1Scalable fabrication of printed Zn//MnO2 planar micro-batteries with high volumetric energy density and exceptional safety显示文摘The rapid development of printed and microscale electronics imminently requires compatible micro-batteries(MBs)with high performance,applicable scalability,and exceptional safety,but faces great challenges from the ever-reported stacked geometry.Herein the first printed planar prototype of aqueous-based,high-safety Zn//MnO2 MBs,with outstanding performance,aesthetic diversity,flexibility and modularization,is demonstrated,based on interdigital patterns of Zn ink as anode and MnO2 ink as cathode,with high-conducting graphene ink as a metal-free current collector,fabricated by an industrially scalable screen-printing technique.The planar separator-free Zn//MnO2 MBs,tested in neutral aqueous electrolyte,deliver a high volumetric capacity of 19.3 mAh/cm^3(corresponding to 393 mAh/g)at 7.5 mA/cm^3,and notable volumetric energy density of 17.3 mWh/cm^3,outperforming lithium thin-film batteries(≤10 mWh/cm^3).Furthermore,our Zn//MnO2 MBs present long-term cyclability having a high capacity retention of 83.9%after 1300 cycles at 5 C,which is superior to stacked Zn//MnO2 batteries previously reported.Also,Zn//MnO2 planar MBs exhibit exceptional flexibility without observable capacity decay under serious deformation,and remarkably serial and parallel integration of constructing bipolar cells with high voltage and capacity output.Therefore,low-cost,environmentally benign Zn//MnO2 MBs with in-plane geometry possess huge potential as high-energy,safe,scalable and flexible microscale power sources for direction integration with printed electronics.Xiao Wang Shuanghao Zheng Feng Zhou Jieqiong Qin Xiaoyu Shi Sen Wang Chenglin Sun Xinhe Bao Zhong-Shuai Wu 2020National Science Review2020,7,1:5
2Discrete Particle Simulation of Gas-Solid Flow in Air-Blowing Seed Metering Device显示文摘In this paper,the gas and seed flow characters in the air-blowing seed metering device are investigated by using the coupled computational fluid dynamics and discrete element method(CFD-DEM)in three dimensions(3D).The method of establishing boundary model based on the computer-aided design(CAD)drawing,has been used to build the boundary model of seed metering device.The 3D laser scanning technique and multi-element method are adopted to establish the particle model.Through a combined numerical and experimental effort,using 3D CFD-DEM software,which is based on the in-house codes,the mechanisms governing the gas and solid dynamic behaviors in the seed metering device have been studied.The gas velocity field and the effect of different rotational speeds and air pressures on the seeding performance and particle velocity have been studied,similar agreements between numerical and experimental results are gained.This reveals that the 3D CFD-DEM model established is able to predict the performance of the air-blowing seed metering device.It can be used to design and optimize the air-blowing seed metering device and other similar agriculture devices.Zhengquan Li Pei Zhang Yongchang Sun Chenglin Zheng Liang Xu Dianyu E 2021Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2021,,6:2
3RESEARCH ON PERFECT DYADIC BINARY SEQUENCE PAIR显示文摘In this paper, the perfect dyadic binary sequence pair with one-value dyadic correlation functions is presented. That is, the perfect dyadic binary sequence pair is a perfect discrete signal, for its dyadic relative function is δ-function. The transformation features and some existing admissibility conditions of perfect dyadic binary sequence pair are discussed, and the properties for this kind of code in Walsh transformation spectrum and weight spectrum are also analyzed. From above, It is found that the perfect dyadic binary sequence pair can easily differentiate from its dyadic shifting. 5Prediction of decline in shale gas well production using stable carbon isotope technique显示文摘Prediction of shale gas production is a challenging task because of the complex fracture-pore networks and gas flow mechanisms in shale reservoirs.Empirical methods,which are used in the industry to forecast the future production of shale gas,have not been assessed sufficiently to warrant high confidence in their results.Methane carbon isotopic signals have been used for producing gas wells,and are controlled by physical properties and physics-controlling production;they serve as a unique indicator of the gas production status.Here,a workable process,which is combined with a gas isotope interpretation tool(also known as a numerical simulator),has been implemented in Longrnaxi shale gas wells to predict the production decline curves.The numerical simulator,which takes into account a convection-diffu-sion-adsorption model for the matrix and a convection model for fractures in^(13)CH_(4) and ^(12)CH_(4) isotopologues,was used to stabilize the carbon isotope variation in the produced gas to elucidate gas recovery.Combined with the production rates of the four developing wells,the total reserves ranged from 1.72×10^(8) to 2.02×10^(8) m^(3),which were used to constrain the trend of two-segment produc-tion decline curves that exhibited a transition from a hyperbolic equation to an exponential one within 0.82-0.89 year.Two-segment production decline curves were used to forecast future production and estimate ultimate recovery.Shengxian ZHAO Shujuan KANG Majia ZHENG Shuangfang LU Yunfeng YANG Huanxu ZHANG Yongyang LIU Ziqiang XIA Chenglin ZHANG Haoran HU Di ZHU 2021Frontiers of Earth Science2021,15,4:1

