| 1 | Recent progress and perspectives on silicon anode:Synthesis and prelithiation for LIBs energy storage显示文摘The ever-increasing environmental/energy crisis as well as the rapid upgrading of mobile devices had stimulated intensive research attention on promising alternative energy storage and conversion devices.Among these devices,alkali metal ion batteries,such as lithium-ion batteries(LIBs) had attracted increasing research attention due to its several advantages including,environmental friendliness,high power density,long cycle life and excellent reversibility.It had been widely used in consumer electronics,electric vehicles,and large power grids et ac.Silicon-based(silicon and their oxides,carbides) anodes had been widely studied.Its several advantages including low cost,high theoretical capacity,natural abundance,and environmental friendliness,which shows great potential as anodes of LIBs.In this review,we summarized the recently progress in the synthetic method of silicon matrix composites.The empirical method for prelithiation of silicon-based materials were also provided.Further,we also reviewed some novel characterization methods.Finally,the new design,preparation methods and properties of these nano materials were reviewed and compared.We hoped that this review can provide a general overview of recent progress and we briefly highlighted the current challenges and prospects,and will clarify the future trend of silicon anode LIBs research. | Yuanxing Zhang Borong Wu Ge Mu Chengwei Ma Daobin Mu Feng Wu | 2022 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,1: | 7 |
| 2 | The combination of chidamide with the CHOEP regimen in previously untreated patients with peripheral T-cell lymphoma: a prospective, multicenter, single arm, phase 1b/2 study显示文摘Objective:To assess the efficacy and safety of the novel histone deacetylase inhibitor,chidamide,in combination with cyclophosphamide,doxorubicin,vincristine,etoposide,and prednisone(Chi-CHOEP)for untreated peripheral T-cell lymphoma(PTCL).Methods:A prospective,multicenter,single arm,phase 1 b/2 study was conducted.A total of 128 patients with untreated PTCL(18–70 years of age)were enrolled between March 2016 and November 2019,and treated with up to 6 cycles with the Chi-CHOEP regimen.In the phase 1 b study,3 dose levels of chidamide were evaluated and the primary endpoint was determination of the maximumtolerated dose and recommended phase 2 dose(RP2 D).The primary endpoint of the phase 2 study was 2-year progression-free survival(PFS).Results:Fifteen patients were enrolled in the phase 1 b study and the RP2 D for chidamide was determined to be 20 mg,twice a week.A total of 113 patients were treated at the RP2 D in the phase 2 study,and the overall response rate was 60.2%,with a complete response rate of 40.7%.At a median follow-up of 36 months,the median PFS was 10.7 months,with 1-,2-,and 3-year PFS rates of 49.9%,38.0%,and 32.8%,respectively.The Chi-CHOEP regimen was well-tolerated,with grade 3/4 neutropenia occurring in approximately two-thirds of the patients.No unexpected adverse events(AEs)were reported and the observed AEs were manageable.Conclusions:This large cohort phase 1 b/2 study showed that Chi-CHOEP was well-tolerated with modest efficacy in previously untreated PTCL patients. | Wei Zhang Liping Su Lihong Liu Yuhuan Gao Quanshun Wang Hang Su Yuhuan Song Huilai Zhang Jing Shen Hongmei Jing Shuye Wang Xinan Cen Hui Liu Aichun Liu Zengjun Li Jianmin Luo Jianxia He Jingwen Wang O.A.O’Connor Daobin Zhou | 2021 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2021,18,3: | 4 |

| 4 | Biomass-derived hard carbon microtubes with tunable apertures for high-performance sodium-ion batteries显示文摘Sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)are considered the most up-and-coming complements for large-scale energy storage devices due to the abundance and cheap sodium.However,due to the bigger radius,it is still a great challenge to develop anode materials with suitable space for the intercalation of sodium ions.Herein,we present hard carbon microtubes(HCTs)with tunable apertures derived from low-cost natural kapok fibers via a carbonization process for SIBs.The resulted HCTs feature with smaller surface area and shorter Na+diffusion path benefitting from their unique micro-nano structure.Most importantly,the wall thickness of HCTs could be regulated and controlled by the carbonization temperature.At a high temperature of 1,600℃,the carbonized HCTs possess the smallest wall thickness,which reduces the diffusion barrier of Na+and enhances the reversibility Na+storage.As a result,the 1600HCTs deliver a high initial Coulombic efficiency of 90%,good cycling stability(89.4%of capacity retention over 100 cycles at 100 mA·g^(−1)),and excellent rate capacity.This work not only charts a new path for preparing hard carbon materials with adequate ion channels and novel tubular micro-nano structures but also unravels the mechanism of hard carbon materials for sodium storage. | Pin Song Shiqiang Wei Jun Di Jun Du Wenjie Xu Daobin Liu Changda Wang Sicong Qiao Yuyang Cao Qilong Cui Pengjun Zhang Liaobo Ma Jiewu Cui Yan Wang Yujie Xiong | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,4: | 1 |

| 12 | Expression of TGF-β1,Snail,E-cadherin and N-cadherin in Gastric Cancer and Its Significance显示文摘OBJECTIVE To investigate the expression of TGF-β1,Snail,E-cad-herin and N-cadherin in gastric cancer(GC),and to examine its relationship to malignant features of the tumors. METHODS The expression of TGF-β1,Snail,E-cadherin and N-cadherin proteins was detected in GC and adjacent tissues by immunohistochemical staining,and compared with the clinico-pathological data. RESULTS Positive rates of expression for TGF-β1,Snail,E-cadherin and N-cadherin were 63.5%,83.3%,37.5%and 44.8%in GC,and 28.8%, 41.3%,100%,11.3%in adjacent tissues,respectively.The expression of all four proteins showed a significant difference between the GCs and adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The positive rate of TGF-β1,Snail and N-cadherin,or the negative rate of E-cadherin expression was significantly related to the differentiated degree,histological type,invasion and metastasis of GC.In addition,the expression of N-cadherin was positively related to that of TGF-β1, but negatively related to that of E-cadherin.There was negative correlation between expression of E-cadherin and TGF-β1 and Snail in GC(P<0.05). | 14 | Nano silica aerogel-induced formation of an organic/alloy biphasic interfacial layer enables construction of stable high-energy lithium metal batteries显示文摘Lithium metal batteries represent promising candidates for high-energy-density batteries, however, many challenges must still be overcome,e.g., interface instability and dendrite growth. In this work, nano silica aerogel was employed to generate a hybrid film with high lithium ion conductivity(0.6 mS cm^(-1)at room temperature) via an in situ crosslinking reaction. TOF-SIMS profile analysis has revealed conversion mechanism of hybrid film to Li–Si alloy/Li F biphasic interface layer, suggesting that the Li–Si alloy and Li F-rich interface layer promoted rapid Li+transport and shielded the Li anodes from corrosive reactions with electrolyte-derived products. When coupled with nickel-cobalt-manganese-based cathodes, the batteries achieve outstanding capacity retention over 1000 cycles at 1 C. Additionally the developed film coated on Li enabled high coulombic efficiency(99.5%) after long-term cycling when coupled with S cathodes.
