1Structural architecture of Neoproterozoic rifting depression groups in the Tarim Basin and their formation dynamics显示文摘The Tarim Basin is the largest, oil-bearing, superimposed basin in the northwest of China. The evolution and tectonic properties of the initial Tarim Basin have been hotly disputed and remain enigmatic. The Neoproterozoic basin is covered by a vast desert and a huge-thickness of sedimentary strata, has experienced multiple tectonic movements, had a low signal to noise ratios(SNRs) of deep seismic reflection data, all of which have posed critical obstacles to research. We analysed four field outcrops, 18 wells distributed throughout the basin, 27 reprocessed seismic reflection profiles with higher SNRs across the basin and many ancillary local 2D and 3D profiles and aeromagnetic data. We found about 20 normal fault-controlled rifting depressions of the Cryogenian and Ediacaran scattered throughout the basin, which developed on the Precambrian metamorphic and crystalline basement. The structural framework is clearly different from that of the overlying Phanerozoic. The rifting depressions consist of mainly half grabens, symmetrical troughs and horst-grabens. From the northeast to southwest of the basin,they are divided into three rifting depression groups with the WNW, ENE, and NW-trends that are mainly controlled by normal faults. The maximum thicknesses of the strata are up to 4100 m. From the Cryogenian to Ediacaran, most of the main inherited faults to active and eventually ceased at the end of the Ediacaran or Early Cambrian, while subsidence centres appeared and migrated eastward along the faults. They revealed that the different parts of the Tarim continental block were in NNE-SSWoriented and NNW-SSE-oriented extensional paleo-stress fields(relative to the present) during the Neoproterozoic, and were accompanied by clockwise shearing. According to the analysis of the activities of syn-sedimentary faults, filling sediments,magmatic events, and coordination with aeromagnetic anomalies, the tectonic properties of the fault depressions are different and are primarily continental rifts or intra-continental fault-controlled basins. 2Electrostatic Discharge Effects on the High-voltage Solar Array显示文摘A certain number of charges are deposited on the surface of high-voltage solar array because of effects of space plasma,high-energy charged particles,and solar illumination,hence the surface is charged.Phenomena of electrostatic discharge(ESD) occur on the surface when the deposited charges exceed a threshold amount.In this paper,the mechanism of this ESD is discussed.The ground simulation experiment of the ESD using spacecraft material under surface charging is described,and a novel ESD protecting method for high-voltage solar array,i.e.an active protecting method based on the local strong electric field array is proposed.The results show that the reversal potential gradient field between the cover surface and the substrate materials of high-voltage solar array is a triggering factor for the ESD on the array.The threshold voltage for the ESD occurring on the surface is about 500 V.The charged particles could be deflected using the electric field active protecting method,and hence the ESD on the surface is avoided even when the voltage on the conductor array increases to a certain value.These results pave the way for further developing the protecting measures for high-voltage solar arrays.YUAN Qingyun SUN Yongwei CAO Hefei LIU Cunli 2013高电压技术2013,39,10:2
3A surface-eroding poly(1,3-trimethylene carbonate)coating for magnesium based cardiovascular stents with stable drug release and improved corrosion resistance显示文摘Magnesium alloys with integration of degradability and good mechanical performance are desired for vascular stent application.Drug-eluting coatings may optimize the corrosion profiles of magnesium substrate and reduce the incidence of restenosis simultaneously.In this paper,poly(trimethylene carbonate)(PTMC)with different molecular weight(50,000 g/mol named as PTMC5 and 350,000 g/mol named as PTMC35)was applied as drug-eluting coatings on magnesium alloys.A conventional antiproliferative drug,paclitaxel(PTX),was incorporated in the PTMC coating.The adhesive strength,corrosion behavior,drug release and biocompatibility were investigated.Compared with the PLGA control group,PTMC coating was uniform and gradually degraded from surface to inside,which could provide long-term protection for the magnesium substrate.PTMC35 coated samples exhibited much slower corrosion rate 0.05μA/cm^(2)in comparison with 0.11μA/cm^(2)and 0.13μA/cm^(2)for PLGA and PTMC5 coated counterparts.In addition,PTMC35 coating showed more stable and sustained drug release ability and effectively inhibited the proliferation of human umbilical vein vascular smooth muscle cells.Hemocompatibility test indicated that few platelets were adhered on PTMC5 and PTMC35 coatings.PTMC35 coating,exhibiting surface erosion behavior,stable drug release and good biocompatibility,could be a good candidate as a drug-eluting coating for magnesium-based stent.Hongyan Tang Shuangshuang Li Yuan Zhao Cunli Liu Xuenan Gu Yubo Fan 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,1:1

