| 1 | The Chinese carbon cycle data-assimilation system(Tan-Tracker)显示文摘In this study,the Chinese carbon cyle dataassimilation system Tan-Tracker is developed based on the atmospheric chemical transport model(GEOS-Chem)platform.Tan-Tracker is a dual-pass data-assimilation system in which both CO2concentrations and CO2fluxes are simultaneously assimilated from atmospheric observations.It has several advantages,including its advanced data-assimilation method,its highly efficient computing performance,and its simultaneous assimilation of CO2concentrations and CO2fluxes.Preliminary observing system simulation experiments demonstrate its robust performance with high assimilation precision,making full use of observations.The Tan-Tracker system can only assimilate in situ observations for the moment.In the future,we hope to extend Tan-Tracker with functions for using satellite measurements,which will form the quasioperational Chinese carbon cycle data-assimilation system. | Xiangjun Tian Zhenghui Xie Zhaonan Cai Yi Liu Yu Fu Huifang Zhang | 2014 | Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,14: | 7 |

| 3 | Experimental and DFT study on cerium inclusions in clean steels显示文摘To provide insights into deforming Ce-O-S-Al inclusions in steels and improving the mechanical properties,the evolution process of such harmful inclusions in clean steels was investigated by thermodynamic calculation,metallographic examination and first-principles calculation in this paper.For the tested IF steel,the thermodynamic analysis results are consistent with the calculated formation enthalpy.After Ce addition,the inclusions are transformed from Al_(2)O_(3)and TiN-Al_(2)TiO_(5)-Al_(2)O_(3)to Ce2O_(3),Ce_(2)O_(2)S,CeAlO_(3),TiN-Al_(2)TiO_(5)-Ce_(2)O_(3)and TiN-Al_(2)TiO_(5)-Ce_(2)O_(2)S composite inclusions,which can be confirmed by metallographic examination.The elastic constants were calculated,and the bulk modulus,Young's modulus,shear modulus and Poisson's ratio were evaluated by the Voigt-Reuss-Hill(VRH)approximation.All inclusions except Ce_(2)O_(3)show apparent brittleness.TiN,Al_(2)O_(3),Al_(2)TiO_(5)and CeAlO_(3)present much higher hardness than iron matrix,while the hardness of Ce2O_(3)or Ce_(2)O_(2)S is close to that of iron matrix.The thermal expansion coefficients of Ce_(2)O_(3)and CeAlO_(3)are close to that of iron matrix,whereas,Ce_(2)O_(2)S inclusion has largely different thermal expansion coefficient from iron matrix and may deteriorate the steel performance at higher temperatures.The relatively small differences between Ce inclusions and iron matrix in terms of hardness,toughness,brittleness,and thermal expansion coefficient can explain the improvement of the mechanical properties of the tested steel. | Xiangjun Liu Jichun Yang Fang Zhang Xiaoyang Fu Hongwei Li Changqiao Yang | 2021 | Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,4: | 6 |
| 4 | Planar Velocity Distribution of Viscous Debris Flow at Jiangjia Ravine,Yunnan,China:A Field Measurement Using Two Radar Velocimeters显示文摘Characteristics of planar velocity distribution of vis-cous debris flow were analyzed using the measured data at Jiangjia Ravine,Yunnan,China. The velocity data were measured through using two radar velocimeters. The cross-sectional mean velocities were calculated and used to examine Kang et al's(2004) relation-ship,which was established for converting the flow velocity at river centerline measured by a radar velocimeter into the mean velocity based on the stop-watch method. The velocity coefficient,K,defined by the ratio of the mean velocity to the maximum ve-locity,ranges from 0.2 to 0.6. Kang et al's(2004) relationship was found being inapplicable to flows with K smaller than 0.43. | 6 | KOH-assisted aqueous synthesis of bimetallic metal-organic frameworks and their derived selenide composites for efficient lithium storage显示文摘To solve low efficiency,environmental pollution,and toxicity for synthesizing zeolitic imidazolate frameworks(ZIFs)in organic solvents,a KOH-assisted aqueous strategy is proposed to synthesize bimetallic ZIFs polyhedrons,which are used as precursors to prepare bimetallic selenide and N-doped carbon(NC)composites.Among them,Fe–Co–Se/NC retains the three-dimensional(3D)polyhedrons with mesoporous structure,and Fe–Co–Se nanoparticles are uniform in size and evenly distributed.When assessed as anode material for lithium-ion batteries,Fe–Co–Se/NC achieves an excellent initial specific capacity of 1165.9 m Ah·g^(-1)at 1.0 A·g^(-1),and the reversible capacity of Fe–Co–Se/NC anode is 1247.4 m Ah·g^(-1)after 550 cycles.It is attributed to that the uniform composite of bimetallic selenides and N-doped carbon can effectively tune redox active sites,the stable 3D structure of Fe–Co–Se/NCs guarantees the structural stability and wettability of the electrolyte,and the uniform distribution of Fe–Co–S nanoparticles in size esuppresses the volume expansion and accelerates the electrochemical reaction kinetics. | Shuya Zhang Yanchun Xue Yutang Zhang Chengxing Zhu Xingmei Guo Fu Cao Xiangjun Zheng Qinghong Kong Junhao Zhang Tongxiang Fan | 2023 | International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2023,30,4: | 2 |
