4Enhanced grain refinement of Al-Si alloys by novel Al-V-B refiners显示文摘Al-V-B master alloy is promising for refining Al-Si alloys,yet its optimal composition with superior efficacy remains to be explored.In this work,the evolution of refining phases in the Al-10 Si/Al-V-B system with different V:B ratios was evaluated by thermodynamic calculations,based on which the Al-V-B refiners with V:B=1:1 and 5:1 were designed.Refining trails demonstrated that they could significantly reduce the grain size of Al-10 Si(wt.%)alloy from 1736 to 184-245μm with industrial addition amount.Detailed examinations results clarify that when V:B ratio is 1:1 the nucleation particle is(V,Al)B_(2),which has a VB_(2)-AlB_(2) core-shell structure and therefore presents the nucleation capability as AlB_(2) particle.When V:B ratio is as high as 5:1,the nucleation particle is pure VB_(2).Density functional theory(DFT)calculation indicates that(0001)VB_(2)/(111)α-Al interface has the lowest interfacial energy such that highest nucleation potency among other types of diboride/α-Al interfaces under consideration.The outcomes of this work provide fundamental guidance to develop superior V-B based refiners for Al-Si alloys.Chenxi Zhao Yang Li Jin Xu Qun Luo Ying Jiang Qiling Xiao Qian Li 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,35:4
5Saturated absorption of different layered Bi_2Se_3 films in the resonance zone显示文摘Here, we used the micro P-scan method to investigate the saturated absorption(SA) of different layered Bi_2Se_3 continuous films. Through resonance excitation, first, we studied the influence of the second surface state(SS) on SA. The second SS resonance excitation(~2.07 e V) resulted in a free carrier cross section that was 4 orders of magnitude larger than usual. At the same time, we found that the fast relaxation process of the massless Dirac electrons is much shorter than that of electrons in bulk states. Moreover, the second SS excitation resonance reduced the saturation intensity. Second, we studied the effect of the thickness on the SA properties of materials.The results showed that the saturation intensity was positively correlated to the thickness, the same as the modulation depth, and the thicker the Bi_2Se_3 film was, the less the second SS would influence it. 6A high performance adaptive on-time controlled valley-current-mode DC–DC buck converter显示文摘This paper presents an AOT-controlled(adaptive-on-time,AOT)valley-current-mode buck converter for portable application.The buck converter with synchronous rectifier not only uses valley-current-mode control but also possesses hybridmode control functions at the same time.Due to the presence of the zero-current detection circuit,the converter can switch freely between the two operating modes without the need for an external mode selection circuit,which further reduces the design difficulty and chip area.The converter for the application of high power efficiency and wide current range is used to generate the voltage of 0.6–3.0 V with a battery source of 3.3–5.0 V,while the load current range is 0.05–2 A.The circuit can work in continuous conduction mode with constant frequency in high load current range.In addition,a stable output voltage can be obtained with small voltage ripple.In pace with the load current decreases to a critical value,the converter transforms into the discontinuous conduction mode smoothly.As the switching period increases,the switching loss decreases,which can significantly improve the conversion efficiency.The proposed AOT controlled valley current mode buck converter is integrated with standard 0.18μm process and the simulation results show that the converter provides well-loaded regulations with power efficiency over 95%.When the circuit switches between the two conduction modes drastically,the response time can be controlled within 30μs.The undershoot voltage is controlled within 25 mV under a large current hopping range.Chanrong Jiang Changchun Chai Chenxi Han Yintang Yang 2020Journal of Semiconductors2020,41,6:3

