1Investigation on the relationship between the fine particle emission and crystallization characteristics of gypsum during wet flue gas desulfurization process显示文摘The relationship between the fine particles emitted after desulfurization and gypsum crystals in the desulfurization slurry was investigated,and the crystallization characteristics varying with the operation parameters and compositions of the desulfurization slurry were discussed.The results showed that the fine particles generated during the desulfurization process were closely related to the crystal characteristics in the desulfurization slurry by comparison of their morphology and elements. With the higher proportion of fine crystals in the desulfurization slurry,the number concentration of fine particles after desulfurization was increased and their particle sizes were smaller,indicating that the optimization of gypsum crystallization was beneficial for the reduction of the fine particle emission. The lower p H value and an optimal temperature of the desulfurization slurry were beneficial to restrain the generation of fine crystals in the desulfurization slurry. In addition,the higher concentrations of the Fe^(3+)ions and the F^- ions in the desulfurization slurry both promoted the generation of fine crystals with corresponding change of the morphology and the effect of the Fe^(3+) ions was more obvious.With the application of the desulfurization synergist additive,it was beneficial for the inhibition of fine crystals while the thinner crystals were generated.Danping Pan Hao Wu Linjun Yang 2017Journal of Environmental Sciences2017,29,5:8
2Well-construction of Zn_(2)SnO_(4)/SnO_(2)@ZIF-8 core-shell hetero-structure with efficient photocatalytic activity towards tetracycline under restricted space显示文摘Nowadays,efficient removal of antibiotic(e.g.tetracycline,TC) from water bodies has been of great global concern.Hereby,a novel Zn_(2)SnO_(4)/SnO_(2)@ZIF-8 photo-catalyst was first synthesized by a facile selfassembly in-situ growth method.Zn_(2)SnO_(4)/SnO_(2)@ZIF-8 exhibits a remarkable photocatalytic activity towards TC under visible-light driven with a rapid rate constant of 1.5 × 10^(-2)min^(-1), and a removal efficiency of 81.2%,which is superior to some catalysts in the literature.Importantly,the photocatalytic activity of Zn_(2)SnO_(4)/SnO_(2)@ZIF-8 could still remain ~77% after the fifth cycle,indicating its good stability and reusability.The remarkable performances of adsorption and photocatalytic were attributed to associative effects of catalytic activity of Zn_(2)SnO_(4)/SnO_(2)and the unique porous nanostructure and stability of ZIF-8.This work could aid the future design and preparation of novel MOFs composite catalysts for efficient elimination of antibiotics from water.Jiafei Wu Yuning Jin Danping Wu Xiaoying Yan Na Ma Wei Dai 2022Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,,12:3
3DNA damage repair promotion in colonic epithelial cells by andrographolide downregulated cGAS-STING pathway activation and contributed to the relief of CPT-11-induced intestinal mucositis显示文摘Gastrointestinal mucositis is one of the most debilitating side effects of the chemotherapeutic agent irinotecan(CPT-11). Andrographolide, a natural bicyclic diterpenoid lactone, has been reported to possess anti-colitis activity. In this study, andrographolide treatment was found to significantly relieve CPT-11-induced colitis in tumor-bearing mice without decreasing the tumor suppression effect of CPT-11. CPT-11 causes DNA damage and the release of double-stranded DNA(ds DNA) from the intestine, leading to cyclic-GMP-AMP synthase(c GAS)-stimulator of interferon genes(STING)-mediated colitis, which was significantly decreased by andrographolide both in vivo and in vitro. Mechanistic studies revealed that andrographolide could promote homologous recombination(HR) repair and downregulate ds DNA-c GAS-STING signaling and contribute to the improvement of CPT-11-induced gastrointestinal mucositis. 4LiFePO_4/C via fluoride doping显示文摘Non-stoichiometric compound fluoride-doped LiFePO4/C cathode materials were synthesized via solid-state reaction using MgF2 and AlF3 as dopant. The fluoride-doped LiFePO4/C samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and electrochemical testing. The results show that the materials are well crystallized and fluoride doping cannot change the space structure of LiFePO4. Slight amounts of Fe2O3 with no fluoride impurity were detected. Charge-discharge curves show that fluoride-doped samples have higher capacity at low rates compared with undoped LiFePO4/C. AlF3-doped samples have highest capacity at high discharge current. Both doped samples have larger polarization voltage than undoped samples. 