Computer Simulation of Mechanical Properties of Nano-scale Cu/FeS Composite显示文摘The mechanical properties of nano-scale Cu/FeS composite were simulated by molecular dynamics (MD) simulation in this paper. Through the analysis on the stress-strain curves, the results of MD simulation were in good agreement with mechanisms of macroscopic deformation. When the size of particles was smaller than a certain value, the relationship between yield strength and size, which was different from the large size crystals abided by the contrary Hall-Petch relationship. Based on the discussion of nano-scale Cu/FeS composite, some interesting conclusions were obtained. For example, the 'S' type curves were discovered in stress-strain curves and the anisotropy of FeS was very evident when the exposures of reinforcing phase (FeS) were different and so on. The basic theories and calculations of the composite that contains nano-scale particles were discussed. At the same time, a new modeling building method of composites, which was close to actual experiences, were considered in this paper. | Zhenjun Hong Jingchao Chen Jing Feng Yeping Du Jie Yu Lijuan Zhang Shuzhen Wu Futai Xu | 2010 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2010,26,4: | 2
Effect of quenching temperature on structure and properties of centrifugal casting high speed steel roll显示文摘The critical points and time-temperature-transformation(TTT)curves of the isothermal transformation diagrams for a high-speed steel casting on a horizontal centrifugal casting machine had been determined experimentally in the study. The effects of quenching temperature on the microstructures and properties of centrifugal casting high speed steel(HSS)roll has been investigated using scanning electron microscopy(SEM), light optical microscopy(LOM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)as well as using tensile, impact, and hardness tests. The results show that the HSS roll has excellent hardenability and its matrix structure can be transformed into the martensite after being quenched in the sodium silicate solution. The retained austenite in the quenching structure increases and the hardness decreases when the quenching temperature exceeds 1,040℃.The tensile strength and impact toughness of HSS roll increase once the quenching temperature is raised from 980℃to 1,040℃. However, the tensile strength and impact toughness have no significant change when the quenching temperature exceeds 1,040℃.The HSS roll quenched at 1,040℃exhibits excellent comprehensive mechanical properties. | Fu Hanguang Cheng Xiaole Du Zhongze Lei Yingping Feng Zhenjun | 2009 | China Foundry2009,6,1: | 2
Earthworms in soil ecology and organic waste management显示文摘Earthworms are important members of the soil macrofauna.Since C.Darwin(1881)described the important function of earthworms in pedogenesis and in maintenance of soil fertility, there has been continual interest in studying earthworm biology and ecology. Most of the attention in such studies is on earthworm functions in soil nutrient recycling. However, with increasing concerns about the environment, studies using earthworms to mediate organic waste treatment and as an indicator of soil pollution and remediation strategies have grown rapidly in recent years. | Yinsheng LI Zhenjun SUN Feng HU Kevin R.BUTT Joann K.WHALEN | 2021 | Pedosphere2021,31,3: | 1
Development of a Widely Applicable and Simple Prognostic Score for Patients with Acute-on-chronic Liver Failure显示文摘Background and Aims:Acute-on-chronic liver failure(ACLF)tends to progress rapidly with high short-term mortality. We aimed to create a widely applicable, simple prognostic(WASP)score for ACLF patients. Methods:A retrospective cohort of ACLF cases recruited from three centers in China were divided into training and validation sets to develop the new score.A prospective longitudinal cohort was recruited for further validation. Results:A total of 541 cases were included in the training set,and seven independent ACLF prognostic factors were screened to construct a new quantitative WASP-ACLF table. In the validation set of 671 cases,WASP-ACLF showed better predictive ability for 28-day and 90-day mortality than the currently used prognostic scores at baseline, day 3,week 1,and week 2.The predictive efficacy and clinical validity of the model improved over time.Patients were assigned to low-,intermediate-,and high-risk groups by their WASP-ACLF scores.Compared with the other two groups,intermediate-risk patients had a more uncertain prognosis, with a 90-day mortality of 44.4–50.6%.Sequential assessments at weeks 1 and 2 found the 90-day mortality of intermediate-risk groups was<20%forpatients with a≥2 point decrease in WASP-ACLF and was up to 56%for patients with a≥2 points increase.Similar results were observed in prospective data. Conclusions:The new ACLF prognostic score was simple, widely applicable, and had good predictive efficacy.Continuous assessments and trend of change in WASP-ACLF need to be considered, especially for intermediate-risk patients. | Zhenjun Yu Yu Zhang Yuhan Li Feng Zhou Manman Xu Shaoli You Yu Chen Bing Zhu Ming Kong Fangjiao Song Shaojie Xin Zhongping Duan Tao Han China Network for Severe Liver Diseases | 2022 | Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2022,10,5: | 1

