1Aqueous Chemistry of Typical Geothermal Springs with Deep Faults in Xinyi and Fengshun in Guangdong Province,China显示文摘This paper investigated aqueous chemistry for two geothermal spring groups responsive and sensitive to flow fluctuations induced by earthquakes. Quake monitorings are favored for their being in residential areas with well-preserved natural flow systems in Xinyi City's Xijiang Hot Springs and Fengshun County's Shihu Hot Spring. The hot springs are typical in temperatures and flow rates in southern China's Guangdong Province. Physical and chemical conditions deep down in the heat sources are important constraints on earthquake,fluid flow,reactive solute transport and heat transfer,but remain challenging to address via field observations and numerical experiments. In this paper,we made daily and annual observations on flow rates,temperature,and/or aqueous chemistry. We employed strontium isotopes as tracers for the water sources,equilibrium phase diagram for K-feldspar and albite stability,and Na-K-Mg diagram for heat reservoir temperatures. The abundant sulfite content in Xi- jiang Hot Springs is discussed. Our main finding are that the deep fault springs are characterized by low reduction-oxidation potential at around-200–-150 m V and relatively large daily flow variations. 3Experimental Insights on the Structural Patterns and Their Formation Mechanisms of the Xujiaweizi Fault Depression in the Songliao Basin显示文摘The Xujiaweizi(XJWZ) fault depression is a primary area for deep-seated gas exploration in Daqing. Through seismic profile interpretation, the main sag-controlling fault and structural characteristics in the XJWZ fault depression were analyzed based on folds and faults analysis. A three-dimensional geological model of the XJWZ fault depression was also set up to enable further discussion by means of structural physical modeling. According to our research, the basic structural framework of the XJWZ fault depression was the result of regional extension. Its formation and evolution were mainly controlled by the Xuxi fault. The structural framework of S-N blocking was due to changes in the fracture attitude. 7Ecological stoichiometry and biomass response of Agropyron michnoi Roshev.under simulated N deposition in a sandy grassland,China显示文摘Sandy grassland in northern China is a fragile ecosystem with poor soil fertility.Exploring how plant species regulate growth and nutrient absorption under the background of nitrogen(N)deposition is crucial for the management of the sandy grassland ecosystem.We carried out a field experiment with six N levels in the Hulunbuir Sandy Land of China from 2014 to 2016 and explored the Agropyron michnoi Roshev.responses of both aboveground and belowground biomasses and carbon(C),N and phosphorus(P)concentrations in the plant tissues and soil.With increasing N addition,both aboveground and belowground biomasses and C,N and P concentrations in the plant tissues increased and exhibited a single-peak curve.C:N and C:P ratios of the plant tissues first decreased but then increased,while the trend for N:P ratio was opposite.The peak values of aboveground biomass,belowground biomass and C concentration in the plant tissues occurred at the level of 20 g N/(m2•a),while those of N and P concentrations in the plant tissues occurred at the level of 15 g N/(m2•a).The maximum growth percentages of aboveground and belowground biomasses were 324.2%and 75.9%,respectively,and the root to shoot ratio(RSR)decreased with the addition of N.N and P concentrations in the plant tissues were ranked in the order of leaves>roots>stems,while C concentration was ranked as roots>leaves>stems.The increase in N concentration in the plant tissues was the largest(from 34%to 162%),followed by the increase in P(from 10%to 33%)and C(from 8%to 24%)concentrations.The aboveground biomass was positively and linearly correlated with leaf C,N and P,and soil C and N concentrations,while the belowground biomass was positively and linearly correlated with leaf N and soil C concentrations.These results showed that the accumulation of N and P in the leaves caused the increase in the aboveground biomass,while the accumulation of leaf N resulted in the increase in the belowground biomass.N deposition can alter the allocation of C,N and P stoichiometry in the plant tissues and has a high potential for increasing plant biomass,which is conducive to the restoration of sandy grassland.JIN Xiaoming YANG Xiaogang ZHOU Zhen ZHANG Yingqi YU Liangbin ZHANG Jinghua LIANG Runfang 2020Journal of Arid Land2020,12,5:2
83D TRANSIENT COUPLED THERMOELASTIC-PLASTIC CONTACT SEALING ANALYSIS OF REACTOR PRESSURE VESSEL显示文摘Sealing analysis of sealing system in reactor pressure vessels is relevant with multiple nonlinear coupled-field effects, so even large-scale commercial finite element software cannot finish the complicated analysis. A fmite element method of 3D transient coupled thermo-elastic-plastic contact sealing analysis for reactor pressure vessels is presented, in which the surface nonlinearity,material nonlinearity, transient heat transfer nonlinearity and multiple coupled effect are taken into account and the sealing equation is coupling solved in iterative procedure. At the same time, a computational analysis program is developed, which is applied in the sealing analysis of experimental reactor pressure vessel, and the numerical results are in good coincidence with the experimental results. 11Gene mapping of a new coat mutation in mouse显示文摘Gene mapping of a mouse coat mutation has been investigated. First, 100 10-bp random primers were used to amplify DNA, but the mutation could not be located by this method because there were no correlation between the amplified products and coat phenotypes. Second, by using ldh1 , Car2, Mup1 , Pgb1 , Hbb, Es1O, Es1, Mod1, Gdc1 , Ce2, Es3 as genetic markers, linkage test crosses (two-point test) consisting of intercrossing uncovered BALB/c mice (homozygotes) to CBA/N and C57BL/6 mice with normal hair and backcrossing the heterozygotes of the F1 to the uncovered BALB/c mice were made. It was soon evident that the mutation was linked to Es3 on chromosome 11. Furthermore, three-point test was made by using Es3 and D11 Mit8 (a microsatellite DNA) as genetic markers. The result showed that the mutation was linked to Es3 with the percentage recombination of (7.89 ± 2.19) %, and linked to D11Mit8 with the percentage recombination of (26.30 ± 3.57)%.
