| 2 | Renoprotective effect of combining angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blockers and statins in diabetic rats显示文摘Recent studies suggest that treatment with angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 (AT1) receptor blockers and lipid lowering agents, namely the 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) reductase inhibitors, or statins may have beneficial effects on renal function independent of lowering actions on blood pressure and cholesterol.1,2 However, the renal effects of the combination of AT1 receptor blockers and statins in experimental diabetes are unknown. | 3 | Estimation of ocean primary productivity and its spatio-temporal variation mechanism for East China Sea based on VGPM model显示文摘According to calculation results of ocean chlorophyll concentration based on SeaWiFS data by SeaBAM model and synchronous ship-measured data, this research set up an improved model for CaseⅠand CaseⅡwater bodies respectively. The monthly chlorophyll distribution in the East China Sea in 1998 was obtained from this improved model on calculation results of SeaBAM. The euphotic depth distribution in 1998 in the East China Sea is calculated by using remote sensing data of K 490 from SeaWiFS according to the relation between the euphotic depth and the oceanic diffuse attenuation coefficient. With data of ocean chlorophyll concentration, euphotic depth, ocean surface photosynthetic available radiation (PAR), daily photoperiod and optimal rate of daily carbon fixation within a water column, the monthly and annual primary productivity spatio-temporal distributions in the East China Sea in 1998 were obtained based on VGPM model. Based on analysis of those distributions, the conclusion can be drawn that there is a clear bimodality character of primary productivity in the monthly distribution in the East China Sea. In detail, the monthly distribution of primary productivity stays the lowest level in winter and rises rapidly to the peak in spring. It gets down a little in summer, and gets up a little in autumn. The daily average of primary productivity in the whole East China Sea is 560.03 mg/m 2 /d, which is far higher than the average of subtropical ocean areas. The annual average of primary productivity is 236.95 g/m 2 /a. The research on the seasonal variety mechanism of primary productivity shows that several factors that affect the spatio-temporal distribution may include the chlorophyll concentration distribution, temperature condition, the Yangtze River diluted water variety, the euphotic depth, ocean current variety, etc. But the main influencing factors may be different in each local sea area. | LIGuosheng GAOPing WANGFang LIANGQiang | 2004 | Journal of Geographical Sciences2004,14,1: | 5 |
| 4 | Catalytic Cracking of Cycloparaffins Admixed with Olefins:1. Single-Event Microkinetic(SEMK) Modeling显示文摘Single-event microkinetic(SEMK) model of the catalytic cracking of methylcyclohexane admixed with 1-octene over REUSY zeolites at 693 K—753 K in the absence of coke formation is enhanced. To keep consistency with the wellknown carbenium ion chemistry, hydride transfer forming and consuming allylic carbenium ions in the aromatization of cycloparaffins are further investigated and differentiated. The reversibility of endocyclic β-scission and cyclization reactions is refined by accounting explicitly for the reacting olefins and resulting cycloparaffins in the corresponding thermodynamics. 24 activation energies for the reactions involved in the cracking of cycloparaffins are obtained by the regression of 15 sets of experimental data upon taking the resulting 37 main cracking products, i. e., responses into account. | 5 | A scalable bio-inspired polydopamine-Cu ion interfacial layer for high-performance lithium metal anode显示文摘The growth of Li dendrites and the instability of the solid electrolyte in terphase(SEI)layer during plating/stripping has hin dered the practical applicati on of high-energy-density batteries based on a lithium metal anode.Building a stable interfacial layer is effective in preventing