1东昆仑卡而却卡铜矿区花岗闪长岩及其暗色微粒包体成因:锆石U-Pb年龄、岩石地球化学及Sr-Nd-Hf同位素证据显示文摘卡而却卡铜多金属矿区花岗闪长岩体中广泛分布具有似斑状结构的闪长质包体,包体主要为椭圆形,定向排列,具有与寄主岩石相似的矿物组合,但角闪石含量明显比寄主岩石高,具有明显的不平衡反应结构,发育针状磷灰石。LA-MC-ICP-MS锆石U-Pb测试表明,暗色微粒包体形成于(234.1±0.6)Ma,寄主花岗闪长岩形成于(234.4±0.6)Ma,为岩浆混合作用的存在提供了有力证据。地球化学特征显示,暗色包体Si O2、Mg O含量较寄主岩石高,更偏基性;均富集大离子亲石元素和轻稀土元素,亏损高场强元素,但寄主花岗闪长岩LaN/YbN值(11.6~19.0)明显高于暗色包体(5.0~9.7),Nb/Ta值(10.6~11.7)低于暗色包体(11.6~14.8)。二者具有相近的Sr-Nd-Hf同位素组成,花岗闪长岩的εNd(t)值为-5.3^-4.2,(87Sr/86Sr)i值为0.71110~0.71125,εHf(t)为-5.8^-3.4,tDM(Hf)为1012~1102 Ma;暗色包体的εNd(t)值为-5.2^-5.0,(87Sr/86Sr)i值为0.71114~0.71171,εHf(t)为-6.3^-1.6,tDM(Hf)为937~1129 Ma。综上推测,在中三叠世俯冲—碰撞转换阶段,EMⅡ型富集岩石圈地幔在上涌软流圈物质的作用下发生部分熔融产生基性岩浆,并底侵下地壳物质局部熔融形成长英质岩浆房,进而由基性岩浆注入长英质岩浆房后,经过演化形成微粒包体,演化了的基性岩浆与长英质岩浆混合,最终形成含微粒包体的均一岩浆,这种岩浆结晶后形成含暗色包体花岗闪长岩。高永宝 李侃 钱兵 李文渊 李东生 苏生顺 Chenguang Zhang 张大民 王生明 2015中国地质2015,42,3:27
2Manganese is critical for antitumor immune responses via cGAS-STING and improves the efficacy of clinical immunotherapy显示文摘CD8^+T cell-mediated cancer clearance is often suppressed by the interaction between inhibitory molecules like PD-1 and PD-L1,an interaction acts like brakes to prevent T cell overreaction under normal conditions but is exploited by tumor cells to escape the immune surveillance.Immune checkpoint inhibitors have revolutionized cancer therapeutics by removing such brakes.Unfortunately,only a minority of cancer patients respond to immunotherapies presumably due to inadequate immunity.Antitumor immunity depends on the activation of the cGAS-STING pathway,as STING-deficient mice fail to stimulate tumor-infiltrating dendritic cells(DCs)to activate CD8^+T cells.STING agonists also enhance natural killer(NK)cells to mediate the clearance of CD8^+T cell-resistant tumors.Therefore STING agonists have been intensively sought after.We previously discovered that manganese(Mn)is indispensable for the host defense against cytosolic dsDNA by activating cGAS-STING.Here we report that Mn is also essential in innate immune sensing of tumors and enhances adaptive immune responses against tumors.Mn-insufficient mice had significantly enhanced tumor growth and metastasis,with greatly reduced tumor-infiltrating CD8^+T cells.Mechanically,Mn^2+promoted DC and macrophage maturation and tumor-specific antigen presentation,augmented CD8^+T cell differentiation,activation and NK cell activation,and increased memory CD8^+T cells.Combining Mn^2+with immune checkpoint inhibition synergistically boosted antitumor efficacies and reduced the anti-PD-1 antibody dosage required in mice.Importantly,a completed phase 1 clinical trial with the combined regimen of Mn^2+and anti-PD-1 antibody showed promising efficacy,exhibiting type I IFN induction,manageable safety and revived responses to immunotherapy in most patients with advanced metastatic solid tumors.We propose that this combination strategy warrants further clinical translation.Mengze Lv Meixia Chen Rui Zhang Wen Zhang Chenguang Wang Yan Zhang Xiaoming Wei Yukun Guan Jiejie Liu Kaichao Feng Miao Jing Xurui Wang Yun-Cai Liu Qian Mei Weidong Han Zhengfan Jiang 2020Cell Research2020,30,11:27
3扬子北缘马元铅锌矿床闪锌矿微量元素及S-Pb-He-Ar-C同位素地球化学研究显示文摘马元铅锌矿床是近年扬子陆块北缘铅锌找矿的新突破。矿体呈层状、似层状产于碑坝隆起翼部震旦系灯影组角砾状白云岩层间构造带中,围岩蚀变很弱。矿石中硫化物以闪锌矿、方铅矿为主,中粗粒晶质结构,充填于白云岩角砾间。闪锌矿富集Cd、Ge、Ag,贫In、Tl、Se,Ga/In为6~132,Ge/In多>1000,成矿温度以中-低温为主。金属硫化物ε^(34)S值相对集中,为12.9‰~19.4‰,平均为17.4‰,来自于海相硫酸盐的还原。铅同位素组成稳定,^(206)Pb/^(204)Pb为17.858~17.918:^(207)Pb/^(204)Pb为15.603~15.694;^(208)Pb/^(204)Pb为37.756~38.046,具有造山带和上地壳铅的特征,震旦系可能提供了金属成矿物质。闪锌矿中流体包裹体的~3He/~4He为0.03Ra^1.05Ra,^(40)Ar/^(36)Ar为326.1~765.1,^(38)Ar/^(36)Ar为0.183~0.204,表明成矿流体主要为地壳流体和饱和大气水(大气降水或海水)的混合。闪锌矿内流体包裹体挥发分δ^(13)C_(CH_4)值为-36.01‰^-28.80‰,δ^(13)C_(C_2H_6)值为-27.72‰^-22.44‰,δ^(13)C_(CO_2)值为-23.24‰^-9.68‰,表明有机流体参与了成矿作用。石英、方解石的H-O同位素结果表明具有海水和有机水混合的特征。可见,成矿流体具有两种流体混合的特征,一为蒸发海水与围岩反应所形成的盆地卤水,二为有机流体。推测矿区可能存在一个古油气藏,由于TSR生成一高硫气藏,为区内还原性有机流体的主要来源。当富含Pb、Zn等成矿物质的成矿流体运移至富含CH_4和H_2S的还原性流体的矿区角砾岩带时,两种流体混合,Pb、Zn等遇到H_2S发生反应而沉淀成矿,并伴生热液白云石等,形成了马元铅锌矿床。综上所述,我们认为马元矿床属MVT型铅锌矿床。高永宝 李侃 钱兵 李文渊 郑敏昌 ChenGuang ZHANG 2016岩石学报2016,32,1:18