6Inhibition on Telomerase Activity and Cytotoxic Effects by Cisplatin in Cultured Human Choroidal Melanoma Cells显示文摘Purpose: To study the changes of telomerase activity and cytotoxic effects by Cisplatin;cis-dichlorodiamine platinum (CDDP) in cultured human choroidal melanoma.Material and Methods: The primary cultured human choroidal melanoma cells werecultured in the presence and absence of CDDP with different concentration and timerespectively. The toxic effects were evaluated by MTT and the level of telormarse wasdetected by PCR-ELISA assay. And the relationship between telomerase activity andcytotoxic effects were analyzed by a correlation analysis.Results: Following the increase of the concentration and the time of CDDP, graduallyrepressed telomerase activity was detected in cultured cells. Meanwhile, the restrain rateof the cells increased. The telomerase activity at 24h and 1μg/ml was repressedsignificantly compared with the control cells. 7Maternal butyrate supplementation affects the lipid metabolism and fatty acid composition in the skeletal muscle of offspring piglets显示文摘Maternal sodium butyrate(SB)intake has important effects on offspring growth and development.This study aimed to investigate the impacts of maternal SB supplementation during gestation and lactation on fatty acid composition and lipid metabolism in the offspring skeletal muscle of pigs.Twenty sows(Yorkshire,parity 2 to 3)were assigned to the control group(diets without SB,n=10)and SB group(diets with 0.1%SB,n=10).The results showed maternal SB supplementation throughout gestation and lactation increased(P<0.05)body weight of offspring piglets at weaning.The concentrations of triglyceride in plasma and milk were enhanced(P<0.05).Maternal SB induced(P<0.05)lipid accumulation with increased expression of peroxisome proliferator activated receptorγ(PPARγ)by enrichment of the acetylation of H3 acetylation K27(H3 K27)in offspring skeletal muscle.Meanwhile,the concentrations of C18:2 n-6,C18:3 n-3,total polyunsaturated fatty acid(PUFA),n-6 PUFA and n-3 PUFA decreased(P<0.05)in skeletal muscle of weaning piglets derived from SB sows.Together,these results showed that maternal SB supplementation could influence offspring growth performance,lipid metabolism and fatty acid composition of the skeletal muscle.Yongsen Zhao Danping Wang Yanping Huang Dangdang Wu Xiaoming Ji Xiaobing Zhou Dong Xia Xiaojing Yang 2021Animal Nutrition2021,,4:1
8Boosted sustained-release with iron-based MOF-derived mesoporouscarbon-spheres as a nitroimidazole drugs carrier显示文摘Metal-organic framework(MoF)with a buildable internal structure has aroused great interest focus as self-sacrificing precursors of porous carbon(PC).However,as a drug carrier,the MOF-derived PC developed thus far are generally composed of irregular powder shape due to their crystalline nature,which consequently causing the cerebral infarction,cerebral thrombosis,and other blood diseases.In this article,we propose a novel approach to constructing amorphous carbon microspheres(AcMs)by dis-torting the topological network through hydrothermal treatment precursors of MIL-101(Fe).Then,a distinctive MIL-101(Fe)-derived spherical porous carbons(MSPC)is achieved through high temperature calcination toward ACMs.Effects of the glucose initial concentration and hydrothermal treatment time on the sphericity of the as-prepared mesoporous MsPC were investigated in depth.And the loading capacities and sustained-release performances of nitroimidazole drugs over MsPC through simulation internal environment of human body at different pH values was systematically evaluated.The nitro-imidazole drugs loading rate and release time of MsPC are 10% and 17 h under preferred process.Furthermore,the MSPC exhibited very low toxicity on Hela cells and 293T cells at the concentrations tested(10-800μg mL^(-1)).This study,therefore,supports the potential of the mesoporous carbon spheres as a carrierfor nitroimidazole drug delivery.Danping Wu Jiaying Zou Junyi Chen Yan Li Na Ma Wei Dai 2024Particuology2024,86,3:0
9Graphene: A promising candidate for charge regulation in high-performance lithium-ion batteries显示文摘The development of rechargeable lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) is being driven by the ever-increasing demand for high energy density and excellent rate performance. Charge transfer kinetics and polarization theory, considered as basic principles for charge regulation in the LIBs, indicate that the rapid transfer of both electrons and ions is vital to the electrochemical reaction process. Graphene, a promising candidate for charge regulation in high-performance LIBs, has received extensive investigations due to its excellent carrier mobility, large specific surface area and structure tunability, etc. Recent progresses on the structural design and interfacial modification of graphene to regulate the charge transport in LIBs have been summarized. Besides, the structure-performance relationships between the structure of the graphene and its dedicated applications for LIBs have also been clarified in detail. 