| 1 | The transmission link of CAPS navigation and communication system显示文摘The Chinese Area Positioning System (CAPS) is based on communication satellites with integrated capability, which is different from the Global Positioning System (GPS), the International Maritime Satellite Organization (Inmarsat) and so on. CAPS works at C-band, and its navigation information is not directly generated from the satellite, but from the master control station on the ground and transmitted to users via the satellite. The slightly inclined geostationary-satellite orbit (SIGSO) satellites are adopted in CAPS. All of these increase the difficulty in the design of the system and terminals. In this paper, the authors study the CAPS configuration parameters of the navigation master control station, information transmission capability, and the selection of the antenna aperture of the communication center station, as well as the impact of satellite parameters on the whole communication system from the perspective of the transmission link budget. The conclusion of availability of the CAPS navigation system is achieved. The results show that the CAPS inbound communication system forms a new low-data-rate satellite communication system, which can accommodate mass communication terminals with the transmission rate of no more than 1 kbps for every terminal. The communication center station should be configured with a large-aperture antenna (about 10-15 m); spread spectrum com- munication technology should be used with the spreading gain as high as about 40 dB; reduction of the satellite transponder gain attenuation is beneficial to improving the signal-to-noise ratio of the system, with the attenuation value of 0 or 2 dB as the best choice. The fact that the CAPS navigation system has been checked and accepted by the experts and the operation is stable till now clarifies the rationality of the analysis results. | 5 | Health Management of Patients with Type II Diabetes and its Influence on Chronic Complication显示文摘Objectives:To explore the application of health management in patients with type II diabetes and to analyze and compare the incidence of chronic complications.Methods:the relevant research work was carried out in our hospital.During September 2018 to September 2019,100 patients with type II diabetes were randomly divided into two groups:one group was given routine nursing intervention,the other group was given health management,and they were named control group and experimental group respectively.Each group had 50 patients,the influence of different nursing methods on the incidence of chronic complications in patients was explored.Results:In the one-year followup results,the corresponding complications of patients mainly include cardiovascular disease,kidney disease,cerebrovascular disease,fundus disease and peripheral neuropathy.The incidence of complications in the experimental group is 10.00%,while that in the control group is 32.00%.in comparison,the incidence in the experimental group is lower,and the data difference between the two group is small(P<0.05),which exists significance.Conclusion:The application of health management method in type II diabetes has significant effect,which can reduce the incidence of chronic complications,improve the quality of life of patients,and has positive significance for clinical development. | Jinmin Ren Shoumei Wang Tongzhen Zhao Junxia Cui Liqiang Wu | 2020 | Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2020,4,3: | 0 |

| 9 | LncRNA MIR144HG-derived miR-144 suppresses antibacterial signaling and facilitates bacteria escape in fish显示文摘Growing number studies show that lncRNA is an important regulatory factor and plays an irreplaceable role in innate immunity.However,most studies on lncRNA have focused on mammals and it is unknown in lower vertebrates.In this study,we identify a new lncRNA,named MIR144HG,which can have a negative role in antibacterial immunity of Miichthys miiuy caused by Vibrio anguillarum and V.harveyi.MyD88,TAK1 and p65 are very important pathway genes in antibacterial innate immune responses,whether in mammals or lower vertebrates.Here,we found that miR-144–3p could target MyD88,TAK1 and p65,inhibit host antibacterial response and promote bacterial escape.Further studies found that miR-144–3p can be derived by MIR144HG,and finally enhance the inhibitory effect of miR-144–3p on host antibacterial immunity.Moreover,V.anguillarum and V.harveyi are the two most susceptible Gram-negative pathogens in aquaculture,and the economic losses caused by these two bacteria are immeasurable every year.Our results not only elucidate the mechanism of the lncRNAmiRNA-mRNA axis in antibacterial immune responses,but also provide new insights for understanding the impact of lncRNA on host immunity and bacteria escape. | Weiwei Zheng Junxia Cui Xing Lv Shiying Xin Tianjun Xu | 2023 | Water Biology and Security2023,2,1: | 0 |

| 11 | Heat preservation,antifouling,hemostatic and antibacterial aerogel wound dressings for emergency treatment显示文摘Hemostatic dressings with multiple functions are superior to current hemostatic dressings for use in the complex situation of emergency accidents.In particular,the existing dressings lack consideration for the prevention of hypothermic shock after massive hemorrhage.In this study,gelatin(GN)and oxidized pectin(OP)were used for Schiff base cross-linking,and then polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)solution mixed with hemostatic caffeic acid(CA)was introduced to obtain aerogel substrate material(CB)after lyophilization.Polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)and silver nanowires(Ag NWs)were used to construct a hydrophobic layer,an antibacterial layer and an infrared reflective layer on both sides of CB to prepare a multifunctional aerogel wound dressing with heat preservation,antifouling,hemostasis and antibacterial properties(PDMS-Ag NW-CB).The results showed that the infrared transmittance of PDMS-Ag NW-CB is almost 0,so that thermal energy loss from the body is minimized.The contact angles with water and blood are 129°and 120°,respectively,which have the effect of antifouling.This dressing can absorb blood quickly within 10 min,adhere to and gather platelets,and achieve hemostasis.It has good antibacterial and biocompatibility.Therefore,PDMS-Ag NW-CB has great potential in application to emergency treatment. | Fangling Li Xiaoman Han Dongdong Cao Junxia Yin Li Chen Dongmei Li Lin Cui Zhiyong Liu Xuhong Guo | 2023 | Frontiers of Materials Science2023,17,2: | 0 |