4Reactive adsorption of thiophene on Ni/ZnO adsorbent:Effect of ZnO textural structure on the desulfurization activity显示文摘To better understand the nature of reactive adsorption of thiophene on Ni/ZnO adsorbent,the effect of ZnO textural structure on the desulfurization activity was investigated.ZnO materials were synthesized by low-temperature solid-state reaction and the corresponding Ni/ZnO adsorbents were prepared by incipient impregnation method.The analysis results showed that the crystalline sizes of ZnO as-synthesized as well as the BET surface areas varied obviously with the calcination temperature.The activity evaluations indicated that the Ni/ZnO adsorbents prepared with ZnO possessed a favorable textural structure as active component exhibited good activity of removing thiophene.The evolutions of the main crystalline phases of Ni/ZnO adsorbents before and after reaction confirmed that ZnO played a crucial role in taking up S element and converting it into ZnS in the reactive adsorption process.It was concluded that ZnO with larger surface area and smaller crystal particles resulted in better desulfurization activity,which may be the main reason for the different activities of the Ni/ZnO adsorbents prepared with ZnO calcined at different temperatures.Jingcheng Zhang Yunqi Liu Shuang Tian Yongming Chai Chenguang Liu 2010Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2010,19,3:13
5Passive-source ocean bottom seismograph(OBS) array experiment in South China Sea and data quality analyses显示文摘Long-term passive source ocean bottom seismograph(OBS) observatory is challenging due to various technical difficulties. In order to gain experience in this field, and to reveal the lithospheric structure beneath the extinct ridge in the central South China Sea(SCS), we carried out a passive source OBS array experiment, which includes 18 OBSs, in the deep portion of SCS. Here we present the instrumentation, the OBS deployment and recovery of this experiment, and more importantly, the data quality evaluated by a number of approaches. Through processing and inspecting waveforms from global, regional and local earthquakes, we find that most of recovered OBSs have good data quality with discernible main phases. The ambient noise analyses of OBS recordings show that their noise is higher than the global average, and the horizontal component is noisier than the vertical, indicating current impacts on horizontal components are more severe. In the period range of 5–10 s, there is a noise notch for the SCS OBSs, and noise levels of horizontal components are comparable to the vertical. This feature, which is not seen at OBS stations in open ocean, suggests the distant sources for double frequency microseism in this marginal sea are not significant. In addition, we successfully determined the orientations for 7 OBSs by investigating their Rayleigh wave polarizations; and we demonstrated the dispersion feature of Rayleigh waves through the frequency-time analysis. 6Joint land-sea seismic survey and research on the deep structures of the Bohai Sea areas显示文摘This paper presents the survey and research work of two land-sea profiles in the Bohai Sea,China,carried out in 2010–2011,including the seismic sources on land and in the sea,the ocean bottom seismographs(OBS)and their recovery,the coupling of OBS and the environment noise in sea area,the data quality of OBSs,and the result of data analysis.We focused on the investigation of crustal structures revealed by the two NE\EW-trending joint land-sea profiles.In combination with the Pn-velocity distribution and gravitymagnetic inversion results in the North China Craton,we propose that the undulation of the Moho interface in the Bohai and surrounding areas is not strong,and the lithospheric thinning is mainly caused by the thinning of its mantle part.The research result indicates that obvious lateral variations of Moho depth and seismic velocity appear nearby all the large-scale faults in Bohai Sea,and there is evidence of underplating and reforming of the lower crust by mantle material in the Bohai area.However,geophysical evidence does not appear to support the'mantle plume'or'delamination'model for the North China Craton destruction.The crustal structure of the Bohai Sea revealed'a relatively normal crust and obviously thinned mantle lid',local velocity anomalies and instability phenomena in the crust.These features may represent a combined effect of North China-Yangtze collision at an early stage and the remote action of Pacific plate subduction at a late stage.HAO Tianyao YOU Qingyu LIU Lihua LV Chuanchuan XU Ya LI Zhiwei ZHAO Chunlei ZHENG Yanpeng LIU Chenguang HAN Guozhong 2013Acta Oceanologica Sinica2013,32,12:11

