1Epigenetics: An emerging player in gastric cancer显示文摘Cancers,like other diseases,arise from gene mutations and/or altered gene expression,which eventually cause dysregulation of numerous proteins and noncoding RNAs.Changes in gene expression,i.e.,upregulation of oncogenes and/or downregulation of tumor suppressor genes,can be generated not only by genetic and environmental factors but also by epigenetic factors,which are inheritable but nongenetic modifications of cellular chromosome components.Identification of the factors that contribute to individual cancers is a prerequisite to a full understanding of cancer mechanisms and the development of customized cancer therapies.The search for genetic and environmental factors has a long history in cancer research,but epigenetic factors only recently began to be associated with cancer formation,progression,and metastasis.Epigenetic alterations of chromatin include DNA methylation and histone modifications,which can affect gene-expression profiles.Recent studies have revealed diverse mechanisms by which chromatin modifiers,including writers,erasers and readers of the aforementioned modifications,contribute to the formation and progression of cancer.Furthermore,functional RNAs,such as microRNAs and long noncoding RNAs,have also been identified as key players in these processes.This review highlights recent findings concerning the epigenetic alterations associated with cancers,especially gastric cancer.Changwon Kang Ji-Joon Song Jaeok Lee Mi Young Kim 2014World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,21:6

4Significant enhancement of photoresponsive characteristics and mobility of MoS2-based transistors through hybridization with perovskite CsPbBr3 quantum dots显示文摘Inorganic perovskite CsPbBr3 quantum dots (QDs) are potential nanoscale photosensitizers;moreover,two-dimensional (2-D) molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) has been intensively studied for application in the active layers of optoelectronic devices.In this study,heterostructures of 2D-monolayered MoS2 with zero-dimensional functionalized CsPbBr3 QDs were prepared,and their nanoscale optical characteristics were investigated.The effect of n-type doping on the MoS2 monolayer after hybridization with perovskite CsPbBr3 QDs was observed using laser confocal microscope photoluminescenca (PL) and Raman spectra.Field-effect transistors (FETs) using MoS2 and the MoS2-CsPbBr3 QDs hybrid were also fabricated,and their electrical and photoresponsive characteristics were investigated in terms of the charge transfer effect.For the MoS2-CsPbBr3 QDs-based FETs,the field effect mobility and photoresponsivity upon light irradiation were enhanced by ~ 4 times and a dramatic ~ 17 times,respectively,compared to the FET prepared without the parovskite QDs and without light irradiation.It is noteworthy that the photoresponsivity of the MoS-2-CsPbBr3 QDs-based FETs significantly increased with increasing light power,which is completely contrary to the behavior observed in previous studies of MoS2-based FETs.The increased mobility and significant enhancement of the photoresponsivity can be attributed to the n-type doping effect and efficient energy transfer from CsPbBr3 QDs to MoS2.The results indicate that the optoelectronic characteristics of MoS2-based FETs can be significantly improved through hybridization with photosensitive parovskite CsPbBr3 QDs.Taeho Noh Heung Seob Shin Changwon Seo Jun Young Kim Jongwon Youn Jeongyong Kim Kwang-Sup Lee Jinsoo Joo 2019Nano Research2019,12,2:1

12Formation and Morphology of Anodic Oxide Films of Ti显示文摘The morphology and structure of the oxide films of Ti in H3PO4 were investigated by galvanos tatic anodization, SEM and XRD. The oxide film grew from some pores in the grooves to layered microdomains as increasing anodizing voltage. The crystallinity of the oxide films decreased with the increase of the concentration of the electrolyte. 13SOLIDIFICATION BEHAVIOR AND MICROSTRUCTURE EVOLUTION OF Si BEARING TiAl ALLOY显示文摘The solidification behavior of Ti 52 Al 48 x Si ( x =0, 0 5, 1 0, 2 0, 3 0, 6 0, mole fraction, %) alloys prepared by ingot metallurgy, has been studied with differential thermal analysis (DTA) and microstructure examination. Two kinds of Ti 5Si 3 phase were found in Ti 52 Al 48 x Si ( x =0 5, 1 0, 2 0) alloys. The first one was formed during L →Ti 5Si 3+ L 1, and the second one was characteristic of whiskers in eutectic morphology formed during L 2→α+Ti 5Si 3. The third kind of Ti 5Si 3 phase was formed in Ti 52 Al 48 3Si alloy by a eutectoid reaction of α→γ +Ti 5Si 3.
