Study on β-TCP Coated Porous Mg as a Bone Tissue Engineering Scaffold Material显示文摘Three-dimensional honeycomb-structured magnesium (Mg) scaffolds with interconnected pores of accurately controlled pore size and porosity were fabricated by laser perforation technique. Biodegradable and bioactive β-tricalcium phosphate (β-TCP) coatings were prepared on the porous Mg to further improve its biocompatibility, and the biodegradation mechanism was simply evaluated in vitro. It was found that the mechanical properties of this type of porous Mg significantly depended on its porosity. Elastic modulus and compressive strength similar to human bones could be obtained for the porous Mg with porosity of 42.6%-51%. It was observed that the human osteosarcoma cells (UMR106) were well adhered and proliferated on the surface of the β-TCP coated porous Mg, which indicates that the β-TCP coated porous Mg is promising to be a bone tissue engineering scaffold material.Fang Geng Lili Tan Bingchun Zhang Chunfu Wu Yonglian He Jingyu Yang Ke Yang 2009Journal of Materials Science & Technology2009,25,1:13
Alfalfa-containing diets alter luminal microbiota structure and short chain fatty acid sensing in the caecal mucosa of pigs显示文摘Background: Pork produced by outdoor-reared pigs raised mostly on alfalfa pastures attracts increasing population of consumer from most of the world. In China, pigs were raised with alfalfa-containing diets to seek for good quality pork. However, the influence of dietary alfalfa involving high level of insoluble dietary fiber(IDF) on pig intestinal luminal microbiota composition remains unclear. The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of alfalfa on luminal microbiota and short chain fatty acids(SCFA) production, and gene expressions involved in SCFA sensing, transporting and absorbing in pig caecal mucosa. Results: Twenty-four growing pigs were randomly allotted to four diets containing 0%, 5%, 10% and 15% alfalfa meal for a 28-d experiment. Ingestion of alfalfa meal-contained diets significantly increased the ratio of body weight gain to feed consumption. Illumina MiS eq sequencing of the V3 region of the 16 S r RNA genes showed that alfalfa-containing diet significantly decreased the relative abundance of genera Turicibacter, Acidiphilium, Paracoccus, Propionibacterium,Corynebacterium, Pseudomonas, Acinetobacter, and Staphylococcus, and increased the relative abundance of genera Lachnospira, Marvinbryantia, and Desulfovibrio in the caecal digesta. Butyrate concentration was significantly increased in the hindgut by the supplementation of alfalfa meal in diets. The m RNA gene expressions of FFAR3, SMCT1, MCT1,PYY, and GCG were significantly increased in the caecal mucosa of pigs fed alfalfa meal. Conclusions: Our results suggested that alfalfa-containing diet has exerted significant impacts on caecal microbiota composition, butyrate concentration and significantly upregulated m RNA expression of host caecal mucosal genes involved in SCFA sensing and absorption as well as regulation of satiety.Jiawei Wang Chunfu Qin Ting He Kai Qiu Wenjuan Sun Xin Zhang Ning Jiao Weiyun Zhu Jingdong Yin 2018Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2018,9,2:12
Influences of dietary protein sources and crude protein levels on intracellular free amino acid profile in the longissimus dorsi muscle of finishing gilts显示文摘Background: The current study was carried out to determine effects of dietary protein source and crude protein(CP)level on carcass characteristics, meat quality, and muscle amino acid(AA) profile in finishing gilts. The experiment was designed as a 2 × 2 factorial arrangement with two sources of dietary proteins(cottonseed meal, CSM vs. soybean meal, SBM) and two levels of CP(12 % vs. 14 %, as-fed basis). Seventy-two crossbred gilts(89.5 ± 0.9 kg) were allotted to one of four dietary treatments in a randomized complete block design for a period of 28 d. All diets were formulated to be isoenergetic and similar concentrations of standardized ileal digestible essential AA covering the nutrient requirements of pigs. Results: Growth, carcass characteristics and meat quality were not affected by dietary protein source nor crude protein level(P > 0.10) except that average daily feed intake was increased by CSM diets(P = 0.03). Gilts offered reduced protein diets had lower muscle p H45min(P < 0.05). Neither dietary protein source nor crude protein level influenced N deposition. However, reduced protein diets