1H6 Non-isolated Full Bridge Grid-connected PV Inverters With Low Leakage Currents显示文摘为满足非隔离光伏并网发电系统对共模漏电流的限制,提出一种六开关逆变器拓朴(H6拓扑)。所提出的H6拓扑在功率传输模态时,进网电流半个工频周期流过3支开关管,而另半个工频周期流过2支开关管,故相对于H5拓扑,降低了通态损耗,有利于热应力均衡,且仍满足续流阶段光伏电池输出端与电网脱离的要求。详细分析拓扑的工作原理,并推论给出H6非隔离光伏并网逆变器的其它3种拓扑结构;比较分析了H5拓扑、Heric拓扑和H6拓扑的损耗和成本。通过1kW通用样机平台对比验证了上述3种拓扑的效率和共模特性。实验结果表明,H6拓扑的变换效率高于H5拓扑、但略低于Heric拓扑,共模特性优于Heric拓扑、但略劣于H5拓扑。ZHANG Li SUN Kai FENG Lanlan XING Yan XU Ming 2012中国电机工程学报2012,32,15:29
2Fe3C-N-doped carbon modified separator for high performance lithium-sulfur batteries显示文摘A new Fe3C-N-doped reduced graphene oxide(Fe3C-N-rGO)prepared by a facile method is used as a separator for high performance lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries.The Fe3C-N-rGO is coated on the surface of commercial polypropylene separator(Celgard 2400)close to the sulfur cathode.The special nanotubes are in-situ catalyzed by Fe3C nanoparticles.They could entrap lithium polysulfides(Li PSs)to restrain the shuttle effect and reduce the loss of active material.The battery with the modified separator and sulfur cathode shows an excellent cycle performance.It has a high rate performance,580.5 mAh/g at the high current rate of 4 C relative to 1075 mAh/g at 0.1 C.It also has an initial discharge capacity of 774.8 m Ah/g measured at 0.5 C and remains 721.8 mAh/g after 100 cycles with a high capacity retention of 93.2%.The outstanding performances are notable in recently reports with modified separator.Hongyu Pan Zhong Tan Haihui Zhou Lanlan Jiang Zhongyuan Huang Qjaoxia Feng Qiang Zhou Shuai Ma Yafei Kuang 2019Journal of Energy Chemistry2019,28,12:5
3Holocene climatic and environmental changes recorded in Baahar Nuur Lake core in the Ordos Plateau, Inner Mongolia of China显示文摘A 5.3 m lake core was drilled in Baahar Nuur Lake in the Ordos Plateau, and measurements of meangrain size, organic δ 13C (δ 13Corg), organic carbon content (TOC), C/N, carbonate content, carbonate δ 13C(δ 13Ccar) and δ 18O (δ 18Ocar) were conducted for retrieving the Holocene chronosequence of climaticchanges based on 15 AMS 14C dates. The record documented four major stages of climate change inthe Ordos Plateau: (IV) a cold and dry condition before ~7.65 14C ka BP; (III) a warm and humid stagebetween ~7.65 and ~5.40 ka BP; (II) a generally drier and cooler climate since ~5.40 ka BP with twohumid events occurring from ~4.70 to ~4.60 ka BP and from ~4.20 to ~3.70 ka BP, and (I) a dry climatecharacterized by complete desiccation of the lake after 3.70 ka BP. 4A metabolic intervention strategy to break evolutionary adaptability of tumor for reinforced immunotherapy显示文摘The typical hallmark of tumor evolution is metabolic dysregulation.In addition to secreting immunoregulatory metabolites,tumor cells and various immune cells display different metabolic pathways and plasticity.Harnessing the metabolic differences to reduce the tumor and immunosuppressive cells while enhancing the activity of positive immunoregulatory cells is a promising strategy.We develop a nanoplatform(CLCeMOF)based on cerium metal-organic framework(CeMOF)by lactate oxidase(LOX)modification and glutaminase inhibitor(CB839)loading.The cascade catalytic reactions induced by CLCeMOF generate reactive oxygen species“storm”to elicit immune responses.Meanwhile,LOX-mediated metabolite lactate exhaustion relieves the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment,preparing the ground for intracellular regulation.Most noticeably,the immunometabolic checkpoint blockade therapy,as a result of glutamine antagonism,is exploited for overall cell mobilization.It is found that CLCeMOF inhibited glutamine metabolism-dependent cells(tumor cells,immunosuppressive cells,etc.),increased infiltration of dendritic cells,and especially reprogrammed CD8^(+)T lymphocytes with considerable metabolic flexibility toward a highly activated,long-lived,and memory-like phenotype.Such an idea intervenes both metabolite(lactate)and cellular metabolic pathway,which essentially alters overall cell fates toward the desired situation.Collectively,the metabolic intervention strategy is bound to break the evolutionary adaptability of tumors for reinforced immunotherapy.Qianhua Feng Yutong Hao Shuaiqi Yang Xiaomin Yuan Jing Chen Yuying Mei Lanlan Liu Junbiao Chang Zhenzhong Zhang Lei Wang 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,2:1

