2Recent advances on deoximation: From stoichiometric reaction to catalytic reaction显示文摘Deoximation reaction is one of the most important transformations in organic synthesis and for fine chemical production.Since oximes are easily synthesized from carbonyl compounds and are stable compounds,this reaction can be used for protection-deprotection,purification,and characterization of carbonyl compounds in organic synthesis,especially for the synthesis of medicines as well as the natural products.Moreover,because many oximes can be synthesized from non-carbonyl starting materials,the deoximation reaction is also widely used in the production of many carbonyl-contained fine chemicals.Deoximation methods by using stoichiometric reagents are mature and can produce the related carbonyl products in very high yield with broad substrate application scopes.But for environment-protection consideration as well as the production cost controlling purpose in fine chemical industry,developing catalytic deoximation methods is the trend of the field and there are a series of references on this topic in recent years.This short review summarized recent advances on the development of deoximation methods from stoichiometric reaction to catalytic reaction and the mechanisms of some important transformations were discussed in detail for reader reference.Yinghao Zheng Aiqiong Wu Yangyang Ke Hongen Cao Lei Yu 2019Chinese Chemical Letters2019,30,5:5

4A comprehensive analysis of the Bencao(herbal)small RNA Atlas reveals novel RNA therapeutics for treating human diseases显示文摘Cross-kingdom herbal mi RNA was first reported in 2012.Using a modified herbal extraction protocol,we obtained 73,677,287sequences by RNA-seq from 245 traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),of which 20,758,257 were unique sequences.We constructed a Bencao(herbal)small RNA(s RNA)Atlas(http://gffzz4a3adbfa122d4a47hnxcv9bw0c0qc6owp.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn),annotated the sequences by sequence-based clustering,and created a nomenclature system for Bencao s RNAs.The profiles of 21,757 mi RNAs in the Atlas were highly consistent with those of plant mi RNAs in mi RBase.Using software tools,our results demonstrated that all human genes might be regulated by s RNAs from the Bencao s RNA Atlas,part of the predicted human target genes were experimentally validated,suggesting that Bencao s RNAs might be one of the main bioactive components of herbal medicines.We established roadmaps for oligonucleotide drugs development and optimization of TCM prescriptions.Moreover,the decoctosome,a lipo-nano particle consisting of 0.5%–2.5%of the decoction,demonstrated potent medical effects.We propose a Bencao(herbal)Index,including small-molecule compounds(SM),protein peptides(P),nucleic acid(N),non-nucleic and non-proteinogenic large-molecule compounds(LM)and elements from Mendeleev's periodic table(E),to quantitatively measure the medical effects of botanic medicine.The Bencao s RNA Atlas is a resource for developing gene-targeting oligonucleotide drugs and optimizing botanical medicine,and may provide potential remedies for the theory and practice of one medicine.Yinghao Cao Yexuan Lin Na Sun Xinyi Du Yixin Dong Song Mei Xingyu Deng Xiaobei Li Shaoting Guo Kegong Tang Jiaqi Liu Xiangyu Qiao Dandan Zhao Yuhao Qin Cong Zhang Tianyi Xin Xiaohu Shi Congzhao Zhou Tao Dong De-an Guo Benedikt MKessler Dong Xu Jingyuan Song Fengming Huang Xiaoyue Wang Chengyu Jiang 2023Science China(Life Sciences)2023,66,10:2

7Synergy in magnetic Ni_(x)Co_(1)O_(y) oxides enables base-free selective oxidation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural on loaded Au nanoparticles显示文摘The base-free aerobic oxidation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF) to 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid(FDCA)in water is recognized as an important and sustainable upgrading process for cellulosic carbohydrates.However,selectivity control still remains a challenge.Here,we disclose that the unique synergy in magnetic Ni_(x)Co_(1)O_(y)(x=1,3 and 5) bimetallic oxides can induce reactive oxygen defects and simultaneously stabilize small-sized metallic Au nanoparticles in the Au/Ni_(x)Co_(1)O_(y)catalysts.Such catalytic features render effective adsorption and activation of O_(2),OH and C=O groups,realizing selective oxidation of HMF to FDCA.On a series of magnetic Au/Ni_(x)Co_(1)O_(y)catalysts with almost identical Au loadings(ca.0.5 wt%) and particle sizes(ca.2.7 nm),the variable Ni/Co molar ratios give rise to the tunable electron density of Au sites and synergistic effect between NiO and CoO_(y).The initial conversion rates of HMF and its derived intermediates(i.e., DFF,HMFCA and FFCA) show a volcano-like dependence on the number of oxygen defects(i.e.,O_(2)^(-)and O^(-)) and electron-rich Au0sites.The optimum Au/Ni3Co1Oycatalyst exhibits a highest productivity of FDCA(12.5 mmol_(FDCA)mol_(Au)^(-1)h^(-1)) among all the Au catalysts in the literature and achieves> 99% yield of FDCA at 120℃ and 10 bar of O_(2).In addition,this catalyst can be easily recovered by a magnet and show superior stability and reusability during six consecutive cycling tests.This work may shed a light on Au catalysis for the base-free oxidation of biomass compounds by smartly using the synergy in bimetallic oxide carriers.Hao Zhang Yinghao Wang Qizhao Zhang Bang Gu Qinghu Tang Qiue Cao Kun Wei Wenhao Fang 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,3:0
