1Multiple model particle flter track-before-detect for range ambiguous radar显示文摘The middle pulse repetition frequency(MPRF)and high pulse repetition frequency(HPRF)modes are widely adopted in airborne pulse Doppler(PD)radar systems,which results in the problem that the range measurement of targets is ambiguous.The existing data processing based range ambiguity resolving methods work well on the condition that the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)is high enough.In this paper,a multiple model particle flter(MMPF)based track-beforedetect(TBD)method is proposed to address the problem of target detection and tracking with range ambiguous radar in low-SNR environment.By introducing a discrete variable that denotes whether a target is present or not and the discrete pulse interval number(PIN)as components of the target state vector,and modeling the incremental variable of the PIN as a three-state Markov chain,the proposed algorithm converts the problem of range ambiguity resolving into a hybrid state fltering problem.At last,the hybrid fltering problem is implemented by a MMPF-based TBD method in the Bayesian framework.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed Bayesian approach can estimate target state as well as the PIN simultaneously,and succeeds in detecting and tracking weak targets with the range ambiguous radar.Simulation results also show that the performance of the proposed method is superior to that of the multiple hypothesis(MH)method in low-SNR environment.Wang Guohong Tan Shuncheng Guan Chengbin Wang Na Liu Zhaolei 2013Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2013,26,6:15
2Process mineralogy of Weishan rare earth ore by MLA显示文摘Mineral liberation analyser(MLA) was applied to quantitatively analyze the rare earth ore from Weishan in Shandong. Mineralogy parameters, such as mineral composition, occurrence states of rare earth elements(REEs) and valuable elements, mineral embedded grain size distribution, mineral association and liberation, are obtained. Results show that the contents of REEs and other valuable elements mainly contained in the ore were La 1.02 wt%, Ce 4.29 wt%, Pr 0.34 wt%, Nd 0.84 wt%, Sr 3.4 wt%and Ba 26.53 wt%, respectively. The REEs mainly occur in bastnaesite and carbocernaite in the form of independent mineral and the contents of bastnaesite and carbocernaite in the ore were 5.96 wt% and12.30 wt%, respectively. 67.34% of strontium occurs in carbocernaite and the rest occurs in celestobarite and strontianite mineral. 92.71% of barium occurs in barite. Liberation of main rare-earth minerals such as bastnaesite and carbocernaite is more than 80% when the grinding fineness is78.42% passing 74 μm. 3Output Characteristics of a Series Three-port Axial Piston Pump显示文摘Driving a hydraulic cylinder directly by a closed-loop hydraulic pump is currently a key research area in the field of electro-hydraulic control technology,and it is the most direct means to improve the energy efficiency of an electro-hydraulic control system.So far,this technology has been well applied to the pump-controlled symmetric hydraulic cylinder.However,for the differential cylinder that is widely used in hydraulic technology,satisfactory results have not yet been achieved,due to the asymmetric flow constraint.Therefore,based on the principle of the asymmetric valve controlled asymmetric cylinder in valve controlled cylinder technology,an innovative idea for an asymmetric pump controlled asymmetric cylinder is put forward to address this problem.The scheme proposes to transform the oil suction window of the existing axial piston pump into two series windows.When in use,one window is connected to the rod chamber of the hydraulic cylinder and the other is linked with a low-pressure oil tank.This allows the differential cylinders to be directly controlled by changing the displacement or rotation speed of the pumps.Compared with the loop principle of offsetting the area difference of the differential cylinder through hydraulic valve using existing technology,this method may simplify the circuits and increase the energy efficiency of the system.With the software SimulationX,a hydraulic pump simulation model is set up,which examines the movement characteristics of an individual piston and the compressibility of oil,as well as the flow distribution area as it changes with the rotation angle.The pump structure parameters,especially the size of the unloading groove of the valve plate,are determined through digital simulation.All of the components of the series arranged three distribution-window axial piston pump are designed,based on the simulation analysis of the flow pulse characteristics of the pump,and then the prototype pump is made.The basic characteristics,such as the pressure,flow and noise of the pumps under different rotation speeds,are measured on the test bench.The test results verify the correctness of the principle.The proposed research lays a theoretical foundation for the further development of a new pump-controlled cylinder system.ZHANG Xiaogang QUAN Long YANG Yang WANG Chengbin YAO Liwei 2012Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2012,25,3:10
