1农业生态系统服务及其管理学要义显示文摘农业生态系统作为联系人类社会系统与自然生态系统的界面(Interface),其服务功能的健康发挥对整个农业系统稳定及人类生存与社会可持续发展具有现实和长远意义。本文综述了农业生态系统服务的研究现状、内涵与内容,从现有农业生态系统服务功能的量化评估指标和方法着手,提出了农业生态系统服务的量化难、研究技术相对滞后、研究机制缺位和研究力量薄弱成为农业生态系统服务研究的瓶颈,以及意识问题制约农业生态系统服务的研究进程等国内外研究中存在的主要问题,并展望了未来农业生态系统服务的研究趋势。最后,从概念层面、机制层面和技术层面提出促进农业生态系统服务功能健康发挥的管理学要义。祝文烽 王松良 Claude D Caldwell 2010中国生态农业学报2010,18,4:14

3塞来昔布在中国治疗骨关节炎的成本效果研究显示文摘目的:评估塞来昔布在中国治疗骨关节炎(OA)的成本效果。方法:采用英国国家卫生与临床优化研究所开发的一种OA成本-效果分析模型结构,对照药包括塞来昔布和双氯芬酸+质子泵抑制剂(PPIs);不良事件的相对风险来自CONDOR试验。以质量调整生命年(QALY)计量有效性;每年以折现率4.76%折减成本和QALY。结果:塞来昔布的成本为$3 591,QALY为8.826年;双氯芬酸+PPIS的成本为$3 674,QALY为8.830年。塞来昔布相对于双氯芬酸+PPIs的增量成本和增量QALY分别为$-83和-0.004QALY。双氯芬酸+PPIS相对于塞来昔布的增量成本效果比(ICER)为$23 258/QALY。单因素敏感度分析和概率敏感度分析结果显示,药物成本是ICER的主要驱动因素,且两种治疗方案的结果相似。结论:塞来昔布是一种成本低于双氯芬酸+PPIs的替代药物。两种用药方案之间的QALY差异非常小,因此塞来昔布可能是OA患者更具成本效果优势的选择。Bruce C.M.Wang 谢小平 Wesley Furnback Ronald Caldwell 2017中国药房2017,28,5:7
4心肌eNOS表达和NO的改变对糖尿病大鼠缺血再灌注损伤的影响显示文摘【目的】测定不同周期链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导糖尿病大鼠心肌eNOS表达、NO变化及其对缺血/再灌注(I/R)损伤的影响。【方法】阻断和开放左冠状动脉前降支建立大鼠急性心肌I/R模型,用TTC染色,测定大鼠心肌I/R后梗死面积;免疫印迹分析测定心肌eNOS表达;形态测定(Morphometric)法测定硝基酪氨酸(Nitrotyrosine,NT)的水平;用硝酸还原酶法测定NO含量。【结果】在STZ处理后2周,糖尿病组(2WD)心肌梗死面积比相应周期对照组(2WC)明显缩小,STZ处理后16周(16WD),梗死面积比相应对照组(16WC)增加;内皮一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)在心肌的表达在2WD比2WC组增加34%,然而在16WD比16WC明显减少;超氧亚硝酸根离子(Peroxynitrite,ONOO-)生成的标志性产物硝基酪氨酸(nitrotyrosine,NT)在2WD组中较2WC组低约49%,但在16WD组中较16WC组显著增加;血一氧化氮(Nitric oxide,NO)水平2WD组中较2WC组增高,但是16WD组较16WC组显著减少。【结论】STZ诱导糖尿病早期、晚期对心肌I/R损伤呈现相反的作用。这可能是由于早、晚期糖尿病相反的心肌eNOS表达及NO改变而引起的。马国川 夏焱 郭海霞 陈环 苏浩彬 岑丹阳 Ruth B.Caldwell R.William Caldwell 2008中山大学学报(医学科学版)2008,29,5:7

9Impact of the source and serial passaging of goat mesenchymal stem cells on osteogenic differentiation potential:implications for bone tissue engineering显示文摘Background: Adult mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) can be conveniently sampled from bone marrow, peripheral blood, muscle, adipose and connective tissue, harvested from various species, including, rodents, dogs, cats, horses,sheep, goats and human beings. The MSCs isolated from adult tissues vary in their morphological and functional properties. These variations are further complicated when cells are expanded by passaging in culture. These differences and changes in MSCs must be considered prior to their application in the clinic or in a basic research study. Goats are commonly used as animal models for bone tissue engineering to test the potential of stem cells for bone regeneration. As a result, goat MSCs isolated from bone marrow or adipose tissue should be evaluated using in vitro assays, prior to their application in a tissue engineering project.Results: In this study, we compared the stem cell properties of MSCs isolated from goat bone marrow and adipose tissue. We used quantitative and qualitative assays with a focus on osteogenesis, including, colony forming unit, rate of cell proliferation, tri-lineage differentiation and expression profiling of key signal transduction proteins to compare MSCs from low and high passages. Primary cultures generated from each source displayed the stem cell characteristics,with variations in their osteogenic potentials. Most importantly, low passaged bone marrow MSCs displayed a significantly higher and superior osteogenic potential, and hence, will be the preferred choice for bone tissue engineering in future in vivo experiments. In the bone marrow MSCs, this process is potentially mediated by the p38 MAPK pathway. On the other hand, osteogenic differentiation in the adipose tissue MSCs may involve the p44/42 MAPK pathway.Conclusions: Based on these data, we can conclude that bone marrow and fat-derived MSCs undergo osteogenesis via two distinct signaling pathways. 19Advanced non-alcoholic steatohepatitis cirrhosis: A high-risk population for pre-liver transplant portal vein thrombosis显示文摘AIM To examine if liver transplant recipients with high-risk non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH) are at increased risk for pre-transplant portal venous thrombosis.METHODS Data on all liver transplants in the United States from February 2002 through September 2014 were analyzed. Recipients were sorted into three distinct groups: High-risk(age > 60, body mass index > 30 kg/m2, hypertension and diabetes), low-risk and non-NASH cirrhosis. Multivariable logistic regression models were constructed.RESULTS Thirty-five thousand and seventy-two candidates underwent liver transplantation and of those organ recipients, 465 were transplanted for high-risk and 2775 for lowrisk NASH. Two thousand six hundred and twentysix(7.5%) recipients had pre-transplant portal vein thrombosis; 66(14.2%) of the high-risk NASH group had portal vein thrombosis vs 328(11.8%) of the lowrisk NASH group. In general, all NASH recipients were less likely to be male or African American and more likely to be obese. In adjusted multivariable regression analyses, high-risk recipients had the greatest risk ofpre-transplant portal vein thrombosis with OR = 2.11(95%CI: 1.60-2.76, P < 0.001) when referenced to the non-NASH group.CONCLUSION Liver transplant candidates with high-risk NASH are at the greatest risk for portal vein thrombosis development prior to transplantation. These candidates may benefit from interventions to decrease their likelihood of clot formation and resultant downstream hepatic decompensating events.
