2Preparation of Pt/K_2La_2Ti_3O_(10) and its photo-catalytic activity for hydrogen evolution from methanol water solution显示文摘A layered perovskite-type oxide K2La2Ti3O10 was prepared with high-temperature solid-state reaction, and characterized with X-ray diffraction (XRD) and ultraviolet-visible diffuse re-flectance spectroscopy (UV-Vis DRS). Platinum was loaded onto K2La2Ti3O10 as a co-catalyst with different methods. The dispersion of platinum on K2La2Ti3O10 was determined with HOT method. The photocatalytic activity of Pt/K2La2Ti3O10 was studied. This catalyst showed much higher activity in hydrogen evolution reaction than Ni/K2La2Ti3O10. The effects of different amounts of loaded platinum and several preparation methods were evaluated. The best achieved hydrogen evolution rate was 233.88 μmol·h?1 by Pt(2%)/K2La2Ti3O10. 3Ultra-robust stretchable electrode for e-skin:In situ assembly using a nanofiber scaffold and liquid metal to mimic water-to-net interaction显示文摘The development of stretchable electronics could enhance novel interface structures to solve the stretchability-conductivity dilemma,which remains a major challenge.Herein,we report a nano-liquid metal(LM)-based highly robust stretchable electrode(NHSE)with a self-adaptable interface that mimics water-tonet interaction.Based on the in situ assembly of electrospun elastic nanofiber scaffolds and electrosprayed LM nanoparticles,the NHSE exhibits an extremely low sheet resistance of 52 mΩsq^(-1).It is not only insensitive to a large degree of mechanical stretching(i.e.,350%electrical resistance change upon 570%elongation)but also immune to cyclic deformation(i.e.,5%electrical resistance increases after 330000 stretching cycles with 100%elongation).These key properties are far superior to those of the state-of-the-art reports.Its robustness and stability are verified under diverse circumstances,including long-term exposure to air(420 days),cyclic submersion(30000 times),and resilience against mechanical damages.The combination of conductivity,stretchability,and durability makes the NHSE a promising conductor/electrode solution for flexible/stretchable electronics for applications such as wearable on-body physiological signal detection,human-machine interaction,and heating e-skin.Jinwei Cao Fei Liang Huayang Li Xin Li Youjun Fan Chao Hu Jing Yu Jin Xu Yiming Yin Fali Li Dan Xu Hanfang Feng Huali Yang Yiwei Liu Xiaodong Chen Guang Zhu Run-Wei Li 2022InfoMat2022,4,4:1

7Persulfidation-induced Structural Change of SnRK2.6 Establishes Intramolecular Interaction between Phosphorylation and Persulfidation.显示文摘Post-translational modifications (PTMs) regulate the activity of SNF1-RELATED PROTEIN KINASE2.6 (SnRK2.6), including phosphorylation and persulfidation. Here, we report how persulfidations and phosphorylations of SnRK2.6 influence each other. The persulfidation of cysteine C131/C137 altered SnRK2.6 structure, resulted in serine S175 residue more close to aspartic acid D140, who belong to ATP-γ-phosphate proton acceptor may effectively improve the transfer efficiency of phosphate groups to S175, thus persulfidation enhanced the phosphorylation level of S175. S267 and C137 were predicted to lie in close proximity on the protein surface. The phosphorylation status of S267 positively regulated the persulfidation level at C137. Tests of responses of dephosphorylated and depersulfidated mutants to ABA and the H2S-donor NaHS during stomatal closure, water loss, gas-exchange, Ca2+ influx and drought stress revealed that S175/S267-associated phosphorylation and C131/137-associated persulfidation are essential for SnRK2.6 function in vivo. 9Comparative effects of enzymatic soybean,fish meal and milk powder in diets on growth performance,immunological parameters,SCFAs production and gut microbiome of weaned piglets显示文摘Background:The objective of this study was to evaluate the replacement effects of milk powder(MK)and fish meal(FM)by enzymatic soybean(ESB)in diets on growth performance,immunological parameters,SCFAs production and gut microbiome of weaned piglets.Methods:A total of 128 piglets with initial body weight at 6.95±0.46 kg,were randomly assigned into 4 dietary treatments with 8 replicates per treatment and 4 piglets per replicate for a period of 14 d.Piglets were offered isonitrogenous and iso-energetic diets as follows:CON diet with MK and FM as high quality protein sources,ESB plus FM diet with ESB replacing MK,ESB plus MK diet with ESB replacing FM,and ESB diet with ESB replacing