| 1 | High-performance Zn battery with transition metal ions co-regulated electrolytic MnO_(2)显示文摘Electrolytic MnO_(2)/Zn batteries have attracted extensive attention for use in large-scale energy storage applications due to their low cost,high output voltage,safety,and environmental friendliness.However,the poor electrical conductivity of MnO_(2)limits its deposition and dissolution at large capacities,which leads to sluggish reaction kinetics and drastic capacity decay.Here,we report a theory-guided design principle for an electrolytic MnO_(2)/Zn battery co-regulated with transition metal ions that has improved electrochemical performance in terms of deposition and stripping chemistries.We start with first-principles calculations to predict the electrolytic effects of regulating transition metal ions in the deposition/stripping chemistry of the MnO_(2)cathode.The results indicate that with the simultaneous incorporation of strongly electronegative Co and Ni,the MnO_(2)cathode tends to possess more active electron states,faster charge-transfer kinetics,and better electrical conductivity than either MnO_(2)regulated with Co or Ni on their own,or pristine MnO_(2);hence,this co-regulation is beneficial for the cathode solid/liquid MnO_(2)/Mn2t reactions.We then fabricate and demonstrate a novel Co2t and Ni2t coregulated MnO_(2)/Zn(Co-Ni-MnO_(2)/Zn)battery that yields significantly better electrochemical performance,finding that the synergistic regulation of Co and Ni on MnO_(2)can significantly increase its intrinsic conductivity and achieve high rates and Coulombic efficiencies at large capacities.The aqueous Co-Ni-MnO_(2)/Zn battery exhibits a high rate(10C,100 mA cm^(-2)),high Coulombic efficiency(91.89%),and excellent cycling stability(600 cycles without decay)at a large areal capacity of 10 mAh cm^(-2).Our proposed strategy of co-regulation with transition metal ions offers a versatile approach for improving the electrochemical performance of aqueous electrolytic MnO_(2)/Zn batteries in large-scale energy storage applications. | Mingyan Chuai Jinlong Yang Mingming Wang Yuan Yuan Zaichun Liu Yan Xu Yichen Yin Jifei Sun Xinhua Zheng Na Chen Wei Chen | 2021 | eScience2021,1,2: | 8 |

| 4 | Towards win-win: weighted-Voronoi-diagram based channel quantization for security enhancement in downlink cloud-RAN with limited CSI feedback显示文摘Physical layer(PHY) security is recently proved to enable improving the security of wireless communication networks. In downlink frequency division duplex(FDD) cloud radio access network(C-RAN), the performance of PHY security highly relies on the channel state information(CSI) which is usually acquired through the codebook-quantization-based technique at the transceiver. However, the conventional quantization method aggravates the leakage of privacy information in C-RAN under the eavesdropping environment. In this paper, a novel channel quantization method is investigated to improve the secrecy-rate performance of C-RAN by exploiting the high-dimension space geometry. Based on this method, it is proved that when the statistical distribution of the channel matrices of both the legitimate user and the eavesdropper is exploited, a win-win situation can be created where secrecy-rate gains are improved without sacrificing beamforming gains from the point of view of ergodic rate. Particularly, a secrecy-oriented criterion is devised to implement the proposed method for generating codebooks. Then a weighted Voronoi diagram(WVD) is formulated on the complex Grassmann manifold and finally, a vector quantization based algorithm is proposed to build up novel quantization codebooks iteratively. | 11 | TNFR2 is a potent prognostic biomarker for post-transplant lung metastasis in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘Objective:Lung metastasis is a common and fatal complication of liver transplantation for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).The precise prediction of post-transplant lung metastasis in the early phase is of great value.Methods:The mRNA profiles of primary and paired lung metastatic lesions were analyzed to determine key signaling pathways.We enrolled 241 HCC patients who underwent liver transplantation from three centers.Tissue microarrays were used to evaluate the prognostic capacity of tumor necrosis factor(TNF),tumor necrosis factor receptor 1(TNFR1),and TNFR2,particularly for post-transplant lung metastasis.Results:Comparison of primary and lung metastatic lesions revealed that the TNF-dependent signaling pathway was related to lung metastasis of HCC.The expression of TNF was degraded in comparison to that in para-tumor tissues(P<0.001).The expression of key receptors in the TNF-dependent signaling pathway,TNFR1 and TNFR2,was higher in HCC tissues than in para-tumor tissues(P<0.001).TNF and TNFR1 showed no relationship with patients’outcomes,whereas elevated TNFR2 in tumor tissue was significantly associated with worse overall survival(OS)and increased recurrence risk(5-year OS rate:31.9%vs.62.5%,P<0.001).Notably,elevated TNFR2 levels were also associated with an increased risk of post-transplant lung metastasis(hazard ratio:1.146;P<0.001).Cox regression analysis revealed that TNFR2,Hangzhou criteria,age,and hepatitis B surface antigen were independent risk factors for post-transplant lung metastasis,and a novel nomogram was established accordingly.The nomogram achieved excellent prognostic efficiency(area under time-dependent receiver operating characteristic=0.755,concordance-index=0.779)and was superior to conventional models,such as the Milan criteria.Conclusions:TNFR2 is a potent prognostic biomarker for predicting post-transplant lung metastasis in patients with HCC.A nomogram incorporating TNFR2 deserves to be a helpful prognostic tool in liver transplantation for HCC. | Huigang Li Zuyuan Lin Jianyong Zhuo Modan Yang Wei Shen Zhihang Hu Yichen Ding Hao Chen Chiyu He Xinyu Yang Siyi Dong Xuyong Wei Beicheng Sun Shusen Zheng Ren Lang Di Lu Xiao Xu | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2023,35,1: | 0 |