8Multi-objective microgrid optimal dispatching based on improved bird swarm algorithm显示文摘Multi-objective optimal dispatching schemes with intelligent algorithms are recognized as effective measures to promote the economics and environmental friendliness of microgrid applications.However,the low accuracy and poor convergence of these algorithms have been challenging for system operators.The bird swarm algorithm(BSA),a new bio-heuristic cluster intelligent algorithm,can potentially address these challenges;however,its computational iterative process may fall into a local optimum and result in premature convergence when optimizing small portions of multi-extremum functions.To analyze the impact of a multi-objective economic-environmental dispatching of a microgrid and overcome the aforementioned problems of the BSA,a self-adaptive levy flight strategy-based BSA(LF-BSA)was proposed.It can solve the dispatching problems of microgrid and enhance its dispatching convergence accuracy,stability,and speed,thereby improving its optimization performance.Six typical test functions were used to compare the LF-BSA with three commonly accepted algorithms to verify its excellence.Finally,a typical summer-time daily microgrid scenario under grid-connected operational conditions was simulated.The results proved the feasibility of the proposed LF-BSA,effectiveness of the multi-objective optimization,and necessity of using renewable energy and energy storage in microgrid dispatching optimization.Xiaoyan Ma Yunfei Mu Yu Zhang Chenxi Zang Shurong Li Xinyang Jiang Meng Cui 2022Global Energy Interconnection2022,5,2:2
9What is the meaning of health literacy?A systematic review and qualitative synthesis显示文摘The objective of this review was to clarify what health literacy represents.A systematic review with qualitative syntheses was performed(CRD42017065149).Studies concerning health literacy in all settings were included.Studies before 15 March 2017 were identified from PubMed,Medline,Embase,Web of Science,Scopus,PsycARTICLES and the Cochrane Library.The included literature either had defined the concept of health literacy or made a detailed explanation of health literacy.A total of 34 original studies met the inclusion criteria,including 13 involved in previous systematic reviews and 21 new studies.Health literacy was commonly conceptualised as a set of knowledge,a set of skills or a hierarchy of functions(functional-interactive critical).The construct of health literacy covers three broad elements:(1)knowledge of health,healthcare and health systems;(2)processing and using information in various formats in relation to health and healthcare;and(3)ability to maintain health through self-management and working in partnerships with health providers.Health literacy is defined as the ability of an individual to obtain and translate knowledge and information in order to maintain and improve health in a way that is appropriate to the individual and system contexts.This definition highlights the diversity of needs from different individuals and the importance of interactions between individual consumers,healthcare providers and healthcare systems.Chenxi Liu Dan Wang Chaojie Liu Junnan Jiang Xuemei Wang Haihong Chen Xin Ju Xinping Zhang 2020Family Medicine and Community Health2020,8,2:2
10Tandem organic solar cells with efficiency over 19% via the careful subcell design and optimization显示文摘The series-connected tandem device strategy is an effective approach to promote the efficiency of organic solar cells(OSCs) with broadened absorption range and alleviated thermalization and transmission loss.In this article,two nonfullerene acceptors,FB rThCl and BTP-4Se,with complementary absorptions covering the range from 300 to 1,000 nm were designed and synthesized for the front and rear cell,respectively.The front cell based on D18:FBr-ThCl exhibited a Voc of 1.053 V with high external quantum efficiency(EQE) response values ranging from 300 to 740 nm.The rear cell with a ternary active layer PM6:BTP-4 Se:F-2F was optimized and afforded the Voc of 0.840 V and Jsc of 26.88 mA cm^(-2).Subsequently,the tandem device was constructed with a fully solution-processed interconnected layer of ZnO/PEDOT:PS S/PMA,and demonstrated a power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 19.55% with a Voc of 1.880 V,a Jsc of 13.25 mA cm^(-2) and an FF of 78.47%.Lingxian Meng Huazhe Liang Guangkun Song Mingpeng Li Yuzhong Huang Changzun Jiang Kai Zhang Fei Huang Zhaoyang Yao Chenxi Li Xiangjian Wan Yongsheng Chen 2023Science China Chemistry2023,66,3:1