6LAMC2 regulates proliferation, migration, and invasion mediated by the Pl3K/AKT/mTOR pathway in oral显示文摘Background:Oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)is a common malignant tumor.Recently,Laminin Gamma 2(LAMC2)has been shown to be abnormally expressed in OSCC;however,how LAMC2 signaling contributes to the occurrence and development of OSCC and the role of autophagy in OSCC has not been fully explored.This study aimed to analyze the role and mechanism of LAMC2 signaling in OSCC and the involvement of autophagy in OSCC.Methods:To explore the mechanism by which LAMC2 is highly expressed in OSCC,we used small interfering RNA(siRNA)to knock down LAMC2 to further observe the changes in the signaling pathway.Furthermore,we used cell proliferation assays,Transwell invasion assays,and wound-healing assays to observe the changes in OSCC proliferation,invasion,and metastasis.RFP-LC3 was used to detect the level of autophagy intensity.A cell line-derived xenograft(CDX)model was used to detect the effect of LAMC2 on tumor growth in vivo.Results:This study found that the level of autophagy was correlated with the biological behavior of OSCC.The downregulation of LAMC2 activated autophagy and inhibited OSCC proliferation,invasion,and metastasis via inhibiting the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway.Moreover,autophagy has a dual effect on OSCC,and the synergistic downregulation of LAMC2 and autophagy can inhibit OSCC metastasis,invasion,and proliferation via the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway.Conclusions:LAMC2 interacts with autophagy to regulate OSCC metastasis,invasion,and proliferation via the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway.LAMC2 down-regulation can synergistically modulate autophagy to inhibit OSCC migration,invasion,and proliferation.FAYU SHAN LANLAN LIANG CHONG FENG HONGBAO XU ZIROU WANG WEILI LIU LINGLING PU ZHAOLI CHEN GANG CHEN XINXING WANG 2023Oncology Research2023,31,4:1

8Flexible, self-cleaning, and high-performance ceramic nanofiber-based moist-electric generator enabled by interfacial engineering显示文摘Due to their long-term stability, even under extreme conditions, oxide ceramics have attracted significant attention in emerging fields like moist-electric generation. However, the inherent brittleness and low voltage output of oxide ceramic-based moistelectric generators(MEGs) limit their applications in wearable electronics. Herein, a facile strategy involving the combination of sol-gel electrospinning and calcination is used to fabricate flexible and freestanding Ti O_(2)/Zr O_(2)(TZ) composite nanofiber-based MEGs. The excellent flexibility of the TZ nanofiber membranes can be attributed to the suppression of their crystal structure transformation, dispersion of stress concentration, and reduction of crack propagation via interfacial engineering. The porous structure of the electrospun nanofiber membrane features an abundance of charged narrow channels for the diffusion of water molecules and generates a streaming potential. The optimal voltage output reached ~0.8 V, which is the highest value reported for an oxide ceramic-based MEG. Furthermore, the as-fabricated nanofiber-based MEG exhibits good self-cleaning capability to degrade organic pollutants under ultraviolet irradiation. 10Quantitative Seismicity Analysis for the Risk of Historical Large Earthquake Rupture Zone:Application to the Mid-North Segment of the North-South Seismic Belt显示文摘Although seismic gap theory plays an important role in the med-and long-term earthquake prediction,the potential risk of the non-seismic gap in historical earthquake rupture areas will need to be simultaneously taken into account in the study of med-and long-term earthquake prediction,due to the temporally clustering or non-linear behavior of large earthquake recurrence.In order to explore technical methods which can be based on observational data,and identify historical earthquake rupture zones( including the seismic gap in historical and prehistoric earthquake rupture zones),we select eight historical large earthquake rupture zones with different elapsed times on the mid-north segment of the North-South Seismic Belt to make quantitative analysis on the characteristics of modern seismicity of these zones and preliminarily explore the seismicity method for determining the urgency degree of potential earthquake hazards.The results mainly show that the pvalue,which reflects the attenuation of earthquake sequence,and the a-value,which reflects the seismicity rate,are strongly related to the elapsed time of the latest earthquake in the rupture zone.However,the corresponding relationships in some rupture areas are not clear perhaps due to the complex fault structure and faulting behavior.The b-value,which represents the state of