8Structural optimization design of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement using modulus matching criterion and multi-indicator range analysis显示文摘Damage to semi-rigid base asphalt pavement is related to improper matching of the pavement structure moduli.This study mainly focused on the modulus matching of structural layers and the development of a pavement structure optimization method.First,the modulus loss of existing pavement structures was analysed,and a three-dimensional finite element model was established based on the existing pavement.Second,the influence of the modulus of each structural layer on the mechanical response indicators and fatigue life was analysed.Based on the results,a pavement structure design method using the smoothness of the stress-strain curve as the modulus matching criterion of the structural layers was proposed.And it was found that a strain convex point was present and that the stress mutation between the structural layers was significant when the modulus matching of the pavement structure was reasonable.Further,the evaluation indicators were divided into two groups,namely,mechanical indicators and fatigue life indicators.And it was proposed an optimized pavement structure design method based on modulus matching and multi-indicator range analysis.Finally,the optimal modulus combination of pavement structure was determined by this method.The research systematically studied the influence of the modulus of each structural layer on the mechanical response and fatigue life of the pavement,and proposed the concept and specific executive criteria of modulus matching for the first time.Meanwhile,it also provided an effective optimization method for pavement structure design.Zhihao Yang Linbing Wang Dongwei Cao Yinghao Miao Hailu Yang 2024Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering(English Edition)2024,11,1:0
9Efficient hydrogenation of furfural to furfuryl alcohol by magnetically recoverable RuCo bimetallic catalyst显示文摘A magnetically recoverable Ru Co bimetallic catalyst was reported for the catalytic hydrogenation of furfural to furfuryl alcohol under ambient H_(2) pressure.The magnetic catalyst was prepared by H_(2) treatment of the Ru Co composite precursor from a facile one-pot hydrolysis of Co and Ru salts by NaBH_(4) solution.This catalyst can totally convert furfural to 98–100% furfuryl alcohol at 120°C under 1 bar H_(2) in isopropanol or water using only molecular H_(2) as hydrogen source.Moreover,the catalyst showed excellent stability during recycling test and can be easily and completely recovered by magnet from reaction solution.The influence of Ru/Co ratio and H_(2)-treatment temperature was studied,which were shown to be important for the structural evolution and the metal interaction in Ru Co active sites,based on the comprehensive characterizations including XRD,TGA,TEM,XPS,H_(2)-TPR,CO adsorbed DRIFT-IR.It was demonstrated that the cooperative Ru~0–Co~0 bimetallic active sites in strong interaction can significantly promote activity and selectivity of the catalyst due to an enhanced adsorption and activation of furfural and H_(2),and simultaneously created a strong magnetism in the Ru Co catalyst for simple physical separation.Yongxing Wang Tianyu Gao Yaowei Lu Yinghao Wang Qiue Cao Wenhao Fang 2022Green Energy & Environment2022,7,2:0
10Clinical effects of the combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicines on coronavirus disease 2019:a systematic review and Meta-analysis显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To explore the clinical efficacy of the combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicines for the treatment of coronavirus disease2019(COVID-19).METHODS:Studies were identified in six popular medical databases.RESULTS:Thirteen studies were included.The results showed that combined treatment with Traditional Chinese and Western Medicines can reduce the probability of progression from mild to severe disease[RR=0.34,95%confidence interval(CI)(0.18,0.65)](P=0.001)and improve the clinical cure rate[RR=0.17,95%CI(0.05,0.28)](P=0.004).The use of an integrated treatment strategy shortened the time to the remission of fever[WMD=-1.27,95%CI(-1.67,-0.92)](P<0.001)and improved the incidences of the disappearance of fever and fatigue[RR=1.25,95%CI(1.06,1.47)(P=0.007);RR=1.49,95%CI(1.13,1.97)(P=0.004)].CONCLUSION:A combined treatment strategy is effective for COVID-19.YAN Lizhao MAO Fuwei CAO Yinghao XIE Mao 2021Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,4:0
11Tumor-associated microbiota in colorectal cancer with vascular tumor thrombus and neural invasion and association with clinical prognosis显示文摘Neural invasion(NI)and vascular tumor thrombus(VT)are associated with poor prognosis in patients with colorectal cancer(CRC).In this study,we apply 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing to tumor tissues and adjacent normal tissues in patients with CRC to determine the microbial differences.A discovery cohort,including 30 patients with NI,23 with VT,and 35 with double-negative CRC tissue,is utilized.Then,we analyze the relationship between the specific bacterial taxa and indicators of different dimensions in separate cohorts.In the discovery cohort,the diversity and composition of the gut microbiome distinctly differ between the tumor and nontumor tissues in the NI and VT groups.A high abundance of Cupriavidus is found to be related to a short survival time of NI CRC,while Herbaspirillum is a potential microbial biomarker predicting the prognosis of patients with CRC with NI or VT.Moreover,the abundance of Cupriavidus or Herbaspirillum is associated with some clinical patient characteristics and prognosis,respectively.In conclusion,this study is the first to comprehensively elaborate the differences in the gut microbiota of patients with CRC with different invasion statuses and to prove the relationship between some gut microbiota and clinical patient characteristics.Mingjie Li Min Jin Lei Zhao Dandan Yu Yan Li Linli Shi Bin Zhou Li Liu Yinghao Cao Kailin Cai Jun Fan Xiu Nie Tao Zhang Hongli Liu 2024Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2024,56,3:0
