2Metastatic status of sentinel lymph nodes in breast cancer determined with photoacoustic microscopy via dual-targeting nanoparticles显示文摘Detection of sentinel lymph nodes(SLNs)is critical to guide the treatment of breast cancer.However,distinguishing metastatic SLNs from normal and inflamed lymph nodes(LNs)during surgical resection remains a challenge.Here,we report a CD44 and scavenger receptor class B1 dual-targeting hyaluronic acid nanoparticle(5K-HA-HPPS)loaded with the near-infra-red fluorescent dye DiR-BOA for SLN imaging in breast cancer.The small sized(~40 nm)self-assembled 5K-HA-HPPSs accumulated rapidly in the SLNs after intradermal injection.Compared with normal popliteal LNs(N-LN),there were ~3.2-fold and ~2.4-fold increases in fluorescence intensity in tumour metastatic SLNs(T-MLN)and inflamed LNs(Inf-LN),respectively,6 h after nanoparticle inoculation.More importantly,photoacoustic microscopy(PAM)of 5KHA-HPPS showed a significantly distinct distribution in T-MLN compared with N-LN and Inf-LN.Signals were mainly distributed at the centre of T-MLN but at the periphery of N-LN and Inf-LN.The ratio of PA intensity(R)at the centre of the LNs compared with that at the periphery was 5.93±0.75 for T-MLNs of the 5K-HA-HPPS group,which was much higher than that for the Inf-LNs(R=0.2±0.07)and N-LNs(R=0.45±0.09).These results suggest that 5K-HA-HPPS injection combined with PAM provides a powerful tool for distinguishing metastatic SLNs from pLNs and inflamed LNs,thus guiding the removal of SLNs during breast cancer surgery.Yanfeng Dai Xiang Yu Jianshuang Wei Fanxin Zeng Yiran Li Xiaoquan Yang Qingming Luo Zhihong Zhang 2020Light(Science & Applications)2020,9,1:6
3Dry reforming of methane on active and coke resistant Ni/Y_2Zr_2O_7 catalysts treated by dielectric barrier discharge plasma显示文摘In this study, Ni/Y_2Zr_2O_7 catalysts prepared with impregnation method and treated by dielectric barrier discharge plasma(DBD) in different atmospheres have been investigated for methane dry reforming. It is revealed by H_2-TPR that plasma treatment can enhance the interaction between Ni O/Ni particles and the Y_2Zr_2O_7 pyrochlore support. Therefore, catalysts with smaller Ni O and Ni grains sizes, higher metallic Ni active surface areas can be achieved, as evidenced by XRD, TEM and H_2 adsorption-desorption measurements. As a consequence, the plasma-treated catalysts show significantly improved activity, stability and coke resistance, as testified by the TEM and TGA-DSC results. Plasma treatment in H_2/Ar gas mixture is found to be the best condition to prepare Ni/Y_2Zr_2O_7, which can be used to obtain a catalyst with the highest activity, stability and most potent coke resistance. 4Mechanical and thermal properties of polypeptide modified hydroxyapatite/poly(L-lactide) nanocomposites显示文摘A new type of polypeptide(poly(-benzyl-L-glutamate)(PBLG))modified hydroxyapatite(HA)/poly(L-lactide)(PLLA)nanocomposites(PBLG-g-HA/PLLA)were prepared by the solvent-mixing method,and their mechanical and thermal properties were investigated.The tensile test showed that the mechanical properties of PBLG-g-HA/PLLA nanocomposites were better than that of PLLA,even a 0.3 wt%content of PBLG-g-HA in the nanocomposites could make the tensile strength 12%higher than that of the neat PLLA sample,and the tensile modulus was about 17%higher than that of the PLLA sample.The thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA)showed that the PBLG-g-HA/PLLA composites have better thermal stability than the PLLA sample.The differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)was used to characterize the effect of PBLG-g-HA on the crystallization of PLLA.The isothermal crystallization behavior showed that the half crystallization time(t1/2)of PBLG-g-HA/PLLA was much shorter than that of the PLLA sample.When the PBLG-g-HA content was 10%,t1/2 was only 18.7 min,while t1/2 of the PLLA sample was 61.4 min.The results showed that the PBLG-g-HA worked as a nucleating agent and enhanced the crystallization speed of PLLA.WEI JunChao DAI YanFeng CHEN YiWang CHEN XueSi 2011Science China Chemistry2011,54,3:3