| 7 | Navigation jamming signal recognition based on long short-term memory neural networks显示文摘This paper introduces the time-frequency analyzed long short-term memory(TF-LSTM) neural network method for jamming signal recognition over the Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS) receiver. The method introduces the long shortterm memory(LSTM) neural network into the recognition algorithm and combines the time-frequency(TF) analysis for signal preprocessing. Five kinds of navigation jamming signals including white Gaussian noise(WGN), pulse jamming, sweep jamming, audio jamming, and spread spectrum jamming are used as input for training and recognition. Since the signal parameters and quantity are unknown in the actual scenario, this work builds a data set containing multiple kinds and parameters jamming to train the TF-LSTM. The performance of this method is evaluated by simulations and experiments. | 9 | Performance Analysis of Optical Transmission Based on Seven Cores Fiber显示文摘This essay designed a kind of new seven-core fiber with lower crosstalk and loss,and made space division multiplexing transmission experiment based on this seven-core fiber.It is known that crosstalk has the most serious influence in multicore fiber transmission process.Before the experiment,the affecting factors of fiber crosstalk were analyzed through simulation,such as core space,bending radius,and fiber length.Combined with the simulation analysis,the design scheme of multicore fiber with low crosstalk was obtained.Before the fiber design,various factors of influence crosstalk such as the coreto-core distance,bending radius,fiber length and so on.Based on the simulation analysis,conclusion has made on the design scheme of multi-core optimal fiber with low crosstalk.The space division multiplexing and wavelength division multiplexing technology,was adopted to conduct seven-core optical fiber transmission of 58.7km.The crosstalk of adjacent core was suppressed to as low as 45 d B/km,the attenuation of inner core was 0.24 d B/km,the outer cores' 0.32 d B/km.Different bit error rate(BER) performances were also studied under different conditions,through reasonably designing the system to reduce the error rate,improve the performance of the system,and realize long distance and large capacity transmission with fiber. | Hang Zhou Fu Wang Borui Li Ming Tang Xiangjun Xin | 2016 | China Communications2016,13,9: | 1 |

| 12 | Did the MS 7.0 Lushan earthquake dynamically trigger earthquakes in the Datong volcanic region(Shanxi Province)?显示文摘Immediately following the MS7.0 Lushan earthquake on April 20,2013,using high-pass and lowpass filtering on the digital seismic stations in the Shanxi Province,located about 870–1,452 km from the earthquake epicenter,we detected some earthquakes at a time corresponding to the first arrival of surface waves in high-pass filtering waveform.The earthquakes were especially noticed at stations in Youyu(YUY),Shanzizao(SZZ),Shanghuangzhuang(SHZ),and Zhenchuan(ZCH),which are located in a volcanic region in the Shanxi Province,but they were not listed in the Shanxi seismic observation report.These earthquakes occurred 4–50 min after the passage of the maximum amplitude Rayleigh wave,and the periods of the surface waves were mainly between 15 and20 s following.The Coulomb stresses caused by the Rayleigh waves that acted on the four stations was about0.001 MPa,which is a little lower than the threshold value of dynamic triggering,therefore,we may conclude that the Datong volcanic region is more sensitive to the Coulomb stress change.To verify,if the similar phenomena are widespread,we used the same filtering to observecontrastively continuous waveform data before,and 5 h after,the MS7.0 Lushan earthquake and MS9.0 Tohoku earthquake in 2011.The results show that the similar phenomena occur before the earthquakes,but the seismicity rates after the earthquakes are remarkably increased.Since these weak earthquakes are quite small,it is hard to get clear phase arrival time from three or more stations to locate them.In addition,the travel time differences between P waves and S waves(S–P)are all less than 4 s,that means the events should occur in 34 km around the stations in the volcanic region.The stress of initial dynamic triggering of the MS9.0 Tohoku earthquake was about0.09 MPa,which is much higher than the threshold value of dynamic triggering stress.The earthquakes after the MS9.0 Tohoku earthquake are related to dynamic triggering stress,but the events before the earthquake cannot be linked to seismic events,but may be related to the background seismicity or from other kinds of local sources,such as anthropogenic sources(i.e.,explosions).Using two teleseismic filtering,the small background earthquakes in the Datong volcanic region occur frequently,thus we postulate that previous catalog does not apply bandpass filter to pick out the weak earthquakes,and some of the observed weak events were not triggered by changes in the dynamic stress field. | Meiqin Song Yong Zheng Rui Fu Xiangjun Liang Xia Wang Li Li Bin Li | 2013 | Earthquake Science2013,26,3: | 0 |
