| 2 | Laser direct writing and characterizations of flexible piezoresistive sensors with microstructures显示文摘Functional materials with high viscosity and solid materials have received more and more attentions in flexible pressure sensors,which are inadequate in the most used molding method.Herein,laser direct writing(LDW)method is proposed to fabricate flexible piezoresistive sensors with microstructures on PDMS/MWCNTs composites with an 8%MWCNTs mass fraction.By controlling laser energy,microstructures with different geometries can be obtained,which significantly impacts the performances of the sensors.Subsequently,curved microcones with excellent performance are fabricated under parameters of f=40 kHz and v=150 mm·s^(-1).The sensor exhibits continuous multi-linear sensitivity,ultrahigh original sensitivity of 21.80%kPa^(-1),wide detection range of over 20 kPa,response/recovery time of~100 ms and good cycle stability for more than 1000 times.Besides,obvious resistance variation can be observed when tiny pressure(a peanut of 30 Pa)is applied.Finally,the flexible piezoresistive sensor can be applied for LED brightness controlling,pulse detection and voice recognition. | Chenying Zhang Wei Zhou Da Geng Cheng Bai Weida Li Songyue Chen Tao Luo Lifeng Qin Yu Xie | 2021 | Opto-Electronic Advances2021,4,4: | 7 |
| 3 | Development of Chinese hybrid radiation adult phantoms and their application to external dosimetry显示文摘This paper presents the construction of Chinese hybrid radiation adult phantoms,which are compatible with anatomical parameters for the Chinese reference population.The phantoms were designed using polygonal mesh surface,which makes the phantom more flexible and realistic than previous generations.Voxelization of hybrid phantoms was performed to adopt Monte Carlo methods.External dose coefficients were calculated by Geant4 and compared to the ICRP reference phantom.The results show that the organ dose is different from ICRP116 with the low energy photons,which can be ascribed to the anatomy and topology difference of each organ.The effective dose of CHRAP is 19%higher than ICRP 116 in the energy range from10 to 100 keV and is almost the same in the energy range from 100 keV to 10 MeV.These phantoms can be used as the basic phantom to adjust the posture or organ volume to estimate dosimetry in medical and space explorations. | GENG ChangRan TANG XiaoBin HOU XiaoXiao SHU DiYun CHEN Da | 2014 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2014,57,4: | 4 |

| 20 | GTPase-activating protein TBC1D5 coordinates with retromer to constrain synaptic growth by inhibiting BMP signaling显示文摘Formation and plasticity of neural circuits rely on precise regulation of synaptic growth.At Drosophila neuromuscular junction(NMJ),Bone Morphogenetic Protein(BMP)signaling is critical for many aspects of synapse formation and function.The evolutionarily conserved retromer complex and its associated GTPase-activating protein TBC1D5 are critical regulators of membrane trafficking and cellular signaling.However,their functions in regulating the formation of NMJ are less understood.Here,we report that TBC1D5 is required for inhibition of synaptic growth,and loss of TBC1D5 leads to abnormal presynaptic terminal development,including excessive satellite boutons and branch formation.Ultrastructure analysis reveals that the size of synaptic vesicles and the density of subsynaptic reticulum are increased in TBC1D5mutant boutons.Disruption of interactions of TBC1D5 with Rab7 and retromer phenocopies the loss of TBC1D5.Unexpectedly,we find that TBC1D5 is functionally linked to Rab6,in addition to Rab7,to regulate synaptic growth.Mechanistically,we show that loss of TBC1D5 leads to upregulated BMP signaling by increasing the protein level of BMP type Ⅱ receptor Wishful Thinking(Wit)at NMJ.Overall,our data establish that TBC1D5 in coordination with retromer constrains synaptic growth by regulating Rab7 activity,which negatively regulates BMP signaling through inhibiting Wit level. | Xiu Zhou Guangming Gan Yichen Sun Mengzhu Ou Junhua Geng Jing Wang Xi Yang Shu Huang Da Jia Wei Xie Haihuai He | 2023 | Journal of Genetics and Genomics2023,50,3: | 0 |
