| 1 | Hydrogen--A sustainable energy carrier显示文摘Hydrogen may play a key role in a future sustainable energy system as a carrier of renewable energy to replace hydrocarbons. This review describes the fundamental physical and chemical properties of hydrogen and basic theories of hydrogen sorption reactions, followed by the emphasis on state-of-the-art of the hydrogen storage properties of selected interstitial metallic hydrides and magnesium hydride, especially for stationary energy storage related utilizations. | 2 | Role of stereotactic body radiation therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘The integration of new technologies has raised an interest in liver tumor radiotherapy,with literature evolving to support its efficacy.These advances,particularly stereotactic body radiation therapy(SBRT),have been critical in improving local control or potential cure in liver lesions not amenable to first-line surgical resection or radiofrequency ablation.Active investigation of SBRT,particularly for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),has recently started,yielding promising local control rates.In addition,data suggest a possibility that SBRT can be an alternative option for HCC unfit for other local therapies.However,information on optimal treatment indications,doses,and methods remains limited.In HCC,significant differences in patient characteristics and treatment availability exist by country.In addition,the prognosis of HCC is greatly influenced by underlying liver dysfunction and treatment itself in addition to tumor stage.Since they are closely linked to treatment approach,it is important to understand these differences in interpreting outcomes from various reports.Further studies are required to validate and maximize the efficacy of SBRT by a large,multi-institutional setting. | Naoko Sanuki Atsuya Takeda Etsuo Kunieda | 2014 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2014，20，12： | 9 |
| 3 | Role of stereotactic body radiotherapy for oligometastasis from colorectal cancer显示文摘Systemic chemotherapy has enabled prolongation of survival in patients with stageⅣcolorectal cancer.This has subsequently increased the relative significance of local therapy for patients with oligometastases because they can be cured by removal of oligometastatic lesions.One of the most frequently reported tumor histologies for oligometastases is colorectal cancer.Resection is the standard therapy in most settings of oligometastases.Recently,studies have shown that stereotactic body radiotherapy(SBRT)may become a treatment option that provides high local control with minimal morbidity.Two-year local control rates following SBRT for hepatic and pulmonary oligometastases are almost over 80%and are even higher for patients treated with high-dose regimens.The indications of SBRT for other metastatic sites or conditions include isolated lymph nodes,spinal and adrenal metastasis,and post-surgical pelvic recurrence.Many retrospective studies have indicated that SBRT for various lesions results in good outcomes with low morbidity,both in the curative and palliative setting.However,few reports with a high level of evidence have indicated the efficacy of SBRT compared to standard therapy.Hereafter,the optimal indication of SBRT needs to be prospectively investigated to obtain convincing evidence. | Atsuya Takeda Naoko Sanuki Etsuo Kunieda | 2014 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2014，20，15： | 5 |
| 4 | Gender differences of low-dose aspirin-associated gastroduodenal ulcer in Japanese patients显示文摘AIM:To clarify the gender differences about the clini-cal features and risk factors of low-dose aspirin (LDA) (81-100 mg daily)-associated peptic ulcer in Japanese patients.METHODS: There were 453 patients under treatment with LDA (298 males, 155 females) who underwent esophagogastroduodenoscopy at the Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology of Hiratsuka City Hospital between January 2003 and December 2007. They had kept taking the LDA or started treatmentduring the study period and kept taking LDA during the whole period of observation. Of these, 119 patients (87 males, 32 females) were diagnosed as having LDA-associated peptic ulcer. We examined the clinical factors associated with LDA-associated peptic ulcer in both sexes.RESULTS: A history of peptic ulcer was found to be the risk factor for LDA-associated peptic ulcer common to both sexes. In female patients, age greater than 70 years (prevalence ORs 8.441, 95% CI: 1.797-33.649, P = 0.0069) was found to be another significant risk fac-tor, and the time to diagnosis as having LDA-associat-ed peptic ulcer by endoscopy was significantly shorter than that in the male patients (P = 0.0050). CONCLUSION: We demonstrated gender differences about the clinical features and risk factors of LDA-asso-ciated peptic ulcer. | 5 | Perspectives and challenges of hydrogen storage in solid-state hydrides显示文摘Hydrogen has been widely considered as a clean energy carrier that bridges the energy producers and energy consumers in an efficient and safe way for a sustainable society.Hydrogen can be stored in a gas,liquid and solid states and each method has its unique advantage.Though compressed hydrogen and liquefied hydrogen are mature technologies for industrial applications,appropriate measures are necessary to deal with the issues at high pressure up to around 100 MPa and low temperature at around 20 K.Distinct from those technologies,storing hydrogen in solid-state hydrides can realize a more compact and much safer approach that does not require high hydrogen pressure and cryogenic temperature.In this review,we will provide an overview of the majormaterial groups that are capable of absorbing and desorbing hydrogen reversibly.The main features on hydrogen storage properties of each material group are summarized,together with the discussion of the key issues and the guidance of materials design,aiming at providing insights for new material development as well as industrial applications. | Zhen Chen Zhongliang Ma Jie Zheng Xingguo Li Etsuo Akiba Hai-Wen Li | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021，34，1： | 4 |