| 13 | GTPase-activating protein TBC1D5 coordinates with retromer to constrain synaptic growth by inhibiting BMP signaling显示文摘Formation and plasticity of neural circuits rely on precise regulation of synaptic growth.At Drosophila neuromuscular junction(NMJ),Bone Morphogenetic Protein(BMP)signaling is critical for many aspects of synapse formation and function.The evolutionarily conserved retromer complex and its associated GTPase-activating protein TBC1D5 are critical regulators of membrane trafficking and cellular signaling.However,their functions in regulating the formation of NMJ are less understood.Here,we report that TBC1D5 is required for inhibition of synaptic growth,and loss of TBC1D5 leads to abnormal presynaptic terminal development,including excessive satellite boutons and branch formation.Ultrastructure analysis reveals that the size of synaptic vesicles and the density of subsynaptic reticulum are increased in TBC1D5mutant boutons.Disruption of interactions of TBC1D5 with Rab7 and retromer phenocopies the loss of TBC1D5.Unexpectedly,we find that TBC1D5 is functionally linked to Rab6,in addition to Rab7,to regulate synaptic growth.Mechanistically,we show that loss of TBC1D5 leads to upregulated BMP signaling by increasing the protein level of BMP type Ⅱ receptor Wishful Thinking(Wit)at NMJ.Overall,our data establish that TBC1D5 in coordination with retromer constrains synaptic growth by regulating Rab7 activity,which negatively regulates BMP signaling through inhibiting Wit level. | Xiu Zhou Guangming Gan Yichen Sun Mengzhu Ou Junhua Geng Jing Wang Xi Yang Shu Huang Da Jia Wei Xie Haihuai He | 2023 | Journal of Genetics and Genomics2023,50,3: | 0 |

| 15 | DNA methylation mediated by RdDM pathway and demethylation affects furanone accumulation through regulation of QUINONE OXIDOREDUCTASE in strawberry显示文摘Recently,increasing evidence suggests that DNA methylation plays a crucial role in fruit ripening.However,the role of DNA methylation in regulating specific traits,such as flavor,remains unclear.Here,we report a role of DNA methylation in affecting furanone biosynthesis in strawberry.Strawberry quinone oxidoreductase(FaQR)is a key enzyme in furanone biosynthesis.There are four FaQR homologs in strawberry cultivar‘Yuexin’,and one of them,FaQR3,contributes∼50%of FaQR transcripts,indicating a major role of FaQR3 in furanone biosynthesis.Through characterization of levels of DNA methylation and FaQR3 transcript and furanone contents during fruit ripening and after the application of DNA methylation inhibitor,we found that the DNA methylation level of the FaQR3 promoter was negatively correlated with FaQR3 expression and furanone accumulation,suggesting that DNA methylation may be involved in furanone biosynthesis through adjusting FaQR3 expression,and responded to different temperatures consistently.In addition,transient expression of a gene in the RNA-directed DNA methylation(RdDM)pathway,FaAGO4,and enrichment analysis of the 24-nucleotide siRNAs suggested that DNA methylation in the FaQR3 promoter is mediated by the RdDM pathway.Transient RNA interference(RNAi)of FaDML indicated that the demethylation pathway may be involved in regulating furanone accumulation.These findings provide new insights into the role of DNA methylation and demethylation in affecting flavor quality in strawberry during fruit ripening. | Yunduan Li Yanna Shi Yichen Li Jiao Lu Yunfan Sun Yuanyuan Zhang Wenbo Chen Xiaofang Yang Donald Grierson Zhaobo Lang Guihua Jiang Kunsong Chen | 2023 | Horticulture Research2023,10,8: | 0 |