4Enhancing mineral liberation of a Canadian rare earth are with microwave pretreatment显示文摘Liberation. as an attribute of mineralogy characteristic. whose impacts on finely disseminated Canadian rare earth ore was studied with microwave pretreatment. Samples of a light rare earth ore along with mostly ankerite and biotite as dominant gangue minerals as well as bastnaesite, strontianite and goethite as dominated minerals were exposed to further comminution by ball mill and microwave pretreatment fragmentation. Mineralogical characteristics were analyzed by using a mineral liberation analyzer(MLA).The results indicated that tight association mutually penetrates among dominated minerals in the range size of -300 + 212 μm and 212 + 150 μm and gangue minerals in the form of adjacent type. fine vein type. shell type and packing type. Temperature in the ore samples pre-treated by microwave can rapidly rise to 250 ℃ with microwave power of 0-1.5 kW and microwave time of 0-2 min. Applying the microwave pretreatment merely reduces the hardness of the ore causing the fracture of rare earth ore, but this does not transform or change the original mineralogy characteristics of the ore samples. On the basis of above study. the liberation value of bastnaesite, strontianite and goethite with microwave pretreatment is greater than with conventional comminution when the liberation class is above 75%. The distribution of particle size of rare earth ore samples is better with microwave pretreatment than with conventional comminution for particle size of 7.4 × 10^(-5) m. 6Regulatory effects of antitumor agent matrine on FOXO and PI3K-AKT pathway in castration-resistant prostate cancer cells显示文摘We previously demonstrated that matrine could inhibit the proliferating, migrating, as well as invading processes of both PC-3 and DU145 cells. However, the underlying molecular mechanisms have not yet been clearly defined. In this study, using various techniques such as high throughput sequencing technology, bioinformatics, quantitative real-time PCR, and immunoblot analysis,we aimed to understand whether matrine serves as a novel regulator of FOXO and PI3K-AKT signaling pathway. DU145 and PC-3 cell lines were cultured for 24 h in vitro. Cells were treated with either matrine or control serum for 48 h, followed by extraction of total RNA. The RNA was sequenced using HiSeq 2500 high-throughput sequencing platform (Illumina). A gene library was established and quality analysis of read data carried out. Integrated database from the website DAVID was used to analyze Gene Ontology (GO), and Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes (KEGG) pathway of differential genes was used for pathway analysis, screening for fold differences of more than two times. The FOXO and PI3K-AKT signaling pathways were screened, and expression levels of mRNA and core protein detected by real-time PCR and immunoblotting, respectively. High throughput sequencing and GO analysis revealed that differentially expressed genes before and after treatment played an important role in cell metabolic process, growth process, anatomical structure formation, cellular component organization, and biological regulation. KEGG signal pathway analysis revealed that FOXO and PI3K-AKT signal pathways had a significant difference between before and after matrine-treated androgen-independent prostate cancer cells PC-3 and DU145. Real-time PCR showed that matrine treatment led to a significant increase in the expression levels of FOXO1A, FOXO3A, FOXO4, and FOXO6 in DU145 and PC-3 cells (P<0.01 or P<0.05), whereas the PI3K expression levels decreased (P<0.01). Similarly, immunoblotting revealed a significant increase (P<0.05) in the expression levels of FOXO1A FOXO3A, FOXO4, and FOXO6 in both PC-3 and DU145 cells, whereas PI3K expression levels decreased (P<0.05). Matrine had a broad regulating effect on the mRNA expression profiles of both PC-3 and DU145 cells. Matrine may inhibit cell proliferation, migration, as well as invasion, and induce apoptosis in both PC-3 and DU145 cells through FOXO and PI3K-AKT signaling pathways. 