| 3 | 瑞舒伐他汀治疗中国高胆固醇血症患者疗效和安全性的随机双盲多中心对照研究显示文摘目的评价瑞舒伐他汀治疗中国高胆固醇血症患者的疗效和安全性。方法采用随机、双盲、多中心研究。患者经6周筛选后符合 LDL-C≥4.14 mmol/L(160 mg/dl),<6.50 mmol/L(250 mg/dl)、TG<4.52 mmol/L(400 mg/dl)者以2:1随机接受瑞舒伐他汀10 mg/d 或阿托伐他汀10mg/d 治疗。12周后瑞舒伐他汀组 LDL-C 未达到 ATPⅢ治疗目标者,予瑞舒伐他汀20 mg 延续治疗8周。结果 304例进入随机治疗阶段,瑞舒伐他汀10 mg/d 组201例,阿托伐他汀10 mg/d 组103例。意向治疗人群290例,符合方案人群263例。瑞舒伐他汀组治疗12周后血 LDL-C 显著下降,下降幅度为45.6%,显著大于阿托伐他汀组的39.0%(P<0.001)。瑞舒伐他汀组患者 LDL-C 达标率也较阿托伐他汀组(78.0%比72.7%)有增高趋势,且在高危人群中优势更为明显(56.5%比35.0%),但差异未达到统计学意义。瑞舒伐他汀降低 TG(-22.8%)以及升高 HDL-C(+6.6%)和ApoA-1(+12.5%)的幅度与阿托伐他汀组差别无统计学意义(分别为-16.6%,+4.3%和+9.8%)。29例患者接受20 mg/d 瑞舒伐他汀延续治疗,22例完成治疗患者中10例(45.5%)LDL-C达标。研究中未发现药物相关的严重不良反应事件。结论本组研究显示瑞舒伐他汀10 mg 降低LDL-C 的疗效优于同等剂量的阿托伐他汀,治疗3个月安全性与之类似。 | Rosuvastatin Registration Clinical Trial Group.Cardiovascular Institute and Fu Wai Hospital,Peking Union Medical College and Chinese Academy of Medical Science,Beijing 100037,China | 2007 | 中华心血管病杂志2007,35,3: | 117 |

| 6 | Effects of glutamine on intestinal permeability and bacterial translocation in TPN-rats with endotoxemia显示文摘AIM: To evaluate the protective effect and mechanism ofglutamine on the intestinal barrier function in totalparenteral nutrition (TPN) rats with trauma or endotoxemia.
METHODS: To perform prospective, randomized andcontrolled animal experimentation of rats with surgicaltrauma, TPN and endotoxemia, thirty-four male, adultSprague Dawley rats were divided into four groups: control group (n=8), TPN group (n=9), trauma and endotoxemia group (LPS, n=8) and trauma plus endotoxemia supplemented with glutamine in TPN solution group (Gin.group, n=9). All groups except the control group were given TPN solutions in 7-day experimental period. For Gin group, 1 000 mg/kg/d of glutamine was added to TPN solution during day 1-6. On the 7th day all the animals were gavaged with lactulose (66 mg) and mannitol (50 mg)in 2 mi of normal saline. Then 24 h urine with preservative was collected and kept at -20 ℃. On day 8, under intraperitoneal anesthesia using 100 mg/kg ketamin, the intestine, liver, mesenteric lymph nodes and blood were taken for examination.
RESULTS: The body weight of LPS group decreased most among the four groups. The structure of small intestinal mucosa in TPN group, LPS group and Gln group showed impairments of different degrees, and the damage of small intestinal mucosa in Gln group was remarkably alleviated.The concentrations of interleukins in small intestine mucosa were lower (for IL-4 and IL-6) or the lowest (IL-10) in Gln group. The IgA level in the blood plasma and the mucosa of Gln group was the highest among all of the groups. The urine lactulose/mannitol test showed that the intestinal permeability in LPS group was lower than that in TPN group (P<0.001), but there was no difference between LPS group and Gln group. The rate of bacterial translocation in Gln group was lower than that in LPS group (P<0.02).

