1缺血性糖尿病下肢病变的膝下动脉成形术显示文摘目的探讨膝下动脉的球囊成形术在治疗糖尿病缺血性下肢病变中的价值。方法对53例糖尿病合并缺血性下肢病变患者64侧缺血性下肢进行膝下动脉Deep球囊扩张成形术。对比患者手术前后临床症状的改变及足部溃疡的变化。结果53例患者共119支动脉分支接受PTA治疗,50例患者的101个分支成功地开通,技术成功率为84.9%,所有50例患者的临床症状均明显缓解,足部溃疡均变小,无需截肢。结论膝下动脉的球囊成形术是治疗缺血性糖尿病下肢病变安全有效的微创手段。纪东华 王峰 Dierk Scheinert 李城 Andrej Schmidt 2008介入放射学杂志2008,17,5:24

3Recovery from respiratory failure after decompression laparotomy for severe acute pancreatitis显示文摘We present three cases of patients (at the age of 56 years, 49 years and 74 years respectively) with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP), complicated by intra-abdominal compartment syndrome (ACS) and respiratory insufficiency with limitations of mechanical ventilation. The respiratory situation of the patients was significantly improved after decompression laparotomy (DL) and lung protective ventilation was re-achieved. ACS was discussed followed by a short review of the literature. 4Innovative immunohistochemistry identifies MMP-9 expressing macrophages at the invasive front of murine HCC显示文摘AIM:To investigate the proteolytic contribution of tumor-associated macrophages(TAM)in tumor invasion,we analyzed whether TAM at the invasive front of small HCC in Abcb4-/--mice show an enhanced expression of MMP-9. METHODS:Liver cryosections of the hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)invasive front from 12 mo old Abcb4-/--mice were stained for collagen typeⅠand MMP-9 using Alexa488 and Alexa568 labeled secondary antibodies.Afterwards,the Alexa568 dye was bleached and the macrophage marker F4/80 was visualized using Alexa568 labeled secondary antibodies.Finally, photographs of the invasive tumor front were digitally overlaid and analyzed. RESULTS:After complete bleaching of the primary dye,specific fluorescence staining of a third antigen, here F4/80,was successfully performed on the same histological section.With this method,we were able to identify conglomerates of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP-9)expressing macrophages within the tumor capsule of HCC. 7Online optimal control of nonlinear discrete-time systems using approximate dynamic programming显示文摘In this paper,the optimal control of a class of general affine nonlinear discrete-time(DT) systems is undertaken by solving the Hamilton Jacobi-Bellman(HJB) equation online and forward in time.The proposed approach,referred normally as adaptive or approximate dynamic programming(ADP),uses online approximators(OLAs) to solve the infinite horizon optimal regulation and tracking control problems for affine nonlinear DT systems in the presence of unknown internal dynamics.Both the regulation and tracking controllers are designed using OLAs to obtain the optimal feedback control signal and its associated cost function.Additionally,the tracking controller design entails a feedforward portion that is derived and approximated using an additional OLA for steady state conditions.Novel update laws for tuning the unknown parameters of the OLAs online are derived.Lyapunov techniques are used to show that all signals are uniformly ultimately bounded and that the approximated control signals approach the optimal control inputs with small bounded error.In the absence of OLA reconstruction errors,an optimal control is demonstrated.Simulation results verify that all OLA parameter estimates remain bounded,and the proposed OLA-based optimal control scheme tunes itself to reduce the cost HJB equation.Travis DIERKS Sarangapani JAGANNATHAN 2011控制理论与应用(英文版)2011,9,3:4
8实验室进行混凝土路面砖透水路面的堵塞试验研究显示文摘在全球化城市发展过程中,为促进雨水渗透、减少地表雨水径流量,改善下游承受水体的水质,正越来越多地利用连锁混凝土路面砖透水性路面系统(英文简称:PICPs)。但是,随着时间推移,地表雨水径流中的沉积物会在PICPs中造成堵塞,大大降低PICPs的渗透能力。过去曾对PICPs的堵塞问题进行过大量研究,其中很多研究都采用在实验室的PICP模型,并使用人工合成的雨水,试图重现和预测出现场铺装PICP的实际堵塞过程。试验使用了各种各样的沉积物类型和颗粒尺寸,以及不同的降雨强度,故研究所获得的结果并不相同。本项目是在实验室内,研究不同类型沉积物、不同颗粒尺寸分布、不同试验期限对PICP模型堵塞情况的影响。利用加速半合成雨水的模拟技术,在实验室分别对18个专门建造的PICP模型进行了试验。对以下三种不同类型的沉积物进行了试验:(1)专门配制的硅砂;(2)颗粒尺寸<300μm的实际雨水沉积物;(3)颗粒尺寸<1.18mm的实际雨水沉积物。本研究采用6个不同降雨速率(降雨强度)进行了试验。研究结果普遍显示,硅砂沉积物的堵塞过程与降雨强度成反比。也就是说,较低降雨强度(较长的试验期限)下的PICP的堵塞程度较弱。相反,颗粒尺寸<300μm的实际雨水沉积物,堵塞过程与降雨强度成正比,即:较低降雨强度(较长的试验期限)下的PICP的堵塞程度更严重。对于颗粒尺寸<1.18mm的沉积物,降雨强度对堵塞程度似乎没有影响。对于判断实验室PICP模型堵塞试验结果的可靠性和有效性,以及如何看待这些结果,提出了一种新的见解。Terry Lucke Carsten Dierkes 崔玉忠(译) 杜建东(校) 2017建筑砌块与砌块建筑2017,,4:3

