1Chemical composition of PM_(2.5) during winter in Tianjin,China显示文摘PM2.5 samples for 24 h were collected during winter in Tianjin,China. The ambient mass concentration and chemical composition of the PM2.5 were determined. Ionic species were analyzed by ion chromatog-raphy,while carbonaceous species were determined with the IMPROVE thermal optical reectance(TOR) method,and inorganic elements were measured by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spec-trometer. The daily PM2.5 mass concentrations ranged from 48.2 to 319.2 g/m3 with an arithmetic average of 144.6 g/m3. The elevated PM2.5 in winter was mostly attributed to combustion sources such as vehicle exhaust,heating,cooking and industrial emissions,low wind speeds and high relative humidity(RH) ,which were favorable for pollutant accumulation and formation of secondary pollutants. By chem-ical mass balance,it was estimated that about 89.1% of the PM2.5 mass concentrations were explained by carbonaceous species,secondary particles,crustal matters,sea salt and trace elements. Organic material was the largest contributor,accounting for about 32.7% of the total PM2.5 mass concentrations. 2Autophagy activation aggravates neuronal injury in the hippocampus of vascular dementia rats显示文摘It remains unclear whether autophagy affects hippocampal neuronal injury in vascular dementia. In the present study, we investigated the effects of autophagy blockade on hippocampal neuronal injury in a rat model of vascular dementia. In model rats, hippocampal CA1 neurons were severely damaged, and expression of the autophagy-related proteins beclin-1, cathepsin B and microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3 was elevated compared with that in sham-operated animals. These responses were suppressed in animals that received a single intraperitoneal injection of wortmannin, an autophagy inhibitor, prior to model establishment. 3Thermal fatigue behavior of K465 superalloy显示文摘The thermal fatigue behavior of K465 superalloy was investigated at the peak temperature of 1050°C. By scan-ning electron microscopy (SEM) and optical microscopy, the main crack length was observed and measured. The initiation sites of the tested alloys are different in as-cast (named as K465) and solution heat treatment (named as SK465) conditions. In K465 alloy, most thermal fatigue cracks nucleate at (Nb,W,Ti)C carbides. In SK465 alloy, thermal fatigue cracks initiate in interdendritic regions, MC-type carbides and some interfaces. 5Low-temperature conversion of ammonia to nitrogen in water with ozone over composite metal oxide catalyst显示文摘As one of the most important water pollutants, ammonia nitrogen emissions have increased year by year, which has attracted people's attention. Catalytic ozonation technology, which involves production of ·OH radical with strong oxidation ability, is widely used in the treatment of organic-containing wastewater. In this work, MgO-Co_3O_4 composite metal oxide catalysts prepared with different fabrication conditions have been systematically evaluated and compared in the catalytic ozonation of ammonia(50 mg/L) in water. In terms of high catalytic activity in ammonia decomposition and high selectivity for gaseous nitrogen, the catalyst with MgO-Co_3O_4 molar ratio 8:2, calcined at 500°C for 3 hr, was the best one among the catalysts we tested, with an ammonia nitrogen removal rate of 85.2% and gaseous nitrogen selectivity of44.8%. In addition, the reaction mechanism of ozonation oxidative decomposition of ammonia nitrogen in water with the metal oxide catalysts was discussed. Moreover, the effect of coexisting anions on the degradation of ammonia was studied, finding that SO_2-4 and HCO-3 could inhibit the catalytic activity while CO_2-3 and Br-could promote it. The presence of coexisting cations had very little effect on the catalytic ozonation of ammonia nitrogen. 6Effect of Cynodon dactylon community on the conservation and reinforcement of riparian shallow soil in the Three Gorges Reservoir area显示文摘Introduction:Riparian vegetation plays a crucial role in soil conservation and riverbank reinforcement.The Three Gorges hydrologic project has significantly changed the pattern of water-level fluctuation and riparian environment,which significantly influenced plant community development and its effect on soil conservation and riverbank protection.Cynodon dactylon,a perennial grass with developed root system and creeping stems,has become a dominant riparian species in the Three Gorges area after the completion of the dam.We aimed to characterize how the soil-root system under the C.dactylon community responded to environmental changes and effects of the soil-root system on shallow soil conservation and riverbank reinforcement through field investigation and laboratory test.Methods:We conducted a field survey