1CAVITATED BIFURCATION FOR COMPOSED COMPRESSIBLE HYPER-ELASTIC MATERIALS显示文摘The cavitated bifurcation problem in a solid sphere composed of two compressible hyper-elas-tic materials is examined.The bifurcation solution for the composed sphere under a uniform radial tensileboundary dead-load is obtained.The bifurcation curves and the stress contributions subsequent to the cavita-tion are given.The right and left bifurcation as well as the catastrophe and concentration of stresses are ana-lyzed.The stability of solutions is discussed through an energy comparison.Ren Jiusheng Cheng Changjun 2002Acta Mechanica Solida Sinica2002,15,3:16

3Modeling and Robust Backstepping Sliding Mode Control with Adaptive RBFNN for a Novel Coaxial Eight-rotor UAV显示文摘This paper focuses on the robust attitude control of a novel coaxial eight-rotor unmanned aerial vehicles(UAV) which has higher drive capability as well as greater robustness against disturbances than quad-rotor UAV. The dynamical and kinematical model for the coaxial eight-rotor UAV is developed, which has never been proposed before. A robust backstepping sliding mode controller(BSMC) with adaptive radial basis function neural network(RBFNN) is proposed to control the attitude of the eightrotor UAV in the presence of model uncertainties and external disturbances. The combinative method of backstepping control and sliding mode control has improved robustness and simplified design procedure benefiting from the advantages of both controllers. The adaptive RBFNN as the uncertainty observer can effectively estimate the lumped uncertainties without the knowledge of their bounds for the eight-rotor UAV. Additionally, the adaptive learning algorithm, which can learn the parameters of RBFNN online and compensate the approximation error, is derived using Lyapunov stability theorem. And then the uniformly ultimate stability of the eight-rotor system is proved. 9Magnetron co-sputtering synthesis and nanoindentation studies of nanocrystalline(TiZrHf)_(x)(NbTa)_(1–x)high-entropy alloy thin films显示文摘Refractory high-entropy alloys(HEAs)possess many useful properties such as high strength and high-temperature stability.So far,most studies on refractory HEAs have been limited to a few well-known compositions and on their coarse-grain bulk forms.Here we fabricate nanocrystalline(TiZrHf)_(x)(NbTa)_(1−x)HEA thin films with a large range of compositions(x=0.07–0.90)by the direct current(DC)magnetron co-sputtering technique and measure their mechanical properties using the nanoindentation method.All the as-deposited HEA thin films show a solid-solution body-centered cubic(bcc)structure.As the compositional ratio(x)increases,the elastic modulus decreases from 153 to 123 GPa,following the trend of the rule of mixture.As x increases,the hardness first decreases from 6.5 GPa(x=0.07)to the lowest value(4.6 GPa,x=0.48)and then increases to the highest value(7.1 GPa,x=0.90),showing a concave trend.The change in hardness might be attributed to the combinational influence caused by the atomic size and modulus effects,as well as the texture effect.The authors also propose a few open questions for future studies on this and related HEA systems.Changjun Cheng Xiaofu Zhang Michel J.R.Haché Yu Zou 2022Nano Research2022,15,6:3

13CAVITATION IN HOOKEAN ELASTIC MEMBRANES显示文摘An exact solution to cavitation is found in tension of a class of Cauchy elastic membranes.The constitutive relationship of materials is based on Hookean elastic law and finite logarithmic strain mea-sure.A variable transformation is used in solving the two-point boundary-value problem of nonlinear ordinarydifferential equation.A simple formula to calculate the critical stretch for cavitation is derived.As the nu-merical results,the bifurcation curves describing void nucleation and suddenly rapidly growth of the cavityare obtained.The boundary layers of displacements and stresses near the cavity wall are observed.The cata-strophic transition from homogeneous to cavitated deformation and the jumping of stress distribution are dis-cussed.The result of the energy comparison shows the cavitated deformation has lower energy than the homo-geneous one,thus the state of cavitated deformation is relatively stable.All investigations illustrate that cavi-tation reflects a local behavior of materials.Shang Xinchun Cheng Changjun 2002Acta Mechanica Solida Sinica2002,15,1:2
