| 1 | 保护性耕作对旱地麦-豆双序列轮作农田土壤水分及利用效率的影响显示文摘选择黄土高原陇中丘陵半干旱典型区———定西地区,在前期试验研究的基础上,2002~2004年通过对保护性耕作条件下旱地春小麦—豌豆双序列轮作农田土壤水分及利用效率的试验研究,结果表明:保护性耕作能够显著提高0~200cm土层土壤贮水量及含水量,这种作用在降水较少年份表现更为突出。免耕及免耕覆草较常规耕作土壤贮水量分别提高1 93%~7 25%和0 06%~3 58%。休闲轮作有利于提高土壤对降水的保蓄,具有良好的蓄水保墒作用,但不同的轮作序列表现不同。P/W各处理小麦收获期土壤0~50cm含水量均比W/P各处理小麦收获期土壤0~50cm含水量有所增加,增幅为0 33%~0 62%。0~200cm土壤含水量呈反S型变化,播种期、五叶期及收获期土壤具有较高含水量,而开花期土壤含水量则较低。免耕覆草处理的产量及水分利用效率分别为3709 69kg/hm2和10 45kg/hm2·mm,分别较常规耕作提高30 28%和40 08%。 | 郭清毅 黄高宝 Guangdi Li YIN Chan | 2005 | 水土保持学报2005,19,3: | 105 |

| 5 | Laparoscopic Partial Nephrectomy With Segmental Renal Artery Clamping:Technique and Clinical Outcomes显示文摘Background:Warm ischemic injury is one of the most important factors affecting renal function in partial nephrectomy(PN).The technique of segmental renal artery clamping emerges as an alternative to conventional renal artery clamping for renal hilar control.Objective:To evaluate the feasibility and efficiency of laparoscopic PN(LPN) with segmental renal artery clamping in comparison with the conventional technique.Design,setting,and participants:A total of 75 patients underwent LPN from June 2007 to November 2009.All patients had T1a or T1b tumor in one kidney and a normal contralateral kidney.Thirty-seven patients underwent surgeries with main renal artery clamping,and 38 underwent surgeries with segmental artery clamping.Intervention:All procedures were performed by the same laparoscopic surgeon.Measurements:Blood loss,operation time,warm ischemia(WI) time,and complications affected renal function before and after operation were recorded.Results and limitations:All LPNs were completed without conversion to open surgery or nephrectomy.The novel technique slightly increased WI time(p < 0.001) and intraoperative blood loss(p = 0.006),while it provided better postoperative affected renal function(p < 0.001) compared with the conventional technique.The total complication rate was 12%.Among the 38 cases where segmental renal artery clamping was performed,7 had to convert to the conventional method.Tumor size and location influenced the number of clamped segmental arteries.Long-term postoperative renal function is still awaited.Conclusions:LPN with segmental artery clamping is safe and feasible in clinical practice.It minimizes the intraoperative WI injury and improves early postoperative affected renal function compared with main renal artery clamping.(C) 2010 European Association of Urology.Published by Elsevier B.V.All rights reserved. | Shao,P.F. | 8 | Influence of continuous veno-venous hemofiltration on the course of acute pancreatitis显示文摘AIM: To investigate whether continuous veno-venous hemofiltration (CWH) in different filtration rate to eliminate cytokines would result in different efficiency in acute pancreatitis, whether the saturation time of filter membrane was related to different filtration rate, and whether the onset time of CWH could influence the survival of acute pancreatitis.METHODS: Thirty-seven patients were classified into four groups randomly. Group 1 underwent low-volume CVVH within 48 h of the onset of abdominal pain (early CVVH,n = 9). Group 2 received low-volume CVVH after 96 h of the onset of abdominal pain (late CVVH, n = 10). Group 3underwent high-volume CWH within 48 h of the onset of abdominal pain (early CWH, n = 9). Group 4 received high-volume CWH after 96 h of theonset of abdominal pain (late CVVH, n = 9). CVVH was sustained for at least 72 h. Blood was taken before hemofiltration, and ultrafiltrate was collected at the start of CWH and every 12 h during CVVH period for the purpose of measuring the concentrations of TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6. The concentrations of TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 were measured by swine-specific El ISA. The Solartron 1 255 B frequency response analyzer (British) was used to observe the resistance of filter membrane.RESULTS: The survival rate had a significant difference (94.44% vs68.42%, P<0.01) high-volume and low-volume CVVH patients. The survival rate had also a significant difference (88.89% vs 73.68%, P<0.05) between early and late CWH patients. The hemodynamic deterioration (MAP, HR, CVP) was less severe in groups 4 and 1 than that in group 2, and in group 3 than in group 4. The adsorptive saturation time of filters membranes was 120-180 min if the filtration rate was 1 000-4 000 mL/h. After the first, second and third new hemofilters were changed,serum TNF-α concentrations had a negative correlation with resistance (r: -0.91, -0.89, and -0.86, respectively in group 1; -0.89, -0.85, and -0.76, respectively in group 2;-0.88, -0.92, and -0.82, respectively in group 3; -0.84,-0.87, and -0.79, respectively in group 4). The decreasing extent of TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 was significantly different between group 3 and group 1 (TNF-α P<0.05, IL-1β P<0.05,IL-6 P<0.01), between group 4 and group 2 (TNF-α P<0.05,IL-1β P<0.05, IL-6 P<0.01), between group 1 and group 2(TNF-α P<0.05, IL-1β P<0.05, IL-6 P<0.05), and between group 3 and group 4 (TNF-α P<0.01, IL-1β P<0.01, IL-6P<0.05),respectively during CVVH period. The decreasing extent of TNF-α and IL-1β was also significantly different between survival patients and dead patients (TNF-αP<0.05, IL-1β P<0.05).In survival patients, serum concentration of TNF-α and IL-1β decreased more significantly than that in dead patients.CONCLUSION: High-volume and early CWH improve hemodynamic deterioration and survival in acute pancreatitis patients. High-volume CVVH can eliminate cytokines more efficiently than low-volume CWH. The survival rate is related to the decrease extent of TNF-α and IL-1β.The adsorptive saturation