1Proposed methodology for online frequency response analysis based on magnetic coupling to detect winding deformations in transformers显示文摘Frequency response analysis is widely used as a method for the offline diagnosis of winding deformations in power transformers.To apply it to a working transformer,people need to determine how to inject the excitation signal and measure the response signal for windings that bear a rated voltage and current.In this study,a method to obtain the frequency response curve online is proposed.It uses the principle of magnetic field coupling to inject a frequency sweep signal into the windings through a Rogowski coil.Another Rogowski coil sensor placed at the root of a high-voltage bushing is used to measure the response current signal.Experiments on a 72.5 kV bushing show that metal accessories of the bushing have no influence on the injection or the measurement.The feasibility of this method was verified by experiments on charged 110/35/10 kV transformers at a factory and a working 35 kV transformer in a power station.The results show that it is safe to install the Rogowski coil at the root of the high-voltage bushing.The excitation signal can be injected into live windings and the response signal is measurable.Strong electromagnetic power frequency noise can be reduced and the frequency response curve can be measured online.Yangchun Cheng Jiangang Bi Wenzhi Chang Yuan Xu Xiaohua Pan Xianwei Ma Shuai Chang 2020High Voltage2020,5,3:2

10Effect of Rare Earths on Microstructure and Properties of Sn2.0Ag0.7CuRE Solder Alloy for Surface Mount Technology显示文摘A new type of lead-free solder alloy Sn20Ag0.7CuRE was fabricated under vacuum condition. The microstructure and properties of the material, such as tensile strength, elongation, melting range, conductance and spreading area were all investigated. Result shows that when the content of RE≤0.1%(mass fraction), RE distribute uniformly in the solder alloy, and the tensile strength and conductance of Sn20Ag0.7CuRE solder alloy are better than those of traditional Sn37Pb solder. Its elongation and spreading area are almost equal to those of Sn37Pb solder. When the content of RE reaches 0.5%, RE compounds can be easily found around the boundaries of grains and phases, and the tensile strength and elongation and spreading area of Sn2.0Ag0.7CuRE solder alloy all decrease sharply. 11The Risk Assess Method of Power Transformer显示文摘Electric power transformers are the main apparatus of electric power system.The safety of power transformer concerns the energy safety of a country.It is very important to assess the risk of the transformers.According to the risk value,people can apply suitable step to avoid a failure,and make suit maintenance.In this paper,the authors descript a method to assess the risk of power transformers.The defects of transformers were divided into partial discharge defect and overheating defect.The risk of a transformer was calculated by the fault probabilities of each kind of defects using the serial model.The failure probability of partial discharge defect was studied by combining the development of partial discharge signal to the decrease of the electric strength of the insulation.And the stress-strength model was used to deal with the failure caused by over voltage.The failure probability of the overheating defect was calculated by the Gauss distribution of the predicted dissolved gases in the transformer oil.Huimin He Yangchun Cheng Chengrong Li 2013华北电力技术2013,,8:0