High resolution paleomagnetic dating of the Laojunmiao (LJM) section across the central LJM anticline in the southern Jiuquan Basin reveals ages of the Getanggou Member, Niugetao Member in the Shulehe Formation, the Yumen Conglomerate, Jiuquan Conglomerate and Gobi Formation at >13-8.3 Ma, 8.3-4.9 Ma, 3.66-0.93 Ma, 0.84-0.14 Ma and 0.14-0 Ma, respectively. Sedimentary evolution study suggests that the Qilian Mountains should begin to rise gradually since ~8-6.6 Ma, accompanied by sedimentary environments changing from lacustrine mudstones-sandstones to alluvial conglomerates. According to theanalysis of modulator, structure protein, codingseries of TIMP-1 genome, we designed fourdifferent asONs. These asONs were injected intothe hepatic fibrosis models through coccygealvein. The results was observed by RT-PCR formeasuring TIMP-1 mRNA expression,immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridizationfor collagen Ⅰ, Ⅲ, special staining of collagenfiber, and electron microscopic examination.RESULTS Hepatic fibrosis could last within 363days in our modified model. The expressinglevel of TIMP-1 was high during hepatic fibrosisprocess. It has been proved by theimmunohistochemical and the electronmicroscopic examination that the asONphosphorthioate of TIMP-1 could exactly expressin vivo. The effect of colchicine wasdemonstrated to inhibit the expressing level ofmRNA and the content of collagen Ⅰ, Ⅲ in theliver of experimental hepatic fibrosis rats.However, the electron microscopy research andthe pathologic grading of hepatic fibrosisshowed that there was no significant differencebetween the treatment group and the modelgroup (P>0.05).CONCLUSION The experimental rat model ofhepatic fibrosis is one of the preferable modelsto estimate the curative effect of anti-hepaticfibrosis drugs. | 15 | Mesozoic subduction-accretion zone in northeastern South China Sea inferred from geophysical interpretations显示文摘A segment of Mesozoic subduction-accretion zone was inferred across the northeastern South China Sea at approximately NE45° orientation. Basic evidence includes the following: A belt of peek gross horizontal Bouguer gravity gradient (PGHGBA) is comparable in size and intensity to that of the Manila subduction-accretion zone. A belt of high positive magnetic anomalies appears to the north and sub-parallel to the PGHGBA, representing the volcanic arc associated to the subduction zone. The PGHGBA crosses obliquely both Cenozoic structures and present seafloor topography, indicating a pre-Cenozoic age. The segment is offset left-laterally by NW-running strike-slip faults, in concord with the Mesozoic stress field of South China. In addition, the existence of the subduction zone is supported by wide-angle seismic data obtained in different years by different institutions. At approximate localities, a north-dipping ramp of Moho surface is indicated by records of ocean-bottom seismometers, and a strong reflector about 8 km beneath the Moho reflector is indicated by both OBS and long-cable seismic records. | 17 | Plausible impact of global climate change on water resources in the Tarim River Basin显示文摘Combining the temperature and precipitation data from 77 climatological stations and the climatic and hydrological change data from three headstreams of the Tarim River: Hotan, Yarkant, and Aksu in the study area, the plausible association between climate change and the variability of water resources in the Tarim River Basin in recent years was investigated, the long-term trend of the hydrological time series including temperature, precipitation, and streamflow was detected, and the possible association between the El Ni(n)o/Southern Oscillation (ENSO) and these three kinds of time series was tested. The results obtained in this study show that during the past years, the temperature experienced a significant monotonic increase at the speed of 5%, nearly 1℃ rise; the precipitation showed a significant decrease in the 1970s, and a significant increase in the1980s and 1990s, the average annual precipitation was increased with the magnitude of 6.8 mm per decade. A step change occurred in both temperature and precipitation time series around 1986, which may be influenced by the global climate change. Climate change resulted in the increase of the streamflow at the headwater of the Tarim River, but