11Answer Ranking with Discourse Structure Feature显示文摘For the complex questions of Chinese question answering system,we propose an answer extraction method with discourse structure feature combination.This method uses the relevance of questions and answers to learn to rank the answers.Firstly,the method analyses questions to generate the query string,and then submits the query string to search engines to retrieve relevant documents.Secondly,the method makes retrieved documents segmentation and identifies the most relevant candidate answers,in addition,it uses the rhetorical relations of rhetorical structure theory to analyze the relationship to determine the inherent relationship between paragraphs or sentences and generate the answer candidate paragraphs or sentences.Thirdly,we construct the answer ranking model,and extract five feature groups and adopt Ranking Support Vector Machine(SVM) algorithm to train ranking model.Finally,it re-ranks the answers with the training model and find the optimal answers.Experiments show that the proposed method combined with discourse structure features can effectively improve the answer extracting accuracy and the quality of non-factoid answers.The Mean Reciprocal Rank(MRR) of the answer extraction reaches 69.53%.Mao Cunli Chen Fangqiong Yu Zhengtao Guo Jianyi Zong Huanyun 2012China Communications2012,9,3:1
12Stochastic Chaos with Its Control and Synchronization显示文摘The discovery of chaos in the sixties of last century was a breakthrough in concept,revealing the truth that some disorder behavior,called chaos,could happen even in a deterministic nonlinear system under barely deterministic disturbance.After a series of serious studies,people begin to acknowledge that chaos is a specific type of steady state motion other than the conventional periodic and quasi-periodic ones,featuring a sensitive dependence on initial conditions,resulting from the intrinsic randomness of a nonlinear system itself.In fact,chaos is a collective phenomenon consisting of massive individual chaotic responses,corresponding to different initial conditions in phase space.Any two adjacent individual chaotic responses repel each other,thus causing not only the sensitive dependence on initial conditions but also the existence of at least one positive top Lyapunov exponent(TLE) for chaos.Meanwhile,all the sample responses share one common invariant set on the Poincaré map,called chaotic attractor,which every sample response visits from time to time ergodically.So far,the existence of at least one positive TLE is a commonly acknowledged remarkable feature of chaos.We know that there are various forms of uncertainties in the real world.In theoretical studies,people often use stochastic models to describe these uncertainties,such as random variables or random processes.Systems with random variables as their parameters or with random processes as their excitations are often called stochastic systems.No doubt,chaotic phenomena also exist in stochastic systems,which we call stochastic chaos to distinguish it from deterministic chaos in the deterministic system.Stochastic chaos reflects not only the intrinsic randomness of the nonlinear system but also the external random effects of the random parameter or the random excitation.Hence,stochastic chaos is also a collective massive phenomenon,corresponding not only to different initial conditions but also to different samples of the random parameter or the random excitation.Thus,the unique common feature of deterministic chaos and stochastic chaos is that they all have at least one positive top Lyapunov exponent for their chaotic motion.For analysis of random phenomena,one used to look for the PDFs(Probability Density Functions) of the ensemble random responses.However,it is a pity that PDF information is not favorable to studying repellency of the neighboring chaotic responses nor to calculating the related TLE,so we would rather study stochastic chaos through its sample responses.Moreover,since any sample of stochastic chaos is a deterministic one,we need not supplement any additional definition on stochastic chaos,just mentioning that every sample of stochastic chaos should be deterministic chaos.We are mainly concerned with the following two basic kinds of nonlinear stochastic systems,i.e.one with random variables as its parameters and one with ergodical random processes