both MK and FM.Results:No significant differences were observed in growth performance among all treatments(P>0.05).However,piglets fed ESB plus FM or ESB diet had increased diarrhea index(P<0.01),and lower digestibility of dry matter(DM),gross energy(GE)or crude protein(CP),relative to piglets fed CON diet(P<0.01).Moreover,the inclusion of ESB in diet markedly decreased the plasma concentration of HPT and fecal concentration of butyric acid(BA)(P<0.01).The High-throughput sequencing of 16S rRNA gene V3−V4 region of gut microbiome revealed that the inclusion of ESB in diet increased the alpha diversity,and the linear discriminant analysis effect size(LEfSe)showed that piglets fed with ESB plus FM or ESB diet contained more gut pathogenic bacteria,such as g_Peptococcus,g_Veillonella and g_Helicobacter.Conclusion:The inclusion of ESB in diet did not markedly affect growth performance of piglets,but the replacement of MK or both MK and FM by ESB increased diarrhea index,which could be associated with lower nutrients digestibility and more gut pathogenic bacteria.However,piglets fed diet using ESB to replace FM did not markedly affect gut health-related parameters,indicating the potential for replacing FM with ESB in weaning diet.Yingjie Li Yang Liu Jiangnan Wu Qiuhong Chen Qiang Zhou Fali Wu Ruinan Zhang Zhengfeng Fang Yan Lin Shengyu Xu Bin Feng Yong Zhuo De Wu Lianqiang Che 2022Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2022,13,2:0
10Pumpability of Manufactured Sand Self-compacting Concrete显示文摘By the addition of superplasticizer and air entraining agent,manufactured sand selfcompacting concrete(MS SCC)with slump flow varying from 500 to 700 mm and air content varying from 2.0%to 9.0%were prepared and the pumpability of MS SCC was studied by a sliding pipe rheometer(Sliper).According to the Kaplan’s model,the initial pump pressure and the pump resistance of MS SCC were obtained.Meanwhile,rheological properties including the yield stress and the plastic viscosity of MS SCC were measured by a rheometer.The experimental results show that the increase of slump flow contributes to a higher pumpability and a proper air content,i e,6%is beneficial for the pumpability of MS SCC.Due to the existence of stone powder and stronger angularity of MS,the initial pump pressure of MS SCC is only about 60%-88%that of river sand(RS)SCC with the same slump flow and air content,indicating that MS SCC possesses a higher pumpability than RS SCC.LI Huajian HUANG Fali TU Haifeng SUN Deyi WANG Zhen YI Zhonglai YANG Zhiqiang XIE Yongjiang 2023Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2023,38,6:0
11Multimodal collaborative BCI system based on the improved CSP feature extraction algorithm显示文摘Background As a novel approach for people to directly communicate with an external device,the study of brain-computer interfaces(BCIs)has become well-rounded.However,similar to the real-world scenario,where individuals are expected to work in groups,the BCI systems should be able to replicate group attributes.Methods We proposed a 4-order cumulants feature extraction method(CUM4-CSP)based on the common spatial patterns(CSP)algorithm.Simulation experiments conducted using motion visual evoked potentials(mVEP)EEG data verified the robustness of the proposed algorithm.In addition,to freely choose paradigms,we adopted the mVEP and steady-state visual evoked potential(SSVEP)paradigms and designed a multimodal collaborative BCI system based on the proposed CUM4-CSP algorithm.The feasibility of the proposed multimodal collaborative system framework was demonstrated using a multiplayer game controlling system that simultaneously facilitates the coordination and competitive control of two users on external devices.To verify the robustness of the proposed scheme,we recruited 30 subjects to conduct online game control experiments,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results The simulation results prove that the proposed CUM4-CSP algorithm has good noise immunity.The online experimental results indicate that the subjects could reliably perform the game confrontation operation with the selected BCI paradigm.Conclusions The proposed CUM4-CSP algorithm can effectively extract features from EEG data in a noisy environment.Additionally,the proposed scheme may provide a new solution for EEG-based group BCI research.Cunbo LI Ning LI Yuan QIU Yueheng PENG Yifeng WANG Lili DENG Teng MA Fali LI Dezhong YAO Peng XU 2022Virtual Reality & Intelligent Hardware2022,4,1:0