LncRNA-Airn alleviates acute liver injury by inhibiting hepatocyte apoptosis via the NF-κB signaling pathway显示文摘Acute liver injury is a common and serious syndrome caused by multiple factors and unclear pathogenesis. If the injury persists, liver injury can lead to cirrhosis and liver failure and ultimately results in the development of liver cancer.Emerging evidence has indicated that long noncoding RNAs(lncRNAs)play an important role in the development of liver injury. However, the role of antisense Igf2r RNA(Airn)in acute liver injury and its underlying mechanism remain largely unclear. In this study,we show that Airn is upregulated in liver tissue and primary hepatocytes from an acute liver injury mouse model.Consistently,Airn is also overexpressed in serum samples of patients with acute-on-chronic liver failure and is negatively correlated with the Model for End-Stage Liver Disease(MELD)score. Moreover, gene knockout and rescue assays reveal that Airn alleviates CCl_(4)-induced liver injury by inhibiting hepatocyte apoptosis and oxidative stress in vivo.Further investigation reveals that Airn decreases H_(2)O_(2)-induced hepatocyte apoptosis in vitro.Mechanistically,we reveal that Airn represses CCl_(4)-and H_(2)O_(2)-induced enhancement of phosphorylation of p65 and IκBα,suggesting that Airn inhibits hepatocyte apoptosis by inactivating the NF-κB pathway. In conclusion, our results demonstrate that Airn can alleviate acute liver injury by inhibiting hepatocyte apoptosis via inactivating the NF-κB signaling pathway, and Airn could be a potential biomarker for acute liver injury. | Shuai Shao Yu Zhang Feng Zhou Xiaoxiang Meng Zhenjun Yu Guantong Li Lina Zheng Kun Zhang Yuhan Li Beichen Guo Qi Liu Mengxia Zhang Xiaoxiao Du Wei Hong Tao Han | 2022 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,11: | 1
Optimization of Chinese solar greenhouse building parameters based on CFD simulation and entropy weight method显示文摘The building parameters of Chinese solar greenhouse(CSG)directly affect the front roof lighting and indoor thermal environment. In order to obtain the optimal parameter combination,a building parameter optimization method based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation and entropy weight method was proposed.Firstly,a three-dimensional thermal and humidity environment model of CSG was constructed considering the coupling effect of soil, crop, and back wall based on CFD.The reliability of the model was validated through experiments in a CSG of Yongqing County,Hebei Province of China. Then, the indoor air temperature rise rate, air temperature and humidity uneven coefficient, and average air temperature and humidity were selected as the evaluation indicators of CSG thermal and humidity environment. The ridge height, back wall height and the horizontal projection of back roof of CSG were selected as the three factors of the orthogonal test plan, and a three-factor and four-level plan was designed, resulting in 16 different parameter combinations.By use of CFD simulation, the thermal and humidity environment evaluation indicators under different parameter combinations were calculated. The entropy weight method was used to assign weights to the evaluation indicators, and the comprehensive evaluation indicators of CSG thermal and humidity environment were obtained based on the linear weighting principle.By comparing comprehensive evaluation indicators, the optimal combination of building parameters was obtained with a ridge height of 5.72 m,a back wall height of 3.2 m,and a horizontal projection of 2.1 m on the back roof. The research results can provide a practical and feasible method for optimizing the building parameters of CSG,and provided theoretical guidance for the structural design and optimization of CSG. | Fen He Changqing Si Xiaoming Ding Zhenjun Gao Binbin Gong Fei Qi Yilei Yin Qian Feng | 2023 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2023,16,6: | 0
