| 1 | 结构参数化设计在北京CBD核心区Z15地块中国尊大楼中的应用显示文摘为满足建筑师对北京CBD核心区Z15地块中国尊大楼外形的多方案比选及工程师对结构性能优化的需要,在设计中引入了结构参数化设计。通过对塔楼整体结构体系几何逻辑的定义,结合参数化插件Grasshopper和图形软件Rhinoceros,实现了不同建筑条件下几何模型的自动化建立。再通过奥雅纳二次开发工具将构件截面尺寸、材料属性、荷载形式及大小等信息赋予图形软件Rhinoceros中的几何单元,并导入GSA,ETABS,SAP2000等软件中,生成计算分析模型。以上模型成果可进一步应用到与建筑和机电专业的信息共享、CAD出图、有限元节点分析和BIM设计之中,实现了短时间内结构性能的优化和整体工作效率的提高。 | 程煜 刘鹏 Dorothee Citerne 刘允博 马超 殷超 | 2014 | 建筑结构2014，44，24： | 20 |
| 2 | Response evaluation of chemotherapy in metastatic colorectal cancer by contrast enhanced ultrasound显示文摘AIM:To evaluate whether contrast enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) might also be used for response prediction and early response evaluation in patients receiving bevacizumab based chemotherapy for metastasized colorectal cancer.METHODS:Thirty consecutive patients with non primary resectable liver metastases from colorectal cancer underwent CEUS before treatment(CEUS date 1) and before the second(CEUS date 2) and fourth(CEUS date 3) cycle of bevacizumab based chemotherapy.Three parameters [PEAK,Time to peak(TTP) and RISE RATE]were correlated with radiological response.RESULTS:For neoadjuvant purpose a reduction of tumour mass was required to assume clinical response.Based on these response criteria there was a significant(P < 0.001) correlation in TTP between metastases of responders(9.08 s) and non-responders(14.76 s) archived on CEUS date 1.By calculating a standardized quotient(metastases divided by normal liver tissue) we were able to define a cut off,predicting response with a sensitivity of 92.3 % and a specificity of 100 %.To reflect a palliative intention only those patients with progressive disease were classified as non-responders.In this stetting TTP was also significantly(P < 0.01) different between responders and non-responders.In contrast,Peak and Rise rate did not show any significant difference between responder and non-responder.CONCLUSION:CEUS might serve as a surrogate marker to predict treatment response in patients with metastasized colorectal cancer who receive antiangiogenic therapy. | Ramin Schirin-Sokhan Ron Winograd Christoph Roderburg Jhenee Bubenzer Nicole Cabral do ó Dorothee Guggenberger Hartmut Hecker Christian Trautwein Jens J W Tischendorf | 2012 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2012，18，6： | 16 |
| 3 | Marking RNA:m^6A writers,readers,and functions in Arabidopsis显示文摘N^6-methyladenosine(m^6A)emerges as an important modification in eukaryotic mRNAs.m^6A has first been reported in 1974,and its functional significance in mammalian gene regulation and importance for proper development have been well established.An arsenal of writer,eraser,and reader proteins accomplish deposition,removal,and interpretation of the m^6A mark,resulting in dynamic function.This led to the concept of an epitranscriptome,the compendium of RNA species with chemical modification ofthe nucleobases in the cell,in analogy to the epigenome.While m^6A has long been known to also exist in plant mRNAs,proteins involved in m^6A metabolism have only recently been detected by mutant analysis,homology search,and mRNA interactome capture in the reference plant Arabidopsis thaliana.Dysregulation ofthe m^6A modification causes severe developmental abnormalities of leaves and roots and altered timing of reproductive development.Furthermore,m^6A modification affects viral infection.Here,we discuss recent progress in identifying m^6A sites transcriptome-wide,in identifying the molecular players involved in writing,removing,and reading the mark,and in assigning functions to this RNA modification in 4.thaliana.We highlight similarities and differences to m^6A modification in mammals and provide an outlook on important questions that remain to be addressed. | Marlene Reichel Tino Koster Dorothee Staiger | 2019 | Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2019，11，10： | 13 |
