| 1 | Synergistically Enhanced Mucoadhesive and Penetrable Polypeptide Nanogel for Efficient Drug Delivery to Orthotopic Bladder Cancer显示文摘Intravesical chemotherapy has been recommended after the gold standard of transurethral resection of the bladder tumor to prevent bladder cancer(BC)from local recurrence in the clinic.However,due to rapid urine excretion and barrier protection of the bladder wall,the clinical performances of chemotherapeutic drugs are severely compromised.In the present work,a smart positively charged disulfide-crosslinked nanogel of oligoarginine-poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(L-phenylalanine-co-L-cystine)(R_(9)-PEG-P(LP-co-LC))was prepared to prolong the retention period and enhance the penetration capability of chemotherapeutic agent toward the bladder wall.PEG significantly improved the aqueous dispersibility of the 10-hydroxycamptothecin(HCPT)-loaded R_(9)-PEG-P(LP-co-LC)(i.e.,R_(9)NG/HCPT)and enhanced the mucoadhesive capability by the nonspecific interaction between PEG chain and the bladder mucosa accompanied with the electrostatic interaction between the cationic R_(9)and negatively charged bladder mucosa.Besides,R_(9),as a cell-penetrating peptide,efficiently penetrated through the cell membrane and delivered carried cargo.The disulfide bond endowed the selective release behavior of HCPT triggered by the intracellular reductive microenvironment.As an advanced chemotherapeutic nanoformulation,the smart R_(9)NG/HCPT demonstrated superior cytotoxicity against human BC 5637 cells in vitro and remarkably enhanced tumor suppression activity toward orthotopic BC models of mouse and rat in vivo,indicating its great potential in the clinical intravesical BC chemotherapy. | Hui Guo Faping Li Heping Qiu Weiguo Xu Pengqiang Li Yuchuan Hou Jianxun Ding Xuesi Chen | 2020 | Research2020,,1: | 7 |
| 2 | Microstructure and strengthening mechanism of hot-extruded ultralight Mg-Li-Al-Sn alloys with high strength显示文摘Duplex-structured Mg-7Li-2Al-1.5Sn alloys with high strength were fabricated and their strengthening mechanism was investigated.The Mg-7Li-2Al-1.5Sn alloys were prepared by casting and extruded at the temperature of 533 K with an extrusion ratio of 25:1.The microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-7Li-2Al-1.5Sn alloys were systematically investigated by OM,XRD,SEM,TEM,and tensile tests.The results show that Mg-7Li-2Al-1.5Sn alloys are mainly composed ofα-Mg,β-Li,LiMgAl_(2),Mg_(2)Sn and Li_(2)MgSn phases.The yield strength(YS),ultimate tensile strength(UTS)and elongation(EL)of the extruded alloy at room temperature reach 250 MPa,324 MPa and 11.9%,respectively.A lot of Sn-rich precipitates(Mg_(2)Sn and Li_(2)MgSn)are precipitated during extrusion with an average size of∼14 nm,which is beneficial to the grain refinement.Dynamic recrystallization occurs during hot deformation and the nanoprecipitates effectively refine the dynamic recrystallized(DRXed)grains.Besides,the residual dislocations existed in DRXed and un-DRXed grains result in the dislocation strengthening in the extruded alloy.Mg7Li-2Al-1.5Sn alloys possess excellent high-temperature mechanical properties with the YS,UTS and EL of 200 MPa,237 MPa and 26.7%at 423 K,respectively.Sn-rich precipitates with good thermal stability can effectively prevent grain growth,which is good for the improvement of the high-temperature performance of Mg-Li-Al-Sn alloy. | Gang Zhou Yan Yang Hanzhu Zhang Faping Hu Xueping Zhang Chen Wen Weidong Xie Bin Jiang Xiaodong Peng Fusheng Pan | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,8: | 7 |

| 6 | Locating Error Considering Dimensional Errors Modeling for Multistation Manufacturing System显示文摘Multistation machining process is widely applied in contemporary manufacturing environment.Modeling of variation propagation in multistation machining process is one of the most important research scenarios.Due to the existence of multiple variation streams,it is challenging to model and analyze variation propagation in a multi-station system.Current approaches to error modeling for multistation machining process are not explicit enough for error control and ensuring final product quality.In this paper,a mathematic model to depict the part dimensional variation of the complex multistation manufacturing process is formulated.A linear state space dimensional error propagation equation is established through kinematics analysis of the influence of locating parameter variations and locating datum variations on dimensional errors,so the dimensional error accumulation and transformation within the multistation process are quantitatively described.A systematic procedure to build the model is presented,which enhances the way to determine the variation sources in complex machining systems.A simple two-dimensional example is used to illustrate the proposed procedures.Finally,an industrial case of multistation machining part in a manufacturing shop is given to testify the validation and practicability of the method.The proposed analytical model is essential to quality control and improvement for multistation systems in machining quality forecasting and design optimization. | ZHANG Faping LU Jiping TANG Shuiyuan SUN Houfang JIAO Li | 2010 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2010,23,6: | 2 |
| 7 | A polyethylene microsphere-coated separator with rapid thermal shutdown function for lithium-ion batteries显示文摘Thermal runaway is the main factor contributing to the unsafe behaviors of lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)in practical applications.The application of separators for the thermal shutdown has been proven as an effective approach to protecting LIBs from thermal runaway.In this work,we developed a thermal shutdown separator by coating a thin layer of low-density polyethylene microspheres(PM)onto a commercial porous polypropylene(PP)membrane and investigated the thermal response behaviors of the as-prepared PM/PP separator in LIBs.The structural and thermal analysis results revealed that the coated PM layer had a porous structure,which facilitated the occurrence of normal charge-discharge reactions at ambient temperature,although it could melt completely and fuse together within very short time periods:3 s at 110℃and 1 s at 120℃,to block off the pores of the PP substrate,thereby cutting off the ion transportation between the electrodes and interrupting the battery reaction.Consequently,the PM/PP separator exhibits very similar electrochemical performance to that of a conventional separator at ambient temperature.However,it performs a rapid thermal shutdown at an elevated temperature of^110℃,thus controlling the temperature rise and maintaining the cell in a safe status.Due to its synthetic simplicity and low cost,this separator shows promise for possible application in building safe LIBs. | Chongrong Zhang Hui Li Shixuan Wang Yuliang Cao Hanxi Yang Xinping Ai Faping Zhong | 2020 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,5: | 2 |
