1模糊环境下汽车故障模式风险水平综合评价方法显示文摘针对车辆故障模式风险评价,提出了一种新的模糊综合评价方法,即先利用基于维修数据的失效模式与效果分析(FMEA)筛选出关键故障模式进行进一步研究,再分别采用模糊层次分析法(AHP)与模糊扩展全乘比例多目标优化(MULTIMOORA)计算风险评价因素与故障模式的权重,通过计算车辆故障模式的最终权重得到故障模式进行风险排序。同时利用逻辑语言表征评审专家的评估信息并将其转化为三角模糊数,实现了客观维修数据与专家经验判断的有机结合。利用本文提出的新评价方法对现代一款轻型客车进行故障模式风险评估与排序,进行灵敏度分析验证此方法的有效性。周文财 魏朗 邱兆文 REZA Langari 2021机械科学与技术2021,40,12:5

3车辆模型对质心侧偏角估计的影响研究显示文摘为实现对车辆质心侧偏角的实时、有效估计,分析了车辆模型对于扩展卡尔曼估计器的影响。首先,考虑车辆的纵向、侧向及横摆运动,给出了3种不同的车辆模型(传统单轨模型、改进单轨模型及双轨模型);其次,结合扩展卡尔曼滤波理论,构造3种不同车辆质心侧偏角估计策略;最后,在CarSim/Simulink联合仿真环境下,分析了车辆模型对质心侧偏角估计精度及实时性的影响。仿真结果表明:算法实时性方面,传统单轨模型估计器具有较大的优势;算法精度方面,在小侧向加速度工况下,传统单轨模型估计器的效果略好;在大侧向加速度工况下,改进单轨模型估计器和双轨模型估计器的估计精度相当,均优于传统单轨模型估计器。陈建锋 曹杰 陈龙 黄浩乾 LANGARI Reza 汤传业 2019重庆理工大学学报(自然科学)2019,33,8:2