decreased N intake, N excretion, and serum urea nitrogen content, whilst improved N efficiency(P < 0.01). CSM diets increased N intake(P = 0.04),but did not depress N efficiency. The concentrations of phenylalanine, tryptophan, cysteine and tyrosine(P < 0.05) of the longissimus muscle were decreased when gilts offered CSM diets, while muscle intracellular free valine concentration was increased(P = 0.03). The gilts offered reduced protein diets had greater intracellular concentrations of free methionine, lysine, and total AA in muscle(P < 0.05).Conclusion: These results suggest that CSM could replace SBM as a primary protein source in finishing pig diets in terms of performance, N efficiency, carcass characteristics, and meat quality, but decrease the concentrations of muscle specific AA. Furthermore, the reduced protein diet played an important role in increasing muscle intracellular concentrations of specific free amino acids(FAA), and in reducing the relative ratios of specific FAA to lysine in longissimus dorsi muscle of pig, whose biological meaning needs further studies.Chunfu Qin Ping Huang Kai Qiu Wenjuan Sun Ling Xu Xin Zhang Jingdong Yin 2016Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2016,7,2:11
A review of the most recent progresses of state-of-art gallium oxide power devices显示文摘Until very recently, gallium oxide(Ga_2O_3) has aroused more and more interests in the area of power electronics due to its ultra-wide bandgap of 4.5–4.8 eV, estimated critical field of 8 MV/cm and decent intrinsic electron mobility limit of250 cm2/(V·s), yielding a high Baliga's figures-of-merit(FOM) of more than 3000, which is several times higher than GaN and SiC.In addition to its excellent material properties, potential low-cost and large size substrate through melt-grown methodology also endows β-Ga_2O_3 more potential for future low-cost power devices. This article focuses on reviewing the most recent advances ofβ-Ga_2O_3 based power devices. It will be starting with a brief introduction to the material properties of β-Ga_2O_3 and then the growth techniques of its native substrate, followed by the thin film epitaxial growth. The performance of state-of-art β-Ga_2O_3 devices, including diodes and FETs are fully discussed and compared. Finally, potential solutions to the challenges of β-Ga_2O_3 are also discussed and explored.Hong Zhou Jincheng Zhang Chunfu Zhang Qian Feng Shenglei Zhao Peijun Ma Yue Hao 2019Journal of Semiconductors2019,40,1:9
De novo assembly of a new Olea europaea genome accession using nano pore seque ncing显示文摘Olive(Olea europaea L.)is internationally renowned for its high-end product, extra virgin olive oil.An incomplete genome of O.europaea was previously obtained using shotgun sequencing in 2016.To further explore the genetic and breeding utilization of olive,an updated draft genome of olive was obtained using Oxford Nanopore third-generation sequencing and Hi-C technology.Seven different assembly strategies were used to assemble the fi nal genome of 1.30 Gb,with contig and scaffold N50 sizes of4.67 Mb and 42.60 Mb,respectively. This greatly increased the quality of the olive genome. We assembled 1.1 Gb of sequences of the total olive genome to 23 pseudochromosomes by Hi-C,and 53,518 protein-coding genes were predicted in the current assembly.Comparative genomics analyses, including gene family expansion and contraction,whole-genome replication, phylogenetic analysis, and positive selection, were performed.Based on the obtained high-quality olive genome,a total of nine gene families with 202 genes were identi fi ed in the oleuropein biosynthesis pathway, which is twice the number ofgenes identi fi ed from the previous data. This new accession of the olive genome is of suf fi cient quality for genome-wide studies on gene function in olive and has provided a foundation for the molecular breeding of olive species.Guodong Rao Jianguo Zhang Xiaoxia Liu Chunfu Lin Huaigen Xin Li Xue Chenhe Wang 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:4

