| 2 | Efficacy and safety of ginkgo injections in the treatment of angina pectoris caused by coronary heart disease in China: a network Meta-analysis and systematic review显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To assess the clinical efficacy and safety of ginkgo injections(GIs)combined with conventional treatment(CT)against angina pectoris(AP)due to coronary heart disease(CH D).METHODS:Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)that used GIs to treat AP were searched in SinoMed,PubMed,China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database,Chinese Scientific Journals Database,Wanfang Database,Embase and Cochrane Library until March 2017.The Cochrane 'risk of bias' method was used to evaluate the methodological quality of RCTs.Data were analyzed using Stata v13.1 and WinBUGS v1.4.3.RESULTS:A total of 73 RCTs involving 7621 patients were included.A Bayesian network Meta-analysis of RCTs was undertaken,and the advantages of four types of Gl-supplemented CT in AP treatment were determined.CONCLUSION:Gl-assisted CT was more effective against AP than CT alone.However,based on the limitations of the study,additional high-quality RCTs are required to confirm our findings. | Tan Di Wu Jiarui Jing Zhiwei Duan Xiaojiao Cui Yingying Liu Shi | 2019 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2019,39,3: | 8 |
| 3 | Injections of ginkgo in the treatment of cerebral infarction: a systematic review and network Meta-analysis显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To assess the clinical effectiveness and safety of injections of ginkgo(GI) combined with Western Medicine(WM) for cerebral infarction(CI).METHODS: Randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of CI treated by GI were searched in China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database, Wanfang, China Science and Technology Journal Database, Web of Science, Cochrane library, Embase, Pub Med and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, with the publication data no later than April, 2016. The Cochrane risk of bias method was used to evaluate the methodological quality of the RCTs. The data were analyzed by Review Manager 5.3, Stata 13.0,and Win BUGS 14 software.RESULTS: Totally 37 RCTs involving 4330 patientswere included. By direct comparison, the results of GI group were significantly superior to the routine WM group in the total effective rates [OR = 3.61,95% CI(2.93, 4.44), P < 0.0001], the neural function defect score(NFDS) [MD =-4.39, 95% CI(-5.47,-3.32), P < 0.0001]. Network Meta-analysis(NMA)results showed that, between 5 GIs in efficacy, the difference comparing ginaton injections(Gb E) to ginkgo-dipyidamolum injections(GD) [OR = 1.74,95% CI(0.73, 3.65)], shuxuening injections(SXN)[OR = 1.06, 95% CI(0.609, 1.697)] or ginkgolides injections(GK) [OR = 4.711, 95% CI(1.178, 13.21)]reach statistical significance; the difference comparing GD to GK reach statistical significance [OR =2.791, 95% CI(0.866, 6.908)]; the difference comparing SXN to GK reach statistical significance[OR = 4.537, 95% CI(1.203, 12.41)]. Besides, there was no difference between 4 GIs in NFDS. Probability ranking result showed a great possibility for GK [Surface under the Cumulative Ranking curve(SUCRA) = 80.3%] in improving the total effective rates, which were followed by GD(SUCRA =73.34%), SXN(SUCRA = 46.59%), Gb E(SUCRA =45.46%), floium ginkgo extract and tertram ethypyrazine sodium chloride injections(FT)(SUCRA = 35.64%). However, GK(SUCRA = 80.3%) or Gb E(SUCRA = 69.4%) was better than other GIs in reducing NFDS.GK + WM is the best treatment measures to reduce NFDS in cerebral infarction,which were followed by SXN + WM(SUCRA =51.6%), GD + WM(SUCRA = 48.1%).CONCLUSION: GIs was more effectiveness on CI than the routine Western Medicine. | 7 | Towards high-power mid-IR light source tunable from 3.8 to 4.5 µm by HBr-filled hollow-core silica fibres显示文摘Fibre lasers operating at the mid-IR have attracted enormous interest due to the plethora of applications in defence,security,medicine,and so on.However,no continuous-wave(CW)fibre lasers beyond 4μm based on rare-earth-doped fibres have been demonstrated thus far.Here,we report efficient mid-IR laser emission from HBr-filled silica hollow-core fibres(HCFs)for the first time.By pumping with a self-developed thulium-doped fibre amplifier seeded by several diode lasers over the range of 1940–1983 nm,narrow linewidth mid-IR emission from 3810 to 4496 nm has been achieved with a maximum laser power of about 500 mW and a slope efficiency of approximately 18%.To the best of our knowledge,the wavelength of 4496 nm with strong absorption in silica-based fibres is the longest emission wavelength from a CW fibre laser,and the span of 686 nm is also the largest tuning range achieved to date for any CW fibre laser.By further reducing the HCF transmission loss,increasing the pump power,improving the coupling efficiency,and optimizing the fibre length together with the pressure,the laser efficiency and output power are expected to increase significantly.This work opens new opportunities for broadly tunable high-power mid-IR fibre lasers,especially beyond 4μm. | Zhiyue Zhou Zefeng Wang Wei Huang Yulong Cui Hao Li Meng Wang Xiaoming Xi Shoufei Gao Yingying Wang | 2022 | Light(Science & Applications)2022,11,1: | 3 |