the anthropogenic activities such as over-depletion of the surface water resulted in the decrease of the streamflow at the lower reaches of the Tarim River. | 18 | Vegetation and soil carbon storage in China显示文摘This study estimated the current vegetation and soil carbon storage in China using a biogeochemical model driven with climate, soil and vegetation data at 0.5°latitude-longitude grid spatial resolution. The results indicate that the total carbon storage in China's vegetation and soils was 13.33 Gt C and 82.65 Gt C respectively, about 3% and 4% of the global total. The nationally mean vegetation and soil carbon densities were 1.47 kg C/m2 and 9.17 kg C/m2, respectively, differing greatly in various regions affected by climate, vegetation, and soil types. They were generally higher in the warm and wet Southeast China and Southwest China than in the arid Northwest China; whereas vegetation carbon density was the highest in the warm Southeast China and Southwest China, soil carbon density was the highest in the cold Northeast China and southeastern fringe of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau. | 19 | Influence of the impounding process of the Three Gorges Reservoir up to water level 172.5m on water eutrophication in the Xiangxi Bay显示文摘The water level of the Three Gorges Reservoir(TGR) rose to 172.5 m in two stages from September to November,2008.The hydrodynamic parameters and water quality parameters(e.g.flow velocity,temperature,turbidity and nutrient content) had been continuously monitored to reveal the influence of the impounding process of the TGR on the water eutrophication in the Xiangxi Bay(XXB).The maximal daily rise of the water level of the TGR was about 2.38 m.The water exchange between the mainstream(the Changjiang River) and the XXB of the TGR was enhanced by density current,and its main characteristics were a density-stratified flow in different directions.The water exchange reduced the differences of the water quality parameters(for example,temperature,turbidity,nutrient level,pH,etc.) between the mainstream and the XXB during the impounding process.Meanwhile,the water stability index in the mainstream remained small but it was lowered in the XXB.The main causes included the dilution by water of lower concentration of the chlorophyll a(Chl.a) entering from the mainstream,the decline of the water stability,and the increase of suspended silt,which induced the Chl.a to decrease in the XXB during the impounding process.The grade of the water eutrophication changed from middle eutrophic level to mesotrophic state in the process.However,as available nutrients were imported into the XXB from the mainstream during the impounding process the risk of water eutrophication increases in the XXB in the future. | YANG ZhengJian1,LIU DeFu1,JI DaoBin1,2 & XIAO ShangBin1,3 1 College of Civil & Hydroelectric Engineering,China Three Gorges University,Yichang 443002,China 2 School of Water Resources & Hydropower Engineering,Wuhan University,Wuhan 430072,China 3 Institute of Earth Environment,Chinese Academy of Sciences,Xi’an 710075,China | 2010 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2010,53,4: | 58 |
| 20 | Changes of NF-kB,p53,Bcl-2 and caspase in apoptosis induced by JTE-522 in human gastric adenocarcinoma cell line AGS cells:role of reactive oxygen species显示文摘AIM: To identify whether JTE-522 can induce apoptosis inAGS cells and ROS also involved in the process, and toinvestigate the changes in NF-kB, p53, bcl-2 and caspase in the apoptosis process.METHODS: Cell culture, MTT, Electromicroscopy, agarosegel electrophoresis, lucigenin, Western blot andelectrophoretic mobility shift assay (EMSA) analysis wereemployed to investigate the effect of JTE-522 on cellproliferation and apoptosis in AGS cells and relatedmolecular mechanisms.RESULTS: JTE-522 inhibited the growth of AGS cells andinduced the apoptosis. Lucigenin assay showed the generationof ROS in cells under incubation with JTE-522. The inc eareasedROS generation might contribute to the induction of AGS cellsto apoptosis. EMSA and Westem blot revealed that NF-kBactivity was almost completely inhibited by preventing thedegradation of IkBα. Additionally, by using Western blot weconfirmed that the level of bcl-2 was decreased, whereas p53showed a great increase following JTE-522 treatment.