Preparation and Evaluation of Insulin-loaded Nanoparticles based on Hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin Modified Carboxymethyl Chitosan for Oral Delivery显示文摘Novel insulin-loaded nanoparticles based on hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin modified carboxymethyl chitosan(CMC-HP-β-CD) were prepared to improve the oral bioavailability of insulin. The CMC-HP-β-CD was characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy and 1H-NMR spectra. The insulin-loaded nanoparticles were prepared through crosslinking with calcium ions, and the morphology and size of the prepared nanoparticles were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and dynamic light scattering(DLS). Cumulative release in vitro study was performed respectively in simulated gastric medium fluid(SGF, p H=1.2), simulated intestinal fluid(SIF, p H=6.8) and simulated colonic fluid(SCF, p H=7.4). The encapsulation efficiency of insulin was up to 87.14 ± 4.32% through high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Statistics indicated that only 15% of the encapsulated insulin was released from the CMC-HP-β-CD nanoparticles in 36 h in SGF, and about 50% of the insulin could be released from the nanoparticles in SIF, whereas more than 80% was released in SCF. In addition, the solution containing insulin nanoparticles could effectively reduce the blood glucose level of diabetic mice. The cytotoxicity test showed that the samples had no cytotoxicity. CMC-HP-β-CD nanoparticles are promising candidates as potential carriers in oral insulin delivery systems.宋豪源 马晓玲 XIONG Fuliang HONG Hui LI Chunfu LI Lianghong WU Shanshan ZHANG Xueqiong 张娟 胡建华 2016Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2016,31,6:3
A Nomogram-based Model to Predict Neoplastic Risk for Patients with Gallbladder Polyps显示文摘Background and Aims:Gallbladder polyp(GBP)assessment aims to identify the early stages of gallbladder carcinoma. Many studies have analyzed the risk factors for malignant GBPs.In this retrospective study,we aimed to establish a more accurate predictive model for potential neoplastic polyps in patients with GBPs.Methods:We devel-oped a nomogram-based model in a training cohort of 233 GBP patients.Clinical information, ultrasonographic find-ings,and blood test findings were analyzed.Mann-Whitney U test and multivariate logistic regression analyses were used to identify independent predictors and establish the nomogram model. An internal validation was conducted in 225 consecutive patients.Performance and clinical bene-fit of the model were evaluated using receiver operating characteristic curves and decision curve analysis(DCA),re-spectively.Results:Age,cholelithiasis,carcinoembryonic antigen, polyp size, and sessile shape were confirmed as independent predictors of GBP neoplastic potential in the training group.Compared with five other proposed predic-tion methods, the established nomogram model presented better discrimination of neoplastic GBPs in the training co-hort(area under the curve[AUC]:0.846)and the validation cohort(AUC:0.835).DCA demonstrated that the greatest clinical benefit was provided by the nomogram compared with the other five methods. Conclusions:Our developed preoperative nomogram model can successfully be used to evaluate the neoplastic potential of GBPs based on simple clinical variables that maybe useful for clinical decision-making.Xudong Zhang Jincheng Wang Baoqiang Wu Tao Li Lei Jin Yong Wu Peng Gao Zhen Zhang Xihu Qin Chunfu Zhu 2022Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2022,10,2:3
Interfacial Voids Trigger Carbon-Based, All-Inorganic Cs Pb IBr2 Perovskite Solar Cells with Photovoltage Exceeding 1.33 V显示文摘A novel interface design is proposed for carbon-based,all-inorganic CsPbIBr2 perovskite solar cells(PSCs)by introducing interfacial voids between TiO2 electron transport layer and CsPbIBr2 absorber.Compared with the general interfacial engineering strategies, this design exempts any extra modification layer in final PSC.More importantly, the interfacial voids produced by thermal decomposition of 2-phenylethylammonium iodide trigger three beneficial e ects.First, they promote the light scattering in CsPbIBr2 film and thereby boost absorption ability of the resulting CsPbIBr2 PSCs.Second, they suppress recombination of charge carriers and thus reduce dark saturation current density(J0)of the PSCs.Third, interfacial voids enlarge built-in potential(Vbi)of the PSCs,awarding increased driving force for dissociating photo-generated charge carriers.Consequently, the PSC yields the optimized e ciency of 10.20%coupled with an open-circuit voltage(Voc)of 1.338 V.The Voc achieved herein represents the best value among CsPbIBr2 PSCs reported earlier.Meanwhile, the non-encapsulated PSCs exhibit an excellent stability against light, thermal, and humidity stresses, since it remains^97%or^94%of its initial e ciency after being heated at 85℃for 12 h or stored in ambient atmosphere with relative humidity of 30–40%for 60 days, respectively.Weidong Zhu Zeyang Zhang Dandan Chen Wenming Chai Dazheng Chen Jincheng Zhang Chunfu Zhang Yue Hao 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,7:3