8Simplified fabrication of high areal capacitance all-solid-state micro-supercapacitors based on graphene and MnO_2 nanosheets显示文摘All-solid-state micro-supercapacitors are acknowledged as a very promising class of microscale energy storage devices for directly integrating portable and wearable electronics. However, the improvement of electrochemical performance from materials to devices still remains tremendous challenges. Here, we demonstrate a novel and universal mask-assisted filtration technology for the simplified fabrication of all-solid-state planar micro-supercapacitors(MSCs) based on interdigital patterns of 2D pseudocapacitive MnO_2 nanosheets and electrochemically exfoliated graphene film as both electrode and current collector, and polyvinyl alcohol/Li Cl gel as electrolyte. Remarkably, the resulting MSCs exhibit outstanding areal capacitance of ~355 m F/cm^2, which is among the highest values reported in the state-of-the-art MSCs. Meanwhile, MSCs possess exceptionally mechanical flexibility as high as ~92% of initial capacitance even at a highly bending angle of 180°, excellent cyclability with a capacitance retention of 95% after 3000 cycles, and impressive serial or parallel integration for modulating the voltage or capacitance. 10Drought Tolerance Identification and Eevluation of Maize during Flowering Stage in Guangxi显示文摘Total 20 maize varieties were subjected to drought stress at flowering stage,and then the relative water content,soluble sugar content,chlorophyll content,malondialdehyde( MDA) content and superoxide dismutase( SOD) activity in their leaves,as well as their yields were determined. The drought tolerance of the physiological and biochemical indexes was scored by five-level scoring method,and the drought tolerance index was calculated by the yield index to comprehensively evaluate the drought tolerance of maize during flowering stage. The results showed that the scores of drought tolerance of the maize varieties ranged from 1. 929 3 to 5. 659 5. Among them,the scores of Zhengda 619,Guidan 162 and Guidan 0810 were greater than 5. 0,followed by Dika 008,Xianyu 30 T60,Xianzhengda 901,Qingnong 68,South America No. 1 and Wanchuan 1306 of which the scores were in the range of 4. 0-5. 0. The drought tolerance indexes were in the range of 0. 410 4-1. 096 3. Among the test maize varieties,the drought tolerance indexes of Guidan 0810,Pacific 99 and Zhengda 619 were greater than 1. 0,and those of Xianyu 30 T60,Dika 008 and South America No. 1 were in the range of 0. 9-1. 0. The correlation between the two kinds of evaluation results was 0. 588 7 and was extremely significant. The five-level scoring method and the drought tolerance index can be used simultaneously for the evaluation of drought tolerance of maize during flowering stage. 11Effect of Foliar Application of Selenium Fertilizer on Yield,Selenium Content and Heavy Metal Contents of Waxy Maize显示文摘[Objectives]This study aimed to explore the effect of different concentrations of selenium fertilizer on the yield,selenium content and heavy metal contents of waxy maize,thereby providing reference for the scientific application of selenium fertilizer on waxy maize.[Methods]Different varieties of waxy maize(Guitiannuo 611,Guinuo 615 and Guiheinuo 609)were used as test materials.They were sprayed with different concentrations(0,0.5,1.0,1.5 and 2.0 g/L)of water-soluble selenium fertilizer(Xinxibao)at the big flare stage,and the effect on the yield,selenium content and heavy metal contents of the waxy maize was analyzed.[Results]Foliar application of different concentrations of selenium fertilizer showed no significant effect on the yield and yield components of waxy maize.As the concentration of selenium fertilizer increased,the grain selenium content of different varieties of waxy maize increased.Among them,the increase of Guinuo 615 was the largest,of which the selenium content reached 0.265 mg/kg,2.82 times that of the control(water).The cadmium and arsenic contents of different varieties of waxy maize decreased with the increase of the concentration of selenium fertilizer sprayed.Among the waxy maize varieties,the cadmium and arsenic contents of Guitiannuo 611 dropped the most significantly,up to 52.94%and 77.78%.In waxy maize,the correlation coefficients between selenium content and cadmium,arsenic contents were-0.5509(P<0.05)and-0.8530(P<0.01),respectively.[Conclusions]Spraying exogenous selenium fertilizer had no obvious effect on the yield of waxy maize.However,the increase of the concentration of exogenous selenium fertilizer could significantly increase the selenium content and reduce the cadmium and arsenic contents in grains of different varieties of waxy maize.Chenglin ZOU Ruining ZHAI Kaijian HUANG Hua TAN Debo ZHENG Aihua HUANG Xinxing WEI Runxiu MO Faqian XIONG Hui WEI Shanzhu WEI 2020Asian Agricultural Research2020,12,8:0

