2Highly stable lead-free Cs3Bi2I9 perovskite nanoplates for photodetection applications显示文摘Lead halide perovskites have received tremendous attentions recently for their excellent properties such as high light absorption coefficient and long charge carrier diffusion length. However, the stability issues and the existence of toxic lead cations have largely limited their applications in optoelectronic area. Herein, we report the synthesis and investigation of highly stable and lead-free Cs3Bi2I9 perovskite nanoplates for visible light photodetection applications. The Cs3Bi2I9 nanoplates were synthesized through a facile solution-processed method, which is also applicable to various substrates. The achieved nanoplates present very good crystal quality and exhibit excellent long-term stability even exposed in moist air for several months. Photodetectors were constructed based on these high-quality perovskite nanoplates for the first time, and display a maximum photoresponsivity of 33.1 mA/W under the illumination of 450 nm laser, which is six times higher than the solution-synthesized CH3NH3PbI3 nanowire photodetectors. The specific detectivity of these devices can reach up to 10^10 Jones. Additionally, the devices exhibit fast rise and decay time of 10.2 and 37.2 ms, respectively, and highly stable photoswitching behavior with their photoresponse well retaining under alternating light and darkness. 3Fatigue Life Prediction under Service Load Considering Strengthening Effect of Loads below Fatigue Limit显示文摘Lightweight design requires an accurate life prediction for structures and components under service loading histories. However, predicted life with the existing methods seems too conservative in some cases, leading to a heavy structure. Because these methods are established on the basis that load cycles would only cause fatigue damage, ignore the strengthening effect of loads. Based on Palmgren-Miner Rule(PMR), this paper introduces a new method for fatigue life prediction under service loadings by taking into account the strengthening effect of loads below the fatigue limit. In this method, the service loadings are classified into three categories: damaging load, strengthening load and none-effect load, and the process for fatigue life prediction is divided into two stages: stage I and stage II, according to the best strengthening number of cycles. During stage I, fatigue damage is calculated considering both the strengthening and damaging effect of load cycles. While during stage II, only the damaging effect is considered. To validate this method, fatigue lives of automobile half shaft and torsion beam rear axle are calculated based on the new method and traditional methods, such as PMR and Modified Miner Rule(MMR), and fatigue tests of the two components are conducted under service loading histories. The tests results show that the percentage errors of the predicted life with the new method to mean life of tests for the two components are –3.78% and –1.76% separately, much lesser than that with PMR and MMR. By considering the strengthening effect of loads below the fatigue limit, the new method can significantly improve the accuracy for fatigue life prediction. 5Topography and soil content contribute to plant community composition and structure in subtropical evergreen-deciduous broadleaved mixed forests显示文摘Topography and soil factors are known to play crucial roles in the species composition of plant communities in subtropical evergreen-deciduous broadleaved mixed forests.In this study,we used a systematic quantitative approach to classify plant community types in the subtropical forests of Hubei Province(central China),and then quantified the relative contribution of drivers responsible for variation in species composition and diversity.We classified the subtropical forests in the study area into 12 community types.Of these,species diversity indices of three communities were significantly higher than those of others.In each community type,species richness,abundance,basal area and importance values of evergreen and deciduous species were different.In most community types,deciduous species richness was higher than that of evergreen species.Linear regression analysis showed that the dominant factors that affect species composition in each community type are elevation,slope,aspect,soil nitrogen content,and soil phosphorus content.Furthermore,structural equation modeling analysis showed that the majority of variance in species composition of plant communities can be explained by elevation,aspect,soil water content,litterfall,total nitrogen,and total phosphorus.Thus,the major factors that affect evergreen and deciduous species distribution across the 12 community types in subtropical evergreendeciduous broadleaved mixed forests include elevation,slope and aspect,soil total nitrogen content,soil total phosphorus content,soil available nitrogen content and soil available phosphorus content.Qichi Yang Hehe Zhang Lihui Wang Feng Ling Zhengxiang Wang Tingting Li Jinliang Huang 2021Plant Diversity2021,43,4:3
6Separate Dimming Controlling and Data Transmission for an Indoor Visible Light Communication System显示文摘Simultaneous dimming controlling and data transmission are usually required in a white LED based indoor visible light communication system.However,the diming controlling of LED normally interferes the data transmission due to the modulation nonlinearity of LED.In order to solve this problem,a scheme by separating the LEDs for the functions of dimming control and data transmission respectively is proposed in this paper.In the scheme,the LEDs used for dimming control function are driven by a dc amplified circuit,and the LEDs for data transmission are driven by a digital modulation circuit respectively.In this way,the modulation distortion to the data signal caused by the modulation nonlinearity can be avoided even if the dimming is at high level dc driven current.The proof-of-concept experiment of a 2.5Mbit/s visible light communication system demonstrates that the dimming controlling and data transmission can be realized simultaneously in a simple way,and the data transmission is not affected by the dimming controlling function.Compared to previous methods,the scheme in this paper is simpler and cost effective,and makes sense when high rate data is transmitted in a visible light communication system.LIU Xiang YANG Aiying LI Yankun FENG Lihui 2015China Communications2015,12,3:2