and experimental research.Quadrates of a natural C.dactylon community were set up on a riverbank along an altitude gradient.Plants were sampled randomly for the measurements of spatial structure and tensile strength of roots.Soil erosion resistance,soil scour resistance,and shear strength of sampled soil-root systems and control soil were tested in the laboratory.Results:Roots of the C.dactylon community significantly increased soil erosion resistance,soil scour resistance,and shear strength,enhancing the stability of shallow soil and riverbank.Due to water-level fluctuation,C.dactylon at lower altitudes was subjected to less time exposed to air.As a result,the soil-root systems at lower altitudes were characterized by reduced biomass with reduced capacity for soil reinforcement as measured through erosion resistance,soil scour resistance,and shear strength.The correlation analysis indicated that root biomass had a significant positive linear correlation with the enhancement of erosion resistance and scour resistance,and shear strength,respectively.Conclusions:Roots of the C.dactylon community effectively enhanced the stability of riparian shallow soil and riverbank.The fluctuation in water level caused the difference of root growth as the exposed time of plants decreases with the decrease of altitude.The difference of root structure resulted in the variation of the soil-root system in soil conservation and reinforcement.Fangqing Chen Jinxia Zhang Miao Zhang Jianzhu Wang 2015Ecological Processes2015,4,1:10
7Analysis of inpatient payments of breast cancer patients with different medical insurance coverages in China(mainland) in 2011–2015显示文摘Objective: An understanding of the levels and trends of medical cost is made for breast cancer patients with different medical insurance coverages in China(mainland), in an attempt to offer a clue to further control the costs.Methods: The inpatient payments of 9,716,180 breast cancer patients spent in medical institutions of different types and grades during 2011–2015 were collected from the inpatient medical record home page(IMRHP) dataset.The data were then processed with SAS(Version 9.3; SAS Institute, Cary, NC, USA). Indicators like means,increase(decrease) percentages were used to descriptively analyze the average hospitalization expense of each time(AHEET) and its trends of breast cancer patients with different medical insurance coverages treated in medical institutions of different types and grades.Results:In 2011–2015,the AHEET borne by breast cancer patients in China had been constantly increasing.Specifically,the self-pay inpatients had the largest increase,inpatients covered by Urban Employee Basic Medical Insurance(UEBMI)and Urban Resident Basic Medical Insurance(URBMI)were the next,and those covered by New Rural Cooperative Medical System(NRCMS)had the least increase.Breast cancer inpatient treated in public hospitals had quite greater increase and higher expenditure level than those in private hospitals.The AHEET borne by the inpatients in Grade 3 hospitals had greater increase and higher cost than those in Grade 2 hospitals.Conclusions:The inpatient payments of breast cancer patients will be wisely controlled by reducing the number of self-pay inpatients,taking advantage of restriction mechanism of the medical insurances,and promoting healthy competition between private hospitals and public hospitals.The economic burden imposed on the society by breast cancer can be relieved through further control of inpatient payments of UEBMI-and URBMI-covered breast cancer patients and of Grade 3 hospitals.Rui Li Liang Zhang Jinxia Yang Yue Cai Wanqing Chen Lan Lan Ming Xue Qun Meng 2017Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2017,29,5:9
8The wheat MYB-related transcription factor TaMYB72 promotes flowering in rice显示文摘Through large-scale transformation analyses, Ta MYB72 was identified as a flowering time regulator in wheat. Ta MYB72 is a MYB family transcription factor localized to the nucleus. Three Ta MYB72 homologs,Ta MYB72-A, Ta MYB72-B and Ta MYB72-D, cloned from hexaploid wheat were mapped to the short arm of the group 6 chromosomes. Under the long-day conditions,over-expression of the Ta MYB72 in rice shortened the flowering time by approximately 12 d. 9An adaptive particle filter for soft fault compensation of mobile robots显示文摘Soft fault compensation plays an important role in mobile robot locating, mapping, and navigating. It is difficult to achieve fast and accurate compensation for mobile robots because they are usually highly non-linear, non-Gaussian systems with lim-ited computation and memory resources. An adaptive particle filter is presented to compensate two kinds of soft faults for mobile robots, i.e., noise or factor faults of dead reckoning sensors and slippage of wheels. Firstly, the kinematics models and the fault models are discussed, and five kinds of residual features are extracted to detect soft faults. Secondly, an adaptive particle filter is designed for fault com-pensation, and two kinds of adaptive scheme are discussed: 1) the noise variances of linear speed and yaw rate are adjusted according to residual features; 2) the particle number is adapted according to Kullback-Leibler divergence (KLD) of two approximate distribution denoted with two particle sets with different particles, i.e., increasing particle number if the KLD is large and decreasing particle number if the KLD is small. 