11Segregation-assisted spinodal and transient spinodal phase separation at grain boundaries显示文摘Segregation to grain boundaries affects their cohesion,corrosion,and embrittlement and plays a critical role in heterogeneous nucleation.In order to quantitatively study segregation and low-dimensional phase separation at grain boundaries,here,we apply a density-based phase-field model.The current model describes the grain-boundary thermodynamic properties based on available bulk thermodynamic data,while the grain-boundary-density profile is obtained using atomistic simulations.To benchmark the performance of the model,Mn grain-boundary segregation in the Fe–Mn system is studied.3D simulation results are compared against atom probe tomography measurements conducted for three alloy compositions.We show that a continuous increase in the alloy composition results in a discontinuous jump in the segregation isotherm.The jump corresponds to a spinodal phase separation at grain boundary.For alloy compositions above the jump,we reveal an interfacial transient spinodal phase separation.The transient spinodal phenomenon opens opportunities for knowledge-based microstructure design through the chemical manipulation of grain boundaries.The proposed density-based model provides a powerful tool to study thermodynamics and kinetics of segregation and phase changes at grain boundaries.Reza Darvishi Kamachali Alisson Kwiatkowski da Silva Eunan McEniry Dirk Ponge Baptiste Gault Jörg Neugebauer Dierk Raabe 2020npj Computational Materials2020,,1:2

15TEXTURE AND CRYSTALLINITY EVOLUTION IN ISOTACTIC POLYPROPYLENE INDUCED BY ROLLING AND THEIR INFLUENCE ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES显示文摘The orientation and crystallinity evolution of isotactic polypropylene (iPP) induced by rolling were studied using wide angle X-ray scattering with an area detector. The tensile mechanical properties of rolled isotactic polypropylene sheets were also measured in this work. The texture component method was used to analyze the rolling texture. The rolling texture consists mainly of (010)[001], (130)[001] and [001]//RD fiber components in the sample with a rolling true strain of 1.5. The results reveal that crystallinity drastically decreases during rolling. It is suggested that amorphization is a deformation mechanism which takes place as an alternative to crystallographic intralamellar slip depending on the orientation of the lamellae. Both the orientation and crystallinity affect the tensile mechanical properties of rolled polypropylene. Crystallinity influences the elastic modulus on both directions and yield strength on transverse direction at the first stage of deformation. Orientation is the main reason for the changes of mechanical properties, especially at the latter part of deformation. The changes of both tensile strength and elongation percentage on rolling direction are larger than those on transverse direction, which results from the orientation. At last, the anisotropic mechanical properties occur on the rolling and transverse direction: high tensile strength with low elongation percentage on rolling direction and low tensile strength with high elongation percentage on transverse direction.Dierk Raabe 贾涓 2006Chinese Journal of Polymer Science2006,24,4:2
16Teaching solid mechanics to artificial intelligence—a fast solver for heterogeneous materials显示文摘We propose a deep neural network(DNN)as a fast surrogate model for local stress calculations in inhomogeneous non-linear materials.We show that the DNN predicts the local stresses with 3.8%mean absolute percentage error(MAPE)for the case of heterogeneous elastic media and a mechanical contrast of up to factor of 1.5 among neighboring domains,while performing 103 times faster than spectral solvers.The DNN model proves suited for reproducing the stress distribution in geometries different from those used for training.In the case of elasto-plastic materials with up to 4 times mechanical contrast in yield stress among adjacent regions,the trained model simulates the micromechanics with a MAPE of 6.4%in one single forward evaluation of the network,without any iteration.The results reveal an efficient approach to solve non-linear mechanical problems,with an acceleration up to a factor of 8300 for elastic-plastic materials compared to typical solvers.Jaber Rezaei Mianroodi Nima H.Siboni Dierk Raabe 2021npj Computational Materials2021,,1:2
