1Cr_2O_3对高放核废料磷酸盐玻璃固化体的影响显示文摘在含高放核废料的玻璃固化体中添加了不同含量的Cr2O3,以考察其对玻璃固化体的结构和性质的影响.对添加Cr2O3的玻璃固化体进行了各种方法(溶出速率法,蒸汽水化侵蚀和试样坚固性法)的化学稳定性的测试.测试结果表明,Cr2O3的引入不会对玻璃固化体的化学稳定性产生不良的影响.与此相反,Cr2O3能抑制各种离子自玻璃固化体中沥析出来, 改善玻璃固化体的化学耐蚀性. XRD内标法测定,Cr2O3在铁磷酸盐玻璃中的溶解度可达4.1%,是其在硼硅酸盐玻璃的3倍. FTIR和DTA的结果表明,不同含量的Cr2O3的引入, 不会对玻璃固化体的网络结构造成显著的变化. Mossbauer谱表明,Fe2+/Fe3+的比值随着Cr2O3的含量的增加而增大,说明Cr离子和Fe离子在玻璃熔制过程中发生氧化还原反应, 形成的Cr+6有利于提高玻璃固化体的化学耐蚀性.黄文旵 周萘 Day Delbert E Ray Chandra S 2005无机材料学报2005,20,4:9
2饲料中添加牛至精油对红罗非鱼货架期的影响显示文摘研究牛至精油对红罗非鱼品质和货架期的影响。以空白添加组为对照,分别在对照组饲料中添加250、500、1 000、2 000 mg/kg牛至精油,经过20周养殖实验,红罗非鱼在4℃条件下冷藏0、7、14、21 d,在每个冷藏时间点检测红罗非鱼物理化学特性、微生物定性定量分析和感官分析评估,以判定其腐败程度。结果表明,牛至精油添加对红罗非鱼体色、硫代巴比妥酸反应值和总挥发性盐基氮含量有显著的影响。1 000、2 000 mg/kg牛至精油可有效降低冷藏鱼片的肠杆菌和大肠菌群数量。感官分析表明,红罗非鱼体的质量指数与牛至精油的添加量没有显著相关,对照组的货架期为16 d,牛至精油组的货架期为18 d,但与添加量无显著相关。郑宗林 朱成科 Delbert M.GATLIN Ⅲ 2015食品科学2015,36,22:9
3嗜水气单胞菌外膜蛋白ompA基因的原核表达及免疫保护性研究显示文摘为评价嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila,Ah)PDK06株外膜蛋白A(omp A)的原核表达产物是否具有抗原性及其对斑点叉尾(Ictalurus punctatus)的免疫保护力,根据Gen Bank上嗜水气单胞菌外膜蛋白omp A基因序列(Gen Bank登录号:AF146597)设计去信号肽引物,扩增获得一段约1 000 bp的序列,经鉴定正确后,构建重组表达质粒p ET-32a(+)-pomp A;然后将该质粒转入BL21(DE3)后用IPTG诱导表达,经纯化后得到pomp A重组蛋白;最后将pomp Aomp A蛋白与弗氏不完全佐剂(FIA)混合免疫斑点叉尾,评价其免疫效果。结果显示:克隆的嗜水气单胞菌pomp A基因全长为960 bp,编码319个氨基酸,融合表达的重组蛋白相对分子质量约为53,670 k Da;FIA能够提高斑点叉尾的溶菌酶活性、ACH50活性、头肾巨噬细胞呼吸暴发活性;pomp A组抗体水平在第4周达到峰值,FIA免疫组抗体水平在第5周达到峰值,且FIA能够显著提高斑点叉尾的抗体水平;攻毒后各组累计死亡率分别为93.33%(PBS)、93.33%(FIA)、50.00%(pomp A)和13.33%(FIA+pomp A),pomp A和FIA+pomp A组相对保护率分别为46.43%和85.71%;免疫组靶器官中的细菌数量显著低于对照组,且FIA+pomp A细菌含量最低。说明pomp A可以作为一个亚单位疫苗候选疫苗,而FIA佐剂能较好的增强亚单位疫苗的免疫效果。郑宗林 郑曙明 Delbert M. 4高放射性核废料玻璃固化体结构与化学稳定性显示文摘用溶解速率法(dissolutionrate)、试样坚固法(productconsistencytest)和蒸汽水化侵蚀法(vaporhydrationtest)对高放射性核废料(HLW)玻璃固化体的化学稳定性作了全面的测试,并对它们进行傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和X射线衍射(XRD)测试.FTIR分析表明,在较高的HLW包容量的玻璃固化体中,含有较少的容易被水化(PO3)1-的长链单元,因此它们具有优良的化学稳定性.XRD分析表明,玻璃固化体中分离的(P2O7)4-和(PO4)3-阴离子团被金属离子Fe3+,Cr3+等所连接,形成O—Me—O—P键,不仅提高了玻璃的抗析晶的能力,而且也大大地提高了化学稳定性.这些高包容量的玻璃固化体的原子比O/(Si+P)为3.7~4.1,从结构上也印证了HLW包容量达70%和75%(质量分数)的玻璃固化体会具有卓越的化学稳定性.黄文旵 周萘 Day Delbert E Ray Chandra S 2005同济大学学报(自然科学版)2005,33,5:4

63D bioprinting of stem cells and polymer/bioactive glass composite scaffolds for bone tissue engineering显示文摘A major limitation of using synthetic scaffolds in tissue engineering applications is insufficient angiogenesis in scaffold interior.Bioactive borate glasses have been shown to promote angiogenesis.There is a need to investigate the biofabrication of polymer composites by incorporating borate glass to increase the angiogenic capacity of the fabricated scaffolds.In this study,we investigated the bioprinting of human adipose stem cells(ASCs)with a polycaprolactone(PCL)/bioactive borate glass composite.Borate glass at the concentration of 10 to 50 weight%,was added to a mixture of PCL and organic solvent to make an extrudable paste.ASCs suspended in Matrigel were ejected as droplets using a second syringe.Scaffolds measuring 10×10×1 mm^3 in overall dimensions with pore sizes ranging from 100–300μm were fabricated.Degradation of the scaffolds in cell culture medium showed a controlled release of bioactive glass for up to two weeks.The viability of ASCs printed on the scaffold was investigated during the same time period.This 3D bioprinting method shows a high potential to create a bioactive,highly angiogenic three-dimensional environment required for complex and dynamic interactions that govern the cell’s behavior in vivo.Caroline Murphy Krishna Kolan Wenbin Li Julie Semon Delbert Day Ming Leu 2017International Journal of Bioprinting2017,3,1:3
