| 1 | 基于保护平面热源法的防隔热材料热物性测量显示文摘提出了一种可同时测量材料热导率、热扩散率并同步估计接触热阻影响的保护平面热源法.首先,建立了能够评估接触热阻影响的热传导模型;其次,设计并搭建了用于实验验证的热物性测量装置,其中的核心部件测温探头采用了附着于陶瓷基底的刻蚀双螺旋铂金属丝结构,可同时实现加热及测温;最后,利用此装置对2种标准材料在常温及1,200,℃下的热物性进行了测量.测量结果表明,由于该方法能同时考虑接触热阻的影响,热导率及热扩散率的测量误差可分别控制在5%及10%以内.因此,考虑实际存在的接触热阻可以提高热物性测量的准确度;接触热阻会受试样与探头接触紧密程度的影响,并最终对热物性测量准确度造成影响,良性接触是保证热物性高精度测量的关键. | 王强 戴景民 COPPA P | 2010 | 天津大学学报2010,43,12: | 8 |
| 2 | Patterns of cancer recurrence in localized resected hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘BACKGROUND:Tumor resection in non-metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)patients with adequate liver reserve offers a potential cure,but has a high 5-year recurrence rate.We analyzed the patterns of cancer relapse after partial hepatectomy to guide post-operative management.METHODS:A total of 144 HCC patients(1996-2011)after partial hepatectomy were reviewed.Statistical correlations were determined using univariate and partition analyses.RESULTS:A median follow-up of 20 months showed recurrence in 71(49%)patients,and the median time to recurrence was 11.9 months.Vascular invasion(P<0.01)and number of lesions(P<0.01)predicted for recurrence.Histologic grade was not correlated with recurrence.Twenty-two(31%)patients developed both surgical margin(SM)and concurrent intrahepatic recurrences,and 28(40%)had non-SM intrahepatic recurrences with no other signs of recurrence.On partition analysis,the risk of marginal recurrence in patients with SM<1 mm and SM≥1 mm was 35%and 13.5%respectively.Approximately 57%of patients with intrahepatic recurrence had recurrence≤2.5 cm from SM.CONCLUSIONS:Intrahepatic recurrence after partial hepatectomy is common and is significantly associated with vascular invasion and tumor stage.About 57%of patients with intrahepatic relapse had a recurrence close(≤2.5 cm)to the SM.Additionally,patients with SM<1 mm have a higher recurrence rate and may benefit from adjuvant local therapy. | Aryavarta MS Kumar Elisha T Fredman Christopher Coppa Galal El-Gazzaz Federico N Aucejo May Abdel-Wahab | 2015 | Hepatobiliary & Pancreatic Diseases International2015,14,3: | 7 |
| 3 | Liver transplantation in patients with incidental hepatocellular carcinoma/cholangiocarcinoma and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma: a single-center experience显示文摘BACKGROUND: Reports of liver transplantation(LT) in patients with mixed hepatocellular carcinoma/cholangiocarcinoma(HCC/CC) and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC) are modest and have been mostly retrospective after pathological categorization in the setting of presumed HCC. Some studies suggest that patients undergoing LT with small and unifocal ICC or mixed HCC/CC can achieve about 40%-60% 5-year post-transplant survival. The study aimed to report our experience in patients undergoing LT with explant pathology revealing HCC/CC and ICC.METHODS: From a prospectively maintained database, we performed cohort analysis. We identified 13 patients who underwent LT with explant pathology revealing HCC/CC or ICC. RESULTS: The observed recurrence rate post-LT was 31%(4/13) and overall survival was 85%, 51%, and 51% at 1, 3 and 5 years, respectively. Disease-free survival was 68%, 51%, and 41% at 1, 3 and 5 years, respectively. In our cohort, four patients would have qualified for exception points based on updated HCC Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network imaging guidelines. CONCLUSIONS: Lesions which lack complete imaging characteristics of HCC may warrant pre-LT biopsy to fully elucidate their pathology. Identified patients with early HCC/CC or ICC may benefit from LT if unresectable. | 4 | Cold-inducible RNA-binding protein activates splenic T cells during sepsis in a TLR4-dependent manner显示文摘Cold-inducible RNA-binding protein (CIRP) is a novel inflammatory mediator that stimulates the release of proinflammatory cytokines from macrophages in sepsis. Given the immune dysregulation that characterizes sepsis, the effect of CIRP on other immune cells is an area of increasing interest that has not yet been studied. In the present study, we hypothesized that extracellular CIRP promotes activation of T lymphocytes in the spleen during sepsis. We observed that mice subjected to sepsis by cecal ligation and puncture showed significantly higher expression of the early activation markers CD69 and CD25 at 20 h on CD4+ splenic T cells, and significantly higher CD69 expression on CD8+ splenic T cells compared with sham-operated controls. Furthermore, at 20 h after receiving intravenous injection of recombinant murine CIRP (rmCIRP, 5 mg/kg body weight (BW)) or PBS (vehicle), those mice receiving rmCIRP showed significantly increased expression of CD69 and CD25 on both CD4+ and CD8+ splenic T cells. This effect, however, was not seen in TLR4-deficient mice after rmCIRP injection. In addition, treatment with CIRP predisposed CD4+ T cells to a Th1 hyperinflammatory response profile, and influenced CD8+ T cells toward a cytotoxic profile. | 5 | An integrated approach to investigate climate-driven rockfall occurrence in high alpine slopes: the Bessanese glacial basin, Western Italian Alps显示文摘Rockfalls are one of the most common instability processes in high mountains.They represent a relevant issue,both for the risks they represent for(infra)structures and frequentation,and for their potential role as terrestrial indicators of climate change.This study aims to contribute to the growing topic of the relationship between climate change and slope instability at the basin scale.The selected study area is the Bessanese glacial basin(Western Italian Alps)which,since 2016,has been specifically equipped,monitored and investigated for this purpose.In order to provide a broader context for the interpretation of the recent rockfall events and associated climate conditions,a cross-temporal and integrated approach has been adopted.For this purpose,geomorphological investigations(last 100 years),local climate(last 30 years)and near-surface rock/air temperatures analyses,have been carried out.First research outcomes show that rockfalls occurred in two different geomorphological positions:on rock slopes in permafrost condition,facing from NW to NE and/or along the glacier margins,on rock slopes uncovered by the ice in the last decades.Seasonal thaw of the active layer and/or glacier debutressing can be deemed responsible for slope failure preparation.With regard to timing,almost all dated rock falls occurred in summer.For the July events,initiation may have been caused by a combination of rapid snow melt and enhanced seasonal thaw of the active layer due to anomalous high temperatures,and rainfall.August events are,instead,associated with a significant positive temperature anomaly on the quarterly scale,and they can be ascribed to the rapid and/or in depth thaw of the permafrost active layer.According to our findings,we can expect that in the Bessanese glacierized basin,as in similar high mountain areas,climate change will cause an increase of slope instability in the future.To fasten knowledge deepening,we highlight the need for a growth of a network of high elevation experimental sites at the basin scale,and the definition of shared methodological and measurement standards,that would allow a more rapid and effective comparison of data. | VIANI Cristina CHIARLE Marta PARANUNZIO Roberta MERLONE Andrea MUSACCHIO Chiara COPPA Graziano NIGRELLI Guido | 2020 | Journal of Mountain Science2020,17,11: | 3 |