9Deformation behavior of non-rigid airships in wind tunnel tests显示文摘Deformation behavior of non-rigid airships in wind tunnel tests is studied by considering three factors, including internal pressure, flow velocity and angle of attack. Fiber Bragg grating strain sensors are used to measure the deformation of non-rigid airships. Wind tunnel tests in the case of different flow velocities and angles of attack are conducted. The measurement results reveal that the airship deformation is in proportion to internal pressure. For the tensile region,the airship deformation is in proportion to flow velocity. 12Cordycepin protects renal ischemia/reperfusion injury through regulating inflammation,apoptosis,and oxidative stress显示文摘Cordycepin(3-deoxyadenosine)is a naturally occurring adenosine analog and one of the bioactive constituents isolated from Cordyceps sinensis,species of the fungal genus Cordyceps.It has traditionally been a prized Chinese folk medicine for the human well-being.However,the actions of cordycepin against renal ischemia/reperfusion injury(/R)are still unknown.In the present study,rats were subject to VR and cordycepin was intragastrically administered for seven consecutive days before surgery to investigate the effects and mechanisms of cordycepin against renal/R injury.The test results of kidney and peripheral blood samples of experimental animals showed that cordycepin significantly decreased serum blood urea nitrogen and creatinine levels and markedly attenuated cell injury.Mechanistic studies showed that cordycepin significantly regulated inflammation,apoptosis,and oxidative stress.These data provide new insights for investigating the natural product with the nephroprotective effect against I/R,which should be developed as a new therapeutic agent for the treatment of I/R in the future.Feng Han Meng Dou Yuxiang Wang Cuixiang Xu Yang Li Xiaoming Ding Wujun Xue Jin Zheng Puxun Tian Chenguang Ding 2020Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,2:9
13NiMo/Al_2O_3 catalyst containing nano-sized zeolite Y for deep hydrodesulfurization and hydrodenitrogenation of diesel显示文摘Two mixed-matrix NiMo/Al2O3 catalysts containing nano-and micro-sized zeolite Y have been prepared to explore the size effect of zeolite Y particle on the hydrodesulfurization(HDS)and hydrodenitrogenation(HDN)activities of fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)diesel.They were characterized by SEM,BET,XRD,H2-TPR,NH3-TPD and HRTEM.The results show that the catalyst containing nano-sized zeolite Y possesses larger average pore diameter,higher pore volume,weaker and lesser acid sites,more easily reducible metal phases,shorter MoS2 slabs and more slab layers than the catalyst containing micro-sized zeolite Y.The catalysts were also evaluated with a high-pressure fixed-bed reactor using real FCC diesel as feed.The results display that the catalyst containing nano-sized zeolite Y bears higher HDS and HDN activities and exhibits higher relative rate constant for the removal of total sulfur or nitrogen than the one containing micro-sized zeolite.Hailiang Yin Tongna Zhou Yunqi Liu Yongming Chai Chenguang Liu 2011Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2011,20,4:8
