in cytoplasm without localization signals. In transgenic plants carrying PpCCR, we observed higher lignin content compared with that in wild type plants, further suggesting that PpCCR can affect the lignin contents through regulating lignin biosynthesis in Arabidopsis thaliana. 17Growth arrest and apoptosis of human hepatocellular carcinoma cells induced by hexamethylene bisacetamide显示文摘AIM: To investigate the cellular effects of hybrid polar compound hexamethylene bisacetamide (HMBA) on the growth and apoptosis of human hepatocellular carcinoma cells and to provide the molecular mechanism for potential application of HMBA in the treatment of liver cancer. METHODS: Effects of HMBA on the growth of human hepatocellular carcinoma SMMC-7721 cells were assayed by MTT chronometry. Apoptosis induced by HMBA was detected by phase-contrast microscopy, flow cytometry, propidium iodide staining and immunocytochemical analysis. RESULTS: The growth of SMMC-7721 cells was significantly inhibited by HMBA, and the growth inhibitory rate was 51.1%, 62.6%, 68.7% and 73.9% respectively after treatment with 5.0, 7.5, 10.0 and 12.5 mmol/L of HMBA. In the cells treated with 10 mmol/L of HMBA for 72 h, the population of cells at sub-G1 phase significantly increased, and the apoptotic bodies and condensed nuclei were detected. Moreover, treatment of SMMC-7721 cells with 10 mmol/L of HMBA down-regulated the expression of Bcl2 anti-apoptotic protein, while slightly up-regulated the level of pro-apoptotic protein Bax.