as its excitations.To solve the stochastic chaos problems of these two kinds of systems,we first transform the original stochastic system into their equivalent deterministic ones.Namely,we can transform the former stochastic system into an equivalent deterministic system in the sense of mean square approximation with respect to the random parameter space by the orthogonal polynomial approximation,and transform the latter one simply through replacing its ergodical random excitations by their representative deterministic samples.Having transformed the original stochastic chaos problem into the deterministic chaos problem of equivalent systems,we can use all the available effective methods for further chaos analysis.In this paper,we aim to review the state of art of studying stochastic chaos with its control and synchronization by the above-mentioned strategy.Zhang Ying Xu Wei Zhang Tianshu Yang Xiaoli Wu Cunli Fang Tong 2008西北工业大学学报2008,26,6:1

14Effects of regional cerebral blood flow perfusion on learning and memory function and its molecular mechanism in rats显示文摘Objective:To study the effects of regional cerebral blood flow(r CBF)perfusion on learning and memory function in special brain areas and its molecular mechanism in rat.Methods:Sixty-four adult male healthy Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats were randomly divided into two groups:A false operation group and an operation group.The false operation group was randomly divided into four subgroups(A_0,B_0,C_0,and D_0)and the operation group was randomly divided into four subgroups(A,B,C,and D),with eight rats in each subgroup.The operation group underwent bilateral common carotid artery permanent ligation,while the other group only underwent a skin incision without the bilateral common carotid artery permanent ligation.Learning memory function of rats in each subgroup was measured using a Y-maze at 4 h,8 h,24 h,and 3 days after surgery.The r CBF in the right frontal lobe and hippocampus was detected using the Periflux PF model laser Doppler flowmetry and c-fos,c-jun,Bcl-2,and Bax protein expression in the right frontal lobe and hippocampus was measured using immunohistochemistry.Results:The r CBF in the right frontal lobule division and right hippocampus division was significantly lower in the operation group than in the false operation group(P<0.05).The error number(EN),time to reach the target,and total reaction time(TRT)for the learning index using the Y-type labyrinth test in the operation group were significantly higher than that in the false operation group(P<0.05);however,the active avoid rate in the operation group was significantly lower than that of the false operation group.Expression of c-fos and c-jun as well as the average absorbency in the right frontal lobule division and right hippocampus division in the operation group were significantly higher than those in the false operation group(P<0.05).The number of Bax and Bcl-2-positive cells was significantly higher in the operation group,and the expression ratio of Bax/Bcl-2 in the operation group was significantly higher than that in the false operation group(P<0.01).Conclusions:r CBF decrease can impair learning and memory function in rats,which may be related to the increased expression of c-fos,c-jun,Bcl-2,and Bax proteins in the frontal cortex and hippocampus.Cunli Xu Wenhua Wu Lingbin Kong 2016Translational Neuroscience and Clinics2016,2,1:0
15Comparison of Rice Yield and Evaluation Methods for Drought Resistance under Drought Stress in the Whole Growth Period and Flowering Period显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to improve the drought resistance of rice and cultivate new varieties of drought-tolerant rice to effectively alleviate the reduction in rice yield caused by drought.[Methods]Twenty two indica and japonica rice varieties were tested to compare the yield differences under drought stress in the whole growth period and under drought stress in the flowering period.[Results]Drought stress in the whole growth period and flowering period significantly reduced rice yield,as well as the number of filled grains per plant,the number of filled grains per panicle and grain weight per plant.To evaluate the drought tolerance of rice varieties,relative yield could be used as the index under both drought stresses in the whole growth period and the flowering period.[Conclusions]This study provides a theoretical reference for drought-tolerant rice breeding and screening.Qian ZHU Wuyun FANG Yiru LI Yueming YI Cunli GONG Jingde WU Shimei WANG 2022Agricultural Biotechnology2022,11,3:0