tectonic stress accumulation,does not easily reflect the elapsed time information of different evolution stages.The b-value temporal scanning shows a steady evolution over time in most of the rupture zones,but in the rupture zone of the Wudu M8.0 earthquake of 1879,the b-value shows significant fluctuations with a decreasing trend for 20 years.By comparative analysis,we conclude that the rupture zones of the 1933 M7.5 Maoxian earthquake and the 1976 M7.2 Songpan-Pingwu earthquake are still in the decaying period of earthquake sequences,and thus do not have the background for recurrence of M7.0 earthquakes.The low b-value Maqu segment,which is located at the north margin of the rupture zone of the 842A.D.M7.0 Diebu earthquake,is more dangerous than the Diebu segment.The continuous decline of the b-value in the 1879 M8.0 Wudu earthquake rupture zone may also indicate a new round of seismogenic process.Long Feng Jiang Changsheng Feng Jiangang Tang Lanlan 2013Earthquake Research in China2013,27,3:0
11Activation of lineage competence in hemogenic endothelium precedes the formation of hematopoietic stem cell heterogeneity显示文摘Hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) are considered as a heterogeneous population, but precisely when, where and how HSPC heterogeneity arises remain largely unclear. Here, using a combination of single-cell multi-omics, lineage tracing and functional assays, we show that embryonic HSPCs originate from heterogeneous hemogenic endothelial cells (HECs) during zebrafish embryogenesis. Integrated single-cell transcriptome and chromatin accessibility analysis demonstrates transcriptional heterogeneity and regulatory programs that prime lymphoid/myeloid fates at the HEC level. Importantly, spi^(2+) HECs give rise to lymphoid/myeloid-primed HSPCs (L/M-HSPCs) and display a stress-responsive function under acute inflammation. Moreover, we uncover that Spi2 is required for the formation of L/M-HSPCs through tightly controlling the endothelial-to-hematopoietic transition program. Finally, single-cell transcriptional comparison of zebrafish and human HECs and human induced pluripotent stem cell-based hematopoietic differentiation results support the evolutionary conservation of L/M-HECs and a conserved role of SPI1 (spi2 homolog in mammals) in humans. 12Efficacy Evaluation of a Compound Plant Extract Used in Makeup Base显示文摘Cytological test and human skin test were used to study the antioxidant,anti-aging and moisturizing effects of a compound plant extract,and to evaluate its safety.The cytological test results showed that the compound extract could significantly scavenge the reactive oxygen species(ROS)generated by H2O2 stimulation and protect cells from oxidative damage.It can significantly inhibit the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-1(MMP-1).The results of human skin test showed that the moisture content of cheek stratum corneum,R2 value and Q1 value of skin elasticity were significantly improved after 28 days of continuous use of the Makeup Base product added with the compound plant extract.The Ra value,Rz value and Rt value of skin texture around eyes have been significantly improved,which shows that the product has the effects of improving the moisture content of stratum corneum,improving skin elasticity and diminishing the fine lines around the eyes;the product has good safety.Huang Hongbin Wang Yinli Zeng Lanlan Feng Di Wu Jinhao 2021China Detergent & Cosmetics2021,6,1:0
13Plasma-activated ethanol solution and it's decontamination effect显示文摘Ethanol solution as a disinfectant has been widely used in various fields.However,it has a significant bactericidal capability only when the volume fraction of ethanol is around 70%-75%.For such high concentration of ethanol solution,it has an irritating smell.When it is used for applications such as wound disinfection,it causes a stinging sensation.Low concentrations of ethanol solution are less irritating,but it is also less effective at killing bacteria.In this study,an idea for producing a green,efficient and less irritating disinfectant is proposed.It is based on a plasma-activated low-concentration ethanol solution(PAES).It is found that the plasma-activated 10% volume fraction of ethanol solution can kill more than seven orders of magnitude of Escherichia coli,while the untreated 10% volume fraction of ethanol solution has no bactericidal effect.Besides,the PAES's activity remains unchanged after being stored at -20℃ for three days.Further investigation shows that new compositions including peracetic acid,peroxynitrite,hydrogen peroxide and acetic acid are detected in the PAES,which together are playing the main role of the excellent and prolonged bactericidal effect.YiQian Li JiaLin Liu Feng Zhao Ke Song LanLan Nie DaWei Liu XinPei Lu 2023High Voltage2023,8,4:0