14Effect of Drought Stress on Proteome of Maize Grain during Grain Filling显示文摘Based on isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantification(iTRAQ)technology,the proteome of grains of a maize cultivar Huangzao 4 under drought stress at grain filling stage was analyzed.The results show that under drought stress,438 proteins were differentially expressed in the maize grains during grain filling.Among them,200 were up-regulated and 238 were down-regulated.The gene ontology(GO)analysis shows that the biological processes in which differential proteins are more involved are cellular processes,metabolic processes and single biological processes;proteins in the cell component category are mainly distributed in cells,cell parts and organelles;and the proteins the molecular function category mainly possess catalytic activity and binding function.Differentially expressed proteins classified by COG are mainly involved in protein post-translational modification and transport,molecular chaperones,general functional genes,translation,ribosomal structure,biosynthesis,energy production and transformation,carbohydrate transport and metabolism,amino acid transport and metabolism,etc.The subcellular structure of the differentially expressed proteins is mainly located in the cell chloroplast and cytosol.The proportions are 35.01%and 30.21%respectively.KEGG metabolic pathway enrichment analysis shows that the differentially expressed proteins are mostly involved in antibiotic biosynthesis,microbial metabolism in different environments,and endoplasmic reticulum protein processing;the metabolic pathways with higher enrichment are the carbon fixation pathway and estrogen signaling pathway of prokaryotes;and the higher enrichment and greater significance are in the tricarboxylic acid cycle,carbon fixation of photosynthetic organisms and proteasome.The results of this study preliminarily reveal the adaptive mechanism of maize grains in response to drought stress during grain filling,providing a theoretical reference for maize drought-resistant molecular breeding.Chenglin ZOU Debo ZHENG Hua TAN Kaijian HUANG Aihua HUANG Xinxing WEI Runxiu MO Ruining ZHAI 2021Asian Agricultural Research2021,13,1:0
15The gut microbiome and microbial metabolites in acute myocardial infarction显示文摘Emerging evidence has highlighted the role of gut microbiome in human health.However,the integrative role of gut microbiome and microbial metabolites in acute myocardial infarction(AMI)remains unclear.The current study profiles the microbial community through 16S rRNA gene sequencing and shotgun metagenomic sequencing and measures fecal short-chain fatty acids and circulating choline pathway metabolites among 117 new-onset AMI cases and 78 controls.Significant microbial alternations are observed in AMI patients compared with controls(P=0.001).The abundances of nine species(e.g.,Streptococcus salivarius and Klebsiella pneumoniae)are positively associated,and one species(Roseburia hominis)is inversely associated with AMI status and severity.A gut microbial score at disease onset is associated with the risk of major adverse cardiovascular events in 3.2 years(hazard ratio[95%CI]:2.01[1.04-4.24])in AMI patients.The molar proportions of fecal acetate and butyrate are higher,and the circulating levels of choline and carnitine are lower in AMI patients than in controls.In addition,disease classifiers show that AMI cases and controls have a more distinct pattern in taxonomical composition than in pathways or metabolites.Our findings suggest that microbial composition and functional potentials are associated with AMI status and severity.Chenglin Liu Zhonghan Sun Shalaimaiti Shali Zhendong Mei Shufu Chang Hanjun Mo Lili Xu Yanni Pu Huihui Guan Guo-Chong Chen Qibin Qi Zhexue Quan Ji Qi Kang Yao Yuxiang Dai Yan Zheng Junbo Ge 2022Journal of Genetics and Genomics2022,49,6:0
16An affective chatbot with controlled specific emotion expression显示文摘Endowing a chatbot with the capability of specific emotion expression will significantly improve both chatbot’s usability and users’ satisfaction.Recently,many studies on open-domain neural emotional,conversational models(chatbots) have been conducted.However,enabling a chatbot to control what kind of emotion to respond to in conversation explicitly is still under exploration.This paper proposes a novel affective chatbot based on the sequence-to-sequence framework,responding with appropriate emotion like a human.In particular,a new module called single emotion generator is designed in the new chatbot model to address the existing issue of controlling over reacting emotion.It enables the chatbot to select the appropriate emotion for a response when interacting with users.In the decoder,an affective lexiconbased method generates emotion-awareness responses based on the specific emotion controlled by the single emotion generator.The proposed chatbot outperforms mainstream baseline algorithms for both semantic fluency and emotion consistence metrics through experimental evaluation.The experimental results also demonstrate that the new chatbot obtains the ability to control the emotion for response explicitly and responds emotionally with the specific emotion.Chenglin JIANG Chunhong ZHANG Yang JI Zheng HU Zhiqiang ZHAN Guanghua YANG 2022Science China(Information Sciences)2022,65,10:0