7Targeted Mutagenesis of NAC Transcription Factor Gene,OsN AC041,Leading to Salt Sensitivity in Rice显示文摘Salinity is a major abiotic stress factor that seriously affects plant growth. Many genes are involved in the response to salt stress with various metabolism pathways. A number of plant transcription factor family genes have been found to be involved in the salt stress response, and NAM, ATAF and CUC(NAC) transcription factors are thought to act as active regulators during abiotic stress, especially salt stress. In this study, we detected a rice NAC transcription factor coding gene, OsNAC041, and confirmed that it influenced the germination of seeds under salt stress and salt tolerance of plants. OsNAC041 was primarily expressed in the leaves and located in the nucleus. Furthermore, the CRISPR/Cas9 method was used to obtain a targeted osnac041 mutant, of which the plant height was higher than that of the wild-type, showing increased salt sensitivity. Moreover, RNA-seq analysis revealed a number of differentially expressed genes(DEGs) involved in several important signaling pathways in the osnac041 mutant. Subsequently, Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes annotation also revealed differential expression of DEGs associated with mitogen-activated protein kinase signaling, peroxisome, eukaryotictype ABC transporters, photosynthesis and plant hormones, which are involved in stress-related signaling pathways. Overall, our study suggested that OsNAC041 was involved in the salt stress response in rice. 8Improving the performance of a thermoelectric power system using a flat-plate heat pipe显示文摘A gravitational flat-plate heat pipe is designed and fabricated in this paper to serve as a heat spreader to diffuse the local heat source to the hot side of the thermoelectric power module.Based on this, an experimental test for the thermoelectric power generation system is conducted to study the influences of the heat spreader on the temperature uniformity and power generation performance when exposing to a local heat source.In addition,the effects of the heating power, inclination angle, and local heat source size on the power generation performance of the thermoelectric power module using a flat-plate heat pipe as a heat spreader are examined and compared with that using a metal plate.The results indicate that the gravitational flat-plate heat pipe has considerable advantages over the metal plate in the temperature uniformity.The superiority of temperature uniformity in the improvement of power generation performance for the thermoelectric power system using a heat pipe is demonstrated.Particularly, the heat pipe shows good adaptability to placement mode and the local heat source size, which is beneficial to the application in the thermoelectric power generation.Suchen Wu Yiwen Ding Chengbin Zhang Dehao Xu 2019Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2019,27,1:6

10Enhanced Photocatalytic Activity of Nanoparticle-Aggregated Ag–AgX(X=Cl, Br)@TiO_2 Microspheres Under Visible Light显示文摘Ag–AgX(X = Cl, Br)@TiO_2 nanoparticle-aggregated spheres with different mass ratio of R = TiO2/Ag(X) from 35:1 to 5:1 were synthesized by a facile sol–gel technique with post-photoreduction. The photocatalytic activities of both Ag–Ag Cl@TiO_2 and Ag–Ag Br@TiO_2 under visible light are effectively improved by ~3 times relative to TiO_2 NPAS under the simulated sunlight for the decomposition of methyl orange(MO). Ag–AgBr@TiO_2 showed 30% improvement and less stable in photocatalytic activity than that of AgCl@TiO_2. The role of Ag and Ag X nanoparticles on the surface of Ag–Ag X(X = Cl,Br)@TiO_2 was discussed. Ag on these samples not onlycan efficiently harvest visible light especially for Ag Cl, but also efficiently separate excited electrons and holes via the fast electron transfer from Ag X(X = Cl, Br) to metal Ag nanoparticles and then to TiO_2-aggregated spheres on the surface of heterostructure. 16Room temperature preparation of highly stable cesium lead halide perovskite nanocrystals by ligand modification for white lightemitting diodes显示文摘The poor stability of halide perovskite nanocrystals(NCs)has severely hindered future practical application.Herein,we proposed a facile and effective ligand modification route to synthesize stable CsPbBr_(3) nanocrystals by introducing a double-terminal ligand,namely 4,4'-Azobis(4-cyanovalericacid)(CA),to replace the conventional oleic acid(OA)ligand at room temperature.The as-synthesized CsPbBr_(3)-CA not only possesses high photoluminescence quantum yield(72%)related to the reduced trap defects,but also shows significantly improved stability exposure to water,ethanol,light,and/or heat benefiting from the CA ligand anchored to NC surfaces tightly.The photoluminescence intensity of CsPbBr_(3)-CA maintains about 80%and 75%of its initial emission intensity after immersed in water or ethanol for 360 min,respectively,whereas that of the CsPbBr_(3)-OA was quenched completely within a few minutes.Moreover,an all-inorganic white light-emitting diode(LED)covered 126%National Television System Committee(NTSC)standard and 92%Rec.2020 standard was fabricated by combining the green CsPbBr_(3)-CA and commercial red-emitting K2SiF6:Mn4+(KSF)phosphors onto a blue LED chip.Thus,the presented work initiates the development of the room temperature preparation of high quality CsPbBr_(3) and shows prospect for next-generation displays.Yu Zhang Guishun Li Changkun She Shaohua Liu Fangyu Yue Chengbin Jing Ya Cheng Junhao Chu 2021Nano Research2021,14,8:3