14On the chronological understanding of the homogeneous dielectric barrier discharge显示文摘Dielectric barrier discharges(DBD)are widely utilised non‐equilibrium atmospheric pressure plasmas with a diverse range of applications,such as material processing,surface treatment,light sources,pollution control,and medicine.Over the course of several decades,extensive research has been dedicated to the generation of homogeneous DBD(H‐DBD),focussing on understanding the transition from H‐DBD to filamentary DBD and exploring strategies to create and sustain H‐DBD.This paper first discusses the in-fluence of various parameters on DBD,including gas flow,dielectric material,surface conductivity,and mesh electrode.Secondly,a chronological literature review is presented,highlighting the development of H‐DBD and the associated understanding of its un-derlying mechanisms.This encompasses the generation of H‐DBD in helium,nitrogen,and air.Lastly,the paper provides a brief overview of multiple‐current‐pulse(MCP)behaviours in H‐DBD.The objective of this article is to provide a chronological un-derstanding of homogeneous dielectric barrier discharge(DBD).This understanding will aid in the design of new experiments aimed at better comprehending the mechanisms behind H‐DBD generation and ultimately assist in achieving large‐volume H‐DBD in an air environment.Xinpei Lu Zhi Fang Dong Dai Tao Shao Feng Liu Cheng Zhang Dawei Liu Lanlan Nie Chunqi Jiang 2023High Voltage2023,8,6:0
15CC@BCN@PANI core-shell nanoarrays as ultra-high cycle stability cathode for Zn-ion hybrid supercapacitors显示文摘Exploring cathode materials that combine excellent cycling stability and high energy density poses a challenge to aqueous Zn-ion hybrid supercapacitors(ZHSCs).Herein,polyaniline(PANI)coated boron-carbon-nitrogen(BCN)nanoarray on carbon cloth surface is prepared as advanced cathode materials via simple high-temperature calcination and electrochemical deposition methods.Because of the excellent specific capacity and conductivity of PANI,the CC@BCN@PANI core-shell nanoarrays cathode shows an excellent ion storage capability.Moreover,the 3D nanoarray structure can provide enough space for the volume expansion and contraction of PANI in the charging/discharging cycles,which effectively avoids the collapse of the microstructure and greatly improves the electrochemical stability of PANI.Therefore,the CC@BCN@PANI-based ZHSCs exhibit superior electrochemical performances showing a specific capacity of 145.8 mAh/g,a high energy density of 116.78 Wh/kg,an excellent power density of 12 kW/kg,and a capacity retention rate of 86.2%after 8000 charge/discharge cycles at a current density of 2 A/g.In addition,the flexible ZHSCs(FZHSCs)also show a capacity retention rate of 87.7%at the current density of 2 A/g after 450 cycles.Shixian XIONG Hongcheng KE Lei CAO Yu WANG Qian ZHU Liqin ZHONG Lanlan FAN Feng GU 2023Frontiers in Energy2023,17,4:0
16Research on multi-terminal traveling wave fault location method in complicated networks based on cloud computing platform显示文摘Cloud computing technology is used in traveling wave fault location,which establishes a new technology platform for multi-terminal traveling wave fault location in complicated power systems.In this paper,multi-terminal traveling wave fault location network is developed,and massive data storage,management,and algorithm realization are implemented in the cloud computing platform.Based on network topology structure,the section connecting points for any lines and corresponding detection placement in the loop are determined first.The loop is divided into different sections,in which the shortest transmission path for any of the fault points is directly and uniquely obtained.In order to minimize the number of traveling wave acquisition unit(TWU),multi-objective optimal configuration model for TWU is then set up based on network full observability.Finally,according to the TWU distribution,fault section can be located by using temporal correlation,and the final fault location point can be precisely calculated by fusing all the times recorded in TWU.PSCAD/EMTDC simulation results show that the proposed method can quickly,accurately,and reliably locate the fault point under limited TWU with optimal placement.Feng Deng Xiangjun Zeng Lanlan Pan 2017Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems2017,2,1:0