| 8 | Identification of banana fusarium wilt using supervised classification algorithms with UAV-based multi-spectral imagery显示文摘The disease of banana Fusarium wilt currently threatens banana production areas all over the world.Rapid and large-area monitoring of Fusarium wilt disease is very important for the disease treatment and crop planting adjustments.The objective of this study was to evaluate the performance of supervised classification algorithms such as support vector machine(SVM),random forest(RF),and artificial neural network(ANN)algorithms to identify locations that were infested or not infested with Fusarium wilt.An unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)equipped with a five-band multi-spectral sensor(blue,green,red,red-edge and near-infrared bands)was used to capture the multi-spectral imagery.A total of 139 ground sample-sites were surveyed to assess the occurrence of banana Fusarium wilt.The results showed that the SVM,RF,and ANN algorithms exhibited good performance for identifying and mapping banana Fusarium wilt disease in UAV-based multi-spectral imagery.The overall accuracies of the SVM,RF,and ANN were 91.4%,90.0%,and 91.1%,respectively for the pixel-based approach.The RF algorithm required significantly less training time than the SVM and ANN algorithms.The maps generated by the SVM,RF,and ANN algorithms showed the areas of occurrence of Fusarium wilt disease were in the range of 5.21-5.75 hm2,accounting for 36.3%-40.1%of the total planting area of bananas in the study area.The results also showed that the inclusion of the red-edge band resulted in an increase in the overall accuracy of 2.9%-3.0%.A simulation of the resolutions of satellite-based imagery(i.e.,0.5 m,1 m,2 m,and 5 m resolutions)showed that imagery with a spatial resolution higher than 2 m resulted in good identification accuracy of Fusarium wilt.The results of this study demonstrate that the RF classifier is well suited for the identification and mapping of banana Fusarium wilt disease from UAV-based remote sensing imagery.The results provide guidance for disease treatment and crop planting adjustments. | Huichun Ye Wenjiang Huang Shanyu Huang Bei Cui Yingying Dong Anting Guo Yu Ren Yu Jin | 2020 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2020,13,3: | 3 |

| 18 | Contribution of underlying terrain to sand dunes: evidence from the Qaidam Basin, Northwest China显示文摘Underlying terrain strongly influences dune formation.However,the impacts of underlying terrain on the dune formation are poorly studied.In the present research,we focused on dunes that formed in the alluvial fans and dry salt flats in the Qaidam Basin,Northwest China.We quantified the dunes'sediment characteristics on different types of underlying terrain and the terrain's effects on the surface quartz grains by analyzing grain-size distribution,soluble salt contents and grain surface micro-textures.Results showed that barchan dunes were dominated by medium sands with a unimodal frequency distribution,whose peak corresponded to the saltation load.Linear dunes were mainly composed of fine sands with a bimodal frequency distribution,whose main peak represented the saltation load,and whose secondary peak represented the modified saltation or suspension load.Sand was transported from source area by running water(inland rivers)over short distances and by wind over relatively longer distances.Thus,quartz grains had poor roundness and were dominated by sub-angular and angular shapes.Surface micro-textures indicated that dune sands were successively transported by exogenic agents(glaciation,fluviation and wind).Soluble salt contents were low in dunes that developed in the alluvial fans,which represented a low-energy chemical environment,so the grain surface micro-textures mainly resulted from mechanical erosion,with weak micro-textures formed by SiO2 solution and precipitation.However,soluble salt contents were much higher in dunes that developed in the dry salt flats,which indicated a high-energy chemical environment.Therefore,in addition to micro-structures caused by mechanical erosion,micro-textures formed by SiO2 solution and precipitation also well developed.Our results improve understanding of the sediment characteristics of dune sands and the effects of underlying terrain on dune development in the Qaidam Basin,China. | LI Jiyan QU Xin DONG Zhibao CAI Yingying LIU Min REN Xiaozong CUI Xujia | 2021 | Journal of Arid Land2021,13,12: | 1 |