12Large scale fabrication of graphene for oil and organic solvent absorption显示文摘A simple method for synthesizing highly wrinkled and less layered structure of graphene sheets by using a mechano-thermal exfoliation method was developed. During this process, graphite and ammonium chloride(NH_4Cl) powders were loaded by milling and followed with heating at a quartz tube under a nitrogen gas flow. The method is facile and easy for scaling up. 14Si-induced insertion of Li into SiC to form Li-rich SiC twin crystal显示文摘The energy density of Li-ion batteries is closely related to the capacity and average voltage of cathode materials.Unfortunately,current cathode materials either have low capacity or voltage,which limits the development of high-energy-density Li-ion batteries.This has given challenge to many attempts to develop new cathode materials with high capacity and voltage.In this study,we find that Li easily inserts into the(111)plane of SiC in the presence of Si,and a well-organized Li-rich SiC twin crystal is formed.Ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflectance spectra and electrochemical test results suggest that this Li-rich SiC twin crystal possesses the band gap energy of 3.5 eV and charging capacity of 1979 mAh/g at the current density of 200 mA/g,making it a promising candidate for the cathode material in high-capacity Li-ion batteries.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy results reveal that Si-induced Li insertion contributes to the changes in the surface species and structure of pristine SiC.These findings suggest that the Li-rich SiC twin crystal raises new possibilities for the development of high-capacity cathode materials and merits further investigation to expand its application scope.Di Zhang Chenxi Zhang Feng Lu Hairong Jiang Fei Wei 2023Particuology2023,,3:0
15Factors Controlling Organic Matter Enrichment in Alkaline Lacustrine Source Rocks:A Case Study of the Late Paleozoic Fengcheng Formation in the Junggar Basin,NW China显示文摘The late Paleozoic Fengcheng Formation shale(LPF shale)in the Junggar Basin,NW China,is the oldest alkaline source rock discovered in the world,providing a unique perspective with which to explore organic matter(OM)enrichment in alkaline lake environments.Combined with the organic carbon isotope profile and paleoenvironmental proxies,this study reveals that the LPF shale was deposited in an arid climate with high salinity and a strong reducing environment,accompanied by frequent volcanic activity.High TOC values are concentrated in two intervals with frequent fluctuations in OM types.A negative excursion due to changes in sedimentary OM source is found in the δ^(13)C_(org) profile.The excursion corresponds to the OM enrichment interval and is accompanied by abnormally high values of Sr/Ba and Sr/Cu.This implies that the extreme arid climate has led to high salinity,resulting in strong reducibility and changes in paleontological assemblages,which in turn controlled the differential enrichment of OM.The Fengcheng Fm.high-quality source rocks are the result of the combined action of climatic events,volcanism,high-salinity water environment and superior hydrocarbon-generating organisms.The results provide new insights into the formation conditions of terrestrial alkaline high-quality source rocks and the factors controlling alkaline OM enrichment.HUANG Renda JIANG Fujie HU Tao CHEN Di HUANG Liliang LIU Zheyu WANG Xiaohao ZHANG Chenxi LU Jiahao WU Yuping 2023Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2023,97,6:0
16A saturated saltwater drilling fluid based on salt-responsive polyampholytes显示文摘Based on special antipolyelectrolyte effect of zwitterion polymer with same quantity of anionic and cationic charges, we developed two types of salt-responsive polyampholytes, one with high molecular weight and low charge density(HvL) and the other with low molecular weight and high charge density(LvH), by inverse emulsion polymerization. Molecular structure and salt-responsiveness of them were characterized by 1 H-NMR and rheology measurement, respectively. HvL and LvH were evaluated in saturated-salt bentonite suspension and influences of their ratio on apparent viscosity and fluid loss were investigated as well. The results indicate that HvL is better at decreasing fluid loss while LvH is better at maintaining low viscosity. A saturated saltwater drilling fluid centering on HvL and Lv H with simple formula was designed and applied. It is indicated that salt-responsive polyampholytes are fundamentally better than AM-AMPS anionic copolymer and AM-AMPS-DMDAAC amphoteric copolymer. The saturated saltwater drilling fluid has excellent thermal stability, tolerance to bentonite and shale cuttings, and certain resistance to CaCl_2. 