10Luminescent metal nanoclusters for biomedical applications显示文摘Luminescent metal nanoclusters (NCs) have recently emerged as a novel class of luminescent nanomaterials and hold significant potential in biomedicine owing to their ultrasmall (<2nm) size,excellent photostability,and good biocompatibility.The recent rapid advances in the synthesis and functionalization of luminescent metal NCs have enabled scientists to develop colorful nanomaterials and nanodevices for a wide range of biomedical applications.In this review,we summarize the characteristics and advantages of luminescence from metal NCs,and highlight their applications in biomedicine.We focus on the research in biomedical detection,bio-imaging,drug delivery,and therapy,especially for the advances in the last five years.Luminescent metal NCs display a series of unique superiorities in biomedical applications,and the recent achievements have brought a lot of benefits to the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases,especially for tumors and cancers.Finally,we put forward the main challenges that currently still hinder the basic science studies and the practical development of luminescent metal NCs in biomedical applications.Overall,we expect that luminescent metal NCs will play a much more important role in future biomedicine and clinical applications.Yu Su Tiantian Xue Yuxin Liu Jinxia Qi Rongchao Jin Zhenkun Lin 2019Nano Research2019,12,6:6

12Improved method for the feature extraction of laser scanner using genetic clustering显示文摘Feature extraction of range images provided by ranging sensor is a key issue of pattern recognition. To automatically extract the environmental feature sensed by a 2D ranging sensor laser scanner, an improved method based on genetic clustering VGA-clustering is presented. By integrating the spatial neighbouring information of range data into fuzzy clustering algorithm, a weighted fuzzy clustering algorithm (WFCA) instead of standard clustering algorithm is introduced to realize feature extraction of laser scanner. Aimed at the unknown clustering number in advance, several validation index functions are used to estimate the validity of different clustering al-gorithms and one validation index is selected as the fitness function of genetic algorithm so as to determine the accurate clustering number automatically. At the same time, an improved genetic algorithm IVGA on the basis of VGA is proposed to solve the local optimum of clustering algorithm, which is implemented by increasing the population diversity and improving the genetic operators of elitist rule to enhance the local search capacity and to quicken the convergence speed. 15Sedimentary filling and sequence structure dominated by T-R cycles of the Nenjiang Formation in the Songliao Basin显示文摘The Nenjiang Formation in the Songliao Basin is a symmetrical sequence of progradation-retrogradation,and is formed in the transgression cycle and regression cycle(T-R cycles)of the base level of deposition.We analyzed the drilling,well logging,core data,and seismic profiles of basin level,and by using the sequence stratigraphy,identified one secondary sequence boundary,two third-order sequence boundaries,and eight fourth-order sequence boundaries in the Nenjiang Formation.These eleven sequence boundaries can be divided into structural unconformity,depositional unconformity,flooding surface,and forced regression surface.Therefore the Nenjiang Formation can be subdivided into one secondary sequence,three third-order sequences,and ten fourth-order sequences.We have restored the sedimentary filling evolution within the stratigraphic framework of fourth-order sequences in the Nenjiang Formation.The sedimentary period of the first member of the Nenjiang Formation was corresponded to the global transgression period,which is also the development period of transgression cycle(T cycle),when the lake basin had the largest scope and deepest sedimentary water,the SB07(the maximum flooding surface)was formed on the top of strata during this period;covering above the SB07,there developed a set of condensation layer-oil shale,which is distributed in the whole basin and is the important source bed and regional cover.Therefore,a retrogradation