14Assessment of structural stability in Bohai Sea area based on AHP-GDM model显示文摘The AHP-GDM model is used for the assessment of structural stability, with the Bohai Sea area as an example. In this model, the credit degree of each expert is calculated through the assessment matrix based on the similarity and diversity of vector. The comprehensive opinions of expert panel are quantitatively obtained by considering the effect of credit degree. According to the geological structural setting, the Bohai Sea is divided into twelve assessment zones of structural stability by non-uniform element method. The structural stability grade of each zone is obtained on the basis of the latest geophysical data, earthquake statistical data, and the information of fault activities, current stress field and crustal deformation. The results show that there are one relatively stable area, three relatively sub-stable areas, six relatively sub-unstable areas and two relatively unstable areas. The assessment results of non-uniform element method are very close with those of uniform grid method with size of 0.25° in longitude direction and 0.14° in latitude direction. However the workload of non-uniform element method is only 1/16 of the latter. 15Compound Formula Rehmannia alleviates levodopainduced dyskinesia in Parkinson's disease显示文摘Compound Formula Rehmannia has been shown to be clinically effective in treating Parkinson's disease and levodopa-induced dyskinesia; however,the mechanisms remain unclear.In this study,we established a model of Parkinson's disease dyskinesia in rats,and treated these animals with Compound Formula Rehmannia.Compound Formula Rehmannia inhibited the increase in mRNA expression of N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor subunits 1 and 2 and excitatory amino acid neurotransmitter genes,and it inhibited the reduction in expression of γ-aminobutyric acid receptor B1,an inhibitory amino acid neurotransmitter gene,in the corpus striatum.In addition,Compound Formula Rehmannia alleviated dyskinesia symptoms in the Parkinson's disease rats.These experimental findings indicate that Compound Formula Rehmannia alleviates levodopa-induced dyskinesia in Parkinson's disease by modulating neurotransmitter signaling in the corpus striatum.Long Teng Fang Hong Chenguang Zhang Jiancheng He Haiying Wang 2014Neural Regeneration Research2014,9,4:8
16Initial corrosion behavior and mechanism of 7B04 aluminum alloy under acid immersion and salt spray environments显示文摘The initial corrosion behavior and mechanism of 7B04 aluminum alloy under acid immersion and salt spray environments(pH=3.5)are studied by Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM),optical microscope,Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-Ray Diffraction(XRD),potentiodynamic polarization,Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy(EIS),and Scanning Kelvin Probe(SKP).The results show that pitting corrosion occurs at the initial corrosion stage,and the potential difference between the second phase particles is the main cause of pitting.Pitting pits on different locations gradually expand and coalesce with the proceeding of corrosion.The main components of corrosion products are Al_(2)O_(3),Al(OH)_(3),and AlCl_(3),and the generation rate of the corrosion product layer under the salt spray environment is larger than that under acid immersion environment.Under both environments,the Volta potential distribution first disperses and then concentrates,while the charge transfer resistance first decreases and then increases with the corrosion time.The Volta potential gradually shifts in a positive direction,indicating that corrosion products have an inhibitory effect on corrosion.After the same corrosion time,the corrosion product layer resistance and the expectation of the Volta potential of the salt spray sample are higher than those of the immersion sample.Comparatively,the corrosion current density for the salt spray sample is significantly lower than the immersion sample,which indicates that the thicker the corrosion product layer,the stronger the inhibition of corrosion reaction.Yangguang ZHANG Yueliang CHEN Yong ZHANG Guixue BIAN Chenguang WANG Andong WANG 2022Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,1:8