1845-GHz and 60-GHz 90 nm CMOS power amplifiers with a fully symmetrical 8-way transformer power combiner显示文摘In this paper, 45 GHz and 60 GHz power amplifiers(PAs) with high output power have been successfully designed by using 90 nm CMOS process. The 45 GHz(60 GHz) PA consists of two(four) differential stages. The sizes of transistors have been designed in an appropriate way so as to trade-off gain, efficiency and stability. Due to limited supply voltage and low breakdown voltage of CMOS MOSFET compared with the traditional III-V technologies, the technique of power combining has been applied to achieve a high output power. In particular, a novel 8-way distributed active transformer power combiner has been proposed for realizing such mm-wave PA. The proposed transformer combiner with a fully symmetrical layout can improve its input impedance balance at mm-wave frequency regime significantly. 19Activation of Pancreatic Acinar FXR Protects against Pancreatitis via Osginl-Mediated Restoration of Efficient Autophagy显示文摘Pancreatitis is the leading cause of hospitalization in gastroenterology,and no medications are available for treating this disease in current clinical practice.FxR plays an anti-inflammatory role in diverse inflammatory diseases,while its function in pancreatitis remains unknown.In this study,we initially observed a marked increase of nuclear FXR in pancreatic tissues of human patients ithpancratis eleting theFXRinpancreati acinar cels FXRicnara/a)ledto moreseverepancreatitis in mousemodels of caerulein-induced acute and chronic pancreatitis,while the FXR agonist GW4064 significantly attenuated pancreatitis in caerulein or arginine-induced acute pancreatitis and caerulein-induced chronic pancreatitis.FXR deletion impaired the viability and stress responses of pancreatic exocrine organoids(PEOs)in vitro.Utilizing RNA-seq and ChIP-seq of PEOs,we identified Osginl as a direct target of FxR in the exocrine pancreas,which was also increasingly expressed in human pancreatitis tissues compared to normal pancreatic tissues.Pancreatic knockdown of Osgin1 by AAV-pan abolished the therapeutic effects of FXR activation on pancreatitis,whereas pancreatic overexpression of Osginl effectively alleviated caerulein-induced pancreatitis.Mechanistically,we found that the FXR-OSGINl axis stimulated autophagic flux in the pancreatic tissues and cell lines,which was considered as the intrinsic mechanisms through which FXR-OSGINI protecting against pancreatitis.Our results highlight the protective role of the FXR-OSGIN1 axis in pancreatitis and provided a new target for the treatment of this disease.Yufan Zheng Wenrui Sun Zhengyang Wang Jiaying Liu Cong Shan Chenxi He Borui Li Xiao Hu Wenjia Zhu Liyan Liu Fei Lan Changtao Jiang Chao Zhao Xiaobo Li Ning Sun 2023Research2023,,1:0
20Neddylation is a novel therapeutic target for lupus by regulating double negative T cell homeostasis显示文摘Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),a severe autoimmune disorder,is characterized by systemic inflammatory response,autoantibody accumulation and damage to organs.The dysregulation of double-negative(DN)T cells is considered as a crucial commander during SLE.Neddylation,a significant type of protein post-translational modification(PTM),has been well-proved to regulate T cell-mediated immune response.However,the function of neddylation in SLE is still unknown.Here,we reported that neddylation inactivation with MLN4924,a specific inhibitor of NEDD8-activating enzyme E1(NAE1),or genetic abrogation of Ube2m in T cells decreased DN T cell accumulation and attenuated murine lupus development.Further investigations revealed that inactivation of neddylation blocked Bim ubiquitination degradation and maintained Bim level in DN T cells,contributing to the apoptosis of the accumulated DN T cells in lupus mice.Then double knockout(KO)lupus-prone mice(Ube2m-/-Bim-/-lpr)were generated and results showed that loss of Bim reduced Ube2m deficiency-induced apoptosis in DN T cells and reversed the alleviated lupus progression.Our findings identified that neddylation inactivation promoted Bim-mediated DN T cell apoptosis and attenuated lupus progression.Clinically,we also found that in SLE patients,the proportion of DN T cells was raised and their apoptosis was reduced.Moreover,compared to healthy groups,SLE patients exhibited decreased Bim levels and elevated Cullin1 neddylation levels.Meantime,the inhibition of neddylation induced Bim-dependent apoptosis of DN T cells isolated from SLE patients.Altogether,our findings provide the direct evidence about the function of neddylation during lupus,suggesting a promising therapeutic approach for this disease.Yun Zhang Lijun Du Chenxi Wang Zhangsheng Jiang Qingchi Duan Yiping Li Zhijun Xie Zhixing He Yi Sun Lin Huang Liwei Lu Chengping Wen 2024Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2024,9,2:0