lithium corrosiion by the electrolyte and controlling the deposition of lithium metal.Here,we present a robust polydopamine-Cu ion(PDA-Cu^2+)coati ng layer formed by the aggregation of nanoparticles and Cu ions,which can be obtained by a subtle immersion strategy.We demonstrate that the PDA-Cu^2+ protective layer,with a unique structure comprising nanoparticles,can regulate and guide Li metal deposition,and together with Cu ions,forms a lubricating surface to facilitate uniform Li ion diffusion and induce stable SEI layer formation.Li anodes with this PDA-Cu^2+layer modification ultimately achieve higher Coulombic efficiencies,which are consistently stable for over 650 cycles at 0.5 mA·cm^-2 without Li dendrites.The introduced PDA-Cu^2+ coating can adhere to any material of any shape;addition ally,the operation can be realized on a large scale because of its simplicity.These merits provide a promising approach for developing stable and safe lithium metal batteries. | Qianqian Meng Huimin Zhang Yue Liu Shaobo Huang Tianzhu Zhou Xiaofei Yang Biyan Wang Wenfeng Zhang Hai Ming Yu Xiang Meng Li Gaoping Cao Yaqin Huang Li-zhen Fan Hao Zhang Yuepeng Guan | 2019 | Nano Research2019,12,12: | 2 |

| 7 | Chitosan coatings with distinct innate immune bioactivities differentially stimulate angiogenesis,osteogenesis and chondrogenesis in poly-caprolactone scaffolds with controlled interconnecting pore size显示文摘This study tested whether osseous integration into poly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL)bioplastic scaffolds with fully-interconnecting 155±8μm pores is enhanced by an adhesive,non-inflammatory 99% degree of deacetylation(DDA)chitosan coating(99-PCL),or further incorporation of pro-inflammatory 83% DDA chitosan microparticles(83-99-PCL)to accelerate angiogenesis.New Zealand White rabbit osteochondral knee defects were press-fit with PCL,99-PCL,83-99-PCL,or allowed to bleed(drill-only).Between day 1 and 6 weeks of repair,drill-only defects repaired by endochondral ossification,with an 8-fold higher bone volume fraction(BVF)versus initial defects,compared to a 2-fold(99-PCL),1.1-fold(PCL),or 0.4-fold(83-99-PCL)change in BVF.Hematoma innate immune cells swarmed to 83-99-PCL,elicited angiogenesis throughout the pores and induced slight bone resorption.PCL and 99-PCL pores were variably filled with cartilage or avascular mesenchyme near the bone plate,or angiogenic mesenchyme into which repairing trabecular bone infiltrated up to 1 mm deep.More repair cartilage covered the 99-PCL scaffold(65%)than PCL(18%)or 83-99-PCL(0%)(p<0.005).We report the novel finding that non-inflammatory chitosan coatings promoted cartilage infiltration into and over a bioplastic scaffold,and were compatible with trabecular bone integration.This study also revealed that in vitro osteogenesis assays have limited ability to predict osseous integration into porous scaffolds,because(1)in vivo,woven bone integrates from the leading edge of regenerating trabecular bone and not from mesenchymal cells adhering to scaffold surfaces,and(2)bioactive coatings that attract inflammatory cells induce bone resorption. | Caroline D.Hoemann Javier Rodríguez Gonzalez Jessica Guzman-Morales Gaoping Chen Ebrahim Jalali Dil Basil D.Favis | 2022 | Bioactive Materials2022,7,4: | 1 |

| 12 | Catalytic Cracking of Cycloparaffins Admixed with Olefins:2. Single-Event Microkinetic(SEMK) Assessment显示文摘The developed SEMK model is used to provide an insight into the contribution of individual reactions in the cracking of methylcyclohexane as well as the site coverage by various carbenium ions. The preferred reaction pathways for the conversion of methylcyclohexane are hydride transfer reactions followed by PCP-isomerizations, deprotonation and endocyclic β-scission, accounting for 61%, 22% and 12% of its disappearance, respectively, at 693 K and 30% conversion of methylcyclohexane. Protolysis plays a minor role in the cracking of methylcyclohexane. Once cyclic diolefins are formed, all of them can be instantaneously transformed to aromatics, which are easily interconverted via disproportionation.