11Effectiveness of Shenshu Guanxin recipe granules(参术冠心方颗粒)for improving exercise tolerance in patients with stable angina pectoris:a randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To assess the effectivess of Shenshu Guanxin recipe granules(参术冠心方颗粒,SGR)in improving exercise tolerance and the quality of life in patients with Stable Angina Pectoris(SAP).METHODS:A total of 189 patients were consecutively enrolled between December 2012 and December 2014.The included patients were randomly assigned to SGR and placebo groups.The primary endpoints included mainly the results of treadmill exercise test and Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ)during 12 weeks of treatment.RESULTS:After 12 weeks of treatment,SGR extended the time of exercise-induced ST-segment depression of 0.1 MV,lowered the maximum ST-segment depression,and shortened the duration of ST-segment depression in patients with SAP in southern China.Besides,the study also proved that SGR could improve the quality of life and functional status of patients with SAP.CONCLUSIONS:SGR showed a positive effect on exercise tolerance compared with the placebo besides optimal medical therapy.Also,the study proved that SGR could improve the SAQ score of the patients.JIN Xiao WU Bingxin WU Huanlin XU Danping 2023Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2023,43,6:0
12Effectiveness and safety of red yeast rice predominated by monacolin Kβ-hydroxy acid form for hyperlipidemia treatment and management显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To assess the lipid-lowering activity and safety of a dietary supplement containing monacolin Kβ-hydroxy acid form(MKA),Heye(Folium Nelumbinis),and Cangzhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Lanceae),compared to lifestyle modifications.METHODS:Totally 117 subjects with moderate to severe dyslipidemia(according to Chinese guidelines)and low CV risk were randomly assigned into three treatment groups:lifestyle modification(LM),LM plus a low dosage of MKA,LM plus a high dosage of MKA,and treated for 60 d.The primary endpoint was the reduction of low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and total cholesterol(TC).Safeties along with Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes were assessed through the study.RESULTS:A low dosage of MKA along with lifestyle modifications caused a significant decrease in LDL-C by 15.6%on average(95%CI,9.6%to 21%)with,a decrease in TC by 15.3%on average(95%CI,9.26%to 21.4%),and a decrease in non-HDL-C by 35.4%(95%CI,25.76%to 41.34%).Weak evidence of a reduction of triglycerides but an increment of HDL-C was observed in patients with severe hyperlipidemia.No severe adverse events occurred during the study.CONCLUSION:Our results confirm the LDL-C and TC lowering properties of MKA is clinically meaningful.It also produces a significant reduction of non-HDL-C,and slightly effects on TG and HDL-C as well.CHEN Benjian HUANG Xiaodan PENG Huiting LI Yishi CAO Yongtao WU Huanlin XU Danping 2022Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2022,42,2:0
13Genome resources for the elite bread wheat cultivar Aikang 58 and mining of elite homeologous haplotypes for accelerating wheat improvement显示文摘Despite recent progress in crop genomics studies,the genomic changes brought about by modern breeding selection are still poorly understood,thus hampering genomics-assisted breeding,especially in polyploid crops with compound genomes such as common wheat(Triticum aestivum).In this work,we constructed genome resources for the modern elite common wheat variety Aikang 58(AK58).Comparative genomics between AK58 and the landrace cultivar Chinese Spring(CS)shed light on genomic changes that occurred through recent varietal improvement.We also explored subgenome diploidization and divergence in common wheat and developed a homoeologous locus-based genome-wide association study(HGWAS)approach,which was more effective than single homoeolog-based GWAS in unraveling agronomic trait-associated loci.A total of 123 major HGWAs loci were detected using a genetic population derived from AK58 and cs.Elite homoeologous haplotypes(HHs),formed by combinations of subgenomic homoeologs of the associated loci,were found in both parents and progeny,and many could substantially improve wheat yield and related traits.We built a website where users can download genome assembly sequence and annotation data for AK58,perform blast analysis,and run JBrowse.Our work enriches genome resources for wheat,provides new insights into genomic changes during modern wheat improve-.ment,and suggests that efficientmining of elite HHs can make a substantial contribuutionto genomics-assisted breeding in common wheat and other polyploid crops.Jizeng Jia Guangyao Zhao Danping Li Kai Wang Chuizheng Kong Pingchuan Deng Xueqing Yan Xueyong Zhang Zefu Lu Shujuan Xu Yuannian Jiao Kang Chong Xu Liu Dangqun Cui Guangwei Li Yijing Zhang Chunguang Du Liang Wu Tianbao Li Dong Yan Kehui Zhan Feng Chen Zhiyong Wang Lichao Zhang Xiuying Kong Zhengang Ru Daowen Wang Lifeng Gao 2023Molecular Plant2023,16,12:0