time of filter membranes are different under different filtration rate condition. | 14 | Failure mechanism and coupled static-dynamic loading theory in deep hard rock mining: A review显示文摘Rock failure phenomena,such as rockburst,slabbing(or spalling) and zonal disintegration,related to deep underground excavation of hard rocks are frequently reported and pose a great threat to deep mining.Currently,the explanation for these failure phenomena using existing dynamic or static rock mechanics theory is not straightforward.In this study,new theory and testing method for deep underground rock mass under coupled static-dynamic loading are introduced.Two types of coupled loading modes,i.e.'critical static stress + slight disturbance' and 'elastic static stress + impact disturbance',are proposed,and associated test devices are developed.Rockburst phenomena of hard rocks under coupled static-dynamic loading are successfully reproduced in the laboratory,and the rockburst mechanism and related criteria are demonstrated.The results of true triaxial unloading compression tests on granite and red sandstone indicate that the unloading can induce slabbing when the confining pressure exceeds a certain threshold,and the slabbing failure strength is lower than the shear failure strength according to the conventional Mohr-Column criterion.Numerical results indicate that the rock unloading failure response under different in situ stresses and unloading rates can be characterized by an equivalent strain energy density.In addition,we present a new microseismic source location method without premeasuring the sound wave velocity in rock mass,which can efficiently and accurately locate the rock failure in hard rock mines.Also,a new idea for deep hard rock mining using a non-explosive continuous mining method is briefly introduced. | Xibing Li Fengqiang Gong Ming Tao Longjun Dong Kun Du Chunde Ma Zilong Zhou Tubing Yin | 2017 | Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2017,9,4: | 68 |

| 16 | Dexamethasone-induced adipogenesis in primary marrow stromal cell cultures: mechanism of steroid-induced osteonecrosis显示文摘Background In steroid-induced osteonecrosis, hypertrophy and hyperplasia of marrow fat cells and lipid deposition of osteocytes can be found in the femoral head. However, the precise reason is not clear yet. The aim of this study was to observe the effect of dexamethasone (Dex) on differentiation of marrow stromal cells (MSCs), and to investigate the pathobiological mechanism of steroid-induced osteonecrosis. Methods MSCs in cultures were treated with increasing concentrations of Dex (0, 10-9, 10-8, 10-7, and 10-6 mol/L) continuously for 21 days. The cells, which were exposed to 0 mol/L (control) or 10-7 mol/L Dex for 4-21 days, were then cultured for 21 days without Dex. MSCs were stained with Sudan Ⅲ. Number of adipocytes was counted under a light microscope. The activity of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) of MSCs treated with 0, 10-8, 10-7, and 10-6 mol/L Dex for 12 days, and that treated with 0 mol/L and 10-7 mol/L Dex for 8, 10, or 12 days were determined. The levels of triglycerides, osteocalcin and cell proliferation of MSCs treated with 0 mol/L and 10-7 mol/L Dex were detected. The mRNA expression levels of adipose-specific 422(aP2) gene and osteogenic gene type I collagen in MSCs treated with 0 mol/L and 10-7 mol/L Dex for 6 days were analyzed by whole-cell dot-blot hybridization. Statistical analysis was performed using Student’s t test and analysis of variance. P values less than 0.05 were considered significant statistically. Results The number of adipocytes in cultures increased with the duration of MSCs’ exposure to Dex and the concentration of Dex. The level of ALP activity in the MSCs decreased with concentration of Dex. In the control group, it was 8.69 times of that in the 10-7 mol/L Dex group on day 12 (t=20.51, P<0.001). The level of triglycerides in 10-7 mol/L Dex group was 3.40 times of that in the control (t=11.00, P<0.001). The levels of cell proliferation and osteocalcin in the control were 1.54 and 2.42 times of that in the 10-7 mol/L Dex group respectively. As compared to the control, the mRNA expression of adipose-specific 422(aP2) gene in 10-7mol/L Dex group was significantly increased (t=36.48, P<0.001), and that of osteogenic gene type I collagen was decreased (t=42.07, P<0.001). | 18 | Risk factors for intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma:A case-control study in China显示文摘AIM: To carry out a hospital-based case-control study to investigate risk factors for intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) in China. METHODS: A total of 312 ICC cases and 438 matched controls were included in the study. The presence of diabetes mellitus,hypertention,hepatolithiasis,primary sclerosing cholangitis,liver fluke infection (Clonorchis sinensis ),was investigated through clinical records. Blood from all participants was tested for hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) and anti-HCV antibodies. Odds ratios (OR) and 95% confi dence intervals (95% CI) were estimated using conditional logistic regression. RESULTS: Compared with controls,ICC patients had a higher prevalence of HBsAg seropositivity (48.4% vs 9.6%,P < 0.000),and hepatolithiasis (5.4% vs 1.1%,P = 0.001). By multivariate analysis,the signif icant risk factors for development of ICC were HBsAg seropositivity (adjusted OR,8.876,95% CI,5.973-13.192),and hepatolithiasis (adjusted OR,5.765,95% CI,1.972-16.851). The prevalence of anti-HCV seropositivity,diabetes mellitus,hypertention,cigarette smoking,and alcohol consumption were not significantly different between cases and controls.