6Influence of N doping and the functional groups of graphene on a RGO/TiO2 composite photocatalyst显示文摘Reduced graphene oxide(RGO)assisted TiO2 composite photocatalysts have attracted increased attention because of their high photocatalytic performance under both UV-and visible-light irradiation.However,the corresponding properties under the long wavelength irradiation is far from expected.In this study,a series of RGO samples with well-designed N impurity and optimized surface functional groups are prepared and employed during hybridization with TiO2(named N-RGO/TiO2).The coupling between the doped N atoms and surface functional groups is analyzed based on the resulting photocatalytic performances,and the specific mechanism is revealed by the EPR,IR and lifetime of the photoinduced electrons.After comparing the corresponding performances of the RGO/TiO2 and RGO/N-TiO2 specimens,the results show that the surface functional groups of the RGO serve as a precondition to achieveπ-d coupling between the graphene basal plane and TiO2 nanoparticles,while N atoms in the RGO enhance the resulting photoactivity under a long wavelength range(>510 nm).The findings provide a potential approach to promote the photocatalytic properties of graphene-based composite photocatalysts with the low-energy incident photons.TANG Bo HE YanFeng ZHANG ZhenYu WANG ZhengWei JI Li MA TingTing LI Sen DAI YuanZhe ZHANG GuoLiang 2020Science China(Technological Sciences)2020,63,6:3
7A drug-loaded composite coating to improve osteogenic and antibacterial properties of Zn-1Mg porous scaffolds as biodegradable bone implants显示文摘Zinc(Zn)alloy porous scaffolds produced by additive manufacturing own customizable structures and biodegradable functions,having a great application potential for repairing bone defect.In this work,a hydroxyapatite(HA)/polydopamine(PDA)composite coating was constructed on the surface of Zn-1Mg porous scaffolds fabricated by laser powder bed fusion,and was loaded with a bioactive factor BMP2 and an antibacterial drug vancomycin.The microstructure,degradation behavior,biocompatibility,antibacterial performance and osteogenic activities were systematically investigated.Compared with as-built Zn-1Mg scaffolds,the rapid increase of Zn2+,which resulted to the deteriorated cell viability and osteogenic differentiation,was inhibited due to the physical barrier of the composite coating.In vitro cellular and bacterial assay indicated that the loaded BMP2 and vancomycin considerably enhanced the cytocompatibility and antibacterial performance.Significantly improved osteogenic and antibacterial functions were also observed according to in vivo implantation in the lateral femoral condyle of rats.The design,influence and mechanism of the composite coating were discussed accordingly.It was concluded that the additively manufactured Zn-1Mg porous scaffolds together with the composite coating could modulate biodegradable performance and contribute to effective promotion of bone recovery and antibacterial function.Zhenbao Zhang Aobo Liu Jiadong Fan Menglin Wang Jiabao Dai Xiang Jin Huanze Deng Xuan Wang Yijie Liang Haixia Li Yantao Zhao Peng Wen Yanfeng Li 2023Bioactive Materials2023,,9:2

15Effects of resistant exercise on regulating the gutmicrobiota related to glucose control in mice with type 2 diabetes显示文摘Objective:To explore the effect of resistant exercise on improvement of gut microbiota regulating glucose control in mice with type 2diabetes.Methods:Male mice with type 2diabetes aged 8 weeks were randomly assigned to control group,aerobic training(AT)group and resistant training(RT)group.One month after the intervention,the blood glucose was measured and the feces were collected to detect gut microbiota by using 16SrRNA high-throughput sequencing method.Results:The higher proportion and abundance of Firmicutesbacteria and lower proportion and abundance of Bacteroidetesbacteria were found in AT group.The number and abundance of Akkermansia muciniphila in feces of RT group were significantly higher than those of AT and control groups.Lower level of blood glucose was observed in RT group relating to control group.Conclusion:Resistant exercise to improve gut microbiota is expected to be a new method for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes.Zhai Lu Wei Wei Liu Yuhua Zhao Wenpiao Huang Yanfeng Ma Cui Dai Xia 2018广西医科大学学报2018,35,10:1

18Variation in spatial and temporal kinematics of level, vertical and inverted locomotion on a stinkbug Erthesina fullo显示文摘In the learning of locomotion behavior of a stinkbug Erthesina fullo, the seeked principle of its locomotion can be an important inspiration on the design of six-legged robot. To achieve this goal, in this paper, locomotion behavior of stinkbugs on glass and plastic foam are recorded. Hereby, variation in spatial and temporal kinematics of level, vertical and inverted locomotion is analyzed. Differential leg function and adhesive mechanism as well as the advantage of non-isometric legs of insects are presented. With increasing stride frequency, the speed of level, vertical and inverted locomotion can be higher without adjusting stride length. Variation in gait characteristics between level and vertical locomotion is very little, but lower speed and larger duty factor of inverted locomotion can be occurred while climbing on glass.