17Effect of preparation method on the bimetallic NiCu/SAPO-11 catalysts for the hydroisomerization of n-octane显示文摘The bimetallic NiCu/SAPO-11 catalysts were prepared by co-impregnation, sequential impregnation, coprecipitation, and mechanical mixing methods. Powder X-ray diffraction, nitrogen adsorption-desorption,temperature-programmed desorption of ammonia, transmission electron microscopy, temperatureprogrammed reduction of hydrogen, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were used to characterize the physicochemical properties of the catalysts. The catalytic performance of the catalysts was assessed by the hydroisomerization of n-octane. Results indicated that the conversion of n-octane and selectivity to n-octane isomers were related to the preparation methods of the catalysts. The catalysts with Ni-Cu alloy effectively restrained the hydrogenolysis reaction that decreases the selectivity of isomerization. The catalyst prepared by the mechanical mixing of NiO and CuO hardly formed Ni-Cu alloy, showing obvious hydrogenolysis and low selectivity to n-octane isomers. The unbalance between the metal and acid sites resulted in the low conversion of n-octane and selectivity to n-octane isomers. 18A MULTI-ATTRIBUTE LARGE GROUP EMERGENCY DECISION MAKING METHOD BASED ON GROUP PREFERENCE CONSISTENCY OF GENERALIZED INTERVAL-VALUED TRAPEZOIDAL FUZZY NUMBERS显示文摘In this paper,a new decision making approach is proposed for the multi-attribute large group emergency decision-making problem that attribute weights are unknown and expert preference information is expressed by generalized interval-valued trapezoidal fuzzy numbers(GITFNs).Firstly,a degree of similarity formula between GITFNs is presented.Secondly,expert preference information on different alternatives is clustered into several aggregations via the fuzzy clustering method.As the clustering proceeds,an index of group preference consistency is introduced to ensure the clustering effect,and then the group preference information on different alternatives is obtained.Thirdly,the TOPSIS method is used to rank the alternatives.Finally,an example is taken to show the feasibility and effectiveness of this approach.These method can ensure the consistency degree of group preference,thus decision efficiency of emergency response activities can be improved.Xuanhua Xu Chenguang Cai Xiaohong Chen Yanju Zhou 2015Journal of Systems Science and Systems Engineering2015,24,2:7

20Manganese salts function as potent adjuvants显示文摘Aluminum-containing adjuvants have been used for nearly 100 years to enhance immune responses in billions of doses of vaccines.To date,only a few adjuvants have been approved for use in humans,among which aluminum-containing adjuvants are the only ones widely used.However,the medical need for potent and safe adjuvants is currently continuously increasing,especially those triggering cellular immune responses for cytotoxic T lymphocyte activation,which are urgently needed for the development of efficient virus and cancer vaccines.Manganese is an essential micronutrient required for diverse biological activities,but its functions in immunity remain undefined.We previously reported that Mn^(2+) is important in the host defense against cytosolic dsDNA by facilitating cGAS-STING activation and that Mn^(2+)alone directly activates cGAS independent of dsDNA,leading to an unconventional catalytic synthesis of 2′3′-cGAMP.Herein,we found that Mn^(2+) strongly promoted immune responses by facilitating antigen uptake,presentation,and germinal center formation via both cGAS-STING and NLRP3 activation.Accordingly,a colloidal manganese salt(Mn jelly,MnJ)was formulated to act not only as an immune potentiator but also as a delivery system to stimulate humoral and cellular immune responses,inducing antibody production and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)T-cell proliferation and activation by either intramuscular or intranasal immunization.When administered intranasally,MnJ also worked as a mucosal adjuvant,inducing high levels of secretory IgA.MnJ showed good adjuvant effects for all tested antigens,including T cell-dependent and T cell-independent antigens,such as bacterial capsular polysaccharides,thus indicating that it is a promising adjuvant candidate.Rui Zhang Chenguang Wang Yukun Guan Xiaoming Wei Mengyin Sha Mengran Yi Miao Jing Mengze Lv Wen Guo Jing Xu Yi Wan Xin-Ming Jia Zhengfan Jiang 2021Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,5:7