Effects of L-3-n-butylphthalide on caspase-3 and nuclear factor kappa-B expression in primary basal forebrain and hippocampal cultures after beta-amyloid peptide 1-42 treatment显示文摘BACKGROUND:L-3-n-butylphthalide(L-NBP) can inhibit phosphorylation of tau protein and reduce the neurotoxicity of beta-amyloid peptide 1-42(Aβ_(1-42)). OBJECTIVE:To observe the neuroprotective effects of L-NBP on caspase-3 and nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB) expression in a rat model of Alzheimer's disease. DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:A cell experiment was performed at the Central Laboratory of Provincial Hospital affiliated to Shandong University between January 2008 and August 2008. MATERIALS:L-NBP(purity>98%) was provided by Shijiazhuang Pharma Group NBP Pharmaceutical Company Limited.Aβ_(1-42),3-[4,5-dimethylthiazolo-2]-2,5 iphenyltetrazolium bromide(MTT),and rabbit anti-Caspase-3 polyclonal antibody were provided by Cell Signaling, USA;goat anti-choactase and rabbit anti-NF-κB antibodies were provided by Santa Cruz,USA. METHODS:Primary cultures were generated from rat basal forebrain and hippocampal neurons at 17 or 19 days of gestation. The cells were assigned into five groups:the control group, the Aβ_(1-42) group(2μmol/ L),the Aβ_(1-42) + 0.1μmol/L L-NBP group, the Aβ_(1-42)+ 1μmol/L L-NBP group, and the Aβ_(1-42)+ 10μmol/L L-NBP group. The neurons were treated with Aβ_(1-42)(2μmol/L) alone or in combination with L-NBP(0.1,1,10μmol/L) for 48 hours.Cells in the control group were incubated in PBS. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Morphologic changes were evaluated using inverted microscopy, viability using the MTT method, and the changes in caspase-3 and NF-κB expression using Western blot. RESULTS:Induction with Aβ_(1-42) for 48 hours caused cell death and soma atrophy, and increased caspase-3 and NF-κB expression(P<0.05).L-NBP blocked these changes in cell morphology, decreased caspase-3 and NF-κB expression(P<0.05),and improved cell viability, especially at the high dose(P<0.05). CONCLUSION:Aβ_(1-42) is toxic to basal forebrain and hippocampal primary neurons;L-NBP protects against this toxicity and inhibits the induction of caspase-3 and NF-κB expression.Ruixia Wang Yong Zhang Liangliang Jiang Guozhao Ma Qingxi Fu Jialong Li Peng Yan Lunqian Shen Yabo Feng Chunxia Li Zaiying Pang Yuanxiao Cui Chunfu Chen Yifeng Du Zhaokong Liu 2009Neural Regeneration Research2009,4,4:3
A Sensor Anonymity Enhancement Scheme Based on Pseudonym for Clustered Wireless Sensor Network显示文摘Security problem is an important issue for Wireless Sensor Network. The paper focuses on the privacy protection of WSN applications. An anonymity enhancement tactic based on pseudonym mechanism is presented for clustered Wireless Sensor Network, which provides anonymity for both the sensors within a cluster and the cluster head nodes.Simulation experiments are launched through NS2 platform to validate the anonymity performance. The theoretical analysis and empirical study imply that the proposed scheme based on pseudonym can protect the privacies of both the sensor nodes and the cluster head nodes. The work is valuable and the experimental results are convincible.SHI Leyi FU Wenjing JIA Cong LIU Xin JIA Chunfu 2014China Communications2014,11,9:2
An Intrusion Detection Method Based on Hierarchical Hidden Markov Models显示文摘This paper presents an anomaly detection approach to detect intrusions into computer systems. In this approach, a hier- archical hidden Markov model (HHMM) is used to represent a temporal profile of normal behavior in a computer system. The HHMM of the norm profile is learned from historic data of the system’s normal behavior. The observed behavior of the system is analyzed to infer the probability that the HHMM of the norm pro- file supports the observed behavior. A low probability of support indicates an anomalous behavior that may result from intrusive activities. The model was implemented and tested on the UNIX system call sequences collected by the University of New Mexico group. The testing results showed that the model can clearly iden- tify the anomaly activities and has a better performance than hid- den Markov model.JIA Chunfu YANG Feng 2007Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences2007,12,1:2
