1Mushroom Poisoning Outbreaks-China,2020显示文摘What is already known about this topic?Acute liver failure,rhabdomyolysis,acute renal failure,and hemolysis caused by poisonous mushrooms are the most important mushroom poisoning threats to the Chinese population.The most notorious lethal mushrooms are the species from genera Amanita,Lepiota,and Galerina that cause acute liver failure,and Russula subnigricans that leads to rhabdomyolysis.What is added by this report?In 2020,the total number of investigations reached 676,involving an estimated 102 species of poisonous mushrooms,24 of which were newly recorded in China.Gyromitra venenata was newly discovered in incidents in Yunnan and Guizhou provinces and were the first reported poisonings due to gyromitrins in China since 2000.The rare poisoning Shiitake mushroom dermatitis was recorded in China.Hemolysis poisoning caused by Paxillus involutus was recorded for the second time since the beginning of the new century,resulting in one death in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.What are the implications for public health practice?Promoting knowledge about safe consumption of mushrooms is essential to reduce mushroom poisonings.It is not wise to collect and eat wild mushrooms.For southwestern provinces such as Yunnan,especially,caution must be exercised with unfamiliar mushroom species.Haijiao Li Hongshun Zhang Yizhe Zhang Jing Zhou Yu Yin Qian He Shaofeng Jiang Peibin Ma Yutao Zhang Ke Wen Yuan Yuan Nan Lang Bowen Cheng Junjia Lu Chengye Sun 2021China CDC weekly2021,3,3:13

3NUMERICAL ANALYSIS AND EXPERI-MENT OF UNSTEADY THERMAL FIELD OF ROTOR PLATE FOR EDDY CURRENT RETARDER显示文摘The physical model based on heat transfer theory and virtual boundary method for analyzing unsteady thermal field of rotor plate for eddy current retarder used in automobile is established and boundary conditions are also defined. The finite element governing equation is derived by Galerkin method. The time differential item is discrete based on Galerkin format that is stable at any condition. And a new style of varying time step method is used in iteration process. The thermal field on the rotor plate at the radial and axle directions is analyzed and varying temperature at appointed points on two side-surfaces is measured. The testing and analytical data are uniform approximately. 4Plasma metabolomic and lipidomic alterations associated with COVID-19显示文摘The pandemic of the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has become a global public health crisis.The symptoms of COVID-19 range from mild to severe,but the physiological changes associated with COVID-19 are barely understood.In this study,we performed targeted metabolomic and lipidomic analyses of plasma from a cohort of patients with COVID-19 who had experienced different symptoms.We found that metabolite and lipid alterations exhibit apparent correlation with the course of disease in these patients,indicating that the development of COVID-19 affected their whole-body metabolism.In particular,malic acid of the TCA cycle and carbamoyl phosphate of the urea cycle result in altered energy metabolism and hepatic dysfunction,respectively.It should be noted that carbamoyl phosphate is profoundly down-regulated in patients who died compared with patients with mild symptoms.And,more importantly,guanosine monophosphate(GMP),which is mediated not only by GMP synthase but also by CD39 and CD73,is significantly changed between healthy subjects and patients with COVID-19,as well as between the mild and fatal cases.In addition,dyslipidemia was observed in patients with COVID-19.Overall,the disturbed metabolic patterns have been found to align with the progress and severity of COVID-19.This work provides valuable knowledge about plasma biomarkers associated with COVID-19 and potential therapeutic targets,as well as an important resource for further studies of the pathogenesis of COVID-19.Di Wu Ting Shu Xiaobo Yang Jian-Xin Song Mingliang Zhang Chengye Yao Wen Liu Muhan Huang Yuan Yu Qingyu Yang Tingju Zhu Jiqian Xu Jingfang Mu Yaxin Wang Hong Wang Tang Tang Yujie Ren Yongran Wu Shu-Hai Lin Yang Qiu Ding-Yu Zhang You Shang Xi Zhou 2020National Science Review2020,7,7:9

6Weak harmonic signal detection method in chaotic interference based on extended Kalman filter显示文摘The traditional methods of weak harmonic signal detection under strong chaotic interference often suffer from high computational complexity and poor performance. In this paper, an Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) based detection method is proposed for the detection of weak harmonic signal. The EKF method avoids matrix inversion by iterating measurement equation and state equation, which simultaneously improves the robustness and reduces the complexity. 7Complete sequence and gene organization of the mitochondrial genome of Batocera lineolata Chevrolat(Coleoptera:Cerambycidae)显示文摘Batocera lineolata Chevrolat,1852 is an important forest pest that is found mainly in China,Vietnam,India,and Japan.The complete mitochondrial genome(mitogenome) sequence of B.lineolata was determined by long polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and conserved primer walking approaches.The results showed that the entire mitogenome is 15418 bp long with 74.48% A+T content.The positions and arrangement of the 37 genes encoded by the genome are identical to the mitogenomes of two other longhorn beetles for which the complete gene content and arrangement are publicly available.All protein-coding genes start with the ATN codon that is a typical initiation codon in insects.All transfer RNAs(tRNAs) were predicted to form the standard clover-leaf structure,except for tRNA Ser(AGN),which lacks the dihydrouridine(DHU) arm.The most unusual feature that was found was the use of TCT as the tRNA Ser(AGN) anticodon instead of the GCT that is used in most other arthropods.The lack of tandem repeat motif in the 735 bp long A+T-rich region was another unusual feature of the B.lineolata mitogenome.The short,highly conserved polythymidine stretch that was previously described in the Orthoptera and Diptera orders was also present in the A+T-rich region of the B.lineolata(order Coleoptera) mitogenome.The sequence and annotation of the mitogenome of B.lineolata will provide further insights into the diversity and evolution of the Cerambycidae family of long-horned beetles.The B.lineolata mitogenome sequence has been deposited in GenBank(http://gffzz16a62c593b5540cehbuuqwubkcwu06nfn.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/Genbank/) under accession number JN986793.WANG ChengYe FENG Ying CHEN XiaoMing 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,27:6
