1Research and development in agricultural robotics:A perspective of digital farming显示文摘Digital farming is the practice of modern technologies such as sensors,robotics,and data analysis for shifting from tedious operations to continuously automated processes.This paper reviews some of the latest achievements in agricultural robotics,specifically those that are used for autonomous weed control,field scouting,and harvesting.Object identification,task planning algorithms,digitalization and optimization of sensors are highlighted as some of the facing challenges in the context of digital farming.The concepts of multi-robots,human-robot collaboration,and environment reconstruction from aerial images and ground-based sensors for the creation of virtual farms were highlighted as some of the gateways of digital farming.It was shown that one of the trends and research focuses in agricultural field robotics is towards building a swarm of small scale robots and drones that collaborate together to optimize farming inputs and reveal denied or concealed information.For the case of robotic harvesting,an autonomous framework with several simple axis manipulators can be faster and more efficient than the currently adapted professional expensive manipulators.While robots are becoming the inseparable parts of the modern farms,our conclusion is that it is not realistic to expect an entirely automated farming system in the future.Redmond Ramin Shamshiri Cornelia Weltzien Ibrahim A.Hameed Ian J.Yule Tony E.Grift Siva K.Balasundram Lenka Pitonakova Desa Ahmad Girish Chowdhary 2018International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,4:17
2Advances in greenhouse automation and controlled environment agriculture:A transition to plant factories and urban agriculture显示文摘Greenhouse cultivation has evolved from simple covered rows of open-fields crops to highly sophisticated controlled environment agriculture(CEA)facilities that projected the image of plant factories for urban agriculture.The advances and improvements in CEA have promoted the scientific solutions for the efficient production of plants in populated cities and multi-story buildings.Successful deployment of CEA for urban agriculture requires many components and subsystems,as well as the understanding of the external influencing factors that should be systematically considered and integrated.This review is an attempt to highlight some of the most recent advances in greenhouse technology and CEA in order to raise the awareness for technology transfer and adaptation,which is necessary for a successful transition to urban agriculture.This study reviewed several aspects of a high-tech CEA system including improvements in the frame and covering materials,environment perception and data sharing,and advanced microclimate control and energy optimization models.This research highlighted urban agriculture and its derivatives,including vertical farming,rooftop greenhouses and plant factories which are the extensions of CEA and have emerged as a response to the growing population,environmental degradation,and urbanization that are threatening food security.Finally,several opportunities and challenges have been identified in implementing the integrated CEA and vertical farming for urban agriculture.Redmond Ramin Shamshiri Fatemeh Kalantari K.C.Ting Kelly R.Thorp Ibrahim A.Hameed Cornelia Weltzien Desa Ahmad Zahra Mojgan Shad 2018International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,1:14
3History and perspectives of induction technology for agarwood production from cultivated Aquilaria in Asia: a review显示文摘Agarwood, the resinous product of Aquilaria spp.(Thymelaeaceae), is highly valued for medicinal and fragrant purposes. Unsustainable forest harvesting contributes to the declining population in the wild, threatening their existence. As a protection effort, cultivation occurred in range countries, mainly in Asia, effectively establishing mass plantations. The success of domesticating Aquilaria relies heavily on technological advancement in agarwood induction, without which the entire thriving industry will collapse. In this paper, we describe efforts since 1929 and current progress and variation in induction as practiced in Asia. The methods include traditional practices and artificial induction via inoculum and chemical inducer, experimented and patented or otherwise. Artificial induction methods are being developed to intensify agarwood production in terms of yield and quality. While traditional methods are commonly applied by rural planters, artificial methods with the use of specific agents/chemicals are seen as more appealing for inducing agarwood, and have a higher demand from entrepreneurs and plantation owners.Several issues related to induction technology faced by stakeholders in agarwood cultivation are presented, such as safety levels, cost, yields, and quality. 4低剂量左旋布比卡因3mg复合芬太尼10μg脊髓麻醉在妇科门诊腹腔镜手术中的应用显示文摘背景对于妇科门诊腹腔镜这种短时手术来说,选择利多卡因进行脊髓麻醉是十分有效的。本研究中,我们对比了利多卡因.芬太尼与左旋布比卡因-芬太尼脊髓麻醉在短时妇科腹腔镜手术中的麻醉效果、麻醉恢复时间和患者满意度。方法在这项双盲研究中,52例拟行输卵管绝育术的健康妇女被随机分为组Ⅰ(椎管内注射2%利多卡因10mg加芬太尼10μg)和组Ⅱ(椎管内注射0.5%左旋布比卡因3mg加芬太尼10μg),每组药物用灭菌水稀释至3ml。术中需要监测以下指标:麻醉起效时间、是否需要补充麻醉一镇痛药物、镇静深度、手术条件以及血流动力学方面的事件。术后,通过测试运动阻滞情况、本体感觉、振动觉、轻触觉和进行Romberg试验来评估患者是否可以不去麻醉恢复室并独立行走。麻醉给药后5、10、15分钟测试感觉阻滞平面,之后每15分钟测试一次直至感觉完全恢复。感觉阻滞恢复时间的差异达25分钟被认为在临床上是有意义的。结果两组的麻醉起效时间和术中条件相同。没有患者需要全身麻醉来完成手术。所有两组患者都不需要去麻醉恢复室。组Ⅰ患者在27分钟(18-45分钟)后可行走,组Ⅱ30分钟(18。56分钟)后可行走(P=0.24)。脊髓麻醉完全恢复组Ⅰ需要93分钟(65-120分钟),组Ⅱ需要105分钟(78-150分钟)(P=0.019);然而,出院时间两组没有区别,组Ⅰ为185分钟(150-300分钟),组Ⅱ为188分钟(125-300分钟)(P=0.62)。两组患者的总体满意度也相似。结论左旋布比卡因3mg复合芬太尼10μg可以替代利多卡因10mg复合芬太尼10μg用于短时手术的脊髓麻醉。前者在临床中可以达到与后者相当的感觉阻滞恢复时间、术中条件和患者满意度。Jesus de Santiago, DESA, MD Javier Santos,Yglesias, MD Jorge Giron, MD Frandsco Montes de Oca, MD Alejandro Jimenez, PhDl Pilar Diaz, PhD 2012麻醉与镇痛2012,8,1:3
5Gender Differences in Acute Cadmium-Induced Systemic Inflammation in Rats显示文摘Objective To examine the presence of gender difierences in pro-inflammatory potential of cadmium in rats by comparing systemic inflammatory response to acute cadmium intoxication in animals of the two sexes.Methods Basic aspects of this response were evaluated,including plasma levels of inflammatory cytokines tumor necrosis factor(TNF)and interleukin-6(IL-6)and of major rat acute phase protein alpha 2-macroglobulin(alpha2-M),as soluble indicators of inflammation, and the number and activity of peripheral blood leukocytes.as cellular indicators of inflammation.Results Differential increases of IL-6 and alpha 2-M(higher in males than in females)in peripheral blood cell counts and types(leukocytosis and shift in the ratio of granulocytes to lymphocytes more pronounced in males vs females) and in levels of neutrophil priming (higher in males vs females)were noted.Conclusion The data document a more intense inflammatory response to cadmium administration in males The sex difierences in inflammatory effects of cadmium might be taken into consideration in studying the toxicity of this heavy metal.MILENA KATARANOVSKI SRDJA JANKOVIC DRAGAN KATARANOVSKI JELENA STOIC DESA BOGOJEVIC 2009Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2009,22,1:2
