| 2 | Study on Steel-Mushy Al-20Sn Alloy Bonding显示文摘Steel-mushy Al-20Sn alloy bonding was studied for the first time. The relationship model about preheat temperature of steel plate, solid fraction of Al-20Sn alloy mushy, rolling speed and interfacial shear strength of bonding plate could be established by artificial neural networks perfectly. This model could be optimized with a genetic algorithm. | 3 | Synthesis of Ag_2S nano-sized clusters and their chemical sensitizations in AgCl cubic and {100} tabular microcrystal imaging systems显示文摘In recent years much attention has been devoted to AgCl emulsion owing to its se-rial advantages and inimitable potential. But in the research of this emulsion a thorny problem remains unsolved till now, which is the improvement in sensitivity is always accompanied with high fog density. In this work 5 nm Ag2S particles were prepared and used as novel sensitizers in AgCl cubic and {100} tabular microcrystal emulsions. The novel sensitizer shows an effective sensitizing ability for silver chloride emulsion, and it is superior to the traditional Na2S2O3 sensi-tizer because by using it comparatively high sensitivity can be obtained with lower fog density. So the above sensitizing problem is going to be effectively solved. | 4 | Flatness and Profile Integration Control Model for Tandem Cold Mills显示文摘Using the effective matrix methods of flatness and profile control synthetically, the flatness and profile integration control scheme for tandem cold mills is built in order to increase flatness and profile control precision of tandem cold mills. Corresponding control strategies are adopted for various control objectives of different stands and the coordination control strategies of various stands are given, which makes the on-line flatness control cooperate with on-line profile control and implements the parallel control of different stands. According to the measured flatness and profile data of some 1550 mm tandem cold mills, the control scheme is verified and the result indicates that the scheme has high flatness and profile control precision with steady and reliable control process. | 5 | FEEDBACK LINEARIZATION CONTROL FOR ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLABLE CLUTCH OF VEHICLE显示文摘An investigation is made to the friction chutch engagement control of automotive AMT systems based on a nonlinear dynamic model with double inputs. According to friction torque transmission characteristics during clutch engagement, an equivalent, fully controllable and linearized model and the feedback linearization control are derived from the original system with nonlinearities via homomorphic transforms. By the resulting mathematical modeling, computer simulations are made both for the original nonlinear and feedback linearized systems with incorporation of ordinary PID controllers to follow ideal vehicle dynamic responses. | 15 | Distribution of the indigenous microorganisms and mechanisms of their orientational activation in Daqing Oilfield显示文摘The distribution of indigenous microorganisms was surveyed in Block 1 of Daqing Oilfield. Based on this survey,the indigenous microorganisms in the formation water were activated with different activator systems at the simulated stratum ecological environment. The changes of the number of bacteria of various physiological groups were determined during the process of activation. Also changes of pH value and composition of gas productions were analyzed at the end of culturing. The results showed that the selected block formation water contained a great number of saprophytic bacteria,hydrocarbon-oxidizing bacteria,fermentative bacteria,methane-producing bacteria and sulfate-reducing bacteria. Under the conditions that the growth of sulfate-reducing bacteria was controlled the block had the potential to enhance oil recovery by activating beneficial bacteria. The growth of sulfate-reducing bacteria can be inhibited through the activation of nitrate-reducing bacteria. The number of nitratereducing bacteria reached 106―107 cells/mL,but sulfate-reducing bacteria reached only 0―45 cells/mL in A system. Methane-producing bacteria can be activated by C,D activators. The relative content of biological methane in the light hydrocarbon gas reached 80% in C,D systems. B activator was conducive to the propagation of acid-producing bacteria,so that the pH value of the culture medium decreased from 7.5 to around 5.0. Hydrocarbon-oxidizing bacteria can be activated by various activator systems. There was low molecular light hydrocarbon in gas production according to the analysis of gas chromatograph. According to the content of methane and the number of methane-producing bacteria,methane only can be generated through activating methane-producing bacteria.