SecureWeb: Protecting Sensitive Information Through the Web Browser Extension with a Security Token显示文摘The leakage of sensitive data occurs on a large scale and with increasingly serious impact. It may cause privacy disclosure or even property damage. Password leakage is one of the fundamental reasons for information leakage, and its importance is must be emphasized because users are likely to use the same passwords for different Web application accounts. Existing approaches use a password manager and encrypted Web application to protect passwords and other sensitive data; however, they may be compromised or lack accessibility. The paper presents Secure Web, which is a secure, practical, and user-controllable framework for mitigating the leakage of sensitive data. Secure Web protects users' passwords and aims to provide a unified protection solution to diverse sensitive data. The efficiency of the developed schemes is demonstrated and the results indicate that it has a low overhead and are of practical use.Shuang Liang Yue Zhang Bo Li Xiaojie Guo Chunfu Jia Zheli Liu 2018Tsinghua Science and Technology2018,23,5:2
The crosstalk between the caspase family and the cGAS-STING signaling pathway显示文摘Cytosolic nucleic acid sensors are critical for sensing nucleic acids and initiating innate immunity during microbial infections and/or cell death.Over the last decade, several key studies have characterized the conserved mechanism of cyclic guanosine monophosphate-adenosine monophosphate synthase(cGAS)and the downstream signaling adaptor stimulator of interferon genes(STING)initiating the innate immune signaling pathways.Aside from its primary involvement in microbial infections and inflammatory diseases, there is growing interest in the alternate roles of cGAS-STING-mediated signaling.Caspase family members are powerful functional proteins that respond to cellular stress, including cell death signals, inflammation, and innate immunity.Recent studies have uncovered how the caspase family cooperates with the cGAS-STING signaling pathway. Most caspase family members negatively regulate the cGAS-STING signaling pathway. In turn, some caspase family members can also be modulated by cGAS-STING.This review gives a detailed account of the interplay between the caspase family and the cGAS-STING signaling pathway, which will shed light on developing novel therapeutics targeting the caspase family and cGAS-STING signaling in antiviral innate immunity, cancer, inflammatory, and autoimmunity.Yongai Xiong Yan-Dong Tang Chunfu Zheng 2021Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2021,13,10:2
The RING finger protein family in health and disease显示文摘Ubiquitination is a highly conserved and fundamental posttranslational modification(PTM)in all eukaryotes regulating thousands of proteins. The RING(really interesting new gene)finger(RNF)protein, containing the RING domain, exerts E3 ubiquitin ligase that mediates the covalent attachment of ubiquitin(Ub)to target proteins.Multiple reviews have summarized the critical roles of the tripartite-motif(TRIM)protein family,a subgroup of RNF proteins,in various diseases, including cancer, inflammatory, infectious, and neuropsychiatric disorders.Except for TRIMs,since numerous studies over the past decades have delineated that other RNF proteins also exert widespread involvement in several diseases, their importance should not be underestimated. This review summarizes the potential contribution of dysregulated RNF proteins, except for TRIMs,to the pathogenesis of some diseases, including cancer, autoimmune diseases, and neurodegenerative disorder.Since viral infection is broadly involved in the induction and development of those diseases, this manuscript also highlights the regulatory roles of RNF proteins, excluding TRIMs,in the antiviral immune responses. In addition,we further discuss the potential intervention strategies targeting other RNF proteins for the prevention and therapeutics of those human diseases.Chunmei Cai Yan-Dong Tang Jingbo Zhai Chunfu Zheng 2022Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,9:2
