1计算热力学、计算动力学与材料设计显示文摘自20世纪50年代发展起来的计算热力学从早期的计算机耦合相图和热化学性质(CALPHAD-CALculation of PHAse Diagram,或Computer Coupling of Phase Diagrams and Thermochemistry),逐渐向动力学领域扩展,建立起有机集成了计算热力学理论的以多元扩散相变模拟、形核析出模拟和相场模拟为特色的计算动力学方法.同时,结合实验数据、第一性原理计算、统计学方法及经验半经验理论,运用CALPHAD优化评估技术,建立适用于多元多相材料的热力学、动力学以及物理性质的材料设计基础数据库.这种面向多元多相材料体系的计算热力学、动力学方法和专用数据库的结合,使模拟真实材料的相变过程和显微组织结构演化成为可能.进一步以计算热力学、动力学为桥梁,将电子、原子和分子等微观尺度和宏观层次的计算模拟联系起来,构建多尺度集成计算平台,建立多元多相材料的成分工艺-组织结构-性能之间的定量关系,加速材料的开发和应用.这是新材料理性设计和定制的崭新手段,也是集成计算材料工程(ICME)和材料基因组计划(MGI)的目标.本文将介绍计算热力学和计算动力学的基本理论、应用、发展现状及前景展望.鲁晓刚 王卓 CUI YuWen 金展鹏 2013科学通报2013,58,35:17

3Computational thermodynamics, computational kinetics, and materials design显示文摘Computational thermodynamics,known as CALPHAD method when dawned in 1950s,aimed at coupling phase diagrams with thermochemistry by computational techniques.It eventually evolves toward kinetic simulations integrated with thermodynamic calculations,i.e.,computational kinetics,including diffusion-controlled phase transformation,precipitation simulation,and phasefield simulation.In the meantime,thermodynamic,mobility,and physical property databases for multi-component and multi-phase materials,served as basic knowledge for materials design,are critically evaluated by CALPHAD approach combining key experiments,first-principles calculations,statistic methods,and empirical theories.The combination of these computational techniques with their conjugated databases makes it possible to simulate phase transformations and predict the microstructure evolution in real materials in a foreseeable future.Further links to microand macro-scale simulations lead to a multi-scale computational framework,and aid the search for the quantitativerelations among chemistry,process,microstructures,and materials properties in order to accelerate materials development and deployment.This is a new route of materials and process design pursued by Integrated Computational Materials Engineering(ICME)and Materials Genome Initiative(MGI).This article presents a review on the basic theories and applications,the state of the art and perspective of computational thermodynamics and kinetics.Xiao-Gang Lu Zhuo Wang Yuwen Cui Zhanpeng Jin 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,15:3

8Tuning the electronic structure of a metal-organic framework for an efficient oxygen evolution reaction by introducing minor atomically dispersed ruthenium显示文摘The establishment of efficient oxygen evolution electrocatalysts is of great value but also challenging.Herein,a durable metal–organic framework(MOF)with minor atomically dispersed ruthenium and an optimized electronic structure is constructed as an efficient electrocatalyst.Significantly,the obtained NiRu_(0.08)-MOF with doping Ru only needs an overpotential of 187 mV at 10 mA cm^(-2) with a Tafel slop of 40 mV dec^(-1) in 0.1M KOH for the oxygen evolution reaction,and can work continuously for more than 300 h.Ultrahigh Ru mass activity is achieved,reaching 56.7 Ag^(-1)_(Ru) at an overpotential of 200 mV,which is 36 times higher than that of commercial RuO_(2).X-ray adsorption spectroscopy and density function theory calculations reveal that atomically dispersed ruthenium on metal sites in MOFs is expected to optimize the electronic structure of nickel sites,thus improving the conductivity of the catalyst and optimizing the adsorption energy of intermediates,resulting in significant optimization of electrocatalytic performance.This study could provide a new avenue for the design of efficient and stable MOF electrocatalysts.Yuwen Li Yuhang Wu Tongtong Li Mengting Lu Yi Chen Yuanjing Cui Junkuo Gao Guodong Qian 2023Carbon Energy2023,5,2:1

13Elucidating cellular interactome of chikungunya virus identifies host dependency factors显示文摘Chikungunya virus(CHIKV)is a re-emerging mosquito-transmitted RNA virus causing joint and muscle pain.To better understand how CHIKV rewires the host cell and usurps host cell functions,we generated a systematic CHIKV-human protein-protein interaction map and revealed several novel connections that will inform further mechanistic studies.One of these novel interactions,between the viral protein E1 and STIP1 homology and U-box containing protein 1(STUB1),was found to mediate ubiquitination of E1 and degrade E1 through the proteasome.Capsid associated with G3BP1,G3BP2 and AAAþATPase valosin-containing protein(VCP).Furthermore,VCP inhibitors blocked CHIKV infection,suggesting VCP could serve as a therapeutic target.Further work is required to fully understand the functional consequences of these interactions.Given that CHIKV proteins are conserved across alphaviruses,many virus-host protein-protein interactions identified in this study might also exist in other alphaviruses.Construction of interactome of CHIKV provides the basis for further studying the function of alphavirus biology.Peiqi Yin Xia Jian Yihan Liu Yuwen Liu Lu Lv Haoran Cui Leiliang Zhang 2023Virologica Sinica2023,38,4:0