17Inhibition of Abnormal Grain Growth in Stir Zone via In‑Situ Intermetallic Particle Formation During Friction Stir Welding of AA6061显示文摘Abnormal grain growth(AGG)has been widely observed in many friction stir welded(FSWed)joints during post-weld heat treatment(PWHT).The coarse grain structure not only reduces the strength of the joint but also limits its usage in superplastic forming.Several methods have been reported in previous studies to inhibit AGG,but all of them can only mitigate AGG.Complete inhibition of AGG was not achieved.In the current research,AGG was widely observed during the PWHT of friction stir welded AA6061.Multi-pass FSW enhanced the thermal stability of the as-welded grain structure but did not eliminate the occurrence of AGG.A new welding method was developed with the ball-milled Al–Ti powder mixture introduced into the stir zone and proved effective in inhibiting AGG in FSWed AA6061 during PWHT.The adoption of 5-pass FSW with an alternate rotation mode succeeded in producing an AGG-free sample.Microscopic characterizations conducted in the stir zone showed an evolution of Al–Ti powder mixture into different particle formations and Al3Ti new phase.Quantitative analysis of the second phase particles(SPPs)in the stir zone confirmed the increases in both particle number and average size.The quantitative results fit well with Humphreys’grain growth model,which theoretically explains the mechanism for AGG inhibition,i.e.,the significantly enhanced particle pinning effect.Xin Zou Cunli Liu Muyang Deng Ji Chen Lanting Zhang Ke Chen 2023Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2023,36,4:0

19Remarkable difference of phospholipid molecular chirality in regulating PrP aggregation and cell responses显示文摘Prion diseases are fatal neurodegenerative diseases that can cause severe dementia.The misfolding and accumulation of the prion peptide (PrP)_(106–126) is crucial,and this process is closely relevant to biological membranes.However,how PrP_(106–126)aggregation is affected by the molecular chirality of phospholipid membrane is unknown.Thus,in this study,a pair of L-and D-aspartic acid (Asp)-modified 1,2-dipalmitoyl-sn–glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine (DPPE) were synthesized to construct chiral liposomes.We discover that L-Asp-DPPE liposomes strongly inhibit the oligomerization and amyloidogenesis of PrP_(106–126),whether acting on monomers or oligomers,which rescues cytotoxicity induced by PrP_(106–126).By comparison,D-Asp-DPPE liposomes inhibit peptide oligomerization only at a high concentration and cannot prevent amyloidogenesis when acting on oligomers,which lead to pronounced cytotoxicity.Apoptosis experiment,dynamic change of intracellular Ca^(2+)(_(i)Ca^(2+)) and Ca^(2+)release from endoplasmic reticulum(ER),reactive oxygen species (ROS) production,adsorption dynamics and affinity tests,and fluorescent imaging clearly disclose that molecular chirality of the liposomes dominates conformational transition of PrP_(106–126)from random coil to β-sheet,binding and adsorption of the monomers and oligomers,and subsequent fibrillation process,resulting in distinct inhibition effect in Ca^(2+)overload and release,ROS production and cell apoptosis.This work is the first to report that interfacial molecular chirality is a potentially crucial influence on the fibrillation process of PrP_(106–126) and its cell responses,whereas the convergence of chiral amino acids and liposomes can be considered potential inhibitors in prion diseases.Cunli Wang Xue Wang Dongdong Wang Shengxu Qian Fusheng Zhang Mingyang Li Minmin Li Wenqi Lu Bo Liu Guangyan Qing 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,2:0
20Pronounced temporal changes in soil microbial community and nitrogen transformation caused by benzalkonium chloride显示文摘As one typical cationic disinfectant, quaternary ammonium compounds(QACs) were approved for surface disinfection in the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic and then unintentionally or intentionally released into the surrounding environment. Concerningly, it is still unclear how the soil microbial community succession happens and the nitrogen(N)cycling processes alter when exposed to QACs. In this study, one common QAC(benzalkonium chloride(BAC) was selected as the target contaminant, and its effects on the temporal changes in soil microbial community structure and nitrogen transformation processes were determined by q PCR and 16S r RNA sequencing-based methods. The results showed that the aerobic microbial degradation of BAC in the two different soils followed first-order kinetics with a half-life(4.92 vs. 17.33 days) highly dependent on the properties of the soil. BAC activated the abundance of N fixation gene(nif H) and nitrification genes(AOA and AOB) in the soil and inhibited that of denitrification gene(nar G). BAC exposure resulted in the decrease of the alpha diversity of soil microbial community and the enrichment of Crenarchaeota and Proteobacteria.