sequence was formed in the T cycle of the first member of the Nenjiang Formation,characterized by the retrograding delta at a low angle.The delta has a giant front,a small plain,and many underwater distributary channels.Meanwhile,large gravity flow channels and sublacustrine fans are developed in the front of the delta.During the depositional period of the second member of the Nenjiang Formation,the R cycle began to develop due to the compression of the pacific tectonic domain;the source direction rotated 90°along with the eastern uplifting of the basin,and formed a series of east-west prograded and forced retrogradations.The prograding delta at high angel was developed in the interior of the sequence;the delta had a small front,a giant plain,and fewer underwater distributary channels,with the collapse at the foreslope,forming a series of slump fans.The slump fans can be divided into three types:discrete type,superimposed type,and fluid type.We built a whole'triad model'of the slump fan.Pointed out that the sequence of forced retrogradation formed by R cycle is a good structural mark of basin optimization,and rejected the viewpoint of'transgression'in the Nenjiang Formation of the Songliao Basin.ZHANG ChenChen ZHANG Shun WEI Wei WU ChaoDong LIANG JiangPing NIU Wen DU JinXia FU XiuLi CUI KunNing WANG Chao WANG Hui 2014Science China Earth Sciences2014,57,2:5

17Tensile, creep behavior and microstructure evolution of an as-cast Ni-based K417G polycrystalline superalloy显示文摘The Ni-based K417 G superalloy is extensively applied as aeroengine components for its low cost and good mid-temperature(600–900?C) properties. Since used in as-cast state, the comprehensive understanding on its mechanical properties and microstructure evolution is necessary. In the present research,the tensile, creep behavior and microstructure evolution of the as-cast K417 G superalloy under different conditions were investigated. The results exhibit that tensile cracks tend to initiate at MC carbide and γ/γ' eutectic structure and then propagate along grain boundary. As the temperature for tensile tests increases from 21?C to 700?C, the yield strength and ultimate tensile strength of K417 G superalloy decreases slightly, while the elongation to failure decreases greatly because of the intermediate temperature embrittlement. When the temperature rises to 900?C, the yield strength and ultimate tensile strength would decrease significantly. The creep deformation mechanism varies under different testing conditions. At 760?C/645 MPa, the creep cracks initiate at MC carbides and γ/γ' eutectic structures,and propagate transgranularly. While at 900?C/315 MPa and 950?C/235 MPa, the creep cracks initiate at grain boundary and propagate intergranularly. 18Effects of Y and Ce on Microstructures and Properties of Nb-Si System Composites显示文摘The effects of yttrium and cerium on microstructures and properties of Nb-Si system composites were investigated by scanning electron microscopy( SEM), energy dispersive spectrum(EDS), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and high temperature oxidation experiments.It is found that the coarse primary silicide phase became finer and more homogeneous with Y and Ce addition.The results of high temperature oxidation experiments show that the oxidation rates of NbSi system composites with an appropriate amount of Y and Ce decrease compared with those of alloys without Y or Ce addition, and oxidation products mainly distribute along the phase boundaries between the Nb solid solution and silicide.Qu Shiyu Han Yafang Song Jinxia Xiao Chengbo Song Liguo 2004Journal of Rare Earths2004,22,z1:4

20Wnt3a expression during the differentiation of adipose-derived stem cells into cholinergic neurons显示文摘The present study analyzed changes in Wnt3a expression during differentiation of adipose-derived stem cells into cholinergic neurons.Immunocytochemistry and immunofluorescence revealed significantly increased nestin,neuron-specific enolase,microtubule-associated protein 2,and choline acetyltransferase expression in adipose-derived stem cells isolated from Sprague-Dawley rats and cultured in vitro in neural-induced medium.These expressions increased with prolonged induction time.Real-time reverse transcription-PCR and western blot assay results demonstrated significantly increased choline acetyltransferase and Wnt3a protein and mRNA expressions,respectively,in adipose-derived stem cells following induction.Choline acetyltransferase expression positively correlated with Wnt3a protein and mRNA expressions.These results demonstrated that neural-induced medium induced differentiation of adipose-derived stem cells into cholinergic neuronal-like cells,with subsequent increased Wnt3a expression.Bin Liu Chunying Deng Yuqin Zhang Jinxia Zhang 2012Neural Regeneration Research2012,7,19:3