17One-step synthesis of monodispersed Pt nanoparticles anchored on 3D graphene foams and its application for electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution显示文摘Although platinum-based materials are regarded as the state-of-the-art electro-catalysts for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER),high cost and quantity scarcity hamper their scale-up utilization in industrial deployment.Herein,a one-step strategy was developed to synthesize multi-walled carbon nanotubes and reduced graphene oxide supported Pt nanoparticle hydrogel(PtNP/rGO-MWCNT),in which only ascorbic acid was used as the reductant for one-pot reduction of both GO and chloroplatinic acid.The hydrogel can be directly used as a flexible binder-free catalytic electrode to achieve high performance of HER.Compared to conventional strategies,the current strategy not only significantly reduces the Pt loading to 3.48 wt%,simplifies the synthesis process,but also eliminates the use of any polymer binders,thus decreasing the series resistance and improving catalytic activity.An overpotential of only 11 mV was achieved on as-prepared PtNP/rGO-MWCNT to drive a geometrical current density of 10 mA/cm2 in0.5 mol/L H2 SO4,with its catalytic activity being kept over 15 h.In acidic medium,the HER activity of the PtNP/rGO-MWCNT catalyst exceeds most of the reported Pt-based electro-catalysts and is 3-fold higher than that obtained on commercial Pt/C electrode.Dan Zhou Bei Jiang Rui Yang Xiandeng Hou Chengbin Zheng 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,6:3
18Biodegradable nanocarriers for small interfering ribonucleic acid (siRNA) co-delivery strategy increase the chemosensitivity of pancreatic cancer cells to gemcitabine显示文摘Ribonucleic acid (RNA) interference (RNAi) therapies are promising cancertreatment modalities that can specifically target abnormal proto-oncogenes, thusimproving the therapeutic effect. For the treatment of pancreatic cancer, targetingone mutant proto-oncogene by RNAi usually does not yield the desired therapeuticefficiency. Both K-ras gene mutations and Notch1 overexpression are commonsymptoms in pancreatic cancer patients, and play a crucial role in pancreaticcancer cell drug resistance. In this study, biodegradable charged polyester-basedvectors (BCPVs) were synthesized for the co-delivery of K-ras and Notch1 smallinterfering ribonucleic acid (siRNA) into MiaPaCa-2 cells (pancreatic cancercell line) to overcome drug resistance to gemcitabine (GEM), a first-line chem-otherapeutic drug used in the clinic. BCPVs could effectively absorb negative siRNAto form a capsule-like structure, prevent siRNA from nuclease digestion in theserum, and promote effective siRNA cell internalization and endosomal escape.Through K-ras and Notch1 gene silencing in MiaPaCa-2 cells, BCPV-siRNAKsiRNAN^tcm nanocomplexes effectively reversed the epithelia-mesenchymaltransition (EMT) in MiaPaCa-2 cells, thereby greatly enhancing the sensitivity ofMiaPaCa-2 cells to GEM. MiaPaCa-2 cell proliferation, migration, and invasionwere effectively inhibited, and cell apoptosis was also significantly enhanced bythe synergistic antitumor effect of BCPV-siRNAK siRNAN^t~l nanocomplexesand GEM. These results suggest that this combination RNAi therapy can be usedto improve cancer cell sensitivity to chemotherapeutic drugs. 20General synthesis of hollow mesoporous conducting polymers by dual-colloid interface co-assembly for high-energy-density micro-supercapacitors显示文摘Rational design and precise regulation over the morphology, structure, and pore size of functional conducting mesoporous polymers with enriched active sites and shorten electron–ion transport pathway are extremely important for developing high-performance micro-supercapacitors (MSCs), but still remain a great challenge. Herein, a general dual-colloid interface co-assembly strategy is proposed to fabricate hollow mesoporous polypyrrole nano-bowls (mPPy-nbs) for high-energy-density solid-state planar MSCs. By simply adjusting the size of block copolymer micelles, the diameter of polystyrene nanospheres and the amount of pyrrole monomer, mesopore size of the shell, void and shell thickness of mPPy-nbs can be simultaneously controlled. Importantly, this strategy can be further utilized to synthesize other hollow mesoporous polymers, including poly(tris(4-aminophenyl)amine), poly(1,3,5-triaminobenzene) and their copolymers, demonstrative of excellent universality. The structurally optimized mPPy-nb exhibits high specific surface area of 122 m^(2) g^(−1)and large capacitance of 225 F g^(−1) at 1 mV s^(−1). Furthermore, the MSCs assembled by mPPy-nbs deliver impressive volumetric capacitance of 90 F cm^(−3) and energy density of 2.0 mWh cm^(−3), superior to the most reported polymers-based MSCs. Also, the fabricated MSCs present excellent flexibility with almost no capacitance decay under varying bending states, and robust serial/parallel self-integration for boosting voltage and capacitance output.