13A rat pup model of cerebral palsy induced by prenatal inflammation and hypoxia显示文摘Animal models of cerebral palsy established by simple infection or the hypoxia/ischemia method cannot effectively simulate the brain injury of a premature infant. Healthy 17-day-pregnant Wistar rats were intraperitoneally injected with lipopolysaccharide then subjected to hypoxia. The pups were used for this study at 4 weeks of age. Simultaneously, a hypoxia/ischemia group and a control group were used for comparison. The results of the footprint test, the balance beam test, the water maze test, neuroelectrophysiological examination and neuropathological examination demonstrated that, at 4 weeks after birth, footprint repeat space became larger between the forelimbs and hindlimbs of the rats, the latency period on the balance beam and in the Morris water maze was longer, place navigation and ability were poorer, and the stimulus intensity that induced the maximal wave amplitude of the compound muscle action potential was greater in the lipopolysaccharide/hypoxia and hypoxia/ischemia groups than in the control group. We observed irregular cells around the periventricular area, periventricular leukomalacia and breakage of the nuclear membrane in the lipopolysaccharide/hypoxia and hypoxia/ischemia groups. 15Aging weakens Th17 cell pathogenicity and ameliorates experimental autoimmune uveitis in mice显示文摘Aging-induced changes in the immune system are associated with a higher incidence of infection and vaccination failure.Lymph nodes,which filter the lymph to identify and fight infections,play a central role in this process.However,careful characterization of the impact of aging on lymph nodes and associated autoimmune diseases is lacking.We combined single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)with flow cytometry to delineate the immune cell atlas of cervical draining lymph nodes(CDLNs)of both young and old mice with or without experimental autoimmune uveitis(EAU).We found extensive and complicated changes in the cellular constituents of CDLNs during aging.When confronted with autoimmune challenges,old mice developed milder EAU compared to young mice.Within this EAU process,we highlighted that the pathogenicity of T helper 17 cells(Th17)was dampened,as shown by reduced GM-CSF secretion in old mice.The mitigated secretion of GMCSF contributed to alleviation of IL-23 secretion by antigen-presenting cells(APCs)and may,in turn,weaken APCs’effects on facilitating the pathogenicity of Th17 cells.Meanwhile,our study further unveiled that aging downregulated GM-CSF secretion through reducing both the transcript and protein levels of IL-23R in Th17 cells from CDLNs.Overall,aging altered immune cell responses,especially through toning down Th17 cells,counteracting EAU challenge in old mice.He Li Lei Zhu Rong Wang Lihui Xie Jie Ren Shuai Ma Weiqi Zhang Xiuxing Liu Zhaohao Huang Binyao Chen Zhaohuai Li Huyi Feng Guang-Hui Liu Si Wang Jing Qu Wenru Su 2022Protein & Cell2022,13,6:1

17Deep belief network-based drug identification using near infrared spectroscopy显示文摘Near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS)analysis technology,combined with chemometrics,can be effectively used in quick and nondestructive analysis of quality and category.In this paper,an effective drug identification method by using deep belief network(DBN)with dropout mecha-nism(dropout-DBN)to model NIRS is introduced,in which dropout is employed to overcome the overfitting problem coming from the small sample.This paper tests proposed method under datasets of different sizes with the example of near infrared diffuse refectance spectroscopy of erythromycin ethylsuccinate drugs and other drugs,aluminum and nonaluminum packaged.Meanwhile,it gives experiments to compare the proposed method's performance with back propagation(BP)neural network,support vector machines(SVMs)and sparse denoising auto-encoder(SDAE).The results show that for both binary classification and multi-classification,dropout mechanism can improve the classification accuracy,and dropout-DBN can achieve best classification accuracy in almost all cases.SDAE is similar to dropout-DBN in the aspects of classification accuracy and algorithm stability,which are higher than that of BP neural network and SVM methods.In terms of training time,dropout-DBN model is superior to SDAE model,but inferior to BP neural network and SVM methods.Therefore,dropout-DBN can be used as a modeling tool with effective binary and multi-class classification performance on a spectrum sample set of small size.Huihua Yang Baichao Hu Xipeng Pan Shengke Yan Yanchun Feng Xuebo Zhang Lihui Yin Changqin Hu 2017Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2017,,2:1
18Monitoring Multiple Cropping Index of Henan Province, China Based on MODIS-EVI Time Series Data and Savitzky-Golay Filtering Algorithm显示文摘Multiple cropping index(MCI)is a very important indicator in crop production and agricultural intensification,which represents the utilizing degree of agriculture resources at time scale and the effective utilization situation of arable land.The objective of this paper is monitoring multiple cropping index of Henan province of China according to the time series of MODIS(Moderate-Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer)EVI(Enhanced Vegetation Index)after Savitzky-Golay filter processing from the year 2006 to 2011.The results revealed that this method could provide an effective way to monitor multiple cropping index,and the method of no additional authentication data is independent and reliable.The result was accurate and stable,the slope of linear regression of the multiple cropping index between the statistical results and the remote sensing results was 1.0136(R2=0.779).The precision of sample areas validation was 97.91%.Suggesting that the time series MODIS-EVI which after Savitzky-Golay filtering processed,could provide an effective way to extract spatial information of multiple cropping index for management department of agriculture.Lihui Wang Feng Qi Xin Shen Jinliang Huang 2019Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2019,,5:1