Human iPS Cells Loaded with MnO2-Based Nanoprobes for Photodynamic and Simultaneous Enhanced Immunotherapy Against Cancer显示文摘How to trigger strong anti-tumor immune responses has become a focus for tumor therapy. Here,we report the human-induced pluripotent stem cells(iPSs)to deliver MnO2@Ce6 nanoprobes into tumors for simultaneous photodynamic therapy(PDT)and enhanced immunotherapy.Ce6 photosensitizer was attached on manganese dioxide(MnO2)nanoparticles,and resultant MnO2@Ce6 nanoprobes were delivered into mitomycin-treated iPSs to form iPS-MnO2@Ce6 nanoprobes. The iPS-MnO2@Ce6 actively targeted in vivo tumors, the acidic microenvironment triggered interaction between MnO2 and H2O2,released large quantities of oxygen, alleviated hypoxia in tumor.Upon PDT,singlet oxygen formed, broken iPSs released tumor-shared antigens, which evoked an intensive innate and adaptive immune response against the tumor, improving dendritic cells matured, effector T cells, and natural killer cells were activated.Meanwhile, regulatory T cells were reduced, and then the immune response induced by iPS-MnO2@Ce6 was markedly stronger than the immune reaction induced by MnO2@Ce6(P<0.05).The iPS-MnO2@Ce6 markedly inhibited tumor growth and metastasis and reduced mortality in mice models with tumor.Human iPS s loaded with MnO2-based nanoprobes are a promising strategy for simultaneous PDT and enhanced immunotherapy against tumor and own clinical translational prospect.Yanlei Liu Jingxing Yang Bin Liu Wen Cao Jingpu Zhang Yuming Yang Lijun Ma Jesus Martinez de la Fuente Jie Song Jian Ni Chunfu Zhang Daxiang Cui 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,10:2
Evolution of shoals and vegetation of Jiuduansha in the Changjiang River Estuary of China in the last 30 years显示文摘The evolution of the shoals and vegetation plays an important role in maintaining the stability of the river regime and the estuarine ecosystem. However, the interaction between the evolution of shoals and vegetation dynamic has rarely been reported. In this study, we determined the interaction between the shoal and vegetation evolution of Jiuduansha in the Changjiang River Estuary in the last 30 years. We did this through the collection and summarization of the existing data of the regional hydrological processes, wading engineering, and vegetation, and combined it with the analysis of nautical charts and remote sensing images. During the past 30 years, the expansion of the shoals within the 0 m isobath in Jiuduansha was obvious, with an increase of 176.5%, while the expansion of the shoals within the 5 m isobath was relatively slow. The regional hydrological characteristics in the Jiuduansha area changed dramatically, especially the sediment discharges. The area of vegetation in Jiuduansha increased from 9.1 km^2 in 1990 to 65.68 km^2 in 2015, while the variations in the different vegetation types were different. The best combination of environmental factors with a significant correlation on the shoals within the 0 m isobath is the area of Spartina alterniflora and Phragmites australis. The evolution of Jiuduansha shoals was significantly affected by the variations in hydrological characteristics. Meanwhile, on a long-term scale, the expansion of the shoals could promote the regional vegetation expansions due to the suitable elevation and environmental conditions it provides. The interaction between the shoal and vegetation evolution varied in the different vegetation types and different elevations. In the future, long-term monitoring and detailed data are needed to the systematical analysis of the interaction between the hydrological processes and the evolution of the shoal and vegetation.Fengrun Wu Chunfu Tong Mitch Torkelson Yan Wang 2020Acta Oceanologica Sinica2020,39,8:2
An Efficient Format-Preserving Encryption Mode for Practical Domains显示文摘Format-preserving encryption (FPE), which makes sure that ciphertext has the same format as plaintext, has been widely used in protecting sensitive data in a database. Aiming at efficiently solving the FPE problem on a collection of practical domains, we propose the RREM (random reference-based encryption mode), which constructs bijection between the original domain and integer set through distance computation. If an appropriate distance function is predefined, the proposed mode can solve the FPE problem on linear equidistance domain in a more efficient way than previous methods. Furthermore, we make a classification on various types of domains, show the application of RREM in some practical domains, and specify RREM's capability of solving the FPE problem on frequently-used fields in database quite efficiently.LI Jingwei LIU Zheli XU Li JIA Chunfu 2012Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences2012,17,5:2