| 17 | Ambipolar tribotronic transistor of MoTe_(2)显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D)tribotronic devices have been successfully involved in electromechanical modulation for channel conductance and applied in intelligent sensing system,touch screen,and logic gates.Ambipolar transistors and corresponding complementary inverters based on one type of semiconductors are highly promising due to the facile fabrication process and readily tunable polarity.Here,we demonstrate an ambipolar tribotronic transistor of molybdenum ditelluride(MoTe_(2)),which shows typical ambipolar transport properties modulated by triboelectric potential.It is comprised of a MoTe_(2)transistor and a lateral sliding triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG).The induced triboelectric potential by Maxwell’s displacement current(a driving force for TENG)can readily modulate the transport properties of both electrons and holes in MoTe_(2)channel and effectively drive the transistor.High performance tribotronic properties have been achieved,including low cutoff current below 1 pA·μm^(−1)and high current on/off ratio of~103 for holes and electrons dominated transports.The working mechanism on how to achieve tribotronic ambipolarity is discussed in detail.A complementary tribotronic inverter based on single flake of MoTe_(2)is also demonstrated with low power consumption and high stability.This work presents an active approach to efficiently modulate semiconductor devices and logic circuits based on 2D materials through external mechanical signal,which has great potential in human–machine interaction,intelligent sensor,and other wearable devices. | Yonghai Li Jinran Yu Yichen Wei Yifei Wang Liuqi Cheng Zhenyu Feng Ya Yang Zhong Lin Wang Qijun Sun | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,9: | 0 |
| 18 | An Empirical Study on Self-Efficacy of Online Learning of Overseas Chinese Children in Europe显示文摘In the post-Covid-19 pandemic era,it is more difficult for some Chinese schools in Europe to provide online extra classes for overseas Chinese children after school hours,as they did previously.To meet students'multifaceted learning needs,online extra classes teaching,including online Chinese language classes and some online art classes,is increasingly being offered as a supplement to the diversity of teaching activities in Chinese schools in Europe,with the ultimate goal of improving the learning abilities of overseas Chinese children while relieving pressure on teaching resources in schools.Children’s learning self-efficacy in online extracurricular courses has its own uniqueness,which can be considered from three dimensions,including learning confidence,learning ability,and self-assessment ability.This study aims to examine the factors influencing the self-efficacy of overseas Chinese children and to make optimization suggestions for better teaching methods.In search of that,an online questionnaire survey with 127 participants from overseas Chinese children aged��to����was collected.The findings indicate that the role of learning confidence in overseas Chinese children outweighs their learning ability and self-assessment ability.Gender and age have a negligible effect on self-efficacy but have an impact on learning confidence.Chinese schools in Europe do not need to show gender differences when conducting classroom activities in online teaching to improve the online self-efficacy of Chinese children,and efforts should also be made to keep the courage of older students to trial and error.Teachers are expected to investigate more aspects of their students'personalities in future classrooms rather than sticking to a consistent and unchanging teaching model. | Junyi Jiang Yichen Wang Chenlu Sun Zhiling Yang | 2022 | 教育技术与创新2022,,2: | 0 |

| 20 | Tprn is essential for the integrity of stereociliary rootlet in cochlear hair cells in mice显示文摘Tprn encodes the taperin protein,which is concentrated in the tapered region of hair cell stereocilia in the inner ear.In humans,TPRN mutations cause autosomal recessive nonsyndromic deafness(DFNB79)by an unknown mechanism.To determine the role of Tprn in hearing,we generated Tprn-null mice by clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeat/Cas9 genome-editing technology from a CBA/CaJ background.We observed significant hearing loss and progressive degeneration of stereocilia in the outer hair cells of Tprn-null mice starting from postnatal day 30.Transmission electron microscopy images of stereociliary bundles in the mutant mice showed some stereociliary rootlets with curved shafts.The central cores of the stereociliary rootlets possessed hollow structures with surrounding loose peripheral dense rings.Radixin,a protein expressed at stereocilia tapering,was abnormally dispersed along the stereocilia shafts in Tprn-null mice.The expression levels of radixin andβ-actin significantly decreased.We propose that Tprn is critical to the retention of the integrity of the stereociliary rootlet.Loss of Tprn in Tprn-null mice caused the disruption of the stereociliary rootlet,which resulted in damage to stereociliary bundles and hearing impairments.The generated Tprn-null mice are ideal models of human hereditary deafness DFNB79. | Yuqin Men Xiujuan Li Hailong Tu Aizhen Zhang Xiaolong Fu Zhishuo Wang Yecheng Jin Congzhe Hou Tingting Zhang Sen Zhang Yichen Zhou Boqin Li Jianfeng Li Xiaoyang Sun Haibo Wang Jiangang Gao | 2019 | Frontiers of Medicine2019,13,6: | 0 |
